SOME EXPERIANCES AND PROBLEMS IN CHIN A OLD CITY RECONSTRUCTION

Through a historical review of China old city reconstruction and practices in cityplanning,this paper presents six basic problems in old city reconstruction.     

Analysis of Urban Reconstruction Based on Game Theory

The management of urban reconstruction is a process of game between the government and developers.It is helpful that the interest and its equilibrium for the relative parties involved in the reconstruction process are considered during the formation of government policy.This paper analyzes the environment for the policy constitution and establishes a model for strategy making based on the game theory.This model provides a basic foundation to improve the management ability of the government in the reconstruction process.Finally,in this paper some strategic issues are suggested to cope with the challenges from urban reconstruction in China.     

Symbol Expression of Allocation in Ancient Villages

On the vast land of China there are still some ancient Villages scattered, which were formed under some specific historical situations.Due to the limitations such as geographical and transport factors,these ancient villages have been little affected by the construction boom outside,keeping the original shape,architectural style and even the plain and simple customs until now.During the course of location selection and village formation, the traditional culture of the villagers has been embodied into the substantial system of the village and has become the important part of the village culture.The study on the ancient village-the prototype of city inhabitation-will contribute to understanding the trace of city development,that is,the concept of city planning and designing transforms from the functionalism to humanism approach.It is endowed with further cultural connotation promoting the continuous development of the city. In this paper, the external form of traditional culture in the ancient villages were inquired into from four aspects:the thought of "gendu"(farming and study) culture, the idea of village defense,the concept of "lishui" culture and the notion of "fengshui" culture.     

偃师市耕地时空变化及驱动力分析

为从县级层面上了解耕地变化的趋势特点,更好地实现耕地资源保护及可持续利用,笔者研究了偃师市1997—2004年耕地时空变化情况,并运用主成分分析法,对影响耕地变化的主要驱动力因子进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明,1997—2004年偃师市耕地变化分为数量增加和数量减少两个阶段;变化幅度区域分布不同,经济发达乡镇高于落后乡镇,中心城区、重点乡镇高于一般乡镇,山区乡镇高于平原乡镇。其变化除受政策、观念等因素驱动外,经济发展也起到了重要的促进作用,并在此基础上提出了耕地保护的建议。     

Research on the Relation between Motives and Performance of Reconstruction of Listed Companies in China

More and more reconstruction events happened in China, it becomes a hot point. Lots of literatures are about reconstruction theory, reconstruction motives, reconstruction modes, reconstruction performance, but no one is a bout the relation between reconstruction motives and its performance. This paper takes those companies in Shenzhen Exchange reconstructed in 1999 as study samples, groups them on its reconstruction motive and analyzes their reconstruction performance by financial data before and after reconstruction. It is pointed out that the relation between reconstruction motives and performance.     

新农村建设及其模式选择——基于3个典型自然村的调查分析

对山西省太谷县的3个典型自然村进行分析,其中郝村属于农业部在山西省确立的惟一新农村建设示范村,小王堡村和董村是省、市政府确定的典型的新农村建设试点村,他们在新农村建设模式的选择方面,都立足地方经济,发挥区域优势,彰显自身特色,以发展现代农业为核心,在引领新农村建设方面,具有重要的示范意义和推广价值。     

CONSTRUCTION OF OLD MOUNTAIN CITIES

During the citified course at present for construction of old mountain cities is very important. This paper has analyzed the following problems: the contradiction for construction of cities, style of mountain cities, reconstruction of city construction and reflecting the features of our age from cities.     

Spatial and Temporal Patterns of Land Values Based on Kriging and GIS Method

In order to know how and why the land values changed inside the city,the land-value patterns of Beijing during the period from 1998 to 2005 were studied based on Kriging and GIS Method.The land-value data of Beijing had a second order trend,so the Ordinary Kriging(OK) method was used after removing the trend surface.The results showed that there was a positive relationship between land-value and ring roads.The patterns of land values were clearly affected by the eradiating function of the city centre,and there was no independent sub-centre formed.In addition to the impact of city center,the main reasons for the land value increase were the influence of city planning,the expected appreciation,and improvement of infrastructure and transportation.In the process of suburbanization of Beijing,the land values showed a significant growth pattern from the near suburban to the city centre,which caused by the restraint of land resources.     

乡村地域系统退化研究进展

随着乡城人口迁移和城市化快速推进,大量乡村住宅闲置废弃,导致村庄“空心化”。村庄“空心化”的实质是以人口骤减、经济衰退、景观退化等为特征的乡村地域系统整体退化。文章界定了乡村地域系统退化内涵,梳理了有关乡村地域系统退化特征、成因、影响、重建方法以及研究方法等研究成果,得出了研究区域有待拓展、研究视野偏窄、研究方法综合少、3S技术应用不够、对策设计缺乏系统性等问题,最后列出山区案例研究、村庄空心化与乡村地域系统退化耦合机制、退化乡村地域系统重建策略、多学科交叉与系统综合集成等研究重点。     

江苏省稻米重金属镉检测多级抽样最优试验方案的探讨

为了探讨江苏省稻米重金属镉检测多级抽样最佳试验方案,本文以一个三级抽样检测结果为例,经方差分析F检验,发现地市间和样点村间差异均极显著,各级误差方差以地市间最大。在此基础上,探讨了在一定精确度保证下的最优配置抽样方案。结果表明,为了提高调查的精确度,在经费许可的条件下可采用随机抽取6个地市,每个地市随机抽取20个样点村或农技推广站,每个样点村随机重复2次的抽样方案;若资金较为紧张,在保证当前精确度的基础上,亦可以采用随机抽取6个地市,每个地市随机抽取10个样点村或农技推广站,每个样点村随机重复2次的抽样方案。     

增强城乡统筹协调发展能力 突出解决“三农”问题

从不同层面描述了城乡差距、形成城乡关系失衡的危机意识。必须认识城乡统筹是生产关系必须适应生产力发展这一规律的必然体现,是资源优化配置的客观要求;造成城乡分化的主要原因是由于中国长期实行的城乡二元经济结构政策造成的;城乡统筹协调发展的国际经验值得借鉴;打破城乡分割体制、实现城乡关系平等、协调、融合、发展是增强城乡统筹协调发展能力、突出解决“三农”问题的主要措施。     

A Trial Coexistence of New and Old: A Case Study of Shikumen House Reconstruction in Shanghai

As an architectural style from the growth period in Shanghai, Shikumen houses will influence the city image of Shanghai for a long time. Today, a further understanding of Shikumen houses will help us comprehend local characteristics and the meaning of city culture, to uphold the image of the city, and to keep the lifestyle lively. In this case study, we paid attention to city context. By proposing a method of partial preservation and partial reconstruction of a Shikumen house, we tried to realize humanistic communion space with different layers, such as an upright lane and aerial yard.     

Exploration of Industrial Building Reconstruction as Manufacturing Facilities

Based on the current development of industrial building reconstruction with function of manufacturing facilities, in this paper, the authors emphasize the importance of this kind of reconstruction, explore the detailed reconstruction means and analyze the relevant comprehensive affecting elements, at the end, the relevant general design principles are put forward.     

Spatial Structure Adjustment Strategies of the Coal Resource-Based Cities during the Mature Period: A Case Study of Pingdingshan

Coal cities are the main part of the resource-based cities in China, and the benign development of coal cities' spatial structure has a direct impact on these cities' future economic and social development, as well as the urban residents' welfare. Land use fragmentation is the most typical morphological characteristic of the coal city's spatial structure development. In this paper, Pingdingshan City of Henan Province in China is taken as an example. Through empirical analysis, the urban spatial structure development processes of a typical coal resource-based city in its mature period are illustrated, and the formation reasons and potential mechanism behind coal city land use fragmentation are explored, and the measurement method of land use fragmentation degree of the coal city is put forward. On the above basis, the appropriate adjustment strategies and methods aimed at the coal city spatial structure are found out and given. This study is a good guideline and reference for the spatial structure planning and land use planning of the coal city during the mature and declining period, which is of great help to the sustainable development and industrial structure transformation of the coal city. It also has certain reference significance for the coal city in the growth period.     

The Research of University City Planning Strategies Based on the Real Living

Based on the present problems in university city planning of China, in this paper the reasons for these problems from viewpoint of axiology and methodology are analyzed and the corresponding planning methods are offered, finally the prospects for the future university city planning method are given.     

Key Links and Solutions for the Relationshipsabout Reconstruction of Old Buildings

Following the rapid development of the revolutions in housing system,reconstruction of old buildings is rising.In order to make the reconstruction proceed smoothly,in this paper the author studies the secondary parts,reinforcing foundation,dismantlement of some parts of an old building,linkage of new and old frames,solutions for the four relationships,and others.     

The Practice of Planning and Design of Characteristic Rural Areas in Jiangsu Province: A Case Study of Shiye Town,Zhenjiang City

Based on the theory of three living spaces,taking the characteristic rural areas of Shiye Town in Zhenjiang City as the research object,the study analyzed its constituent elements in production,life and ecological space (three living spaces) and put forward the strategy of space optimization.The overall optimization design of the village is made according to the problems by combining with the current situation of pilot villages such as Yongmaowei,Huanqingzhou and group 1 of Xianfeng Village.In addition,special reconstruction measures were formulated for the existing problems of agricultural houses and public spaces in various typical villages.     

Spatial Distribution of Traditional Villages and Influence Factors in Hunan Province

To develop and protect traditional villages reasonably, this paper applied Arc GIS Spatial Analyst Tools to analyze spatial distribution and infl uence factors of 101 traditional villages in Hunan Province. The research showed the agglomerate distribution of traditional villages in Hunan; from the city scale, distribution of traditional villages was concentrated mainly in West Hunan Tujia Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Chenzhou, Yongzhou, Huaihua and Shaoyang; concentrated distribution of traditional villages in the fi ve major geographic regions showed poor equilibrium, West Hunan had the most concentrated traditional villages, and South Hunan has the second most; relatively closed regional environment, perilous hills, inconvenient transportation, and underdeveloped social economy contributed to the protection of traditional villages, and they were all signifi cant infl uence factors for the distribution of traditional villages in Hunan.     

Image Reconstruction from Imcomplect Data by a Maximum Entropy Reprojecting Technique

In this paper,a new image reconstruction algorithm named maximum entropy reprojecting is developed for missing projection data from some objects are opaque for parts of ray.The results of comparing simulation experiments on the general computer indicate that the quality of reconstructed images by the new algorithm are much better than the tradional maximum entropy algorithm.So the algorithm has reliable propect in application.     

Construction of Orthogonal Wavelets Bases and Design of Algoritm

Based on the brief introduction of the principle of wavelet analysis,a summary of several typical wavelet bases from the point of view of perfect reconstruction of an image is given.It is emphasized that designing wavelet bases which are used to decompose the image into sub band form is equivalent to designing a fliters with perfect or nearly perfect property.The generating algorithm corresponding to Daubechies bases and some simulation results are also show in this paper.
