Based on simulation and numeral recognition of the 24-bit bmp images of postal codes obtained by CCD transducer, a binarization method based on coloring matter is proposed, which is employed to extract the binary image of the frame line of postal code and the binary image of the mail character separately. The procedure of image processing is analyzed, which includes detecting and separating borderlines of postal code frames, image binarization, smoothing noise-removal, slant rectification, extraction of postal code numerals, position normalization processing, subdivision of digital image, feature extraction of character recognition, and so on. The pretreatment process of image recognition is described. Then, character feature extraction is conducted for pretreated images, while the angle correctness for postal code frames and characters is performed. Finally, the recognition result is determined. In this method, the difficulty of separating frame line from postal code character line is eliminated. In order to improve recognition rate, the combination of many methods of handwritten numeral is used, resulting in improved recognition rate of postal codes. The experiment shows that this method can obtain higher recognition rate, providing reference for the separation technique in postal system.  相似文献

Aiming at the low energy transmission efficiency of the passive induction setting system with the existing codes, an improved CMI code is proposed as baseband code by changing the equivalent average time of high level during a code cycle under 2ASK modulation. The properties are analyzed, such as energy transmission efficiency, power spectrum and the error probability in incoherent demodulation in AWGN channel. The code is successfully applied to passive induction setting system, and the decoding method and measured voltage waveform are given. With the code, the energy transfer efficiency is improved by 60% than that of CMI code. It is not only beneficial to energy transmission, but also has the merit of CMI code that the bit timing information is extracted easily, which is fully utilized in incoherent demodulation to solve the sampling moment error accumulation problem resulted from the instability of internal oscillator.  相似文献

Based on the characteristics of combustible cartridge case, a test method for heat-resistance time of minor-caliber rapid-fire gun with high rate of fire is proposed and test apparatus prototype is developed. The method is to do the flame detection through the use of photomultiplier tubes combined with optical fiber and detecting smoke by using the infrared and receiver combined with optical fiber. The test experiments show that the apparatus can effectively test the signal smoke and flames. Moreover, it can be applied to the heat-resistance test of other nonmetallic materials.  相似文献

Satellite communication channel has the characteristic of power limited, band abundance, and powerful error correcting ability FEC scheme is needed. For its near Shannon limit error correcting capability, Turbo codes may be suitable for satellite communication systems. The multiple Turbo codes can utilize channel capacity sufficiency and overcome the disadvantages of power limited for satellite communication systems. Force on the needed for satellite communication systems, multiple Turbo codes is adopted and server decoding schemes were proposed with simulation. Simulation results show that, the schemes proposed can get near channel capacity error correcting performance with short code block.  相似文献

It is important to construct and study the applied core collection in order to promote jute genetic breeding and explore excellent genes. In this study, the applied core collection in jute, including 61 accessions divided into 16 application-oriented features, such as high yield, high quality, disease resistance and so on, was established based on the field performance from 300 jute germplasm. 12 fluorescent core primers were screened from 46 pairs of core primers. Fluorescence labeled capillary electrophoresis was used to analyze the polymorphism of these 12 pairs of primers, and a total of 140 polymorphism sites were detected. The precise DNA molecular ID cards were constructed by the combination of the 12 core primer pairs from the data coded in the form of numbers and English letters. Bar code and quick response code DNA molecular were established and can be quickly scanned and recognized by electric gadget. These results could be beneficial to increase the application efficiency and rapid molecular identification in jute germplasm resources.  相似文献

构建并研究黄麻应用核心种质是促进黄麻遗传育种和挖掘优异基因的必要途径。在300份黄麻种质资源的农艺性状观察统计基础上,构建了黄麻应用核心种质,包含61份品种(系),可划分为高产、优质、抗病等16种应用类型。为准确鉴定这61份应用核心种质,以46对核心引物为基础,筛选出12对荧光核心引物,采用荧光标记毛细管电泳分析这12对引物的多态性,共检测出140个多态性位点。将毛细管电泳得到的分子量数据以数字+英文字母方式编码,选取了12对荧光核心引物的组合,构建出该应用核心种质的字符串DNA分子身份证,进而构建了相应的条形码和二维码DNA分子身份证,可迅速被电子设备识别。这些结果可促进黄麻种质资源的高效利用及快速分子鉴定。  相似文献

螺旋藻中的藻蓝蛋白作为一种具有生物活性功能的天然藻蓝素蛋白,其理论研究和应用近年来得到广泛的重视。通过测定螺旋藻破碎后上清液中蛋白质含量及其活性藻蓝蛋白含量,建立了一种提取螺旋藻蛋白质较适的方法和条件,最高提取率达到94.6%,活性藻蓝蛋白的得率为9.87%。利用正交实验,对提取的胞内蛋白质采用pH—stat方法进行碱性蛋白酶的水解,确定了其最佳酶促水解条件,即pH值为7.0,酶底物比为2.2%,反应时间为160min,反应温度为50℃,此时水解度与htot之比为120.20%,N溶解指数为27.73%。该研究对螺旋藻蛋白中生物活性物质的开发奠定了基础。  相似文献

The computation principle for the pipe-casing gun of the equal acress-section area is studied by applying the basic theory of compressible. The aerodynamic parameter of the pipecasing gun and the friction factor of rustless sted-pipes and copper-pipes of different diameters are measured. On the basis of this measurement, the outlet-velcity profile and the change of the rate and pressure on the axis are measured. The results show that the friction factor measured is reliable and the computation method is practical.  相似文献

以龙牙百合鳞片叶切块为外植体,通过多种培养基的比较试验,得出MS 2,4-D 2mg/L 6-BA 0.2mg/L是诱导愈伤的最佳培养基,MS 6-BA 1mg/L NAA 0.05mg/L是不定芽诱导及伸长的适宜培养基。MS N_AA2mg/L是生根的最佳培养基。本试验已建立了适用于龙牙百合遗传转化的快速高频再生系统。用携带有几丁质酶基因和β—1、3葡聚糖酶基因的工程菌,通过农杆菌介导法和基因枪转化法转化龙牙百合,经PCR和点杂交检测证明外源基因已经整合到植物染色体中。同时对农杆菌介导法和基因枪法进行比较,发现农杆菌介导法的转化率为16.7%,基因枪法的转化率为50%,因此可能基因枪转化法更适于龙牙百合的遗传转化。  相似文献

In order to consider the feasibility of practical implementation and reduce the complexity of OFDM systems, an improved SLM algorithm is proposed. The original data are segmented and scrambled, which breaks the correlation of the original data sequences, and reduces all sub-carrier phase coherence, thereby reducing the OFDM system PAPR. Following the linear nature of the Fourier transform, the obtained IFFT data sequences are linearly combined to get the new scrambling code sequences, such that strictly controlling the IFFT number, while getting more data sequences, which further reduces the system PAPR, and significantly reduces the computational complexity of the system. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the improved SLM algorithm can effectively suppress PAPR, while reducing the algorithm complexity and system complexity.  相似文献

Among Pacific states, Papua New Guinea (PNG) has attracted the most attention from researchers looking at problems caused by small arms and light weapons. There is now a substantive body of work cataloguing different aspects of the country's problems with firearms and gun violence. This research sits alongside a large scholarly literature on violence in PNG and the connection between violence, gender and masculine identities. There has, however, been strikingly little research bringing these literatures together and looking directly at the gendered dimensions of PNG's gun violence. This paper explores some connections between small arms, violence and gender in PNG. After providing a general overview of small arms issues in PNG, it examines the misuse of firearms in urban crime and inter‐communal fighting in the Highlands, specifically noting the limited evidence that is available about the differently gendered consequences of gun violence. It identifies three potential areas for further research: exploring the relationship between changing notions of masculinity and demand for firearms; gender and PNG's growing private security industry; and fragile signs of change in the role of women in the PNG Defence Force.  相似文献

With further exploration and development of oil and gas wells, it is found that the unconventional oil-gas bed occupies a major proportion in gas reserves. However, it is difficult to obtain satisfactory control by using conventional perforation technology because of its characteristics of low pore, low permeability and compact lithology in the unconventional oil-gas bed. The StimGun tech (synergize compound perforation) is described as following: after the perforating gun is fired, propellant burns with high-energy gas produced. Then the high-energy gas enters the perforating hole and forms multi-path cracks around perforated hole, which connects with the natural cracks and improves the permeability of oil and gas bed. The application and advantage of StimGun are introduced. The Stimgun is successfully applied in Sichuan LG oilfield. It can control the fracture heights effectively and remove contamination formation with no water producing, and it is also a great help to increase productivity of the oil-gas bed with low permeability.  相似文献

Colour hologram making is an important part of research hologram display technology. Nowadays it has great influece upon improving the hologram display. Although different ways of producing colour hologram exist ,to get the better quality of colour hologram,a new way is found to produce it by diffraction colour separation method. The red,green and blue information code of a colour transparent film can be recorded on a black-and-white film with a three-colour grating. Monochromatic laser is used to reproduce at the same time the distributions of the recorded three-color colour information, and to record them on a holographic film to make a colour holographic image. The remarkable advantage is that there is no need to make three holographic images with information covered with colour selection, that the diffraction efficiency is high,and that the reproduced image is of clear and bright colour.  相似文献

Finite element method is applied to analyze the windage of suspension insulator strings under dynamic wind loads. The dynamic response of a suspension insulator string of 500 kV high voltage transmission line is numerically simulated with ABAQUS software, and results demonstrate that the windage angle of suspension insulator string is larger than that calculated by the conventional design code, which might be one of the main reasons of the frequently happened windage flashover accidents.  相似文献
