This paper analyzes the FT-12 electric desk fan assembly line,and discusses the methods of improving the work stations design using the principles of industrial engineering(IE),the concepts of systems engineering and the techniques of work study. Practice proves that the productivity and the economic benefit of the manufacturing company are greatly increased, with only a small amount of additional investment and without additional labor and equipment input.  相似文献

通过多年的调查和监测,认为白于山山区仁用杏生产中存在的主要问题是花期、幼果期霜冻频繁;主栽品种为龙王帽,开花早,花期短,不抗霜冻;园址以南坡为主,开花较其它坡向早,易遭霜冻,不易坐果。由于仁用杏的产量不稳定,经济产值低,造成仁用杏园遭到砍伐或荒芜。提出该区应积极选育、引进抗霜冻品种和晚开花品种,加强仁用杏园的管理、改造,积极发展山杏、山桃,弥补仁用杏生产中的不足。  相似文献

在露天开采过程中遇到断层时,由于煤层突然错位,造成剥采比剧变,工程接续困难。因此,过断层期间剥采比合理控制和矿山工程平稳过渡接续是露天开采的技术难题之一。笔者通过建立剥采比与断层落差、产状及煤层厚度数学模型,研究不同煤柱留设宽度对边坡稳定的影响;分析了矿山工程发展速度与同时采煤台阶数的关系,计算确定了过断层期间确保矿山工程平稳过渡接续的动态降深速度和生产能力接续方式。结合胜利东二号露天矿过F61断层进行实例研究。结果表明:过断层开采方式和生产能力接续方法可有效均衡生产剥采比,保证产量稳定,提高矿山经济效益。  相似文献

There is chaos existed in the building market systems to some degrees in recent years, which has not only endangered the engineering quality and safety, but also has caused lower investment benefit as well as corrupted cadres and social vogue. So it is necessary to further rectify the building market. In this paper, the main existing problems including breaching the principle of bidding, contracting, rules of owners, monopolization and blockage, involving main bodies and government branches are analyzed. Since the analysis of seepage field with horizontal drain holes and the stability analysis of reservoir banks are very complicated, the application of horizontal drain holes in the engineering control of bank slope is restricted seriously. It is economical and reasonable to add horizontal drain holes to improve the slope stability, so it is of both practical and theoretical significance to research horizontal drain holes. Considering the complication of analysis, the paper introduces a complete set of methods of establishing the model of horizontal drain holes, analyzing the seepage field with horizontal drain holes and analyzing the slope stability after engineering control with horizontal drain holes only in two dimensional condition with a calculation example. The results of numerical analysis show that the slope stability can be improved by adding horizontal drain holes. and the length of the hole has obvious effects on draining compared with the aperture.  相似文献

In order to survey the degree of stability of dangerous rock slope and get reliable theoretical foundation about the slope restoration, earth stress measuring is performed in the engineering project through drilling on the slope surface. The survey is conducted by means of complete temperature compensation and automatic recording. In terms of experimental data, the computing ram of earth stress works out the magnitude, direction, inclination of the earth stress and their distribution. The result supplies theoretical base for the design and working of slope and dangerous rock control engineering, which has been proved to fine effects in the fields of society, security,environment, and economy in its practice.  相似文献

河北省柏乡县土地整理项目的碳排放效应研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为研究土地整理项目中的碳排放效应,明确土地整理的碳排放及其测算方法,分析土地整理碳减排潜力,以河北省柏乡县固城店镇土地整理项目区为研究区域,基于能源消费及土地利用变化,采用IPCC清单法,分析土地整理施工工程中包含土地平整工程、灌溉和排水工程、田间道路工程以及农田防护工程4个方面的碳排放及区域土地利用变化导致的碳排放。结果表明:柏乡县土地整理项目能源消费导致的碳排放总量为469.77 tC,土地平整工程的碳排放比例最大,高达78.44%,田间道路工程及灌溉和排水工程分别占15.69%,5.86%。从单位投资额碳排放量和单位投资比率的碳排放比例上看,田间道路工程和灌溉与排水工程投资的生态效应优于土地平整工程。柏乡县土地整理导致的土地利用变化使得区域土壤和植被碳储量增加了748.58 tC,其中未利用土地的碳储量变化最大。土地利用结构调整后增加的碳储量是整个施工过程中的碳排放量的1.59倍。柏乡县土地整理后项目区碳储量增加了278.81 tC,表现出碳汇效应。研究结果表明,为了降低土地整理的碳排放量,应当减少土地平整工程量,提倡使用清洁型燃料,并优先考虑碳密度较低的地类作为耕地来源,并在耕种过程中减少化肥和农药施用量,提高耕地产能。  相似文献

In selection of sliding-resistant system, the engineering geological condition must be considered. Based on the summarization of engineering examples, this paper shows that the accuracy of engineering geological survey is very important in selection of the sliding resistant system. After analyzing the structural behavior and loading conditions of sliding resistant system on cantilever pile-bolt, it shows that this system has many advantages such as reliable quality, good mechanical performance and economic benefits.  相似文献

The subject matter of this paper is to analyze the stability of excavated high slope. On the base of typical engineering case in Wulong, Chongqing, the geological conditions and potential failure pattern of the high slope are discussed. Then, the limit equilibrium method and the stereographic projection method are used to synthetically analyze the stability of excavated high slope. As a result, it indicates that the stability of the high slope in insufficient and some retaining structures ought to be adopted for the high slope as soon as possible.  相似文献

棉花生物技术在基因工程方面取得了较大进展。基因工程中,随着农杆菌介导法、花粉管通道法、基因枪轰击法等技术的突破,在棉花抗病虫害、抗除草剂等方面的育种获得成功,相应的新品种已开始了商业化生产。我国棉花生物技术在抗棉铃虫等方面达到世界领先水平。本文结合本实验室的研究工作,综述了生物技术在我国棉花育种中的应用进展,分析了我国棉花生物技术存在的主要问题,提出了相应的发展对策。  相似文献

The construction process of anchor,fiber concrete and its mechanical principle of interaction with surrounding rocks is studied by field tests from the view of researching stability of single layer tunneling lining. The mechanical properties of single layer lining in the practical application of tunnel engineering are measured. On the basis of this study,the mechanism of single layer tunnel lining is discussed,which is finally applied to the engineering practice,formatting a set of theoretical support for the design method of single layer lining. Studies found that close effect between fiber reinforced concrete and rock is well,which shows that the single layer lining design method to ensure quality and safety proposed in this paper is feasible,and construction characteristic of retaining structure is reliable. The method can be widely applied in engineering practice,and has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit.  相似文献

The dynamic elastic plastic finite element method was used to study the seismic performance of a slope protected by a soil nailing retaining wall. On the basis of working in parallel and interaction between loess and a flexible retaining wall, a 3 D nonlinear finite element method (ADINA) also was established. Rational earthquake excitation and damping were discussed for geological engineering. Horizontal and vertical excitations were considered simultaneously in the analyses. A model capable of simulating the nonlinear static and dynamic elastic plastic behavior of soil was used to model the soil, and a bilinear elastic plastic model having hardening behavior was used to model the soil nailing. A friction element was employed to describe the soil structure interaction behavior. Our research focused on the seismic performance of the horizontal and vertical slope deformation, soil nailing axial force, and earth pressure subjected to horizontal and vertical excitations. The results show that the seismic performance of slope protected by soil nailing is good; soil nailing axial force increases after an earthquake; permanent slope displacement occurs during an earthquake; and the peak earth pressure distribution during an earthquake is similar to the earth pressure before the earthquake. These conclusions can provide references for seismic analyses and design in soil nailing engineering.  相似文献

为探明关中农户型“猪-沼-粮”循环模式的能流特征、调控途径、效益状况,以及是否适合在关中区域推广问题,应用能流理论与系统分析法,对该循环系统进行能量投入和产出、能流去向、能流循环指数以及效益分析。结果表明:关中农户型“猪-沼-粮”循环模式是一个以生猪养殖业为主,秸秆还田种植业和沼气工程为辅的环境友好型农业生产模式。该系统以有机能投入为主,农作物光能利用率为1.19%,能流循环指数0.92,具有较高的自我稳定性和自我维持能力,机械化程度较高,农户每年增加7149.78元的经济收入,同时兼具良好的生态和社会效益。但种植子系统复种指数低,沼气工程的科技投入低,致使整个模式的产投比不高。该循环模式适合在关中地区大力推广,同时应采取因地制宜的系统结构调整和优化原则,坚持完善农业技术指导部门的发展策略。  相似文献

在河西走廊的盐渍化土地上,建立明沟排水、井排和干排(植物)的排水系统,将深耕、客土等农艺措施与淡水洗盐结合,应用地表覆盖、免耕和沟植技术形成了盐渍化土地的工程治理系统。应用减产系数法计算工程治理的效益,治理区的减产系数下降了0.40个百分点,即土壤的总体质量提高了60%,其中粮食产量增加了69.13%,种植面积增加了49.44%,取得了良好的效果。  相似文献
