为了筛选产量高、抗晚疫病性能好、适宜宁南山区大面积推广的优良品种,在适宜马铃薯种植和晚疫病流行的西吉县对23个马铃薯品种作田间抗病性鉴定。结果表明:马铃薯品种‘青薯9号’、‘庄薯1号’、‘庄薯3号’、‘冀张薯8号’、‘陇薯3号’等品种高产、抗病性强,适宜大面积推广。产量在1 000 kg/667 m2以上且抗性较好的品种依次是:‘晋薯14号’、‘宁薯4号’、‘晋薯15号’、‘宁薯13号’、‘同薯23号’、‘克新17号’,适宜做轮换品种。经相关分析,不同马铃薯品种的病情指数和产量呈极显著的负相关。 相似文献

以郑薯5号为对照,采用春播方式,在郑州对引进的14个马铃薯品种进行比较试验。试验结果表明,中薯3号、中薯7号、中薯8号和中薯12号产量增长13.30%~30.59%,中薯8号与对照相比产量差异极显著;中薯10号,中薯11号,中薯13号略有减产或持平;中薯14号和中薯6号与对照相比提早上市10~12 d,且中薯6号红皮红肉,作为特色马铃薯,适宜郑州市区种植。中薯9号、彩薯、2197、冀张薯5号和D519与对照相比减产13.46%~50.13%,且彩薯和2197产量与对照相比差异极显著,不适宜郑州市区种植。 相似文献

为筛选出适宜鄱阳湖植棉区棉花与马铃薯连作的马铃薯品种,以荷兰15号为对照品种,对6个参试马铃薯品种的生育期、抗病性、植株性状、薯块性状、外观品质、产量性状以及产量进行比较分析。结果表明:中薯3号产量最高、各方面性状均较好,中薯5号产量其次、抗病性很强,兴佳2号和荷兰15号均早熟性好、不抗病,大西洋早熟性好、植株生长最弱、产量也比较低,华彩1号为紫色马铃薯、薯个体小、产量也仅是对照的一半。因而,鄱阳湖植棉区适宜棉花与马铃薯连作的马铃薯品种推荐中署3号,赶茬口和早上市可以选择生育期稍短的兴佳2号和荷兰15号,作为特色马铃薯种植可以考虑华彩1号。 相似文献

中薯系列马铃薯新品种比较试验 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为选育出适合湖南冬闲田种植的高产、优质马铃薯新品种,以中薯5号为对照,对17个中薯系列马铃薯新品种开展比较试验。结果表明,中薯18号、中薯20号、中薯17号、中薯9号和中薯10号等5个品种产量和抗病性表现较好。中薯10号是综合表现最好的一个早熟品种,薯皮光滑,芽眼浅,产量30 917 kg/hm^2,较对照增产7.5%。中薯18号中晚熟,薯形椭圆,抗病性强,产量表现最好,为33 417 kg/hm^2,较对照增产16.2%。结薯早、高产、抗性强的中晚熟品种如果提早收获也可以在冬闲田与水稻轮作。 相似文献

马铃薯是天水市的主要粮食作物,有较大的种植面积,而优良品种是保证其高产稳产的重要基础。为了筛选适宜天水旱作区种植的高产抗病马铃薯品种,试验引进11个马铃薯品种,以‘陇薯6号’为对照品种,进行品种比较试验。结果表明,‘晋薯16号’和‘陇薯13号’产量较对照‘陇薯6号’增产32%以上,且产量差异极显著,综合农艺性状好,建议在天水旱作区推广应用。 相似文献

为了探讨不同密度处理对优质鲜食型甘薯农艺性状和产量的影响,选用优质鲜食型甘薯品种广薯87和福薯8号开展研究。结果表明:不同密度水平对2个甘薯品种的蔓长、蔓重、单株结薯数、单株薯重及商品薯率等主要农艺性状均有重要影响,2个品种表现不一;在不同密度水平下福薯8号产量水平部分间达极显著性差异,其中以5.4万株/hm~2的栽培密度时,其产量最高达45 562.50 kg/hm~2,不同栽培密度水平下广薯87无显著性差异。2个甘薯品种需选择适宜的栽培密度进行种植才能达到高产、高效。 相似文献

As in autoteraploids, five genotypes are possible in a biallelic locus, allele dosage could be useful for variety identification in potato. DNA sequences of 13 genes associated with tuber yield, tuber starch content or late blight resistance were surveyed for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in eight tetraploid varieties. A total of 193 potential SNPs was found by Sanger-sequencing, of which 58 were measured for nucleotide frequencies using a pyrosequencer. Of the 58 SNPs, 35 yielded distinct clusters, corresponding to allele dosages. Among these, six were highly correlated with another, leaving 29 independent SNP loci for use in variety discrimination. By using dosage scores at the 29 SNP loci, it was possible to differentiate 115 varieties, except for a sport with red tuber skin color, with at least three different SNP dosages. Therefore, using SNP dosages is a simple, fast and reliable tool for variety identification. 相似文献

对Mira等 10个马铃薯品种的 2 2个杂交组合无性一代的块茎产量等 8个块茎性状的群体遗传参数和配合力效应进行了试验研究 ,结果表明 :淀粉含量的遗传受母本加性效应和亲本间非加性效应控制 ;单个块茎重的遗传受父本加性效应的控制 ;皮色、结薯数和块茎产量的遗传受非加性效应控制 ;薯形、肉色和块茎外观的加性和非加性效应同等重要。两个亲本 (至少有一个 )的一般配合力高的杂交组合后代的群体表现优于双亲具有一般配合力平均值的杂交组合 ;而双亲具有一般配合力平均值的杂交组合的群体表现优于双亲一般配合力都很低的杂交组合。根据一般配合力选择亲本配制大量杂交组合 ,并从中筛选优良单株和优良TPS组合的方法非常适合于马铃薯育种 相似文献

The effect of a mild strain of PVX on the yield of the recently released potato variety Hudson was determined in split-plot experiments at three locations in New York. Two other varieties, Katahdin and Bake-King, were included for comparison. The yield data compared were total tuber yield, tuber yield > 2 1/4 in. and > 1 7/8 in. diameter and tuber number> 2 1/4 in. and > l 7/8 in. diameter. The effect of the mild strain was not great. Hudson appeared to be more tolerant to the mild strain of PVX than the other two varieties although the variety X virus interaction was very low. 相似文献

height, leaflet size, tuber yield/plant and tuber number/plant were studied for fifty varieties of potato. From the simple,
partial and genotypic and phenotypic correlation studies it was observed that leaflet size, number of tubers/plant and plant
height were closely connected with the yield of potato tubers. A multiple regression equation was also prepared and it was
