通过不同光质对插穗生长的影响,采穗前插穗的培育、采穗后插穗的处理以及扦插后促进插条的生长试验的研究结果表明,培育萌芽枝,其生根率可达到84%;经黄化、环割、割插、综合性洗脱和灰色塑料膜遮荫等处理,其生根率可提高17%-33%。  相似文献

扦插季节、插床基质、药剂的选用及浓度处理等因素对红豆杉(TaxusChinesis(pilger)Rehd)扦插成活生根率及生根速度有明显影响.试验结果表明:春夏扦插试验最优组合都为B2C1D2;春播和县插生根率和生根速度有明显差异,春插需96天才开始生根,生根率最高为36.00%;而夏插只需85天就开始生根,生根率最高为86.00%;药剂类型以奈乙酸100×10-6效果最佳,插床基质以珍珠岩效果最佳.  相似文献

芦荟吸芽在MS+BA3-4mg/L+NAA 0.5-0.7mg/L的培养基中,产生丛生芽;转入MS+BA 2.0-3 NAA0.5-0.7mg/L继代培养时,芽生长健壮;切割不定芽在1/2MS+ABT1.5-2.0mg/L培养基中可诱导生根,生根率达90%以上。每年3-6月,9-10月移栽于河沙:Luo石为3:1的基质内,移栽成活率达80%以上。  相似文献

本文报道了扦插基质、NAA浓度、光照强度、插条的光合面积对毛果含笑(MicheliasphaeranthaC.y.WuetLaw)插条生根的影响.结果表明,扦插基质以珍珠岩:腐叶土:红壤=1:1:1混合最好,生根率达62%;NAA150×10-6处理校好,特别是当愈伤组织形成后,取出插条再次用150×10-6的NAA浸泡4小时效果更佳,生根率达72%且可使插条比处理一次的提前20~30天生根;搞条带两片叶子生根较好,生根率达68%,并且根系祖壮发达,在60%的透光下生根较好.  相似文献

Developing methods for routine clonal propagation of sandalwood (Santalum austrocaledonicum) is important for its domestication and development as a commercial agroforestry species. The amenability of this species to propagation by leafy stem cuttings in low-cost non-mist propagators was assessed in four separate experiments. These experiments evaluated the effects of (1) genotype (15 genotypes from two island provenances), (2) cutting position on the stock plant (apical, medial and basal), (3) cutting size (1-node/400 mm2 and 2-node/800 mm2 leaf area), (4) three propagation media [scoria (5 mm, air-filled porosity (AFP)—29%), vermiculite and perlite (1:1 v/v, AFP—46%) and vermiculite, perlite and peat (2:2:1 v/v/v, AFP—42%)], (5) indole-3-butyric (IBA) (3000, 4000 and 8000 ppm) and (6) irradiance in the propagator [daily light integral (DLI) 5.3, 3.9, 2.6, 2.2 mol m?2 day?1]. IBA, propagation media and cutting size had no significant effect on rooting percentage, root number or root growth. Evidence of provenance-based variation in rooting capacity was recorded with greater rooting success for genotypes from the island of Erromango compared with Tanna. Variation in adventitious root induction was also recorded between individual genotypes from Erromango across all four experiments. Cuttings collected from the apical and medial parts of the shoot on the stock plant had higher rooting percentage than those collected from the base. Differences in rooting capacity between apical and medial shoots were variable between experiments and may be attributed to different levels of hardening. The use of artificial shade (~?70%) to achieve a mean DLI of between 2.6 and 3.9 mol m?2 day?1 increased rooting percentage compared to both lower (2.2 mol m?2 day?1 or?~?90% shade) and higher (5.3 mol m?2 day?1 or?~?50% shade) irradiance treatments. Leaf retention of cuttings in the propagator was positively associated with the percentage of cuttings with adventitious roots, with highest percentage in cuttings with full leaf retention, regardless of original cutting size. This study demonstrated S. austrocaledonicum seedlings can be successfully propagated by cuttings provided the propagation conditions are optimized for each genotype.  相似文献

Pterocarpus santalinoides is a multipurpose tree species, native to Africa and South America. However, excessive pruning for fodder is jeopardising its seed production leading to poor regeneration in the Sahel region. Efficient vegetative propagation techniques may overcome this concern. To address this issue, four experiments were conducted to determine the effects of substrate (Experiment 1), cutting type (Experiments 2 and 3), genotype (Experiment 4) and auxins (Experiments 1, 2, and 4) on rooting ability in a non-mist propagating unit in Mali. Among the four tested substrates, no significant differences were found in rooting parameters, including the percentage of rooted cuttings, the number of roots and secondary roots per rooted cutting, and the length of the longest root per rooted cutting. Semi-hardwood cuttings rooted significantly better than softwood cuttings with a higher percentage of rooted cuttings (31.7?±?6.5% vs. 9.2?±?2.7%), greater number of roots (8.2?±?4.8 vs 1.5?±?0.7), greater number of secondary roots (16.7?±?4.2 vs 4.6?±?1.8) and longer root length (17.8?±?12.0?cm vs 2.3?±?1.0?cm) per rooted cutting. In addition, one-node cuttings cut below the second and third nodes, respectively, had the highest rooting success (88% and 90%, respectively) followed by cuttings cut below the fourth node (68%) and the first node (62%). Significant differences in the percentage of rooted cuttings were found among 12 randomly selected genotypes with rooting varying from 2% to 75%.The results also showed that auxin application, especially IBA, had a significant effect on rooting success, the number of roots and secondary roots per rooted cutting. Single-node cuttings, and cuttings of 10?cm length with multiple softwood and semi-hardwood nodes, can be used with or without auxin treatment for successful clonal propagation of P. santalinoides. The results of the present study indicated that P. santalinoides is amenable to clonal propagation using low-cost propagators and sand-based rooting media.  相似文献

从3个主要途径收集了落叶松优良品系,建立了采穗圃,营造了对比试验林。对优良品系无性苗扦插技术进行了较全面研究,结果表明:(1)在扦插基质选择上,以河沙为好;(2)插穗地径与生根有较大关系,采穗时应尽量剪取地径大于1.8 mm的插穗;(3)母树年龄越小,插穗生根效果越好,据此,采穗圃以经营5 a为宜;(4)不同品系落叶松的扦插生根能力不同;(5)不同配比、不同浓度的激素至关重要,采用IBA50%+IAA20%+NAA30%的质量分数为5.0×10-5 浓度溶液和IBA60%+IAA20%+NAA20%的质量分数为1.5×10-4 浓度溶液,辅以适量烟酸及链霉素等增效剂处理落叶松插穗,其生根可稳定在80%以上。  相似文献

[目的]为欧洲云杉扦插穗条选择和扦插苗培育提供依据。[方法]采用完全随机区组试验设计,研究了2种穗条类型(嫩枝基部带1.5年生硬枝、嫩枝)、3种穗条长度(5 10、10 15、15 20 cm)的嫩枝扦插苗从移植当年到第3年的成活率、保存率和生长情况。[结果]2种穗条类型扦插苗间的移植成活率和保存率差异不显著,但移植后嫩枝基部带1.5年生硬枝扦插苗的苗高、新梢生长量、地径、侧枝数、冠幅、鲜质量、干质量差异显著,都是嫩枝基部带1.5年生硬枝扦插苗大于嫩枝扦插苗。3种长度扦插苗的移植成活率、保存率的差异均显著;其中,15 20 cm长度穗条扦插苗移植成活率和保存率最高,分别是98.00%和86.00%,不同长度穗条扦插苗移植成苗率逐年下降,而且与穗条长度有关,弱小穗条获得的扦插苗成苗率低;5 10 cm的扦插苗移植成活率为46.00%,到第3年时保存率仅为23.33%,且移植后苗高、新梢生长量、地径、侧枝数、冠幅、鲜质量、干质量的差异也显著,且都以15 20cm穗条的扦插苗值最高,10 15 cm穗条的扦插苗次之,5 10 cm的扦插苗最小。嫩枝带硬枝扦插苗的苗木质量指数(QI)是嫩枝的7.74倍,15 20 cm穗条的扦插苗质量指数(QI)是5 10、10 15 cm扦插苗的5.47、5.23倍。扦插苗地径初始值与移植当年地径、苗高初始值与移植当年苗高间呈极显著正相关关系。[结论]扦插苗最初的生根状况和穗条质量影响后期培育过程中的存活和生长,嫩枝基部带1.5年生硬枝扦插苗和15 20 cm穗条的扦插苗不仅移植成活率、保存率高,而且生长量、生物量、质量指数都比短而弱小穗条的扦插苗高。  相似文献

Poplar shoots trained horizontally and normally growing shootswere used to compare the effect of horizontal and vertical orientationin summer on the subsequent rooting of terminal cuttings; asignificantly greater number of preformed roots emerged fromcuttings of vertical shoots. This difference in rooting abilitymay be due to the lower concentration of indolyl-acetic acidin the upper than in the lower half of horizontal poplar stemsas shown by Leach and Wareing (1967). Decapitation of a seriesof these poplar cuttings (Populus ? robusta Schn.) showed thatwound-root production was influenced by the larger terminalbuds on vertical than on horizontal shoots. From a comparison of horizontal and vertical storage of applerootstock cuttings at 45 ?F in the autumn, 29 per cent moreof the horizontal cuttings than the vertical ones had a basalcallus in the following February. Of these cuttings which madesatisfactory shoot growth (over 5 cm) in the following summer,horizontal cuttings exceeded vertical ones by 80 per cent; aresult which was correlated with root production. In a second experiment with M II apple rootstocks in which cuttingswere both stored and grown at the same angle more roots occurredon cuttings placed horizontally rather than vertically, andthis orientation also induced the rootings of a greater proportionof leafy Worcester Pearmain apple cuttings.  相似文献

以沙松硬枝和嫩枝插穗为材料进行正交扦插试验,研究穗条母株年龄大小、药品种类、质量浓度、处理时间以及基质不同种类、穗条不同类型与不同着生部位对生根的影响,结果表明:影响硬枝和嫩枝扦插生根的主要因素均为穗条母树年龄大小,年龄越小,生根率越高,最优处理组合均为4~10 a母树穗条,用200 mg·L-1ABT1号生根粉浸泡12 h,生根率分别为21.4%、63.9%;嫩枝扦插生根率高于硬枝扦插,差异达到极显著水平。采用1/2珍珠岩+1/2河沙混合基质生根效果最好。穗条不同类型扦插生根存在差异,一级侧枝截制的穗条生根性状优于二级侧枝穗条和顶芽穗条,下部枝条截制的插穗生根率和根系效果均高于上部枝条。  相似文献
