THE OPTIMAL DESIGN AND ENGINEERING APPLICATION OF DISTRIBUTION

This paper introduces the metod of optimal design of municipal water distribution,The main points are the theory,mathematical model,program frame figure and example in practice of the optimal method of hydraulics.The program is applicable to the design and calculation of the pipe network in a city. It gives a simple and convenient calculation method for multiple-scheme design and scheme cmparison of water supply system.     

AN INEXACT REASONING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The author introduces some basic ideas and methods of artificial intelligence into an information management system,and therefore proposes a design for the information management system which has the ability of inexact reasoning based on the certainty knowledge. According to the design, the system can also be made with the flexibility of change and expansion, and good adaptability for application. This paper describles the design and its programing skill in detail.     

Eliminate the glitch in design of CPLD/FPGA

Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD) and Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) play more and more important roles in design of modern digital system. But sometimes, the glitch in design of the system become handicap of succeedable design. This paper analyses the cause, judge and locate of glitch in design of modern digital system apply the component of CPLD/FPGA. Three methods about eliminate the glitch make use of EDA tools are discussed and some examples are given.     

Dynamic data exchange based on STEP-OODB for network-supported collaborative design

This paper analyzes the features of data for network-supported collaborative design, researches the data transformation, the data transmission and the data transaction of collaborative design. The system configuration and organization mode of dynamic data exchange for network-supported collaborative design are developed, in which, STEP serves as the product data exchange standard, what's more, Object-Oriented Database (OODB) is the kernel database of the system, so that each of the CAD systems can synchronously access the OODB, share and exchange the design information. The STEP-OODB serves as the organizing mode of dynamic data exchange for the network-supported collaborative design based on Internet, which realizes the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data among the cross-platforms and CAD systems.     

Perturbation Analysis of Complex Modes for Vibration System with Viscous Damping and Its Application

The sensitivity characteristics of the undamped natural frequencies and complex mode shapes of vibration system with the non-proportional viscous damping with respect to structural mass, stiffness and damping modifications are analyzed in this paper using the matrix perturbation of complex modes. The general principles for the selectivity of the design and the most sensitive positions of the structural perturbation modifications are shown thereby. This is of importance to a great computational savings in the dynamic characteristic improvement of large or complex structures. By the dynamic characteristic sensitivity analysis of a test device type RDT-1,the optimal structural design for its especial requirement of dynamic characteristics is obtained easily and the principles presented in this paper are confirmed by the numerical results of perturbation analysis.     

Opening Architecture of Collaborative Design Grid and Its Key Techniques

OGSA, as a universal grid computing frame, has resolved a good many problems in the CSCD, and provides a new solution for the network-based collaborative design. This paper studied the main problems in application of the grid technology to network-based collaborative design system by the OGSA based the WSRF, which is used as the basic platform of collaborative design grid. The meaning of the collaborative design grid is explained, and then the opening architecture of collaborative design grid design process on the condition of eoll is presented based on the function analysis in detail. Meanwhile, the collaborative aborative design grid is explained, and the key technologies of the collaborative design grid are analyzed deeply. The results provide a solution and groundwork for the more research on the collaborative design grid and its implementation.     

A PRACTICAL METHOD FOR SELECTING STEEL USING COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN(CAD)SYSTEM FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAME

How to select automatically the disposition of steel bar in a computer aided design(CAD)system for reinforced concrete frame structure is aproblem relatedt ot he practicality and increasing capacity of the CAD system.This paper suggests a practical method for selecting steel bar of beam in framestructure with the application of knowledge and experience of the experts forreasoning and judging.The method is convenient for calculation.The results ofcalculation are in agreement with detailing requirement and usual engineeringpractice.The method has great practical value.     

Value Innovation Method in Product Scheme Cost Design

Design and Implementation of Role-based Access Control in a Teaching System

This paper discusses how to design and implement a security subsystem, which based on the Role-based Access Control technology. By taking a teaching web system as a practical example, the paper establishes an access control matrix, so dynamic menu, page jump, and data access control are loaded. The experimental shows that, the system can controls the access authorized data, and to avoid the illegality access. The practicability and robust in the system is evident.

The farming system component of European agricultural landscapes

Agricultural landscapes are the outcome of combined natural and human factors over time. This paper explores the scope of perceiving the agricultural landscapes of the European Union (EU) as distinct patterns of farming systems and landscape elements in homogeneous biophysical and administrative endowments. The focus is on the farming systems component of the agricultural landscapes by applying a typology to the sample farms of the Farm Accountancy Data Network and scaling up the results to the landscape level for the territory of the EU. The farming system approach emphasises that agricultural landscapes evolve from the praxis of the farmers and takes into account the scale, intensity and specialisation of the agricultural production. From farming system design point of view, the approach can be used to integrate the landscape in the design process. From a policy point of view, the approach offers handles to implement policies that design agricultural landscapes by targeting the farming system pattern.

Design of Testing System for ABS Test-bed

This paper discusses the structure, design and key techniques of testing system, and expounds the design and development of hardware and software based on virtual instrument technology. The design of hardware includes signal conditioning module and data acquisition module. The design of software includes interface program and upper layer program. The selection of the design plans for deep cutting slope of high-level highway in mountain area,in general speaking,only depends on the designer's experience and intuitive determination at the present time,which results in unreasonable,even error,decision or plan.It unavoidably causes enormous damage.This paper proposes to adopt correlation degree analysis method of grey system theory for choosing the optimal design plan.It will give a definite and real meaning about choosing design plan and avoiding or reducing errors in design work.     

Real-time Monitoring System of the Pump Station for High Press Water

With the development of industrial automation technology, the monitoring system becomes more and more important in the control system. The paper discusses the monitoring system design based on the pump station for high press water. At first, the paper introduced the base process and the control system of the pump station for high press water. The control system includes two parts: upper part and lower part. The control network consisted of some PLC controls the device in the system. Then the method of the OOP technology application to the monitoring system design are emphatically introduced and discussed. Finally, the paper briefly introduced the main function models and the key technologies.     

PROTOTYPE: A NEW MIXED PATTERN FOR KNOWLEDGE REPRESENTATION

In this paper, it is pointed out that some kind of mixed pattern for knowledge representation should be needed in CAD systems, and prototype is just one of this kind of pattern, which is most suitable to representing the relative design knowledge.The paper particularly elaborates the notion of prototype and introduces how to represent a design prototype.Operations on prototypes are also demonstrated in order to conceive the reasoning mechanism in a prototype-based design system.     

Development of Software Reuse Technology in Industrial Control Software Area

This paper briefly introduces the contents and characteristics of the software reuse technology and industrial control software. The development of the software reuse technology in industrial control software area is discussed emphatically. Then the article brings forward a kind of thought that establishes standard element class library and develops the application program frame adapts to industrial control area. Namely, they are the establishment of the reuse of standard element class library based on the level of class library, the design of the reuse of the program frame based on the level of design, the amelioration of the reuse of the designing method based on the level of analysis. This thought improves on design method of industrial control software and is applied in the real-time monitoring system for the high-press water pump station.     

基于MAPX的温州市土地管理信息系统的设计与实现

本文根据温州市土地管理信息系统开发的目标和设计原则,利用MAPX4..5和Mapinfor等软件对温州市土地管理信息系统的总体模块、数据库建设及各子功能模块进行了设计,并采用集成技术对系统进行了开发,实现了对土地现状数据的图文一体化管理,具备了数据的编辑、查询、统计分析及报表自动生成和专题制作等功能,研究的结果可以为研究区土地管理部门提供科学、快捷、有效的管理手段。
