The behavior of engine automatic starting and stop under idle speed is an important working model for HEV(hybrid electric vehicle), which can avoid engine running under idle speed. So it can reduce engine fuel consumption, exhaust gas emission and wear efficiently. The ISG(integral starter/generator) motor control strategy is given by dynamic research of the HEV engine starting, based on the model and simulation of resistant characters during engine starting, then an ISG motor-engine integral control model is built up and simulated. The result shows that the ISG motor can drive engine quickly and the simulation meets well with the need of starting time.  相似文献

通过分析机电控制无级变速器(electrical-mechanical continuously variable transmission,EM-CVT)的结构特点,提出了搭载EM-CVT混合动力汽车的传动方案,建立了动力源数值模型、EM-CVT模型,分析了混合动力系统工作模式,并针对模式切换时的冲击问题,以减小冲击度为目标,通过分析典型工况下动力源输出转矩特性和各部件的动态特性,提出了基于发动机、ISG电机、自动离合器以及EM-CVT相互协调控制策略。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真平台建立混合动力传动系统动力学模型,并对典型的模式切换过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明,所提出的控制策略能够有效控制混合动力传动系统在模式切换时产生的冲击,提高了混合动力汽车的驾驶舒适性。  相似文献

A hydraulic braking system of the hybrid vehicle is designed based on braking force distribution and brake pressure coordination control strategy of integrated startor and generator(ISG) hybrid electric vehicle(HEV). Simulation model of hydraulic braking system has been established using AMESim software platform. Dynamic performance simulation and analysis to the key components and systems are performed. Regenerative braking is one of main performance modes, which can reduce fuel consumption and emission. A dynamics braking control model is built for hybrid electric vehicle with ISG, an off-line simulation is completed. A regenerative braking rig in dSPACE environment is built on the hybrid electric powertrain. The tests and analyses for different speed, deceleration shift and clutch state is completed in a Hardware-In-Loop simulation, which lays a foundation for the optimization of regenerative braking control strategy for HEV.  相似文献

Heat dissipation optimization of DC-DC and IPU for hybrid electric vehicle   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Due to the bad heat dissipation of the existing heat dissipation structure of DC-DC and IPU for hybrid electric vehicle(HEV), the temperature of DC-DC and IPU will rise during the running process, which in turn decreases the stability and reliability of the hybrid electric system. Aiming at this problem, a three-dimensional, transient heat dissipation model is built for DC-DC and IPU heat dissipation structure based on the mass, momentum and energy conservation equations. By using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, flow field and temperature field of DC-DC and IPU heat dissipation structure are numerically simulated. Based on the simulation, and combined with heat transfer theory, an improvement scheme of heat dissipation structure is proposed. The simulation results and experiment results of thermal performance and temperature rise show that the improvement scheme can improve the thermal performance, and decrease the temperature rise of DC-DC and IPU effectively, thus satisfy the application requirements in HEV.  相似文献

A strategy for induction motor control based on the grade of errors is developed to improve the performance of hybrid vehicle drive system. The stator flux error, electric magnetic torque error and flux position angle are used as control variables, and rules for the switching states are chosen according to the errors and the principle of the Direct Torquc Control. This strategy improves efficiently the electric magnetic torque response of the system. The result of simulation shows that this strategy is an ideal control strategy of hybrid vehicle, which can make the motor generate the electric magnetic torque efficiently, steadily and quickly.  相似文献

A duty valve drove hydraulic brake servo system of HEV(hybrid electric vehicle) power transmission test rig is studied.The brake performance depends on the responses of the pressure control.A PI controller is designed through analyzing the working characterizes of the hydraulic brake system and duty valve by using rapid control prototype(RCP) tool-dSPACE,all the model and control code are successfully download to the AutoBox,and rapid control prototype experiment shows that the benefits of developing duty valve drove hydraulic brake servo system with good performance has been achieved.  相似文献

目前国内外学者对插电式混合动力汽车能量管理策略进行了较为广泛和深入的研究,取得了良好的节能减排效果,为进一步提升其性能,有必要对插电式混合动力汽车能量管理策略的研究现状进行总结并对其发展趋势进行分析。首先对插电式混合动力汽车动力源能量流分配方法进行了归纳和分析,指出了当前插电式混合动力汽车能量管理策略两个亟待解决的问题:未考虑发动机冷却液温度和三元催化器温度等温度因素对油耗和排放影响;当前插电式混合动力汽车能量管理策略是以行驶功率需求作为输入,忽略了驾驶室制冷/供暖功率需求。最后提出了计及发动机冷却液温度和三元催化器温度等温度因素的能量管理策略和计及驾驶室制冷/供暖功率需求的能量管理策略两个未来研究方向。  相似文献

This paper develops a vehicle carried remote data acquisition terminal based on GPS/GPRS integrated DTU(data transfer unit) and CAN Bus data acquisition module, and built a parameter remote monitoring system of HEV with GPRS and Internet. By using PIC18F4580 with built in CAN control module and industrial DTU MD610G, we transmitted the parameter data and GPS information of the HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle) terminals to the remote data control center through GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) and INTERNET. Taking VC++ as the development tool, we programmed a monitoring software of data exchanging, data processing and monitoring. The software also has the function of CANoe data playbacking and strengthened the system versatility. Eventually, the parameter remote monitoring system of HEV is developed. Mathematical modes of engine,cooperation of motor and batteries,automatic clutch and vehicle are built with analysis of configuration of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). Specifications of data input and output and signal characters are defined. Hardware in the loop (HIL) system based on MATLAB/xPC for PHEV is built up. The motor/engine drive shift control logic test of PHEV is carried with inputting real acceleration pedal data. Testing results show that automatic clutch acts abnormally. Bugs in control logic are found out. Road test results with revised control logic are very good.  相似文献

Fuzzy control strategy is used to study the fuel economy of ISG-Type hybrid electric vehicle with CVT.Based on the instantaneous state of vehicle,the fuzzy logic controller is built aiming to get minimum fuel consumption.In order to avoid the subjective factor,the control rules are established with the optimized results from the sequence quadratic programming(SQP) method.Through the second development of ADVISOR,the simulation for ISG hybrid electric vehicle at different cycles has been accomplished.The results show that the fuzzy logic control strategy is efficient in improving the fuel economy of hybrid electric vehicle.  相似文献

On the basis of considering the influence of air conditioner on vehicle performance,the parameter determination of the power train composed of a battery,a traction motor and a two-speed transmission of an electric car is carried out. To ensure the economy of operation,a shifting strategy with a principle which emphasizes the high work efficiency of the power train is drawn up and the gear ratios are corrected aiming at the least energy cost over the drive cycle. The simulation results indicate that the designed parameters meet the requirements moderately and the driving range is extended by 5.28% when the air conditioner is turned off and 4.29% when turned on,compared with the initial results through the correction of the gear ratios.  相似文献

The vehicle's driving performances is determined by the control strategies and constructions of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). The constructions of HEV are classified according to the change of state of charge of battery pack, and a study on current situation and trend of control strategies for HEV is presented in this paper. The research indicated that the current control strategies for HEV are not perfect and need further optimization. The control strategies should realize the optimum match among engine, motor, battery and transmission according to the characteristics of each component and vehicle's driving conditions. Many aspects including the fuel economy, emission, the life of battery pack, drivability, the reliability of each component and HEV's manufacture cost should be considered in the control strategies. A study on the control strategies and its optimization that take account of the aspects mentioned above is a work emphasis in the future. This paper also points out the PHEV equipped with small motor, small engine and continuously variable transmission is an ideal system construction for getting optimal fuel economy, lower emissions, steady drivability, lower manufacture cost and HEV's mass.  相似文献

A real-time simulation model for power driving system of a fuel cellbattery powered electric virtual vehicle is established. This electric vehicle powered primarily by 30 kw proton exchange membrane (PEM)fuel cells, with Lead-acid battery as assistant power, and with focus classis as virtual vehicle classis.The electric vehicle is simulated on the advisor platform, and the NEDC driving pattern simulation results show that the electric vehicle can satisfy the need of performance.  相似文献

Focusing on Ni MH batteries used in hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), a simulation analysis of the flow and temperature fields of the cooling structure in existing batteries is carried out using computational fluid dynamics software. The results show that the temperature uniformity is poor. The uniformity of the flow and the temperature fields is improved by adjusting the baffle and battery positions, changing the tilt angle and the distance between the batteries, inserting wind plates and a coating insulation layer. The coating insulation layer achieves the best effect. Further simulation shows that the coating insulation layer method has the best effects. The results provide the design basis for thermal management program of Ni MH batteries in HEV.  相似文献

For the requirement of building up the battery management system of hybridelectric vehicle,the method of quick charge of batteries is investigatedunder the conditions of ensuring natural life of batteries. The characteristics of the general charge methods areanalyzed, and existing problems of these charge methods are discussed. The powertrain of a new type of zero emission electric vehicle is researched, which powered primarily by air-breathing proton exchange membrane (PEM )fuel cells with gaseous hydrogen as fuel,and with Lead-acid battery as assistant power.The fuel cell system provides power for the vehicle while the vehicle travel at a cruising speed,and the exceed power will charge for battery.The fuel cell and the battery system will together provide power to the vehicle during periods of peak power demand such as vehicle acceleration or traveling at a high constant speed.At the same time, the powertrain parameter of this fuel cell vehicle are matched reasonably.At last, the dynamic of an electric vehicle is simulated, and the result shows that the dynamic performance perfectly meets the need of the design target.  相似文献

戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)是一种RNA病毒,引起一种急性传染性肝炎—戊型肝炎(HE),戊型肝炎主要经粪—口途径传播,通常是由于饮用被HEV污染的水而引起。其中,在亚洲、非洲和美洲等发展中国家人群中发生比较普遍,在一些地区可占到急性病毒性肝炎的50%,是导致发病和病死的重要因素。中国是戊肝高流行区,发病数、发病率均呈现连续快速增长的态势。人类对HEV普遍易感,在孕妇中可导致流产或死亡,病死率高达到20%~30%,易感人群以大龄儿童和青壮年为主,幼儿少见。HEV不仅可以侵犯人类,而且可以在动物中广泛分布和传播,戊型肝炎是一种人畜共患性传染病。在此,从病原学、流行病学、检测方法及其疫苗的研制几个方面对其进行了综述。  相似文献

The efficiency of the 60QNY6.5 battery is studied by testing and theoretical analysis in order to improve the control precision of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and the battery useful life. A rig for testing the Ni MH batteries of HEVs is established. The data from experiments performed on the Ni MH battery are analyzed. Based on the experimental results and the temperature of the batteries, internal resistance and electromotance models of Ni MH batteries are proposed by function fitting methods. The theoretic formula for battery efficiency is deduced by the operational principle of the battery and motor, which provides theoretical basis for dynamic optimizing technology of HEV system controlling strategy.  相似文献
