Leaf oils of E. camaldulensis Dehn. from Mozambique obtained by hydrodistillation and by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction under different conditions were compared with regard to their major components. The oil obtained by hydrodistillation showed high concentrations of 1,8-cineole (43%), alpha-pinene (5.5%), beta-pinene (3.4%), p-cymene (5.2%), terpinen-4-ol (3.1%), and globulol (4.1%). The extracts obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction have lower amounts of 1,8-cineole, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, and terpinen-4-ol, but have higher amounts of allo-aromadendrene and globulol. At the same time, distilled oil of E. radiata was extracted from an inert matrix (Celite) and the extract showed a higher content of 1,8-cineole at 80 bar and 60 degrees C than the feed, suggesting that a multiple-stage supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of the E. camaldulensis studied can produce an oil close to the market requirements set by the European pharmacopoeias.  相似文献

Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography was used to determine the essential oils obtained by steam distillation of different samples of marjoram (Majorana hortensis Moench) dried leaves and flowers. The electrophoretic method consisted of a running buffer of 10 mM NaH2PO4, 6 mM Na2B4O7, 50 mM SDS, 7 mM gamma-cyclodextrin, and 10% acetonitrile, adjusted to pH 8.0 by the addition of 0.1 M H3PO4. The following monoterpene hydrocarbons and alcohol compounds were extracted from real samples and determined by the method proposed: alpha-pinene, gamma-terpinene, alpha-terpinene, terpinolene, p-cymene, linalool, alpha-terpineol, and terpinen-4-ol. The most prominent component of dried leaves, flowers, and commercial samples was terpinen-4-ol in four of the samples analyzed; only in one sample was alpha-terpineol present as the major compound.  相似文献

Two methods for the determination of oil and oil major components from tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) leaf are quantitatively compared. A microwave assisted ethanol extraction and a 2-h hydrodistillation technique were used on both dry and fresh leaf from a low and a high oil concentration tree. There was no significant difference between dry and fresh leaf. The distillation technique recovered 88% and 82% of the extractable oil for the low and high concentration material, respectively. For both samples this distilled oil was composed of lower absolute amounts of sesquiterpenoids and marginally lower amounts of monoterpenoids. Extending the distillation to 6 h increased the sesquiterpenoid recovery but this resulted in a reduction in both the absolute and relative amounts of the oxygenated monoterpenoids, terpinen-4-ol and 1,8-cineole.  相似文献

Twenty-nine volatile compounds in 'Chilliwack', 'Tulameen', 'Willamette', 'Yellow Meeker', and 'Meeker' raspberries were quantified using stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) paired with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Good correlation coefficients were obtained with most aroma-active compounds in raspberry, with quantification limits of 1 microg/kg. However, poor recoveries were observed for raspberry ketone and zingerone. Quantitative data showed that volatile concentrations varied for different cultivars. Large variations for alpha-ionone, beta-ionone, geraniol, linalool, and ( Z)-3-hexenol were observed in different raspberry cultivars. In addition, the volatile compositions in 'Meeker' raspberry grown at different locations also varied. The chiral isomeric ratios of raspberry ketone, alpha-ionone, alpha-pinene, linalool, terpinen-4-ol, delta-octalactone, delta-decalactone, and 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol were studied using a CyclosilB column. alpha-Ionone, alpha-pinene, delta-octalactone, and delta-decalactone had strong chiral isomeric preference, with more than 96% for one isomeric form. Much weaker chiral isomeric preference was observed for terpinen-4-ol, while linalool was almost a racemic mixture. Both growing locations and cultivars affect the isomeric ratio of linalool with a range of 37-51% for ( R)-linalool.  相似文献

Volatile compounds were isolated from four cultivars of bullock's heart fruit (Cenizo, Rojo, Verde, and De Ojo) by simultaneous steam distillation-solvent extraction. Compounds were identified by HRGC and capillary GC-MS. One hundred and eighty compounds were identified in the aroma extracts, of which alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, myrcene, limonene, terpinen-4-ol, and germacrene D were found to be the major constituents. Fruit from cv. De Ojo containing the highest concentration of total volatile and the highest major terpenoid content had the highest custard-like and overall fruity aroma intensity. The presence of many terpenic compounds is thought to contribute to the unique flavor of the bullock's heart fruit.  相似文献

This study investigates the role played by a Bradyrhizobium japonicum SEMIA 5019-Penicillium spp. biofilm in terms of soil fertility, when it is free-living in a soil. The biofilm increased N and P mineralizations of the soil and showed a high nitrogenase activity even under a very high NO3 concentration in the soil, compared to its member microbes. It maintained a low SO42− concentration in the soil, which was conducive to the high nitrogenase activity. The application of this microbial association as a biofilmed inoculum is important for sustaining soil fertility as well as survival of such rhizobia in the soil in the absence of their hosts. Further studies are needed to evaluate the performance of the biofilm in terms of soil fertility in the ecosystems.  相似文献

The essential oils obtained from the aerial parts of Origanum scabrum and Origaum microphyllum, both endemic species in Greece, were analyzed by means of GC and GC-MS. Forty-eight constituents were identified, representing 98.59 and 98.66% of the oils, respectively. Carvacrol, terpinen-4-ol, linalool, sabinene, alpha-terpinene, and gamma-terpinene were found as the major components. Furthermore, both samples exhibited a very interesting antimicrobial profile after they were tested against six Gram-negative and -positive bacteria and three pathogenic fungi.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the composition of kumquat (Fortunella japonica Swingle) cold-pressed peel oil and to determine which volatile components are primarily responsible for the aroma of this oil. Eighty-two compounds were identified in the oil by GC and GC-MS. The major compounds were limonene (93.73%), myrcene (1.84%), and ethyl acetate (1.13%). Flavor dilution (FD) factors and relative flavor activities (RFA) of volatile constituents were evaluated by aroma extract dilution analysis with gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O). Camphene, terpinen-4-ol, citronellyl formate, and citronellyl acetate showed high FD factors (>/=5) and RFA (>20). Citronellyl formate and citronellyl acetate were regarded as the characteristic odor components of the kumquat peel oil from the results of FD factor, RFA, and GC-sniffing. Citronellyl acetate is considered to be the odor component most similar to kumquat by organoleptic evaluation with GC-O.  相似文献

An analytical method for determining the quality and hence the chemical variety status of tea tree transplants is described. The key to the procedure was found to be the leaf age of the test material. Investigation at very early development stages was seen to give misleading results due to the sequential onset of different monoterpenoid biogenetic pathways. For example, in the first few leaves, the high concentration of terpinolene in the terpinen-4-ol variety suggests that the terpinolene variety is under investigation. However, 1,8-cineole percent concentrations in plantation tree leaf were approximately 1.6 times lower than those measured for seedlings prior to transplant. Consequently, the use of a plantation cineole indicator is proposed for estimating plantation cineole from seedling leaf analyses. Although recent investigations enable the chemotype status to be predicted with some certainty, it is now proposed that analysis of leaf set 10 at the age of 6 weeks (seedling age approximately 17 weeks) provides an unambiguous analysis and correlates seedling quality with mature plantation quality. In addition, the oil yield of mature tea tree leaf was found, by steam distillation, to be approximately 5 times higher than that of seedling leaf.  相似文献

The compositions of essential oils isolated from the aerial parts of Artemisia absinthium, Artemisia santonicum, and Artemisia spicigera by hydrodistillation were analyzed by GC-MS, and a total of 204 components were identified. The major components of these essential oils were camphor (34.9-1.4%), 1,8-cineole (9.5-1.5%), chamazulene (17.8-nd%), nuciferol propionate (5.1-nd%), nuciferol butanoate (8.2-nd%), caryophyllene oxide (4.3-1.7%), borneol (5.1-0.6%), alpha-terpineol (4.1-1.6%), spathulenol (3.7-1.3%), cubenol (4.2-0.1%), beta-eudesmol (7.2-0.6%), and terpinen-4-ol (3.5-1.2%). The antifungal activities of these essential oils were tested against 11 plant fungi and were compared with that of a commercial antifungal reagent, benomyl. The results showed that all of the oils have potent inhibitory effects at very broad spectrum against all of the tested fungi. Pure camphor and 1,8-cineole, which are the major components of the oils, were also tested for antifungal activity against the same fungal species. Unlike essential oils, these pure compounds were able to show antifungal activity against only some of the fungal species. In addition, the antioxidant and DPPH radical scavenging activities of the essential oils, camphor, and 1,8-cineole were determined in vitro. All of the studied essential oils showed antioxidant activity, but camphor and 1,8-cineole did not.  相似文献

Enantiomeric compositions of chiral terpenes in commercial fruit beverages were examined by solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography (SPME-GC). Optimization of the method was accomplished on the basis of some parameters involved in the extraction, such as heating temperature and extraction time, that provided the highest peak areas, 60 degrees C and 2 min being the optimal values. With the proposed method relative standard deviation (RSD) values from three replicates ranging from 2 to 12% were obtained. The enantiomeric distribution of some terpenes remained constant, whereas other terpenes (linalool, terpinen-4-ol, and alpha-terpineol) exhibited a considerable variation among samples. This can be indicative of the eventual addition of aromas to some fruit beverages.  相似文献

Cold-pressing and hydrodistilled peel oils of two Brazilian mandarin cultivars, commonly called Cai and Montenegrina (Citrus deliciosa Tenore), were obtained from fruits collected on mandarin trees submitted to the same pedoclimatic and cultural conditions. Their chemical composition and seasonal variation of the main volatile constituents were investigated by capillary GC and GC-MS, and the results were submitted to statistical analysis. To better characterize the oils, the enantiomeric distribution ratio of seven components (alpha-pinene, sabinene, beta-pinene, limonene, linalool, terpinen-4-ol, and alpha-terpineol) was determined by multidimensional gas chromatography (MDGC). The similarities found between both C. deliciosa cultivars are strong evidence for the hypothesis that Montenegrina originated from Cai as previously reported from agronomic studies.  相似文献

The chemical composition of the volatile oil from roots of Bergenia ligulalta was analyzed by GC-MS. A total of 97 compounds were identified. (+)-(6S)-Parasorbic acid (1) (47.45%), isovaleric acid (6.25%), 1,8-cineole (4.24%), (Z)-asarone (3.50%), and terpinen-4-ol (2.96%) were the most prominent constituents. (+)-(6S)-Parasorbic acid (1) was isolated and characterized by spectroscopic data. This is the first report of the existence of (+)-(6S)-parasorbic acid in the saxifrage family. The volatile oil and the isolated compound were tested against Drosophila melanogaster . The results obtained showed that the volatile oil from roots could be considered as natural insecticidal effect agents.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the lipolytic effects of eight kinds of citrus peel oils and their components. All of the citrus peel oils revealed lipolytic effects on olive oil model solution ranging from 10.9 to 73.8%. Hakyul (Citrus natsudaidai Hayata) showed the highest lipolytic effect (73.8%), followed by yuza (Citrus junos Sieb. ex Tanaka, 68.1%) and lemon (Citrus limonium, 63.4%), and their effects were comparable with or stronger than that of 5 mM raspberry ketone (p < 0.05). Among 17 authentic compounds relating to citrus peel oils, octanal (78.6%) showed the highest lipolytic effect, followed by gamma-terpinene (76.3%), limonene (75%), terpinen-4-ol (70.7%), nerol (69.9%), p-cymene (67.7%), and geranyl acetate (67.2%), and their effects were stronger than that of 5 mM raspberry ketone (p < 0.05). Ethyl acetate, alpha-pinene, myrcene, citronellal, linallyl acetate, and citronellol exhibited poor lipolytic effect in the model solution. Lipolytic effect was found to be high when the oils included a higher content of gamma-terpinene and p-cymene. Limonene showed potential lipolytic effect, and its effect is likely to be enhanced by the presence of gamma-terpinene and p-cymene. It is considered that monoterpene hydrocarbons consisting of one or two double bonds would have stronger lipolytic effect than those having three double bonds.  相似文献

采用Zn(NO3)2.6H2O和CF3COONa为原料制备ZnO纳米材料,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-VisDRS)测定等技术对其进行表征。ZnO纳米粒子在波长为200~400nm的紫外光范围内具有强吸收,以高压汞灯为光源,利用ZnO纳米催化剂对失效农药草甘膦(FGP)进行光降解实验。研究表明,在经900℃煅烧的ZnO纳米粒子浓度为0.5g.L-1,FGP试液初始pH=2.2的条件下,光催化降解90min后FGP去除率达91.8%;光催化体系中,引入Fe3+有利于提升ZnO纳米粒子催化活性。光谱分析显示,经ZnO纳米粒子光催化,失效农药草甘膦基本降解。  相似文献

盐度是影响生物脱氮过程的重要因素。盐度增加会导致生物硝化和反硝化过程中N_2O的产生并释放。该文以添加NaCl的生活污水为研究对象,采用固定填料序批式生物膜反应器(sequencing batch biofilm reactor,SBBR),考察了不同NaCl浓度(0、5、10、15和20g/L)对SBBR脱氮性能及N_2O释放的影响。结果表明,试验NaCl浓度范围内,SBBR出水COD稳定在40~60mg/L。硝化过程NO_2~-/NO_3~-随NaCl浓度增加而增加。NaCl浓度≤10g/L时,NH_4~+-N去除率大于95%,N_2O产率由4.08%(NaCl浓度为0)增至6.72%(NaCl浓度为10 g/L)。NaCl浓度为20 g/L时,驯化后SBBR内平均NH_4~+-N去除率为70%,平均N_2O产率为13.60%。无添加NaCl时,N_2O主要产生于硝化阶段的AOB好氧反硝化过程,SBBR内缺氧区有助于减少N_2O释放;高NaCl浓度条件下,N_2O主要产生于AOB好氧反硝化过程和内源同步反硝化过程,高盐度加剧内源反硝化阶段NO_2~-和N_2O之间电子竞争,抑制N_2O还原,其活性抑制性能与电子受体和初始C/N有关。与硝态氮还原速率和亚硝态氮还原速率相比,氧化亚氮还原速率受NaCl抑制最为明显,是导致高盐度条件下N_2O释放量增加的重要因素。  相似文献

Almond hulls (Nonpareil variety) were extracted with methanol and analyzed by reversed phase HPLC with diode array detection. The extract contained 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (chlorogenic acid), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (cryptochlorogenic acid), and 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid (neochlorogenic acid) in the ratio 79.5:14.8:5.7. The chlorogenic acid concentration of almond hulls was 42.52 +/- 4.50 mg/100 g of fresh weight (n = 4; moisture content = 11.39%). Extracts were tested for their ability to inhibit the oxidation of methyl linoleate at 40 degrees C. At an equivalent concentration (10 microg/1 g of methyl linoleate) almond hull extracts had higher antioxidant activity than alpha-tocopherol. At higher concentrations (50 microg/1 g of methyl linoleate) almond hull extracts showed increased antioxidant activity that was similar to chlorogenic acid and morin [2-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,5,7-trihydroxy-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one] standards (at the same concentrations). These data indicate that almond hulls are a potential source of these dietary antioxidants. The sterols (3beta,22E)-stigmasta-5,22-dien-3-ol (stigmasterol) and (3beta)-stigmast-5-en-3-ol (beta-sitosterol) (18.9 mg and 16.0 mg/100 g of almond hull, respectively) were identified by GC-MS of the silylated almond hull extract.  相似文献

为探究有机酸对食品中致腐假单胞菌抗生物被膜活性,本试验测定了柠檬酸(CA)和乙酸(AA)对荧光及隆德假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和生物被膜抑制能力,通过结晶紫法、苯酚-硫酸法和显微镜观察等分析亚抑菌浓度有机酸处理对2种假单胞菌的生物被膜形成、胞外多糖(EPS)和被膜结构变化及菌体运动性和蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明,CA和AA对荧光假单胞菌的MIC分别为2.1和1.0 mg·mL-1。2种有机酸添加浓度为1/4 MIC、1/2 MIC时能显著降低荧光和隆德假单胞菌的生物被膜和EPS分泌量,其中,1/2 MIC CA和1/2 MIC AA处理下生物被膜形成分别减少53.00%和52.19%,EPS分泌量分别降低54.43%和57.85%。光学和共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)观察发现,假单胞菌在亚抑菌浓度有机酸处理下粘附菌量明显降低,被膜变薄,被膜内死细菌增加,其中荧光假单胞菌成熟被膜为50.0 μm,而1/2 MIC AA和1/2 MIC CA处理下仅为9.8和10.2 μm,且菌体群集和泳动性变得微弱,尤其是AA处理。假单胞菌的蛋白酶活性在弱有机酸作用下显著下降,其酶活性降低22.21%~34.10%。综上表明,亚抑菌浓度CA和AA具有良好的抗假单胞菌生物被膜活性,其中AA的抑制作用更强。本研究为有机酸应用于生鲜食品保鲜提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Although various reports pointed to 6-methoxymellein (1) as a key player imparting the bitter taste in carrots, activity-guided fractionation experiments recently gave evidence that not this isocoumarin but bisacetylenic oxylipins contribute mainly to the off-taste. Among these, (Z)-heptadeca-1,9-dien-4,6-diyn-3-ol (2), (Z)-3-acetoxy-heptadeca-1,9-dien-4,6-diyn-8-ol (3), and (Z)-heptadeca-1,9-dien-4,6-diyn-3,8-diol (falcarindiol, 4) have been successfully identified. In the present study, an analytical procedure was developed enabling an accurate quantitation of 1-4 in carrots and carrot products. To achieve this, (E)-heptadeca-1,9-dien-4,6-diyn-3,8-diol was synthesized as a suitable internal standard for the quantitative analysis of the bisacetylenes. On the basis of taste activity values, calculated as the ratio of the concentration and the human sensory threshold of a compound, a close relationship between the concentration of 4 and the intensity of the bitter off-taste in carrots, carrot puree, and carrot juice was demonstrated, thus showing that compound 4 might offer a new analytical measure for an objective evaluation of the quality of carrot products. Quantitative analysis on the intermediate products in industrial carrot processing revealed that removing the peel as well as green parts successfully decreased the concentrations in the final carrot puree by more than 50%.  相似文献

为比较蜡样芽孢杆菌及其生物被膜对环境压力的抗性,该文主要研究了4种有机酸(乙酸、柠檬酸、乳酸和苹果酸)和乙醇对蜡样芽孢杆菌及其生物被膜存活率的影响。结果表明:生物被膜态蜡样芽孢杆菌对乙酸的抗性高于浮游态菌。扫描电镜结果显示,经乙酸处理后,浮游态蜡样芽孢杆菌的细胞表面严重受损,而生物被膜态菌的表面形态未发生明显变化。在柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸和乙醇存在的条件下,生物被膜态蜡样芽孢杆菌比浮游态菌表现出更强的压力抗性,特别是在高浓度(有机酸16%~20%,乙醇50%~60%)的情况下,该现象尤为显著。因此,在食品工业中控制被膜态蜡样芽孢杆菌对预防和阻止食品腐败非常重要。该研究结果为实际生产中有效控制蜡样芽孢杆菌及其生物被膜的形成提供参考。  相似文献
