Based on the existing research on nozzle arrangement method in secondary cooling zone of continuous casting, the method of superposed water flow density is put forward to optimize the nozzle arrangement at casting direction and transverse section of slab according to the optimization principle. The two-dimension heat transfer model is established. The solidification morphology of cross-section at casting direction is simulated with consideration of the influence of water flow density inhomogeneity on solidification process at transversal section, and the temperature distribution of slab, solidification process, and quality of slab are compared between before and after optimization. The results indicate that the surface temperature of slab is dropped equably after optimization, and the casting blank is cooling uniformly in the water springing zone so as to ensure better quality of the casting blank.  相似文献

A dynamic control model for the secondary cooling of slab casting is presented to reduce the difference between the actual temperature and the goal surface temperature of slab. The model, which is based on the BP neural networks for forecasting the temperature and the fuzzy neural networks for dynamically controlling the water in the secondary cooling in the continuous casting, could timely adjust and allocate the water according to the speed and temperature of slab. A series of tests have been conducted based on inputs of the No. 2 slab caster in a steel plant. It has been shown that the model, which integrate the charateristics of water controlling problem in secondary cooling into the temperature status of slab during the cooling process, can control the water in secondary cooling efficiently and dynamically according to the situation of actual production.  相似文献

In the established model, the cooling differences are considered between the surface of inner radius and that of outer radius, and in the transverse direction of thin slab. And the conception for the effective coefficient of spraying water in continuous casting is firstly put forward. According to different casting speeds and different cooling zones, different time step lengths are adopted. In this model the heat transfer differences are thought over among vertical and curved zones, wide and narrow surfaces an well as angular zone of mould. The method of the corrected equivalent specific heat is used to deal with latent heat. The influence of forced convection is considered on heat transfer. Therefore, the model has higher accuracy and is consistent with the practice.  相似文献

为解决地铁站冷却塔设置难题,提出了一种采用低速电机驱动旋转布水装置的间接蒸发冷却器,在两种布置方式下,对其换热性能进行了单因素实验,并运用正交实验法对较优布置方式下影响换热器换热的因素进行了分析。结果表明:两种布置方式下,喷嘴与蒸发冷却器的间距、两组换热管束间距均存在最佳值,喷嘴双侧旋转布水优于单侧旋转布水;换热器平行气流布置且喷嘴双侧旋转布水为较优布置方式,此时,换热器换热量随喷水量、转速、空气速度、冷却水进口温度的增加以及喷水温度、空气温度的降低而增大,其中,冷却水进口温度对换热器换热影响最为显著,其他因素对其换热的影响从主到次顺序为:喷水量、空气温度、空气速度、喷水温度、转速、冷却水流量。  相似文献

The mathematic model of solidification heat transfer process in continuous casting strand is useful for quantitatively analyzing heat transfer in continuous casting process, quality control and process control. The heat transfer in continuous cast strand in crystallizer and secondary cooling zone have been analyzed. The attention has been paid to basic logic and methodology in model building up. Typical methods determing solution condition and parameters for the model have been discussed. Some numerical methods at the present time for solving solidification heat transfer model, such as finite difference method, finite-element method and boundary element, have been investigated comparatively. In the future, working on solidification heat transfer model, which is more practical, and the integration of the control model will play an important role in the development of high efficiency continuous casting technology.  相似文献

建立了以容积换热系数为目标函数,工质流率U0、喷头喷孔直径di、导热油液位高度Z为决策变量的直接接触式换热器性能优化模型,同时进一步将液滴群行为与传热协同关系作为约束条件引入优化模型中,重点分析该约束条件对优化过程及结果的影响。运用遗传算法对原模型和补充模型进行了优化分析,结果表明:原模型优化后的容积换热系数达到了初始值的6.7倍;而补充模型最优值的迭代次数比原模型减小了约55%,同时最优值比原模型提高了0.3%。所以该约束条件不仅提高了迭代速率,还提高了寻求全局最优值的概率,使得最优解更逼近全局最优值。  相似文献

During continuous casting process, the composition of molten steel often varies with different heats, which leads to the big fluctuation of billet surface temperature when the traditional parameter water control model is applied to control the process. Additionally, it is difficult to keep the temperature at the straightening point of the billet within a reasonable range. Given above consideration, a new control model for secondary cooling of continuous casting based on compensation temperature of the difference between liquidus and solidus has been presented. Meanwhile, the temperature field of the billet is simulated with both the parameter water control model and the new secondary cooling control model, and the results indicate that the new control model for secondary cooling of continuous casting could perform better when it is used to control the surface temperature at straightening points of billet, thereby ensuring the quality of the billet.  相似文献

人居环境改善涉及重大民生问题,节能减排是国家重大战略。因此,有必要寻求合理的居住建筑设计方法,使设计方案既满足居民的室内热舒适需求又能降低建筑能耗。基于多目标遗传优化算法,建立能够对建筑设计方案进行优化、实现增加室内热舒适时间比例的同时降低建筑全年冷热负荷的居住建筑设计双目标优化模型。最后,以重庆典型户型为实例进行优化,优化后的设计方案建筑全年冷热负荷降低了47.74%,室内热舒适时间比例提高了3.94%,验证了模型的可行性和准确性。  相似文献

Energy consumption of water intake is one of the key factors for energy saving in the application of the open loop surface water heat pump system. An energy efficiency ratio coupling model for open loop surface water source heat pump systems was established on the basis of the energy consumption model for the water intake and the heat pump units. According to energy saving rate and regulation of energy consumption of water intake, dynamic temperature limits of water intake in different water supply temperature of cooling tower and different pump head were proposed so as to find a calculation method of temperature limits of water intake of open loop surface water heat pumps. Moreover, the energy saving rate of surface water source heat pump systems compared with traditional air conditioning systems under various condition was also calculated.  相似文献

We present a two phase air water nozzle that can be applied to indirect evaporative cooling to improve the heat transfer efficiency of indirect evaporative coolers by improving the uniformity of the water film on the surface of the heat exchanger. The spray characteristics of a nozzle with a fan shaped orifice at various air and water pressure conditions was studied. The spray cone angle, the air water mass flow rate, and the relationship between the mass flow rate and the air water pressure ratio were obtained. The best air water pressure ratio and spray cone angle were also found.  相似文献

A mathematcal model of heat transfer between the billet and the roller for the seeondary cooling zone in billet continuous casting is established. By means of the simulated test,a regres sion relation between the heat flow from the billet into the roller and the surface temperature and cast ing speed and spray water density obtained. The calculated theoretical values for change of surface temperature are in agreement with the measured data, these studies may contribut to the quantitative analysis and the calculation of the heat transfer of the secondary cooling zone.  相似文献

针对行人下肢的碰撞保护,建立了某车型的有限元碰撞模型并进行了试验验证。为改善行人保护性能,提出了添加吸能泡沫及副保险杠的改进方案。以吸能泡沫厚度、主副保险杠垂向距离、副保险杠壁厚这3个结构参数为设计变量,构造了优化的拉丁超立方试验,结合最小二乘法建立胫骨加速度、膝关节弯曲角度及剪切位移3个伤害指标的响应面模型,运用多目标遗传算法进行优化求解。对比结果表明,优化后的结构有效地降低了行人腿部受到的伤害,满足了安全法规要求。  相似文献

The defective insulator can be detected by measuring electric field, however, the electric field calculation accuracy of the insulator strings is low. Charge simulation method (CSM), which is optimized by genetic algorithm (GA), is adopted to calculate high voltage electrostatic field. The optimal method principle and feasibility analysis is given. The objective function and optimization model of electric field distribution around insulator strings are constructed and analyzed. The results of calculation and analysis demonstrate that adopting the potential of check points near insulator strings as objective function and using GA to optimize the charge of simulation charge, better performance can be achieved for improving ability of global optimization, calculating precision, searching speed, simulating precision of CSM and accuracy of diagnosing defective insulator in the insulator strings.  相似文献

In order to improve the computational efficiency of the insulator electric field inverse problem, the fast multi-pole method has been introduced to the traditional simulation charge method. Tikhonov regularization is used to process the ill-posed characteristic of inverse problem solution caused by the interference. Newton method is used to search the optimum solution, and then the actual field source parameters of insulators and the practical voltage distribution on the surface of the insulators can be obtained. The fast optimization algorithm has been verified in point charge model. And 110 kV insulator string is carried out to demonstrate that the fast optimization algorithm is much faster and more efficient than traditional method.  相似文献

A Prüfer-coded genetic algorithm based on the decimal number of nodes is proposed and it is used to solve collaborative optimization planning of access solution of distributed generation(DG)and structure of distribution network.Using graph theory to generate theoretically feasible topology structureand the access nodes and the installed capacity of distributed generation are coded by the Prüfer number.The coding method makes the distribution network operation structure and the access solution of DG combine into the evolution problem of the same chromosomal gene.The length of the chromosome coding of this method is shorter than binary encoding.This solution takes full advantage of the Prüfer-coded to improve computational efficiency and convergence rateand makes some restrictions and improvements in some key parts of the algorithm to solve the problem illegal solution.Finallyfeasibility and superiority of the algorithm is validated by a case study.  相似文献

Hybrid genetic algorithms, which are based on steepest descent algorithm and genetic algorithm, are investigated for the purpose of multimodal optimization. The performances of the hybrid genetic algorithms are evaluated with criteria such as convergence probability, average convergence time and average convergence value of the function in the case of solving global optimization for Schaffer function. It is shown that the performances of the hybrid genetic algorithms are better than steepest decent algorithm or genetic algorithm, and the hybrid genetic algorithm, in which the individuals used for local optimization by steepest decent method are chosen by chance in each generation population, is more efficient than that in which the individuals used for local optimization by steepest descent method are selected from excellent individuals.  相似文献

In view of the different of the underground heat storage water tank of solar position arrangement, make use of the Fluent software program numerical simulation and calculation, it is concluded that under different conditions the heat storage water tank temperature field distribution of the soil around. At the same time, establishing physical model and mathematical model of underground heat storage water tank and combined with practical engineering, verify the underground storage tank for heat and energy storage, to obtain the relationship between the tank roof loss and total heat release. Calculation results show that under the same conditions, outdoor storage tank at the top of the heat dissipating capacity to reduce, so the method can be used to offset at the top of the energy required collector to reduce, so the method can be used to offset this part of the energy required collector area of the cut, improve thermal efficiency and reduce the user store hot water tank of the store.  相似文献
