文章分析了旋喷泵叶轮流道的物理模型,建立了流道内部流动解析的数学模型,自行开发软件对旋喷泵叶轮流道内部流动进行了全三维势流分析,计算了叶轮产生的理论扬程,同时应用工具软件Fluent对叶轮内部流动进行了计算。通过对两种方法的计算结果进行比较,证明了该计算方法的可行性。 相似文献

为了适应船用泵的发展及使用条件,研制开发新型高效船用冷却泵,对CB80-65-125型船用泵进行了技术改造,并采用了FLUENT模拟泵内流场,进行优化改型设计.改进的新型船用冷却泵,叶轮叶片向吸入口前伸并剪薄,减小了进口直径.对改进设计后的泵,用Pro/E建立该泵内部流道的三维物理模型,采用标准k-ε模型、SIMPLEC算法,数值模拟并分析了泵设计工况点下叶轮进口附近流场、静压分布的均匀性及叶轮几何参数对泵性能的影响.试验结果表明,新型船用冷却泵设计合理,流道内流动、静压分布及相对速度的扩散都比较均匀,没有明显的漩涡及边界层分离现象;泵效率达到67.9%,比原型泵效率提高了4.4%;扬程达到20.8 m;结构简单,重量轻.另外,改进设计方法也可提高泵的抗汽蚀性能. 相似文献

为研究边界层分离对低比转数离心泵水力性能的影响规律,由边界层不发生分离条件,结合离心泵湍流边界层理论,在不改变叶轮进出口几何参数的情况下,通过实际案例设计新的叶轮叶片型线,探索在水力设计中防止或抑制过流表面边界层分离的方法.叶轮叶片型线方程以叶片安放角β为变参数,引入速度系数kv作为中间因子.水力设计计算结果显示:边界层动量损失厚度随速度系数kv的增大而变厚,理论扬程随速度系数kv的增大而升高;在满足理论扬程的条件下,减小叶片型线方程中速度系数kv的取值,有利于抑制过流表面边界层的分离.数值模拟结果表明,低比转数离心泵叶轮叶片型线设计不合理是导致过流表面边界层分离的主要原因,边界层分离引起泵的水力性能下降,在设计工况下,改型泵的扬程比原型泵的扬程增加不明显,但水力效率有所提升;新的叶轮叶片型线对内流场状况有一定的改善作用,能有效防止回流与涡旋的产生和发展. 相似文献

阐述了双流道泵叶轮的结构和性能特点,指出了双流道泵参数化三维造型的意义和现状。应用PCAD2004设计了双流道泵二维水力设计图并详细分析了双流道泵叶轮的空间三维结构特点,在此基础上给出了用Pro/E进行无堵塞双流道泵叶轮三维造型的方法和过程。应用VC++6.0在Pro/TOOLKIT环境下对Pro/E进行二次开发,通过修改双流道泵三维实体模板几何特征,成功开发出了实用的双流道泵叶轮参数化三维造型程序。采用动态链接库方法实现双流道泵参数化三维造型程序与Pro/E和MFC之间的数据接口。实例应用表明该程序运行结果良好,可以满足工程应用的要求,具有推广应用价值。 相似文献

Cultivation of paddy rice in semiarid areas of the world faces problems related to water scarcity. This paper aims at characterizing water use in a set of paddies located in the central Ebro basin of Spain using experimentation and computer simulation. A commercial field with six interconnected paddies, with a total area of 5.31 ha, was instrumented to measure discharge and water quality at the inflow and at the runoff outlet. The soil was classified as a Typic Calcixerept, and was characterized by a mild salinity (2.5 dS m−1) and an infiltration rate of 5.8 mm day−1. The evolution of flow depth at all paddies was recorded. Data from the 2002 rice-growing season was elaborated using a mass balance approach to estimate the infiltration rate and the evolution of discharge between paddies. Seasonal crop evapotranspiration, estimated with the surface renewal method, was 731 mm (5.1 mm day−1), very similar to that of other summer cereals grown in the area, like corn. The irrigation input was 1874 mm, deep percolation was 830 mm and surface runoff was 372 mm. Irrigation efficiency was estimated as 41%. The quality of surface runoff water was slightly degraded due to evapoconcentration and to the contact with the soil. During the period 2001–2003, the electrical conductivity of surface runoff water was 54% higher than that of irrigation water. However, the runoff water was suitable for irrigation. A mechanistic mass balance model of inter-paddy water flow permitted to conclude that improvements in irrigation efficiency cannot be easily obtained in the experimental conditions. Since deep percolation losses more than double surface runoff losses, a reduction in irrigation discharge would not have much room for efficiency improvement. Simulations also showed that rice irrigation performance was not negatively affected by the fluctuating inflow hydrograph. These hydrographs are typical of turnouts located at the tail end of tertiary irrigation ditches. In fact, these are the sites where rice has been historically cultivated in the study area, since local soils are often saline-sodic and can only grow paddy rice taking advantage of the low salinity of the irrigation water. The low infiltration rate characteristic of these saline-sodic soils (an experimental value of 3.2 mm day−1 was obtained) combined with a reduced irrigation discharge resulted in a simulated irrigation efficiency of 60%. Paddy rice irrigation efficiency can attain reasonable values in the local saline-sodic soils, where the infiltration rate is clearly smaller than the average daily rice evapotranspiration. 相似文献

About 30 years have passed since the Government of Egypt embarked on implementing a series of large scale drainage projects. At present, about 3.8 million acres have been provided with drainage systems on the basis of systematic pre-drainage investigations and designs. The target is to provide drains in approximately 6.4 million acres in the Nile Valley and Delta.The implementation of the subsurface drainage system is carried out by the public sector and private contractors under direct supervision of governmental regional departments. The implementation process depends on many factors related to the drainage material, machinery, manpower, site requirements, farmers and organizations involved. Problems and constraints are sometimes challenging, however, the annual rate of implementation has gradually increased to 170,000 acre/year.This paper discusses the different aspects involved in the implementation process of drainage systems. The development in materials, machinery and construction technologies will be reviewed. Institutional and management factors are going to be also considered. 相似文献
