The scheme of rapid protection will be possibly implemented by using the channel of communication, as the communication network of distribution power system being increasingly perfect and particular foundation of optical cable. The feeder protection based on communication can quickly and selectively isolate fault section and restructure the distribution network. This method is the direction of distribution automation. The action principles of feeder protection using blocking and allowing signals of directional over-current are analyzed. The directional over-current protection utilizing blocking signals is suitablefor distribution automation. The scheme can locate the fault section and instantly separate it. When feeder terminal unit (FTU) fails to act or communicate is interrupted, the feeder protection in the substation can backup.  相似文献

This paper summarizes two kinds of fault detection techniques for distribution automation, that is with and without communication in fault detection, and then analyzes their merits and shortcomings. Moreover, according to the development tendency of distribution automation techniques, this paper presents an approach, through which the noncommunication FTU devices can detect transient fault voltage of distribution systems effectually. To detect transient fault voltage without standby batteries, the PIC Single Chip microcomputer with low power consumption and DSP chip with powerful data processing capabilities are adopted to form a dual CPU system. To realize the communication between the two CPUs, the general I/O port,s of the DSP chip are firstly used to simulate the UART communication of the serial ports and communicate with the PIC Single Chip microcomputer. The novel FTU devices based on this approach are tested in static and dynamic simulation experiments, the results are satisfied.  相似文献

A new principle and scheme of a Feeder Automation based system protection using the channel of communication is proposed. The conjoint protection devices exchanging fault signal with direction information and the fault can be cleared instantly. These information can hel Pto isolate the fault zone and restructure the network rapidly. The recover is used for instantaneous faults. The optical MODEM disjoins the SCADA communication and Boolean signals functions using coding technology. So the fault flags can be exchanged rapidly peer-to-peer and special optical cables are not needed. Frames between optical MODEM are sent automatically. This scheme presented is successful through physical simulation experiment and has operated for about two years in a real distribution network.  相似文献

The class definition of elemens is also given in power system as well. Technology of data exchange is also elaborated. Considering the speciality of PCB programming object, this article presents a method of abstracting drill information and characteristic automatically with computing vision system, discusses the feature abstracting and analysis process, and designs the binary image based filter and barycenter based position recorgnition method. The format of output data is given.The system running effect shows that it is better in resolution, higher in control accuracy, lower in hardware requirement, faster than by hand in programming efficiency. This paper presents structure, characteristic and condition of microprocessor based relay communication system. A available start network configuration for the system is put forward. Message manager is used in the net. Some problems appearing in serial communication of field unit are also discussed. A way is brought forward for the communication system, which is an application of PTS function of 80C196KC SCM. The order is proposed for the PTS's one transmission model, which is the data longness must be destined in the net message agreement. The reliability is an important component part of research fields in power system. This paper presents an application of object oriented programming to develop reliability evaluation system of electric networks. A new approach to reliability evaluation and graph expression is proposed, and a computer aided decision making system of electric network reliability evaluation using Visual C++ 5.0 under Windows95 environment is developed. The system can provide reliability data for power system operation and plan, which is the foundation for operation and decision making. It has the characteristics of better expansibility, convenient usage, user friendly interfaces and so on.  相似文献

Based on the neural networks, object oriented technique, artificial intelligence technique and computer networks, an intelligent fault diagnosis system of the power plant whose need of the operation is presented. The architecture of software system , hardware system and corresponding databases is designed. The software of collecting data is established. The intelligent fault diagnosis system based on neural networks and object oriented technique is also developed. This paper presents a data-mining-based beam pumping unit process modeling and parameters optimization method to solve the problem of inefficiency and energy-intensive of beam pumping unit. The ideality of process parameters is one of the main factors influencing system efficiency and energy consumption, while the effectiveness of mode plays a key role in process parameters choosing. Beam pumping unit system is a complicated nonlinear system, and is hardly to be precisely described by precise mathematical models. Generalized regression neural network (GRNN), which is powerful in nonlinear mapping and generalization, is suitable for nonlinear systems. Therefore, GRNN is proposed to model the beam pumping unit in this paper, and the experimental results show that the fitness is good. Then the trained model is applied to optimize the decision parameters by vector evaluated particle swarm optimization based on Pareto (VEPSO-BP), and at last the resulting parameters are applied to the production. Experimental results show that after using the optimal parameters, the efficiencies and energy consumptions increase more than 6.6% and decrease more than 4.1% respectively, which illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

人工影响天气作业活动在各级气象部门广泛开展。传统的工作模式中,地市级人工影响天气作业主要依托指挥人员手工分析资料后,通过口头传递和手写记录的方式完成指令的下达和反馈。随着近几年人影作业规模迅速扩大,传统的作业模式已经不能适应人工影响天气业务的现代化建设需要。为了进一步提高工作效率,三门峡市气象局基于GIS开发了1套地市级人工影响天气作业指挥系统。该系统由软件和硬件2个部分组成。其中,指挥系统软件通过气象局内部网络实时获取气象观测资料和雷达、卫星等产品资料,经过一系列的数据处理后,采用GIS技术实现气象数据与地理信息在指挥平台中的叠加显示,为作业指挥人员提供决策气象数据支持。并根据预先设定条件为炮点作业人员生成详细的作业参数,将作业指令通过手机短信、电子显示屏、语音大喇叭等方式传递给一线作业人员,具有较强的作业指导性和调度实时性。系统硬件主要包括用于辅助指挥的地理沙盘模型和手机、语音大喇叭、LED电子显示屏等指令接收终端,指令接收终端通过GPRS网络连接到系统服务器上。该系统已经在三门峡市气象局和所辖县气象局投入业务应用,在运行过程中稳定可靠、指令接收及时,有效地提高了工作效率,达到了预定的设计目标。  相似文献

研究旨在应用高分辨率遥感卫星影像对干旱沙区的植被进行调查、监测和统计。以甘肃省民勤县石羊河下游的青土湖为研究对象,运用法国Pleiades-1卫星的影像数据,通过面向对象分类方法对沙区的植被信息进行提取分类,对分类结果进行精度评价。结果表明,面向对象分类的方法提取精度达到95%,Kappa系数为0.8035,分类结果精度较高,有效地避免了基于像素分类方法的噪声和光谱的影响,具有极强的实用性,为高分辨率卫星影像分类提供了新的思路和方法。  相似文献

Fault detection of the distribution systems is one of the key techniques for feeder automation. At all times, it is still very difficult for the exact detection of single phase to ground fault. First of all, the distinguishing rules of the faulted phase are presented when ground fault occurs in distribution systems. This paper analyzes the fault detection technique for single phase to ground in system with floating neutral point. Based on faulted phase's current, a method realizing ground fault protection is proposed and the algorithm model of action criterion is given out. The simulation results show that the method will be with very good selectivity to ground fault, and it can be used preferably in feeder automation. The detection method for short circuit fault is also introduced simply.  相似文献

It proposes the method of building the protection test and analysis center. Considering the practice for the transmission of test data, the paper introduces the technology requirements of utilizing dispatching automation system data network to transmit the protection test data. 目前,空间数据在Web端的表达方式存在网络传输数据量大、插件依赖性强、交互性较差等问题。为了减轻浏览器承载的压力、快速高效地实现空间数据在Web端的可视化表达,本文设计了一种基于等高线渲染法的克里金插值展示技术:在克里金插值算法和等高线渲染法的支持下,用户在Web端通过“框选”工具选择采样点区域,其中采样点数据被传输到服务端进行处理生成插值结果,并返回到Web端进行快速渲染。此技术成功应用在柑橘信息管理系统中,结果表明克里金插值结果的成图时间有效缩短,且Web端的交互性显著增强。  相似文献

A structure input and output method of graphic cells object oriented is proposed, and input and output model based on OpenGL graphic industry standard is founded. Using the technologies of MFC and OpenGL, the input, display and dynamic output of 3D graphics are realized, which are based on graphic cells such as node, beam, triangle, quadrangle element. Graphic cells keep consistency well with the elements of finite element in the aspects of geometry, reading and writing of structure files and so on. Using the model, the functions of structure input, data gathering and analyzing, and modal vibrating shapes output etc are finished. A visual experiment modal analysis system is daeloped.  相似文献

The forecasting of water quality variation is very important in the process of sewage treatment, which helps the control system work reliably and steadily. In this paper, the compensative fuzzy neural network (CFNN) based on compensative fuzzy logic and neural network and its study arithmetic are introduced. Considering its features as fast speed, steady studying course, global dynamic optimization, CFNN is applied to establish water quality forecasting model. The practical example indicates that the model is not sensitive to initial parameters and has better forecasting precision and faster convergence.  相似文献
