本试验旨在建立中国农业大学教授专家团队培育的小型猪(命名为"中国实验用小型猪")血液生理和生化指标的正常参考值范围,为小型猪作为人类疾病模型提供参考依据。用全自动化生化仪测定1、3、6和12月龄中国实验用小型猪血液的9项生理指标和22项生化指标,对同一月龄不同性别的血液测定值进行单因素独立样本t检验。试验结果显示,中国实验用小型猪绝大多数血液生理生化指标同一月龄不同性别间差异不显著(P>0.05),仅红细胞体积分布宽度和肌酐等指标存在显著差异(P<0.05)。中国实验用小型猪血液指标与巴马小型猪、贵州小型猪和五指山小型猪相比,大多数血液测定值接近。试验结果表明,中国实验用小型血液生理生化指标稳定,与人类正常参考值相比,小型猪9项血液生理指标中有4项和人类相接近,22项血液生化指标中有15项和人类相接近。  相似文献

用全自动生化分析仪检测了五指山小型猪近交系、贵州小型猪和广西巴马小型猪封闭群25个血液生化指标,统计分析结果显示,3个品种间无差异的指标有1项,差异极显著(P<0.01)的指标有7项;3个品种中所有指标的变异系数平均值依次为:0.18、0.21和0.17。通过3个小型猪品种间同一指标的比较,以及与人类参考值、国外著名的哥廷根小型猪、地方猪品种和引进大型猪品种比较,为小型猪用于人类医学研究应用提供参考。  相似文献

为动物实验教学和相关研究提供参考资料,本研究选用健康,体重25~30 kg实验用巴马小型猪52头,用监护仪、血气分析仪、全自动生化分析仪、动物血液分析仪系统地测定巴马小型猪术前心率、动脉血压、动脉血气、血清生化、血液生理学等多项生理生化指标。试验结果显示,巴马小型猪麻醉状态常规生理生化指标大多数呈正态分布,仅有SABP、DABP、MAP、Pa O2、Na+、PLT、TP和TBIL呈偏态分布。进一步比较发现,巴马小型猪在手术前的部分生理指标与人类正常参考值相似,表明巴马小型猪和人类生理、生化特性有一定的相似性,对实验动物的手术教学与比较医学研究有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

采用常规方法对3~12月龄原产地五指山小型猪两个品系的部分血液进行16项生理和12项生化指标测定和分析,并与其他小型猪的同类指标进行对比分析。结果显示,五指山小型猪品系内绝大多数血液生理、生化指标性别间差异不显著,仅生理指标中的血小板和粒细胞分类计数和生化指标中的甘油三酯差异显著(P<0.05),在品系间,五指山猪黑系与白系在血小板计数(PLT)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EO)、嗜碱性粒细胞(BASO)3个生理指标和生化指标球蛋白(GLB)上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。  相似文献

采集166头(♂77、♀89)放牧型合作猪全血以及血清样品,3头八眉猪作为对照,对全血中14项生理指标及血清的14项生化指标进行测定,分析6月龄、8月龄、12月龄以及不同性别合作猪血液生理生化指标间的相关性。结果表明,放牧型合作猪体温和呼吸频率在普通猪正常范围的下限或更低;各项血液生理指标和大部分血液生化指标在性别间无显著性差异(P0.05),大部分血液生理生化指标均在月龄间存在不同程度差异(P0.05或P0.01)。  相似文献

本试验旨在比较高原蕨麻小型猪与平原巴马小型猪的血液生理生化指标差异,为高原蕨麻小型猪的实验动物化提供理论基础.试验分别在高原地区和西安市采集高原蕨麻小型猪与巴马小型猪血样,检测10项血液生理指标和14项血液生化指标,并对结果进行统计分析.结果显示,血液生理指标中高原蕨麻小型猪的红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCMH)均极显著高于巴马小型猪(P< 0.01),血小板(PLT)、红细胞分布列宽变异系数(RDW-CV)和红细胞分布宽度标准差(RDW-SD)与巴马小型猪相比差异显著(P< 0.05);血液生化指标中高原蕨麻小型猪γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、葡萄糖(GLU)、肌酐(CRE)均极显著高于巴马小型猪(P< 0.01),其余指标均无显著差异(P> 0.05).结果表明,高原蕨麻小型猪具有低氧适应的生理特征,与巴马小型猪相比有独特的高原适应性,具有开发成为高原疾病动物模型的潜力.  相似文献

为了探究4月龄广东西藏小型猪血液生理生化指标的特性,试验采用全自动血液分析仪、全自动生化免疫分析仪对38头广东西藏小型猪(♂20、♀18)血液中24项生理指标和18项生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:4月龄广东西藏小型猪雌性与雄性的生理指标比较,血小板总数、平均血小板体积、大血小板比率、血小板压积差异极显著(P0.01),嗜碱性粒细胞绝对值差异显著(P0.05);雌性与雄性的生化指标比较,肌酐和磷等指标含量差异显著(P0.05),总胆固醇含量差异极显著(P0.01);其他生理生化指标性别间差异不显著(P0.05)。说明性别对西藏小型猪的部分生理生化指标有影响,对其他大多数指标的影响不显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

为了研究皖南花猪生长发育与脂肪沉积的关系,试验测定了0、30、45、90、180日龄皖南花猪12项血清生化指标.结果显示:血糖(GUL),血脂:总胆固醇(TC).甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA),血清中生物活性物质:脂联素(ADP)、瘦素(Leptin)和血清免疫球蛋白lgG、lgA、lgM等指标在不同日龄间差异极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05);相同日龄雌、雄性别猪群间血清生化指标有一定差异,尤其在90和180日龄间差异明显.结果表明:皖南花猪血液生化指标的变化与其生长发育相一致,并存在一定的性别差异.  相似文献

为了解中国地方猪种的血液生化指标,试验用Monarch660全自动生化分析仪检测了通城猪、陆川猪和宁乡猪3个地方猪种24项血液生化指标,统计结果表明,3个品种间有6项指标差异极显著(P<0.01),通城猪和宁乡猪间有4项指标差异不显著(P>0.05),陆川猪和宁乡猪间有3项指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过3个地方猪品种间同一指标的比较,以及与人参考值、中国小型猪品种、其他地方猪品种和国外引进猪品种比较,为中国地方猪品种资源的合理保护和利用提供科学依据。  相似文献

为了建立福建黄兔的血液正常生理生化指标。选择健康、体重约2.0kg的福建黄兔20只,雌雄各半,在普通环境中饲养观察一周,试验前禁食12h,自由饮水,清晨空腹耳静脉采血,采用HEMAVET950动物血液分析仪测定20项血液生理值,采用Sysmex Chemix-180全自动血液生化分析仪进行24项血液生化值的测定。结果表明:福建黄兔血液生理指标中除血红蛋白浓度(HGa)雌雄有显著差异外,其他指标差异均不显著;所测的福建黄兔各项血液生化指标雌雄均无显著性差异。说明福建黄兔雌雄间的生理生化值基本一致,不受性别因素的影响。  相似文献

In this study, we demonstrated growth curves and reference values for hematological and serum biochemical parameters of Microminipigs, the world smallest experimental minipigs. In both male and female animals, the body weights (BWs) at 3 and 6 months of age were <5 kg and <10 kg, respectively, and growth curve revealed almost plateau (approximately 20 kg BW) after 18 months of age. Major hematological and serum biochemical parameters showed no gender differences and the values were very similar to those in G?ttingen and Yukatan minipigs. The values obtained in this study can serve as fundamental reference, and thereby facilitate the use of Microminipig in life science research.  相似文献

本试验旨在建立猪颗粒细胞、胎儿成纤维细胞和新生巴马小型猪不同组织来源成纤维细胞的分离及传代培养技术体系和冷冻保存方法,并比较猪卵丘/颗粒细胞和新生巴马小型猪肌肉成纤维细胞HDAC1基因的mRNA表达的差异,从分子水平上鉴定新生巴马小型猪肌肉成纤维作为供体细胞的可行性。运用组织块贴壁培养方法分离不同来源的组织细胞进行培养,并比较了常规冷冻保存和微量冷冻保存对细胞复苏率的影响,同时,运用实时定量PCR的方法检测猪卵丘/颗粒细胞和新生巴马小型猪肌肉成纤维细胞HDAC1基因mRNA表达的动态变化。研究结果表明:(1)猪颗粒细胞单层细胞的生长需要5~6d;用组织块法获得猪胎儿成纤维细胞单层的生长时间为10~11d;用组织块法可以成功地对新生巴马小型猪的肌肉、肺、肾脏、心、睾丸组织的成纤维细胞进行分离和传代培养,肾和睾丸组织的成纤维细胞贴壁生长后,长满形成单层细胞需要12~13d,而肺、肌肉和心脏组织的则需要15~16d。(2)细胞的微量冷冻保存效果优于常规冷冻保存(P〈0.05)。(3)猪卵丘/颗粒细胞与新生巴马小型猪肌肉成纤维细胞HDACl mRNA的相对表达量为1.000比0.985,两者差异不显著(P〉0.05)。新生广西巴马小型猪不同组织来源的成纤维细胞的分离及传代培养和微量冷冻法,丰富了这种猪体细胞的分离培养种类,为其体细胞核移植研究提供了丰富的供体细胞,并从表观遗传的角度分析,鉴定了新生巴马小型猪胎儿成纤维细胞与猪卵丘/颗粒细胞一样适合作供体,为核移植前的供体细胞鉴定提供了新的方法。  相似文献

Routine hematological and serum biochemical screening was done in 61 female dogs with benign mammary tumors and 51 female dogs with malignant mammary tumors. Most parameters were not significantly different from age-matched female controls; moreover, no significant difference could be observed between animals with benign and malignant tumors. It is concluded that routine hematology and biochemistry offer little diagnostic or prognostic benefit in female dogs with mammary tumors.  相似文献

This study was designed to compare the blood physiological and biochemical parameters between plateau Juema minipigs and plain Bama minipigs,and provide a theoretical basis for Juema minipigs served as experimental animals in the future.The blood samples of Juema minipigs were taken in Gannan,and the blood samples of the Bama minipigs were taken in Xi'an,24 blood physiological and biochemical parameters were tested using an automatic analyzer of blood cells and biochemistry.Between the plateau Juema minipigs and Bama minipigs,there were significant differences in PLT,RDW-CV and RDW-SD (P< 0.05) and extremely significant differences in RBC,HGB,HCT,MCH,MCMH,GGT,GLU and CRE (P< 0.01).The plateau Juema minipig had an altitude acclimatization,so it was better than Bama minipig in plateau medical science.  相似文献

Intestinal contents of newborn and young germ-free minipigs and germ-free rats were investigated for the following biochemical parameters - conversion of cholesterol to coprostanol, degradation of beta-aspartylglycine, level of tryptic activity, formation of urobilinogen and the profile of short-chain fatty acids. Additionally, germ-free minipigs and germ-free rats were monoassociated with non-pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli and were investigated for the same biochemical parameters. The conversion of cholesterol to coprostanol, degradation of beta-aspartylglycine, tryptic activity and the short-chain fatty acid profile were similar to those found in previous studies in germ-free animals. Slightly higher amounts of urobilinogen than in the other species investigated so far were found in samples from germ-free and monoassociated minipigs. Except for the total amount of short-chain fatty acids in rats, monoassociation with E. coli did not alter any of the parameters either in the minipigs or in the rats.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Variations in the results of plasma chemistry analysis as a function of sex have rarely been demonstrated in avian species. OBJECTIVE: The aim of the present study was to investigate sex-related differences in values for routine biochemical variables, including conventional muscle enzymes, and novel cardiac markers in female and male Siamese fighting fowl. METHODS: Plasma chemistry analytes and cardiac marker proteins (creatine kinase-MB and cardiac troponin T) were measured in 70 Siamese fighting fowl using automated chemistry and immunoassay analyzers. Data were compared by 2-tailed t tests between sexes, and Spearman rank correlation between conventional and novel cardiac markers. RESULTS: Male fowl had significantly higher uric acid concentration and gamma-glutamyltransferase activity; whereas, female fowl had significantly higher total cholesterol, triglycerides, and calcium concentrations, and alkaline phosphatase activity. As compared with female fowl, the fighting cocks also had significantly higher plasma concentrations of creatine kinase-MB and cardiac troponin T. Significant correlations between cardiac troponin T, but not creatine kinase-MB, and the activities of conventional muscle enzymes (creatine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase) were observed in male but not in female fowl. CONCLUSION: These results indicate that sex-specific differences exist for several biochemical parameters and cardiac marker proteins in fighting fowl, and that such differences should be considered in interpreting laboratory test results.  相似文献

Objectives To determine the vitreous volume, and retinal and lens wet weights in male and female Göttingen minipigs of different age groups. Procedures Vitreous, lens and retina were isolated from fresh minipig eyes. Vitreous volume, lens and retina weight were measured and allometric scaling was utilized to predict these parameters. Results There were no gender differences in body weights or retina and lens weights in the three age groups examined in this study. For vitreous volumes, females had a significantly larger volume (approximately 10%–12%) than males in the 4–6 and 6–8 month, but not in the 8–11‐month group. The mean body weight increased from 12.2 ± 2.6 kg (4–6 months) to 19.4 ± 4.0 kg (8–11 months). In the same period, the mean vitreous volume increased from 2.00 ± 0.28 to 2.67 ± 0.31 mL, while the mean retinal and lens weights increased from 114 ± 22 to 126 ± 17 mg, and from 298 ± 26 to 392 ± 15 mg, respectively. Allometric analysis between six species for vitreous volume and four species for lens weight covering a weight range of 260‐fold was not able to estimate the vitreous volume, but it did predict the lens weight in 8–11 months minipigs. Conclusions Overall these measurements add important context to intraocular pharmacology studies, and will help in the improved design and interpretation of such experiments.  相似文献
