对球花含笑的种子进行了浸种、储藏方式、储藏时间等不同处理的发芽对比试验。结果表明: 用16℃冷水浸种较用浓硫酸、60℃热水浸种的效果好; 种子用常温砂藏较低温砂藏( 3℃±1℃)、常温干藏、低温干藏(3℃±1℃) 效果好; 种子经常温砂藏4个月后播种较未储藏、常温砂藏2个月后播种的发芽率高。 相似文献

采用不同温度、不同强度碱溶液和浓硫酸不同浸泡时间处理马棘种子.试验表明,不同处理方法对马棘种子发芽效果有显著影响,60~80℃的温度处理可显著提高马棘种子的发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,超过一定温度(90℃)则远远不如对照(20℃);碱溶液处理以pH9处理效果最好,但碱溶液处理效果并不显著;浓硫酸处理以浸泡20min效果最好,其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、简化活力指数和活力指数均为各处理最高值.通过种子生活力和种子硬实率的测定,认为硬实是造成马棘种子发芽率低的主要原因. 相似文献

用剪刀剪、锉子锉、与瓜子石混搓等机械处理法以及用5%氢氧化钾、98%浓硫酸等化学处理法对神黄豆种子进行预处理,3倍种子体积沸水浸泡并自然冷却浸种48 h,观察并统计种子吸胀粒数、种皮破裂数后置床进行发芽测定。结果表明,除与瓜子石混搓处理外,其余处理均能促进种子吸水膨胀,显著提高神黄豆种子发芽率。其中以98%浓硫酸浸泡2 h处理效果最好,其吸胀率达98.0%、发芽率最高,达88.3%,吸胀破皮率、不正常发芽率均为0%;其次是锉子锉处理效果好,其吸胀率达99.0%,发芽率可达84.7%,吸胀破皮率、不正常发芽率均为0%;用5%氢氧化钾进行浸泡处理,对种子发芽有一定的促进作用,但发芽不整齐,发芽速度慢,处理14 d吸胀率为59.7%、发芽率最高为48.0%;与瓜子石混搓处理效果相对较差,对神黄豆种子发芽的促进作用不明显,吸胀率为5.0%、发芽率为5.0%。 相似文献

比较分析两种不同麻疯树种源种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽速度、发芽指数、发芽条件以及外观品质,结果表明:种源、种壳、种质、湿度、氧气以及种子前处理影响了种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽速度、发芽指数;破壳比未破壳的发芽效果好,种源A比种源B种子发芽率高,发芽期间应保持一定的湿度和通气条件,前期的消毒、浸种也是必需的环节。 相似文献

研究了不同发芽床、不同浸种方式、不同加温措施和不同贮藏时间对刨花楠(Machilus pauhoi)种子萌发的影响。结果表明:4种不同发芽床中,珍珠岩是刨花楠最适发芽介质,种子发芽率达75.2%;不同浸种方式可提高刨花楠种子发芽进度,其中以100 mg/L GGR浸种处理效果最佳,第25天时发芽率可达18.8%;相比浙江省地方标准要求,25℃恒温处理种子发芽进度明显较快,尤其在第20天和第25天的以芽率为对照的3~4倍;贮藏时间对刨花楠种子萌发影响较为明显,不贮藏直接萌发,最终发芽率达75.2%,0~5℃贮藏10 d最终发芽率为52.4%,贮藏20 d最终发芽率下降至27.6%。 相似文献

为了明确层积催芽时间对核桃发芽率的影响,以云新14#为研究对象进行了分析。结果表明,经过GA3150mg·L-1浸种8d后并进行层积35d种子萌动率最高,达到了82%;GA3150mg.L-1浸种催芽35d发芽情况最好,发芽率达到了94%,烂种率为6%,好种率为0。在生产中建议核桃层积催芽时间35d为宜。 相似文献

Allelopathic effects of eucalyptus are widely reported and are considered the major factor limiting the establishment of native species in eucalyptus forests. However, reports of the allelopathic effects of eucalyptus are mostly based on laboratory bioassay, not on field trials. In the present study, we conducted field trials to determine the allelopathic effects of eucalyptus and to develop strategies for establishment of mixed stands of native species and eucalyptus. In the field, seed germination and seedling survivorship of native species were determined in the presence and absence of eucalyptus leaf litter or living roots. In the seed germination experiment, seed germination rate of Delonix regia was higher than for Elaeocarpus sylvestris and Tsoongiodendron odorum. Seed germination rates of E. sylvestris and T. odorum were low in both the presence and absence of eucalyptus treatments. The germination rate of D. regia was significantly inhibited by all eucalyptus treatments, but only during the early period. In the seedling establishment experiment, seedling survivorship of E. sylvestris and Michelia macclurel was not inhibited by any treatments, but the seedling survivorship of Schima superba was significantly inhibited by eucalyptus litter addition alone. Seedling height of S. superba and M. macclurel was significantly suppressed when eucalyptus roots were present in treatments, but the seedling height of E. sylvestris was only significantly suppressed by the treatment of roots alone. We propose two strategies for establishment of mixed stands of native species and eucalyptus: (1) direct seed-sowing is effective only for those species (e.g. D. regia) with high germination rates in natural conditions; (2) seedling transplants are more efficient approach for establishing species (e.g. E. sylvestris) with low germination rates. We suggest that mixed plantations of eucalyptus and E. sylvestris can be established by transplanting seedlings of E. sylvestris into eucalyptus plantations. 相似文献

厦门海沧区城市森林改造地段土壤极端瘠薄,植物生长条件差,采取强化栽培措施,套种的44种乔、灌、藤本植物,多数成活率达到90%以上,乔木树种当年抽梢生长最大可达160 cm,最小30 cm以上,其差异的原因由树种栽培特性和苗木种类、规格所决定,蓝花楹、山乌桕、刺桐、凤凰木等落叶景观树种表现更好。林相改造初期取得良好效果。 相似文献

本研究设置干燥、布袋与保鲜袋包装以及系列温度处理,开展了3a西南桦种子贮藏试验。结果表明:布袋与保鲜袋处理对西南桦种子贮藏影响极不影响;在常温常规条件下,西南桦种子贮藏3个月即失去生活力,而在常温干燥条件下,西南桦种子贮藏10个月种子发芽率尚未显著下降;在15℃条件下贮藏10个月几乎丧失发芽能力,非常有趣的,西南桦种子在10、5、0℃和-5℃各温度条件下贮藏3a,效果十分理想,10℃似乎是西南桦种子低温贮藏的临界温度。本研究促进了西南桦的扩大栽培和基因资源的保存。 相似文献

2005年在广东省广从公路从化温泉段两侧营建生态景观林带,种植山杜英(Elaeocarpus sylvestris)、黎蒴(Castanopsis fissa)、枫香(Liquidambar formosana)和凤凰木(Delonix regia)4种阔叶树。造林后调查树种保存率、高生长、胸径生长和树冠生长。结果表明:2a生时,枫香、山杜英、凤凰木的造林保存率均超过96%,黎蒴相对较低,为94.4%;3a生时,3个生长性状在树种间与种植坡位间均存在显著差异。树种生长快慢次序为黎蒴〉山杜英〉枫香〉凤凰木,生长最快的在山坡下部,其次是山坡中部,最慢是山坡上部。黎蒴、山杜英和枫香主干清晰,树形和叶色美观,是适宜的景观树种;凤凰木丛生现象突出,树形不佳,不宜种植在山地。 相似文献

We used pre-sowing treatments v/z., soaking seeds in concen- trated sulphudc acid (CSA), gibberellic acid (GA), combined treatment of CSA + GA and mechanical scarification to overcome seed dormancy and enhance synchronous germination of Macaranga peltata seeds. We analysed percent seed germination data by logistic regression and con- finned that except in GA treatment, time and acid concentration together were crucial for enhancing germination. The combination treatment of CSA and GA resulted in higher percent germination (up to 74%) than either treatment used separately, but produced defective seedlings (26%). Mechanical scarification of seed coat had the greatest impact in enhanc- ing germination (78%) and reducing imbibition time (6 days) against the control (0%). Germination studies and SEM analysis confirmed that seed germination in M. peltata was inhibited by seed coat dormancy. 相似文献
