A mathematical model is presented to describe the fluiddynamics processes for the combustion system of 410t/h Pyroflow CFB boiler.A core annulus structure with solid dispersion from core to annulus is considered,and the influence of coal particles fragmentation,attrition and broad size distribution of feeding coal and bed inventory on hydrodynamics is specially taken into account.The simulation results show that the CFB boiler has good hydrodnamic characteristics and high hot cyclone efficiency.  相似文献

As the domestic technology of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) has not been mature.A assembled-parameter dynamic mathematical model is established for the primary chemistry reaction process in SCR reactor.The mass balance equation of the NH3 adsorption-desorption on the catalyzer surface and six gas components,and total energy balance equation in SCR reactor are set up respectively.A dynamic simulation model has developed by using MATLAB simulation tool.The steady calculation for model is carried on.Based on the established dynamic simulation model,two dynamic simulation experiments have been done,which include the simulation experiment of step disturbance about NOx concentration and temperature.The simulation results current is correctl.The analyzed results indicate that the established dynamic mathematical model for SCR reactor is credible,and prove that the simulation model is practical.  相似文献

Dynamic mathematical model,which is based on the character of power-plant boiler system,is established by the means of modularization. On the basis of dynamic mathematical models,simulation model of the object is created with the advanced continuous simulation language(ACSL).The validity of this model has been verified by the simulation experiments and analysis.The simulation model helps to evaluate the influences that the dynamic process in steam/water's side brings to the boiler's operation and have some directive significance to design method of boiler and optimize run.  相似文献

This paper uses RSM turbulence model to conduct the numerical simulation on the gas flow field in double inlet square separator and calculate the velocity field and pressure distribution in the seperator. At the same time, it simulates the solid particle trajectories in the separators using Lagrangian model. The results show that the velocity field and pressure distribution in double inlet square separator have good symmetry, but the flow swirl intensity is insufficient and easy to decay; different sizes and different injection locations bring significant differences for the particle trajectories; injecting small particles can be easy to form flow short-circuit phenomenon inside the separator, injecting particles near the top of separator can be easy to form top ash ring phenomenon inside the separator; these phenomena have adverse factors to the separation efficiency. When the separation cylinder corners of square separator are changed into cutting-shaped chamfers, the flow field in the separator can be improved, and the separation efficiency of separator can be effectively improved.  相似文献

The validity of this model has been verified by the simulation experiments and analysis. The method of companion model is applied to the digital simulation of high voltage hybrid AC/DC systems for the first trme in this thesis.The mathematical model of the digital simulation of hybrid AC/DC systems is represented. This method can model the normal states, faults and games of faults of any hybrid AC/DC systems. The method has a series of advantages : saving the computation and the amounts of memory, high precision and fast calculation and it can be used with convenience. The simulation results of a hybrid AC/DC system arc in consistent with that of theoretical analysis. The geothermal water of Nanwenquan,Xiaoquan and Qiaokouba is a whole geothermal water system in Nanwenquan anticline of Chongqing.In the past,due to lack of study on sustainable exploration of the geothermal water,the source of geothermal water from Nanwenquan and Xiaoquan was drying up.Now,three enterprises are exploiting the geothermal water in Qiaokouba.There must be a sustainable exploration for the geothermal water,in order to utilize and protect the geothermal water resource.The geothermal water in the three exploiter's areas was quantitatively studied on sustainable exploitation by finite element numerical simulation.The geological mode was generalized and the mathematical model was established.Then,the simulative water level obtained was compared with the actual one,and the mathematical model was identified and adjusted.The right mathematical model has been acquired when the simulative water level obtained was approximate to actual water level.The infiltration of geothermal water was simulated under two schemes of exploitation conditions.An optimum scheme has been obtained by analysis.The maximal yield of exploitation was acquired under sustainable exploitation of the geothermal.  相似文献

A numerical simulation commercial software has been developed by the object-oriented Visual Basic programming language on the basis of the 2D mathematical model of secondary cooling Process in billet continuous casting. Thereby an effective experimenting tool for computer simulation of continuous casting process is gained. By simulation with the software, the caster structures and operating parameters in continuous casting can be designed and optimized. The simulating calculation examples on several casters and its production applications indicate that the commercial software developed has more accuracy, practicability and commonality, as also as simpler operating capability. The simulated results have been successfully applied to the design and production of the high-efficiency modification for several billet casters interiorly.  相似文献

A flexible mathematical model used for dynamic simulation studies of HVDC systems which is based on the stale variable method is presented, and the correspongding computer program has been implemented. Generality, easy to use, and suitable to run on microcomputers are the main features of the model and the computer program. Therefore the model is easy to be extended for application. 利用数学模型对高炉冶炼过程进行模拟是高炉炼铁新工艺研发的有效方法,网格生成技术是数值模拟过程中重要的前处理过程,是高炉模拟计算的先决条件。生成网格的质量对高炉模型模拟的精度、效率以及收敛性具有重要影响,因此,建立优质的网格对高炉数学模型的求解具有重要意义。文中提出了一种适用于高炉数学模型的适体坐标系(BFC)网格的生成方法,从求解区域的划分、椭圆型方程的转换、椭圆型方程的离散及BFC网格生成步骤等方面进行了研究,并把死料区的边界作为BFC网格计算的边界条件,使数学模型的求解过程得以简化。采用带有源项的泊松方程作为变换方程,网格的正交性和疏密程度便于控制。该网格生成算法原理简单、易于编程、网格生成效率高,生成的网格能够满足数学模型求解的要求。  相似文献

The input model of road roughness is one key element in the study of comfortable performance of vehicle. A model of road roughness, named Partial Wave Adding model, is theoretically analyzed and studied in detail. Based on the mathematical model, digital simulation of road roughness is studied. With the development of circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB),the study field of external heat exchanger(EHE) is greater in extent and degree.In order to research the working process of EHE,the model which deals with flow and heat transfer of EHE for 300MW CFB of Dong Fang Boiler Grou PCo.Ltd.is presented.Based on the cell modeling theory,the EHE is divided into several chamber by heating surfaces.The mass and energy conservation equations of each cell have been developed according to some reasonable assumption.The complete mathematical model has been compiled by Fortran and solved by classical Algorithm of Runge-Kutta.The static test and perturbation experiment of simulating model has been performed.The simulation results show that the model has been reached the steady state rapidly,the dynamic responses are reasonable and the modeling presented in the paper is reliable and appropriate.  相似文献

This paper presents a transient mathematical model of the HVDC converters-Equivalent Circuit Method(ECM), which can describe all possible states of converter valves in a simple and explicit way. With the converter model, programs have been implemented for single and double bridge HVDC systems. The results of simulation to the normal and fault operation of HVDC system show that the method is flexible and reliable, and has the advantages of small calculation amount and less computer storage requirments. The programs based on this paper provide convenient, inexpensive and feasible tools for computer dynamic or transient analysis of the HVDC systems.  相似文献

粮食作为生物性多孔介质,具有呼吸特性。一般粮食收获后,大部分时间在密闭不通风状态下存储。以粮堆内局部热湿耦合传递过程作为研究对象,分析了不通风状态下的圆筒形粮仓在自然对流条件下由于温度梯度影响而产生近似冬夏季工况的温度分布和水分转移,借助多物理场数值模拟软件(COMSOL)进行数值模拟,将粮食呼吸作用产热、产湿量以热源、湿源项考虑在数学模型中,通过对温度场、水分场的描述指导工程实践。  相似文献

The Fortran simulation translator (FST) is a simulation language, that enables the researcher to develop concepts, in terms of mathematical equations, e.g. about agro-ecological systems, that are converted in a Fortran program with data files (Fortran simulation environment, FSE). This generated Fortran program is well-structured and can be executed using both user developed and standard mathematical library subroutines (e.g. IMSL). The possibility to use the generated Fortran program as a starting point for further model development makes FST a valuable tool, both for research and education.  相似文献

In order to optimize design and operation, it is necessary to calculate accurately hydraulic characteristics large central air-conditioning systems. Simplified Model can not be applied to hydraulic calculation of large pipe network topological structure for its large calculation error. Taking into account the regulating characteristics of terminal branch temperature regulating valve, a direct-return chilled water system is studied, an accurate mathematical model of pipe network hydraulic characteristics has been established and a computer logic algorithm with virtual flow has been given. A direct-return pipe network with ten AHU branches is used as simulation calculation object, the pipe network supply-return water pressure difference is calculated, and also the temperature regulating valve opening and actual flow of each branch are calculated in the condition of different supply-return water pressure difference. The calculated results accord with the natural characteristics of high pressure difference unbalanced for direct-return pipe network. The calculation method can ensure calculation convergence.  相似文献

This paper discuas the controlling principle of asynchronized turbogenerators,deduces their mathematical model,and studies their regulating characteristics of real and reactive power(or voltage)by means of simulation calculation of operating characteristics for a 200MW asychronlzed turbogenerator.The conclusion is that the asychronlzed tubogenerators not only can regulate real and reactive power independently but also has an excellent dynamic performance.  相似文献
