基于标本和文献,对新疆丝瓜藓属(Pohlia Hedw.)进行全面修订,更正了此前部分标本的错误鉴定,将卵蒴丝瓜藓(Pohlia proligera)和糙枝丝瓜藓(P.camptotrachela)从本区名录中移除,将多态丝瓜藓(P.minor)归并为丝瓜藓多态变种(P.elongata var.greenii)的异名,新增新疆丝瓜藓属新纪录2种:拟长蒴丝瓜藓(P.longicollis)和小丝瓜藓狭叶变种(P.crudoides var.revolvens)。[WTBZ]现已知新疆丝瓜藓属有8种,2变种,种数约占全国的1/3。通过分析各个种的识别特征、与相近种的区别和生境,编制了新疆丝瓜藓属分种检索表。  相似文献

众所周知,家鹅是由野生雁类驯化而来,通过长期的定向培育,形成了目前饲养的形态特征各异,生产性能不同的多个家鹅品种。郑作新(1982)指出,我国家鹅有两个种,一为鸿雁的变种,即Anser cygnoides orientalis(Linnaeus)另一为灰雁的变种,即A.anser domesticus Brisson。产于新疆北部伊犁谷地和准噶尔盆地西部塔城一带的新疆鹅,以其肉质细嫩、味道鲜美,耐粗饲而成为新疆主要家禽品种之一,豁眼鹅则是以产蛋多而著称的优良品种。它们的生产  相似文献

在《内蒙古植物志》(第二版)自 1989 年陆续分卷出版后,本文作者在阿拉善地区的科学考察与采集的植物标本中,又发现了内蒙古植物区系的新记录种 14个种,1 个变种,1 个新变种。分别隶属于蓼科(2 种,1 变种,2 属)、藜科(1 种,1属)、石竹科(1 新变种,1 属)、十字花科(1 种,1 属)、豆科(1 种,1 属)、大戟科(2种, 1 属)、玄参科(1 种,1 属)、菊科(5 种,4 属)、麻黄科(1 种,1 属)等 9 科,13属。标本存于内蒙古大学生物标本馆( H I M U)。  相似文献

菊科是中国帕米尔高原第一大科,共有36属139种及1亚种5变种,植物生活型以地面芽植物为主,高达85.6%;中国帕米尔高原菊科植物区系地理成分多样,有8个分布类型和6个变型,温带性质明显,以北温带为主,缺乏热带分布型和中国特有分布型;与其它植物区系相比,西帕米尔与中国帕米尔的相似系数最高;该区菊科植物特有现象不明显.  相似文献

对14个云南蔷薇属种质资源(包括7个栽培品种和7个野生种)进行白粉病抗性的离体鉴定和田间鉴定,其中免疫品种(种)2个,中抗品种(种)8个,中感品种1个,高感品种(种)3个。白粉病离体鉴定与田间鉴定两种方法的抗性评价结果完全一致,表明该方法可作为白粉病抗性快速鉴定的方法。  相似文献

为了明确陕西关中地区玉米生长后期钻蛀性害虫的为害情况及不同玉米品种的抗虫性,为玉米后期钻蛀性害虫的有效防治提供依据,在陕西关中选择5个具有代表性的县区进行调查,并且于2016年6月8-10日在阎良区种植21个玉米品种,观察不同品种的抗虫性。结果表明,陕西关中地区玉米生长后期钻蛀性害虫有亚洲玉米螟、棉铃虫和桃蛀螟3种,其所占比例因地而异。玉米后期钻蛀性害虫对21个供试玉米品种为害程度均较高,但不同品种之间受害程度有一定差异。  相似文献

Eight samples which were almost non-susceptible to wilt were isolated from the many forms in the world cotton collection. All of these forms are wild or semi-wild. Complex population varieties, especially those with varieties of Gossypium barbadense as ancestors, are also considered to be a source of wilt-resistance. Glyphosate (N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine) is a broad-spectrum herbicide, acting on the shikimic acid pathway inhibiting 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS), thus obstructing the synthesis of tryptophan, phenylalanine, tyrosine and other secondary products. It has also been reported to generate oxidative stress which influences the antioxidant response of target plants. The effect of glyphosate application on total protein, CAT, POD and GST activities was investigated and elevated expression of the oxidative stress enzymes was obtained after glyphosate treatment.Tau-class GSTs are plant-specific, and are chiefly involved in xenobiotics and oxidative stress metabolisms. Many herbicides and safeners have been known to selectively induce tau-class GSTs in different plant species. Here we also report the induction of tau-class GSTs after glyphosate treatment in the seedling roots of two Vigna radiata varieties (PDM11 and PDM54). GSH-agarose affinity chromatography and mass spectrometry revealed that the tau-class GSTs induced in the two varieties were different; the tau-class GSTs present in the untreated controls were also different in the two varieties. The present study highlights the elevated antioxidant response, the induction of tau-class GST and the genotypic variation in the type of tau-GST in control and glyphosate treated varieties of V. radiata.  相似文献

For a compact growth of many potted plants you often have to use chemical growth inhibitors. Various species of herbs tend to an undesirable extension growth too. In general, the use of chemical inhibitors is prohibited in the production of potted herbs. For several years at the State Horticultural College and Research Institute Heidelberg there is employed an alternative method of mechanical stimulation treatment for a compact growth of potted plants. The greatest reduction of elongation was obtained, when the plants were treated with breaks in the early morning. In 2009 and 2010, the employees of the trial station proofed the effect of mechanical stimulation (Thigmomorfogenesis) to a large assortment of organically produced potted herbs. Green and red varieties of basil, parsley, coriander, chervil, lemon balm (2009) and four different varieties of mint (2010) were stimulated with a machine one week after beginning culture continuously 108 times per day. Compared to the untreated plants all mechanically stimulated herb species and varieties showed a tendency or significantly reduced elongation growth and therefore more stability. Depending on species and varieties the quality of these plants was visibly improved.  相似文献

Following incubation of fenugreek(Trigonella foenum- graecum L.) seeds on potato dextrose agar and moist filter papers at 28±2°C, 59 species and 11 varieties belonging to 21 genera of fungi were determined as seedborne in fenugreek crops. Among these isolates, 45 species and 9 varieties are new records for this crop; and two species are new to the mycoflora of Sudan:Aspergillus stellifer andEmericella variecolor. The genusAspergillus (15 species and 8 varieties) is the most prevalent, followed byDrechslera (3 species),Rhizopus (3 species),Alternaria andFusarium (6 species each),Emericella (4 species and 2 varieties)Cladosporium andPenicillium (4 species each),Chaetomium (3 species) andCurvularia (3 species and one variety). The remaining 11 genera displayed low level of infection. Of the common pathogens of fenugreek plants,Fusarium oxysporum (2.13%) was recovered from the seeds of this crop. Thin layer Chromatographic analysis of chloroform extracts of 13 seed samples showed that two samples were naturally contaminated with aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 (7.5–35.2 μg/kg). http://www.phytoparasitica.org posting Nov. 4, 2001.  相似文献

用 ELISA 法鉴定了小麦近缘种赖草属(Leymus)、披碱草属(Elymus)、鹅冠草属(Roegneria)3个属的21个种,其中17个种抗 BYDV。21145份小麦品种中筛选到症状轻、病毒含量高的耐病品种忻县冬麦、江西早等29份。3604份大麦品种中筛选到症状轻、病毒含量低的抗病品种C13208、小麦近缘种(Agropyronintemedium)和普通小麦杂交的异源八倍体中4无芒,中5,远中7,陇远45、46,远中1001,忻4079以及附加系 L1。现已获得抗 BYDV 的以中4无芒、L1为亲本的杂交后代。  相似文献
