本试验旨在研究谷氨酰胺、壳聚糖及其二者复合添加对断奶仔猪小肠二糖酶活性、小肠绒毛高度及粪便菌群的影响.选取21日龄平均体重为(5.27±0.13)kg的断奶仔猪192头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复16头猪.试验期14 d,分21~28 d和29~35 d 2个阶段,各组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+1.00%谷氨酰胺(谷氨酰胺组)、基础日粮+0.04%壳聚糖(壳聚糖组)、基础日粮+、1.00%谷氨酰胺+0.04%壳聚糖(复合组).结果表明:1)与对照组相比,复合组十二指肠乳糖酶、麦芽糖酶活性、空肠乳糖酶、蔗糖酶活性及回肠乳糖酶、蔗糖酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05);2)小肠绒毛高度在壳聚糖组、谷氨酰胺组、复合组依次呈升高趋势,但各组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);3)复合组仔猪粪便中大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌数量降低,乳酸杆菌数量增加,但差异均不显著(P>0.05).由此可知,同时添加1.00%谷氨酰胺和0.04%壳聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪小肠二糖酶的活性,增加绒毛高度,改善粪便菌群组成,且其效果均优于其他单独添加组.  相似文献

试验选取21日龄的杜×长×大三元断奶仔猪66头,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复9~13只,研究日粮中添加1%的谷氨酰胺对断奶仔猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响.结果表明,添加1 %的谷氨酰胺可使断奶仔猪21~35日龄阶段平均日增重比对照组提高19.2 %(P<0.05),平均日采食量提高16.3 %(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶含量提高74.3 %(P<0.05),血清尿素氮含量降低35.4 %(P<0.05),腹泻率明显降低.添加1 %的谷氨酰胺还可使断奶仔猪21~49日龄阶段平均日增重提高11.5 %(P<0.05),35~49日龄阶段血清尿素氮含量降低43.7 %(P<0.05).  相似文献

选取150头21日龄断奶仔猪,按体重、胎次分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪,研究壳聚糖对断奶仔猪生产性能和非特异性免疫功能的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加壳聚糖0.01%、0.02%、0.04%、0.06%。试验期21d。试验结果表明,添加0.04%、0.06%壳聚糖能够极显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.01),降低仔猪料肉比。添加0.04%、0.06%壳聚糖可显著提高仔猪血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.05),添加壳聚糖对断奶仔猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。  相似文献

试验选用21日龄长白断奶仔猪144头,将仔猪按体重、性别均分为A、B 2组,每组设4个重复.A组为无香味剂日粮对照组,B组在A组日粮基础上添加1.5 kg乐达香(R)新一代香味剂.试验分21~35日龄、36~49日龄2阶段进行.结果表明:第1期、第2期及全期处理组的日增重分别较对照组高5、20、12 g/d,添加香味剂的处理组的采食量分别比对照组提高了2%、5%、4%.可见,断奶仔猪料中添加香味荆可以改善仔猪生长性能.  相似文献

为了研究复合益生菌制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、健康状况和血液生化指标的影响,笔者选择体重相近、健康状况一致的28日龄断奶仔猪60头,随机分为2个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,公母各半进行试验。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.1%的复合益生菌制剂。仔猪从35日龄饲喂至70日龄,试验期35 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量分别提高了21.2%和4.4%,但差异不显著(P0.05)。试验组仔猪末重显著高于对照组(P0.05),料肉比显著降低(P0.05)。试验组仔猪腹泻率和总发病率分别下降66.7%、28.59%,均显著低于对照组(P0.05);试验组仔猪血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量显著提高(P0.05),白蛋白含量差异不显著(P0.05)。结果显示,日粮中添加微生态制剂能够改善断奶仔猪生长性能,增强仔猪免疫力。  相似文献

试验选择21日龄“杜×长×大”体重胎次一致,公母各半的断奶仔猪144头,随机分为4组:分别为添加喷雾干燥猪血浆蛋白粉(SDPP)3%(试验I组)、6%(试验Ⅱ组)、10%(试验Ⅲ组)和对照组,每个组设两个重复,每个重复18头,试验期为断奶后0~14d(21~35日龄)。结果表明:试验组较对照组能提高仔猪的采食量和日增重、降低料重比和腹泻率。添加SDPP为6%的效果较好,较对照组平均日采食量提高5%(P>0.05),平均日增重提高13.7%(P<0.05),料重比降低8.7%(P>0.05),断奶后腹泻率降低22%(P<0.01),腹泻频率下降27.4%(P<0.01)。  相似文献

The effects of weaning, week postweaning and diet composition on concentration of lipase in the pancreas and small intestinal lumen were investigated in weanling swine. In Exp. 1, lipase levels were evaluated in suckling pigs from 2 to 35 d of age and in pigs weaned at 21 or 35 d of age. Pigs weaned at 21 d of age were fed a corn-soybean meal diet with lipase levels measured from 3 to 28 d postweaning. Pancreas weights increased during the suckling period; they were lowered at 3 d postweaning and were lower at 7 d postweaning than in suckling pigs but increased linearly from 3 to 28 d postweaning. Lipase level per unit wet tissue and total pancreatic levels increased from 2 to 35 d of age in suckling pigs (P less than .01). Weaning at 21 d of age resulted in a decline (P less than .05) in lipase levels in the pancreas at 3 and 7 d postweaning, but the levels subsequently tended to increase between 7 and 28 d postweaning. Whereas relative lipase levels in the intestinal lumen increased from 2 to 35 d of age in suckling pigs, total luminal enzyme did not decline upon weaning when pigs were weaned at either 21 or 35 d of age. Total luminal lipase per unit empty body increased linearly (P less than .01) each week postweaning. We conducted two trials to determine the effects of added dietary pyridoxine (vitamin B6) or thiamin (vitamin B1) on growth performance of weanling pigs. In Exp. 1, weanling pigs (n = 180, initially 5.55 +/- .84 kg, and 21 +/- 2 d of age) were fed either a control diet (no added pyridoxine or thiamin) or the control diet with added thiamin (2.8 or 5.5 mg/kg) from thiamin mononitrate or pyridoxine (3.9 or 7.7 mg/kg) from pyridoxine HC1. These five diets were fed in meal form in two phases (d0 to 14 and 14 to 35 after weaning), with identical vitamin concentrations in both phases. From d 0 to 14 after weaning, pigs fed added pyridoxine had increased (quadratic, P < .05) ADG and ADFI; pigs fed 3.9 mg/kg of added pyridoxine had the greatest improvement. From d 14 to 35 and 0 to 35, ADG and ADFI increased (linear P = .06) for pigs fed increasing pyridoxine. Growth performance was not improved by added thiamin. In Exp. 2, weanling pigs (n = 216, initially 6.08 +/- 1.13 kg, and 21 +/- 2 d of age) were fed a control diet or the control diet with 1.1, 2.2, 3.3, 4.4, or 5.5 mg/kg of added pyridoxine from pyridoxine HCl. From d 0 to 14 after weaning, increasing pyridoxine increased (quadratic, P < .05) ADG and ADFI; pigs fed 3.3 mg/kg of added pyridoxine had the greatest ADG and ADFI. Break-point analysis suggested a requirement estimate of 3.3 and 3.0 mg/kg of added pyridoxine to maximize ADG and ADFI, respectively. From d 14 to 35 or 0 to 35, increasing pyridoxine had no effect (P > .10) on pig growth performance. These results suggest that adding 3.3 mg/kg of pyridoxine (7.1 to 7.9 mg/kg of total pyridoxine) to diets fed from d 0 to 14 after weaning can improve pig growth performance.  相似文献

Seventy-two castrated male four-way composite (Chester White x Landrace x Large White x Yorkshire) weanling pigs (17 kg initial BW) were used to determine the compensatory response of specific organs and whole body following a 3-wk period of restricted energy intake imposed by ad libitum-feeding an 80% alfalfa meal diet or pair-feeding an adequate corn-soybean meal diet to attain equal weight loss. Six pigs were killed at d 0 to provide baseline data. Six pigs from each diet group (control, C; alfalfa, A, restricted, R) were killed at d 21, after which all remaining pigs were fed C ad libitum to 35 d, 105 d or 126 d. Six pigs per group were killed at 35 and 105 d and four per group were killed at 126 d. Organ weight and carcass data were recorded for all pigs at all time intervals. Regression of organ and trimmed lean tissue weights on time was tested for linearity (d 1 to 126 for C and d 21 to 126 for A and R except d 35 to 126 for gastrointestinal tract traits for A and R); differences in organ weights between C, A and R at d 21 and d 35 were tested by a two-way analysis of variance. There was no evidence of a compensatory growth response to dietary energy restriction for 21 d except for rate of change in weights of liver and kidneys and backfat depth from 21 to 126 d and of gastrointestinal tract components from 21 to 35 d. Specific organs may exhibit compensatory growth over different time spans in young pigs in the absence of observable weight compensation at the whole-animal level.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of providing a water-soluble globulin in the drinking water on growth performance of weanling pigs. In Exp. 1, 360 weanling pigs (5.0 +/- 1.2 kg; 17 +/- 3 d of age; PIC) were blocked by initial weight and allotted to one of six treatments in a 2 x 3 factorial arrangement. Treatments included three diet complexity regimens with or without water-soluble globulin (3 and 1.5% solutions; d 0 to 7 and d 0 to 14, respectively) provided in the drinking water. The 35-d study was divided into three phases (d 0 to 7, 7 to 14, and 14 to 35) with corresponding lysine levels of 1.6, 1.5, and 1.35%. Soybean meal replaced specialty protein and lactose sources to provide three different complexity regimens. From d 0 to 7, a water-soluble globulin x diet complexity interaction (P < 0.05) was observed for average daily gain (ADG) and gain:feed (G/F). Increasing diet complexity increased ADG and G/F for pigs provided water, whereas the medium diet complexity regimen optimized performance for pigs offered water-soluble globulin. From d 0 to 14, pigs fed the two more complex regimens had greater ADG and G/F (P < 0.01) than the pigs fed the least complex regimen. Pigs offered water-soluble globulin had decreased (P < 0.01) ADFI, but increased (P < 0.001) G/F from d 0 to 14. For overall performance (d 0 to 35), increasing diet complexity increased (P < 0.03) ADG and ADFI, whereas water-soluble globulin offered from d 0 to 14 had no effect. In Exp. 2, 360 weanling pigs (5.2 +/- 1.6 kg; 19 +/- 4 d of age) were used in a 21-d growth assay. The trial was arranged as a 2 x 3 factorial with pigs fed the low- or medium-complexity diets (Exp. 1) with water or a 3% solution of water-soluble globulin offered for 4 or 8 d after weaning. From d 0 to 4, pigs offered water-soluble globulin had increased (P < 0.001) ADG and G/F compared with pigs provided water, whereas from d 4 to 8, pigs provided water had increased (P < 0.05) ADG and G/F compared with pigs offered water-soluble globulin. Pigs fed the medium-complexity diet had increased ADG and G/F (d 4 to 8 and d 8 to 12) compared with pigs fed the low-complexity diet. From d 0 to 8 and d 0 to 21, pigs provided water-soluble globulin for 4 or 8 d after weaning had improved G/F compared with pigs provided water. Results demonstrate that providing water-soluble globulin through the water source of weanling pigs improves ADG and G/F immediately after weaning.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究柴术抗激散对早期断奶仔猪生产性能和血清应激相关激素水平的影响。选用(28±2)日龄"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪48头,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复4头猪,分别饲喂添加0、1%、2%、3%柴术抗激散的日粮,试验期28 d。结果显示,日粮中添加2%和3%的柴术抗激散能显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(P<0.05),极显著降低腹泻率(P<0.01),可显著降低35和56日龄仔猪的血清皮质醇水平(P<0.05),显著提高35和56日龄仔猪血清生长激素、胰岛素、三碘甲状腺素、胃泌素水平(P<0.05)。由此可知,日粮中添加柴术抗激散可有效缓解断奶应激对仔猪造成的伤害,且在日粮中添加2%的柴术抗激散效果最好。  相似文献

选用10头母猪生产的100多头仔猪 ,研究了玉米—豆粕型仔猪日粮中添加非淀粉多糖酶对仔猪早期生长性能和消化性能的影响。试验组在对照组日粮中添加120g/t非淀粉多糖酶。试验结果表明 ,添加非淀粉多糖酶使断奶仔猪蛋白质消化率提高9.67 %(P<0.05) ,有机物消化率提高15.40 %(P<0.05) ;添加非淀粉多糖酶对仔猪断奶前的生长无明显影响 ,但对断奶后0~14天的生长有显著的促进作用 ,可提高仔猪日增重10.40 %(P<0.05) ,提高窝重17.65 %(P<0.05)。试验结果同时提示断奶仔猪日粮中添加非淀粉多糖酶可有效地缓解仔猪断奶时的应激反应  相似文献

The influence of a biological response modifier (FK-565) on weanling pig performance was evaluated. One hundred twenty-five weanling pigs (weaned at 21 +/- 3 d) averaging 6.3 kg were utilized in a 35-d growth trial. Dietary treatments included a basal diet (1.25% lysine, corn-soybean meal-dried whey), the basal plus .1, 1 or 10 ppm FK-565 and the control plus an antibacterial combination containing chlortetracycline, sulfamethazine and penicillin. Performance was recorded weekly, and on d 35 all pigs were bled for whole blood and serum chemistry profiles and then were euthanatized. Heart, liver, kidneys and spleen weights were recorded. Also, gross and histological examinations were made of these organs, as well as sections of lung, ileum, bone marrow, thymus and mesenteric lymph node. By d 14, pigs fed the antibacterial diet gained faster (P less than .06) than pigs fed the control and FK-565 diets. However, no differences (P less than .10) in feed intake at d 14 or efficiency of feed utilization at either d 14 or 35 were observed. For the overall 35-d trial, ADG was greater (P less than .01) for pigs consuming the antibacterial diet than for pigs consuming control and the FK-565 diets. Three experiments were conducted to determine whether emulsifiers improve utilization of fat from diets for early-weaned pigs. In Exp. 1, 96 weanling pigs (17 d old) were used in metabolism cages, with main effects of fat source (soybean oil, tallow, lard, and coconut oil) and emulsifier treatment (no emulsifier, lecithin, and lysolecithin as 10% of the added fat). Soybean oil and coconut oil were more digestible than tallow and lard (P < .001). Tallow was more digestible when lecithin and lysolecithin were added (P < .007), and pigs fed lecithin had lower serum triglycerides and cholesterol than pigs fed lysolecithin (P < .03). In Exp. 2, 270 weanling pigs (21 d old) were used in a growth assay. Treatments were 1) control diet; 2) Diet 1 with soybean oil; 3) Diet 1 with tallow; 4, 5, and 6) Diet 3 with lecithin replacing 5, 10, and 30% of the tallow, respectively; and 7, 8, and 9) Diet 3 with lysolecithin replacing 5, 10, and 30% of the tallow, respectively. At d 14 of the experiment, digestibility of tallow was improved more by lecithin than lysolecithin (P < .008). For the total experiment (d 0 to 35), the control pigs had poorer gain:feed ratio than did the pigs fed the fat sources (P < .002). In Exp. 3, 420 weanling pigs (21 d old) were used. Treatments were 1) control diet with soybean oil; 2) Diet 1 with tallow; and 3, 4, and 5) Diet 2 with 10% of the added fat as soybean oil, lecithin, or monoglyceride, respectively. Adding soybean oil, lecithin, and monoglyceride to tallow increased digestibility of total fat (P < .07). From d 0 to 14, pigs fed soybean oil gained weight faster than pigs fed the other treatments (P < .06), and pigs fed tallow without emulsifiers had the lowest ADG. Considering all experiments, addition of emulsifiers increased digestibility of nutrients but had minimal effect on growth performance.  相似文献

Previous research demonstrates that supplementing 0.20% l-glutamine (GLN) in the diets of newly weaned and transported pigs improves growth rate to a similar extent as providing dietary antibiotics (AB). However, research comparing the effects of GLN vs. AB on intestinal physiology and the microbiome is limited. Therefore, the study objective was to compare the effects of supplementing nursery diets with GLN, AB, or no dietary antibiotics (NA) on intestinal physiology and the microbiome of pigs in a production environment following weaning and transport. Mixed-sex piglets (N = 480; 5.62 ± 0.06 kg body weight [BW]) were weaned (18.4 ± 0.2 d of age) and transported for 12 h in central Indiana, for two replicates, during the summer of 2016 and the spring of 2017. Pens were blocked by BW and allotted to one of the three dietary treatments (n = 10 pens/dietary treatment/replicate [8 pigs/pen]): AB (chlortetracycline [441 ppm] + tiamulin [38.6 ppm]), GLN (0.20% as-fed), or NA fed for 14 d. From day 14 to 34, pigs were fed common AB-free diets in two phases. On day 33, villus height:crypt depth tended to be increased (P = 0.07; 7.0%) in GLN and AB pigs vs. NA pigs. On day 33, glucagon-like peptide 2 (GLP-2) mRNA abundance was decreased (P = 0.01; 50.3%) in GLN and NA pigs vs. AB pigs. Crypt depth was increased overall on day 33 (P = 0.01; 16.2%) during the spring replicate compared with the summer replicate. Villus height:crypt depth was reduced (P = 0.01; 9.6%) during the spring replicate compared with the summer replicate on day 33. On day 13, tumor necrosis factor-alpha and occludin mRNA abundance was increased (P ≤ 0.04; 45.9% and 106.5%, respectively) and zonula occludens-1 mRNA abundance tended to be greater (P = 0.10; 19.2%) in the spring replicate compared with the summer replicate. In addition, AB pigs had increased (P = 0.01; 101.3%) GLP-2 mRNA abundance compared with GLN and NA pigs. Microbiome analysis indicated that on day 13, dietary treatment altered the microbiota community structure (P = 0.03). Specifically, the AB pigs tended to be distinct from both the NA and GLN pigs (P = 0.08), and Lactobacillus was increased nearly 2-fold in AB compared with NA pigs (q = 0.04) and GLN pigs (q = 0.22). In conclusion, GLN supplementation tended to improve some morphological markers of intestinal health similarly to AB pigs, while the microbiome composition in GLN pigs was more similar to NA pigs than AB pigs.  相似文献

试验选用200头平均体重(6.95±0.11)kg、23日龄断奶三元杂交(杜×长×大)仔猪,研究玉米豆粕型日粮中添加益生康代替抗生素在断奶仔猪阶段的应用效果。配对试验设计2个处理,每个处理设5个重复,每个重复20头仔猪,公母各半混合饲养。处理1为抗生素对照组;处理2为添加0.15%益生康组,6~12kg阶段和12~20kg仔猪阶段。结果表明:6~12kg体重阶段与抗生素对照组相比,益生康增加仔猪日增重9.3%,提高日采食量10.6%,改善饲料转化率9.8%,仔猪腹泻发生率降低29.4%(P<0.05);12~20kg阶段日增重提高7.9%,改善饲料转化率15.8%。  相似文献
