OBJECTIVE: To determine whether tension of the girth strap of a saddle would sufficiently affect rib motion and reduce lung volume to alter pulmonary resistance in horses. ANIMALS: 10 healthy adult horses. PROCEDURE: We used classical techniques to measure the effects of tightening a girth strap (15 kg of tension) on pulmonary dynamics during eupnea and hyperpnea in horses. Respiratory impedance was evaluated by use of oscillometry, and resistance and reactance data were partitioned into lung and chest wall components. Rib cage and abdominal contributions to tidal volume and minute ventilation were measured by use of respiratory inductance plethysmography. Effects of strap tension on functional residual capacity (FRC) were measured during eupnea by use of a helium-dilution technique. In a subgroup of 6 horses, we also measured transdiaphragmatic pressures during eupnea and hyperpnea induced by administration of lobeline hydrochloride (0.2 mg/kg, i.v.). RESULTS: Pulmonary resistance measured by use of oscillometry but not by use of classical methods was significantly increased by the tension of the girth strap. However, the increase in pulmonary resistance could not be explained by a decrease in FRC. Motion of the rib cage was significantly reduced during eupnea and hyperpnea. However, ventilatory variables (tidal volume, minute ventilation, and peak flows), FRC, and transdiaphragmatic pressures were unaltered by strap tension. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Although tension of the girth strap caused measurable changes in respiratory mechanics (loss of rib motion and increased pulmonary resistance), there was no evidence that ventilation was limited.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine whether pulmonary distribution of aerosolized technetium Tc 99m pentetate is improved after inhalation of a single dose of albuterol sulfate in horses susceptible to recurrent airway obstruction (heaves). ANIMALS: 6 horses with heaves and 4 horses with normal respiratory tract function. PROCEDURE: Images were obtained during ventilation of horses at baseline (maximal change in pleural pressure during tidal breathing [deltaPpImax] >15 cm H2O) and after aerosolized albuterol sulfate (360 microg) administration, with a 24-hour washout period between experiments. The deltaPpImax was determined prior to the baseline scan, prior to albuterol sulfate administration, and 5 minutes after albuterol sulfate administration. Images were assessed by visual inspection (semi-quantitative scoring system) and histogram analysis. RESULTS: Images obtained from horses with heaves had nonuniform pulmonary distribution of radionuclide characterized by poor penetration in peripheral lung fields and excess deposition in large airways. Histogram analysis of images of the caudal portions of the lungs revealed nonuniform radionuclide deposition in horses with heaves and uniform radionuclide deposition in control horses. CONCLUSION: Administration of a single dose of aerosolized albuterol sulfate improved pulmonary distribution of aerosolized radiolabeled pentetate suspension in horses with heaves but did not alter pulmonary distribution in clinically normal horses. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Precedent bronchodilator administration may improve pulmonary distribution of aerosolized, surface-active anti-inflammatory preparations.  相似文献

Background: Tracheoscopy is generally used for the diagnosis of tracheal collapse (TC) in dogs; yet, it is costly, requires anesthesia, and can irritate the airway. The tidal breathing flow‐volume loop (TBFVL) is a safe, quick, and noninvasive pulmonary function test currently used in humans. Hypothesis: TBFVL will differentiate dogs with TC from healthy controls and contribute to disease grading. Animals: Twenty‐eight dogs with naturally occurring TC and 10 healthy controls. Methods: Cross‐sectional, prospective clinical study: The 38 dogs were assigned to one of 4 groups based on tracheoscopy results: group A (n = 10, healthy controls), group B (n = 10, grade I TC), group C (n = 10, grade II TC), and group D (n = 8, grade III TC). The TBFVL measurement was performed on all dogs and loops were assessed for their shape. Forty‐four TBFVL parameters were calculated. Results: Two types of TBFVL shapes were identified: Type I, representative of the 10 healthy controls, and Type II, representative of the 28 dogs with TC. Statistical analysis showed the dogs could be differentiated into healthy or affected by TC by 3 indices, TE/TI (expiratory time divided by inspiratory time), TI/TTOT (inspiratory time divided by total respiratory time), and EF75/IF75 (expiratory flow at end tidal volume plus 75% end tidal volume divided by inspiratory flow at end tidal volume plus 75% end tidal volume). The TC could also be graded as mild‐moderate (grades I and II) or severe (grade III), showing a diagnostic value of 97.4%. Conclusion and Clinical Importance: TBFVL is accurate, quick, noninvasive, and safe and can contribute to the diagnosis of TC in dogs.  相似文献

Heaves, a condition associated with airway neutrophilia, is believed to result from an allergic response to environmental dust particles. However, the contribution of neutrophils to the allergic response is poorly understood. It has been hypothesized that Th2-type cytokines can directly activate neutrophils to produce pro-inflammatory mediators. The present study focused on the presence of receptors for the Th2-type cytokines interleukin (IL)-5 and IL-9 on peripheral blood neutrophils of horses with heaves. Neutrophils were isolated from peripheral blood of horses with heaves (n=7), and normal control (n=5) before (pasture) and 3 weeks following a continuous natural allergen challenge (stabling). Horses with heaves had significantly increased numbers of neutrophils expressing IL-5 and IL-9 receptors compared to control while in pasture, and further increased during stabling in heaves affected horses but not in control animals. These results provide a possible mechanism by which Th2-type cytokines may activate neutrophils in equine heaves.  相似文献

Recent finding suggests that T-cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of heaves in horses. However, little is known concerning their possible contribution to pulmonary neutrophilia, a characteristic finding in heaves. Interleukin (IL)-17 is a cytokine secreted by activated T-cells that indirectly promotes the maturation, chemotaxis and activation of neutrophils. We therefore hypothesized that IL-17 may be involved in the recruitment of neutrophils into the airways and that its mRNA expression would be increased in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) cells of horses with heaves. Heaves susceptible horses (n=4) and control horses (n=4) when in pasture (clinical remission) and after 35 days of continuous exposure to moldy hay were studied. BAL and respiratory mechanics measurements were performed at both time periods. The mRNA expression of IL-17 in BAL was studied using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and CD3-zeta was used as a marker of T-cell numbers. There was no significant difference in IL-17 mRNA expression between groups of horses while in pasture. However, stabling resulted in an increased expression of IL-17 in all horses with heaves but in none of the control horses. These preliminary results suggest that IL-17 may contribute in the pathogenesis of horses with heaves following chronic antigen challenge.  相似文献

Heaves is a common condition of horses of cold climate that is characterized by small airway inflammation and obstruction following exposure of susceptible horses to moldy hay and straw. It has been shown that helper T lymphocytes (Th) orchestrate the inflammatory response in asthma and in various animal models of allergic lung diseases by the release of Th2-type cytokines. Results of previous studies indicate that a predominant expression of Th2-type response by airway cells may also be present in heaves. To evaluate the temporal mRNA expression of Th1 (IFN-gamma) and Th2 (IL-4, IL-5) type cytokines in heaves and their relationship to clinical disease, we studied the pulmonary mechanics and cytokine mRNA expression (IL-4, IL-5 and IFN-gamma) in bronchoalveolar lavage lymphocytes of horses with heaves (n=6) and control (n=6) before and after 24h and 9 days of continuous natural inhalation challenge. Starting 24h after challenge horses with heaves, but not control horses, had a significant increase in pulmonary elastance and the number of lymphocytes expressing mRNA for IL-4 and IL-5. These changes were further increased at 9 days, at which time the number of cells positive for IFN-gamma mRNA was decreased. In this study we have shown that BAL lymphocytes of horses with heaves during clinical exacerbation have a predominant Th2-type cytokine response and that this response coincides in time with the presence of airway obstruction.  相似文献

We report the effects of mouldy hay/straw exposure, inhaled hay dust suspension (HDS) and inhaled lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) gelatinolytic matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) levels and degree of activation in healthy (n = 6) and heaves- (previously termed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) affected (n = 6 or 7) horses. Gelatinolytic MMPs in BALF were quantified by zymography, and gelatinases were shown by Western immunoblotting to be MMP-2 and MMP-9. Hay/straw and HDS challenges increased BALF total gelatinolytic activity only in heaves horses, with the majority of gelatinolytic activity comprising pro- and active MMP-9. The 5 h duration hay/straw challenge increased BALF gelatinolytic MMP activity in heaves horses at 5 and 24 h after the start of this challenge, with activity returning to baseline by Day 4. In contrast to hay/straw and HDS challenges, LPS inhalation increased BALF gelatinolytic MMP activity in both groups. For all challenges, absolute BALF neutrophil counts were highly significantly correlated (P<0.0001) with levels of proMMP-9 and active MMP-9, but not with levels of MMP-2 (P>0.05). As gelatinolytic MMPs are pro-inflammatory agents, they may contribute to lung dysfunction and tissue destruction in heaves horses exposed to airborne organic stable dusts.  相似文献

Objective: To validate the use of the LigaSure? Vessel Sealing System (LVSS) to perform thoracoscopic lung tissue biopsies in heaves‐affected horses. Study design: Prospective clinical study. Animals: Heaves‐affected horses (n=12). Methods: Lung biopsies (n=34) were collected with the LVSS (2–4 biopsies/horse) in horses with and without clinical signs of heaves. Thoracoscope (13th intercostal space [ICS]) and 2 instruments (between the 12–15th ICS) portals were used. Selected clinical and arterial blood gas variables were monitored. Postoperative pneumothorax was evaluated. Depth of thermal injury to the surrounding tissue and representativeness of the biopsies were determined. Results: Mean surgical time was 22.9±8.0 minutes. The complication rate was 5.6%, and primarily related to a focal inadequate sealing of the biopsy margin. Five horses in exacerbation required intraoperative intranasal O2. Mean PaO2 was significantly lower in heaves‐affected horses with clinical signs compared with those without clinical signs. Postoperative pneumothorax was detected radiographically after 20 of the 34 procedures. One horse with clinical signs of heaves developed a fatal tension pneumothorax 5 days postoperatively despite close radiographic monitoring. Conclusion: Thoracoscopic lung biopsy using LVSS is a rapid and effective technique to harvest peripheral lung tissues from heaves‐affected horses. Although the complication rate was tolerable, tension pneumothorax was a potential life‐threatening complication because of incomplete lung sealing. Clinical Relevance: LVSS can be used with relative safety to perform thoracoscopic lung biopsy, but close postoperative monitoring is necessary to avoid tension pneumothorax.  相似文献

Pulmonary function and airway reactivity to IV histamine were measured in a group of ponies with a history of recurrent airway obstruction (heaves) and their age-, weight-, and gender-matched controls. Ponies were studied during a period of clinical remission (period A), after exposure to a barn environment (period B), and twice during a 2-week recovery phase (periods C and D). At periods A, C, and D, PaO2, dynamic compliance (Cdyn), pulmonary resistance, tidal volume, respiratory frequency, and the log dose of histamine required to reduce Cdyn to 65% of base-line value (log ED65Cdyn) of principals and controls did not differ. Barn exposure (period B) decreased Cdyn, PaO2, and ED65Cdyn and increased pulmonary resistance in principals but not controls. The slope of the histamine dose-Cdyn response curves was not different between principal and control groups of ponies and was unaffected by barn exposure or return to pasture. There was a poor correlation between ED65Cdyn and indices of airway caliber. During acute airway obstruction, ponies with a history of heaves were hyperreactive to IV histamine, but during disease remission, airway response to histamine was not different from that of control ponies. Seemingly, hyperreactivity in principal ponies after exposure to a barn environment cannot be explained solely by alterations in base-line airway caliber.  相似文献

Work in humans and laboratory animals has identified a central role for cytokines and chemokines in development and persistence of lower airway inflammation. The objectives of this study were to determine interleukin (IL)-1 beta, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, interferon (IFN)-gamma and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha induction in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) of control horses and horses with heaves both during remission and exacerbation of the disease, and to determine the effect of therapy with inhaled fluticasone propionate on the cytokine profile of horses with heaves. IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha mRNA expression was significantly higher in horses with heaves after exposure to moldy hay compared to either values obtained during clinical remission or to healthy controls. IL-8 mRNA expression and protein concentrations were significantly higher in horses with heaves than in controls. Both IL-4 and IFN-gamma mRNA expression was increased at various times in heaves-susceptible horses compared to controls. IL-2, IL-5 and IL-10 mRNA expression was not detected in BAL cells of either group. Therapy with inhaled fluticasone propionate after induction of a severe heaves exacerbation resulted in complete resolution of clinical signs, normalization of pulmonary function tests, and significant decrease in BAL neutrophilia. This was associated with a significant decrease in IL-4 mRNA expression and increase in IFN-gamma/IL-4 ratio in horses with heaves. These results demonstrate the clinical efficacy of inhaled fluticasone propionate for the treatment of heaves and suggest a role for cytokines in the development of lower airway inflammation in heaves-susceptible horses.  相似文献

Background: Corticosteroids currently are the most effective pharmacological treatment available to control heaves in horses. Systemically administered corticosteroids have been shown to alter immune response in horses, humans, and other species. Aerosolized administration theoretically minimizes systemic adverse effects, but the effect of inhaled corticosteroids on immune function has not been evaluated in horses. Objectives: To evaluate the effects of prolonged administration of inhaled fluticasone on the immune system of heaves‐affected horses. Animals: Heaves‐affected horses were treated with inhaled fluticasone (n = 5) for 11 months or received environmental modifications only (n = 5). Methods: Prospective analysis. Clinical parameters and CBC, lymphocyte subpopulations and function, and circulating neutrophil gene expression were sequentially measured. Primary and anamnestic immune responses also were evaluated by measuring antigen‐specific antibodies in response to vaccination with bovine viral antigen and tetanus toxoid, respectively. Results: No clinical adverse effects were observed and no differences in immune function were detected between treated and untreated horses. Conclusions and Clinical Importance: The treatment of heaves‐affected horses with inhaled fluticasone at therapeutic dosages for 11 months has no significant detectable effect on innate and adaptive (both humoral and cell‐mediated) immune parameters studied. These results suggest that prolonged administration of fluticasone would not compromise the systemic immune response to pathogens nor vaccination in adult horses.  相似文献

Heaves, also known as recurrent airway obstruction, is a common condition of horses characterised by pulmonary neutrophilia and reversible airway obstruction. This study evaluated the role of neutrophils in producing cytokines and chemokines that might be involved in the recruitment and activation of inflammatory cells in horses with heaves. Peripheral neutrophils were isolated from heaves-affected (n = 9) and control (n = 4) horses before and after 5 h of natural inhalation challenge. Expression of mRNA of two pro-inflammatory cytokines, tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha and interleukin (IL)-1beta, along with two chemokines, IL-8 and macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-2, was evaluated. After exposure to mouldy hay, horses with heaves had significant airway obstruction and increased numbers of neutrophils in bronchoalveolar lavage samples, compared to control horses. However, there were no differences in the expression of mRNAs of TNF-alpha, IL-1beta, IL-8 and MIP-2 between the two groups, suggesting that the release of cytokines and chemokines by peripheral blood neutrophils is not necessary for the development of heaves.  相似文献

Reason for performing study: The effect of palatal instability (PI) on measures of ventilation and gas exchange is not well understood. Objectives: To assess to what degree different severities of naturally occurring palatal dysfunction affect ventilation and gas exchange during strenuous exercise. Methods: A retrospective study was performed using data collected from 40 Thoroughbred racehorses diagnosed with naturally occurring dynamic palatal dysfunction during high speed treadmill exercise. Upper airway videoendoscopic recordings were made concurrently with measurements of ventilation and gas exchange. Three categories of soft palate dysfunction were formed: mild palatal instability; moderate to severe palatal instability; and dorsal displacement of the soft palate (DDSP). Minute ventilation, tidal volume, breathing frequency, end‐tidal carbon dioxide and oxygen concentrations, oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production were calculated during the last 10 s of the exercise test, when airway obstruction was at its worst. Results: There was a trend for minute ventilation, tidal volume, oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production to decrease with increasing degree of palatal dysfunction, although statistically significant differences were only seen with DDSP. End‐tidal carbon dioxide increased and end‐tidal oxygen decreased with increasing obstruction, with both parameters showing significant differences between mild PI and moderate to severe PI. Conclusions: The results suggest that PI has a negative effect on certain respiratory parameters, although this is not as great as that associated with DDSP. Potential relevance: Palatal instability may be detrimental to athletic performance even when progression to DDSP does not occur.  相似文献

AIMS: To evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programmes that included controlled internal drug-releasing (CIDR) devices containing progesterone (P4) in improving synchrony of oestrus, and conception and pregnancy rates in cycling, anoestrous and inseminated dairy cows, using meta-analysis. To describe the difference in response between cycling and anoestrous cows to CIDR-based synchrony programmes. METHODS: Scientific papers written in the English language between 1989 and 2002 that investigated the effects of treatment programmes including CIDR devices on reproductive performance in dairy heifers or lactating dairy cows were identified using a computerised literature search. The criteria for inclusion incorporated evidence that treatment allocation was completely randomised; the population studied was lactating dairy cows; and that data were available on submission, conception and pregnancy rates and their associated measures of variability. Reproductive outcomes from 25 synchrony trials (total n=11,058 cows) were analysed. Summary measures of the effect of treatment on reproductive outcome were assessed using fixed- and random-effects Bayesian meta-analysis models. RESULTS: Treatment programmes including a CIDR device increased the risk of submission in cycling cows (predicted Bayesian RR=2.86, 95% credible interval=1.46-5.67). Compared with controls, synchrony programmes including CIDR devices in cycling dairy cows had no effect on the risk of conception to first service post-treatment (predicted Bayesian RR=1.00, 95% credible interval=0.80-1.24). Compared with controls, synchrony programmes including CIDR devices had no effect on the risk of pregnancy throughout the mating period (predicted Bayesian RR=1.02, 95% credible interval=0.89-1.17). In anoestrous cows, CIDR treatment had no effect on the risk of conception to first service post-treatment and no effect on the risk of pregnancy throughout the mating period, compared with anoestrous, untreated controls (predicted Bayesian RR=0.91 and 0.97, respectively; 95% credible interval=0.68-1.26 and 0.59-1.60, respectively). CONCLUSION: The results of this meta-analysis showed that synchrony programmes using CIDR devices combined with other hormones reliably enhanced submission rates in lactating dairy cows. The relatively small number of trials with data suitable for analysis and the heterogeneity of results at the individual trial level limited our ability to confirm either a beneficial or deleterious effect of treatment on conception or pregnancy rates. Further randomised, controlled trials to evaluate the effectiveness of this form of reproductive therapy in commercial dairy farms are needed.  相似文献

Pancreatic abscess was diagnosed by exploratory celiotomy in 6 dogs. The most common clinical signs included acute onset of lethargy (n = 5), anorexia (n = 6), vomiting (n = 5), and diarrhea (n = 2). Physical examination revealed pain response to abdominal palpation (n = 5), depression (n = 5), icterus (n = 3), fever (n = 3), and cranial abdominal mass (n = 2). Consistent preoperative clinicopathologic abnormalities included leukocytosis with left shift, observance of toxic neutrophils on the blood smear, hyperlipasemia, hyperamylasemia, hyperbilirubinemia, and increased serum alkaline phosphatase activity. In 5 of 6 dogs, abdominal radiography revealed increased soft tissue density in the cranial portion of the abdomen. Ultrasonography performed on 4 dogs confirmed pancreatic mass. In all dogs, exploratory celiotomy revealed a cavitary pancreatic mass that contained sterile, mucopurulent material. Histopathologic diagnoses included acute necrotizing or chronic-active pancreatitis and steatitis. Two dogs were euthanatized at the time of diagnosis, and the remaining 4 were treated by use of pancreatic debridement(s), open abdominal drainage, and intensive administration of fluids and antibiotics. One dog was euthanatized 4 days after surgery, because of progressive pancreatic abscessation. Three dogs recovered and were discharged.  相似文献

Horses are known to acquire small airway disease (SAD), an allergen-induced naturally occurring syndrome of reversible obstructive lung disease accompanied by airway hyperresponsiveness and increased inflammatory cell numbers on bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL). This disorder has received scant attention in young racehorses. The purpose of the present report was to examine the effect of BAL eosinophilia in young racehorses on clinical examination, BAL, hematology, airway responsiveness, and on pulmonary function at rest and after a standardized exercise challenge. Five (3 males, 2 females; age 2.6 ± 0.9 years) with a history of respiratory compromise and BAL eosinophil differential count <5% and 6 controls (4 males, 2 females; age 3.5 ± 1.0 years) training and performing to expectation with normal BAL cell differential (eosinophils < 1%) were studied. Respiratory system clinical examination was performed and expressed as a clinical score. Arterial blood gas measurements, CBC, and pulmonary function testing were performed at rest. Pulmonary mechanics measurements were repeated 1 hour and 20 hours after a standardized treadmill exercise challenge. Incremental histamine inhalation challenge was performed and the concentration of histamine effecting a 35% decrease in dynamic compliance (PC35CDyn) was determined. Significant differences were noted between and controls with regard to clinical score ( P = .01), blood eosinophils ( P = .04), BAL cell count ( P = .04), BAL macrophage differential ( P = .04), PC35CDyn ( P = .008), and tidal volume and respiratory rate at 20 hours following exercise challenge ( P = .05). We conclude that pulmonary eosinophilia and airway hyperresponsiveness are manifest in some young horses without overt airway obstruction at rest. We speculate that these may be early events in the natural progression of heaves.  相似文献

To investigate whether inhaled endotoxin contributes to airway inflammation and dysfunction in stabled horses, control (n = 6) and asymptomatic heaves (previously termed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)-susceptible (n = 7) horses were given inhalation challenges with 20, 200 and 2,000 microg of soluble Salmonella typhimurium Ra60 lipopolysaccharide (LPS). LPS inhalation induced a dose-dependent neutrophilic airway inflammatory response in both groups. Inhalation with 2,000 microg of LPS also induced detectable lung dysfunction in the heaves group. LPS inhalation did not alter clinical score, tracheal secretion volume or airway reactivity in either group. The no-response thresholds were lower for the heaves group (<20 microg for airway inflammation; 200 to 2,000 microg for lung dysfunction) than for the control group (20 to 200 microg for airway inflammation; >2,000 microg for lung dysfunction). To enable comparison of these threshold levels with airborne endotoxin concentrations in stables, horses also received a 5 h duration hay/straw challenge, during which the total and respirable airborne endotoxin concentrations were determined. Comparison of the effects of acute LPS inhalation and hay/straw challenges suggest that inhaled endotoxin is not the sole cause of heaves. However, it is likely that it contributes to airway inflammation, both in heaves horses in concert with other inhalants, and in normal horses when they are exposed to high levels in poor stable environments.  相似文献

To investigate the relative importance of inhaled particulates and soluble components in the response to inhaled hay dust suspension (HDS), heaves (previously termed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; n = 7) and control (n = 6) horses were given inhalation challenges with whole and fractionated HDS. Fractionation was achieved by centrifugation to yield supernatant (SUP) and particulate debris. The particulates were then washed repeatedly in saline to produce a washed particulate (WP) fraction which comprised mainly fungal spores, and a wash fraction (WF) which comprised saline and soluble components washed from the surface of the particulates. Inhalation of HDS and SUP induced a significant airway neutrophilia in both groups, with the magnitude of the response being significantly greater in heaves horses. SUP induced significantly less airway neutrophilia than HDS in both groups, despite the endotoxin and protease content of HDS and SUP being comparable. WP and WF induced only a slight airway neutrophilia in heaves horses. However, a combined challenge with SUP and WP induced a neutrophilic response approaching the magnitude of that following HDS challenge, indicating that dust particulates contribute to the pulmonary recruitment of neutrophils in heaves. Consequently, inhalation challenge with HDS, which contains both particulates and soluble dust components, may be a more useful tool for the diagnosis and investigation of heaves than aqueous dust extracts, which contain only soluble components.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the use of surface area derived tidal volume in anesthetized ventilated dogs (n = 71, random assignment) compared to settings by experienced personnel. There was no significant difference (P = 0.1030) between methods (p(a)CO(2) of 43.1 ± 7 mmHg and 39.8 ± 7 mmHg, respectively). Surface area derived tidal volume can achieve satisfactory ventilation.  相似文献
