于2017—2019年在福建省龙海林下国有林场翻钟工区开展交趾黄檀19个家系的扦插苗造林比较试验,分析早期生长性状。结果表明:造林1.5 a时,扦插苗试验林平均造林保存率为98.83%,实生苗(对照)保存率为95.57%;家系扦插苗平均地径3.89 cm、平均树高2.62 m,不同家系扦插苗在地径、树高间都存在极显著差异(P0.01)。家系扦插苗早期生长性状具有较高的遗传力,变化幅度在77.03%~89.40%,具有改良的潜力;与实生苗相比,地径、树高遗传增益明显,变化幅度分别达到33.86%~93.57%、62.51%~129.5%。对地径、树高进行隶属函数法综合分析,初步选择出生长表现较好的3个家系(2、13、15号)扦插苗,可以逐步在造林应用中推广。 相似文献

用已认定的思茅松良种(景谷思茅松无性系种子园种子)建立采穗圃生产的扦插苗,开展不同密度(2 m×2 m、2.5 m×3 m、3 m×4 m)及不同种类苗木(思茅松良种实生苗、思茅松良种扦插苗、卡西亚松扦插苗、湿加松扦插苗、湿加松实生苗)的造林对比试验。对造林后第4年的测量数据进行比较,在不同种类苗木试验中,思茅松良种扦插苗与其它种类苗木的树高在0.01水平上存在极显著差异,比卡西亚松扦插苗、湿加松扦插苗、湿加松实生苗、思茅松良种实生苗树高分别高出39.5%、24.7%、46.5%、30.1%;思茅松良种扦插苗与湿加松扦插苗的胸径在0.05水平上存在显著差异,比卡西亚松扦插苗、湿加松扦插苗、湿加松实生苗、思茅松良种实生苗高出8%、-15.3%、6.4%、-9.1%;在用思茅松良种扦插苗定植的密度试验中,树高差异不显著,密度2.5 m×3 m和2 m×2 m、3 m×4 m的胸径在0.05水平上存在显著差异,密度2.5m×3 m比密度2 m×2 m、3 m×4 m的胸径分别高出10.5%、29.2%,3个密度处理的平均树高和胸径可达到327 cm和56mm。由此可见,思茅松良种扦插苗造林效果显著高于其它苗木,造林密度以2.5 m×3 m为好。 相似文献

开展交趾黄檀不同家系扦插苗造林试验,结果表明,4 a苗龄交趾黄檀家系扦插苗平均造林保存率较高,为94.37%,大部分参试家系扦插苗适应性较强,比实生苗生长更快;不同家系扦插苗树高、胸径、冠幅处理间存在极显著差异,地径存在显著性差异;树高重复力最高,地径重复力最低。通过综合评价,选择出了遗传稳定性最优的2号、13号家系。 相似文献

通过对红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)扦插苗、表型优良单株采种培育实生苗及优良种源种子培育实生苗的不同层次红锥优异种质进行造林试验,结果表明:3种不同层次红锥优异种质造林效果差异显著,扦插苗极显著优于表型优良单株采种培育实生苗和优良种源采种培育实生苗,扦插苗造林成活率和保存率明显优于实生苗;平均树高提高62.90%和121.26%;平均胸径提高30.81%和56.43%;表型优良单株采种培育的实生苗优于优良种源种子培育的实生苗,平均树高和平均胸径分别提高35.83%和19.59%。充分利用不同层次的红锥优异种质,可大大缩短红锥育种周期。 相似文献

对2~5年生马尾松实生苗、扦插苗2种苗木进行造林对比试验,试验结果显示,这2种苗木造林的保存率都超过95%。扦插苗和实生苗2年生时5个测量性状(树高、胸径、冠幅、活枝轮盘数、侧枝总数)均差异不显著;3年生时树高、胸径差异显著,其它不显著;4年生时5个性状差异均显著。即从3年生开始扦插苗早期生长量才显著高于实生苗。说明扦插林早期较实生林速生。在种子短缺的情况下,利用优良的无性系繁殖苗木,是十分有效的。 相似文献

Rapid early growth of tree seedlings is critical to the success of plantation establishment. We investigated the effects of
seedling size (small and large) and container types (small [Lannen 121], medium [Lannen 81] and large [Forestry Tube]) in
the nursery and the effects of mammal browsing after planting on growth of Eucalyptus globulus in Tasmania’s Southern Forests. After planting, seedlings were either exposed to browsing or protected from browsing by wire-mesh
cages until age 6 months. Low browsing pressure resulted in around 20% and 5–10% of foliage being browsed in the large and
small size categories, respectively, between 1 and 3 months after planting the uncaged treatment. 6 months after planting,
height growth increment was lower, and 4 years after planting, mortality was higher in uncaged large than caged large seedling
treatments. Six and twelve months after planting, seedlings raised in Forestry Tube containers had significantly greater height
increment and root collar diameter relative to other treatments. By 4 years after planting, trees of the small seedling treatment
had significantly greater diameter than those of the large seedling treatment, but there was no effect of container type treatment.
Four years after planting there was no effect on diameter growth by browsing of <30% of foliage up to 3 months after planting,
although there was greater incidence of double leaders in trees that had been browsed as seedlings. Small seedlings produced

针对辽西地区沙棘资源发展现状,以3个中国沙棘优良类型中红果、中黄果、中无刺为研究材料,对其苗木繁育技术进行了深入系统的研究。结果表明,采用炉渣灰扦插基质、ABT生根粉1号、插穗长度10cm左右、扦插时间为6月21日左右,这种处理效果最佳,但从经济角度考虑,最宜采用鲜河沙作为基质。中国沙棘苗木繁育采用裸地沙盘全光喷雾嫩枝扦插快繁技术效果较好。沙棘硬枝扦插的成苗率受多种因素的制约,硬枝扦插时间为4月下旬至5月初,采用20cm长的插穗,2~3年生的插穗成苗率较高,生产中采用2年生的插穗。 相似文献

We compared the growth of trees produced by micropropagation from nodal stem sections or callus tissue of a 20-year-old silver birch (Betula pendula Roth) tree with that of seedlings; growth was monitored for 17 months in pots followed by six years in the field. Micropropagated trees from both nodal stem sections and callus tissue grew at a similar rate to seedling trees and no obvious mutant types were observed. However, micropropagated trees were more uniform in height and trunk girth than seedling trees and more than 80% flowered within three years of field planting, whereas only 39% of seedling trees flowered within this time. In this research, five Nitraria sibirica provenances such as Dayilu were selected to do experiment of salt-resistance, combining fixed plots test with typical plot investigation, measuring survival rate and growth as main indicators. The experiments of main cultural technology were done on Nitraria sibirica in 4 types of site preparation, 3 types of planting, 3 designs for planting density. The Nitraria sibirica experiments for the effects of curbing salt and improving soil were done by testing soil nutrients, salt content, soil physical properties as focal points in typical site of 3-4 years woods. The experiment results showed that the Nitraria sibirica could survive well with soil salt content of 0.6%, and that survival rate declined distinctively as soil salt content exceeded 0.8%. However, high soil salt content did not influence growth in the year of planting. 利用福建省南平樟湖国有林场不同类型和规格的木荷苗木造林对比试验林,系统研究苗木类型与规格对造林成活率、保存率、幼林生长及叉干率的影响。结果表明:轻基质营养袋苗、大田裸根Ⅰ级苗和大田裸根Ⅱ级苗3种类型和规格的木荷苗木造林成效差异显著,其中采用轻基质营养袋苗造林可取得95.56%的造林保存率,且叉干率只有3.47%;造林后木荷1年生幼苗地径、树高和冠幅的平均值分别达到了1.63cm、107.10cm和56.43cm;造林后2年生,其地径、树高和冠幅的平均值分别达到了2.61cm、224.90cm和113.07cm,均优于大田裸根Ⅱ级苗和大田裸根Ⅰ级苗的造林成效,说明采用木荷轻基质营养袋苗造林可显著提高造林成活率和生长量,降低林木叉干率,全面提升造林成效。 相似文献
