In this paper,the open loop response curve is computed by a computer after the process paramter estimatio The parameters of PI or PID controller are computed by the method of respose curve. Then in order to obtain better control performance, the parameters of PI or PID controller are gradually optimized.This algorithm is with wider application range compared with the other self-tuning PID control algorithms. The computer simulation and real-time control trials shows a good result.  相似文献

This paper presents the character of cascade control system and the design of the main loop and subloop. A cascade PID control system based on MATLAB is designed, which is controlled by MATLAB control program based on incremental PID control algorithm and PID parameter tuning method based on computer control. Aiming at systems which are of characteristics of multi-input and multi-output, nonlinearity and time-variation in the industrial control fields, this paper presents a intelligent PID control method based on ameliorative RBF neural networks, which constructs RBF neural networks identifier on-line and identifies a controlled object on-line by means of adopting the nearest neighbor-clustering algorithm, and adjusts parameters of PID controller on-line and realizes decoupiing control of multivariable, nonlinear and time-variation system. The simulation result indicates that the controller can get parameters which are optimal under some control law, it makes the decoupled system, compared to the PID control method based on the conventional RBF neural networks, has perfect dynamic and static performances, possesses the advantages of high precision, quick response speed and is of great adaptability and robustness.  相似文献

Carburization is a complex manufacturing process with serious disturbance and time delay,which is multi-variable and uncertain.It is difficult to set up an exact mathematic model.Moreover,by means of conventional control methods and experience,satisfying control result can't be obtained.In this paper,according to the characteristic of controlled-object,Fuzzy control method has been chosen to design a Fuzzy-PI controller and a mixed-PID Fuzzy controller.The result of simulation shows that the robust performance and control result of the new Fuzzy controllers is better than the conventional PID controller.The overshoot is smaller.It is helpful to improve the quality of carburizing workpieces.  相似文献

Fuzzy PID controller was applied in variable air volume system. The task was to control the temperature of supply air and the temperature of air conditioned room (the return air temperature) close to their respective targets. The fuzzy PID control system of supply air temperature and return air temperature was designed respectively. The supply air temperature was controlled through adjusting the valve opening of chilled water. And the indoor temperature was controlled through adjusting the rotational speed of variable frequency ventilator. The supply air temperature and the indoor temperature (return air temperature) were controlled online by fuzzy PID controller. Thus, it was shown that the design of fuzzy PID controller was reasonable and the effect of fuzzy PID control was well.  相似文献

In order to calculats the ultimate load of a Waffle_slab structure with the method of plastic analysis,this paper supposes the structure as a virtual isotropic plate of structural orthogonal anisotropic plat es.The formulations of the ultimate moments distribution between the virtual plate and the virtual beams are deduced.The virtual work of the internal forces can be figured out easily under the given failure mechanism models,and then the ultimate load of the structure can be determined according to the virtual work principle.  相似文献

The FEM simulation analysis method was studied to identify the ultimate bearing capacity of cold-formed steel portal frames.In this study,the beam-spring system was used to simulate the performance of joints.The initial imperfection of frame components was considered.The deformation performance and failure features of portal frame structures under vertical loads also were studied.The analytic results of the FEM simulation analysis method are close to the values obtained by experimentation.The ultimate bearing capacity of portal frames were computed by changing parameters such as the web plate thickness,the flange width,the plate thickness of brackets,the portal frame roof inclination,and the column footing stiffness.The analytic results indicate that the ultimate bearing capacity may be improved when the parameters mentioned above are increased.  相似文献

This paper presents a new practical method for PI or PID industrial regu-lator optimal adjustments.This method is well feasible for off-line theoreticaladjustment of a control system and provided for closed loop identification withon-line regulator tuning.The proposed algorithm is based on approximationinversion of s-domain disturbance property of a control system by shiftedChebyshev's series.The PI or PID regulator parameter optimization usings-domain approximation representation of time-domain performance index of acontrol system is exclusively discussed with an example of using the algorit-hm.The introduced method is proved convenient to industrial process withhigh-order mathematical model.And it has both theoretical and engineeringsignificance.  相似文献

In order to improve vehicle handling stability,a control system using optimal allocation of yaw moment was designed.The first layer is a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) controller,which optimizes a desired yaw moment to work on the vehicle and calculates reference wheel slip for the target wheel.The second layer of the control system is a PID controller which can track the reference wheel slip rate,and then apply braking torque on the target wheel to make the vehicle stable.Simulations are carried out by using an 8-dof nonlinear vehicle model under different conditions.The simulation results indicate that the designed control system can effectively improve vehicle handling stability.  相似文献

In this paper, ultimate loading capacity of eccentric compressed timber column and elastic-plastic behaviour of the material of the cross section are considered.An approximate theoretic method dealing with the maximum mid-span deflection of the column when breaking is advanced.As a result, a formula calculating failure deflection of the rectangular cross section is derived. The construction and function of high temperature melt viscosity test instrument are introduced in this paper. And the character of temperature control system is given. In order to improve dynamic and static performance of the temperature control system, a new method is proposed which combines threshold control with adaptive fuzzy PID control. While the current temperature of the heating furnace is much lower than the given temperature, threshold control works in order to protect system and improve dynamic performance. When the current temperature is close to the given value, adaptive fuzzy PID control works to improve static performance. This paper introduces the development of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) , the structure and the principle of the system are also involved. After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of the system, a mathematical model of the ETCS is built up. Then three controllers (PID controller, Fuzzy controller, sliding mode controller) were designed and simulated in the matlab simulink. The result indicates that the PID controller has an overshoot,but the Fuzzy controller and the sliding mode controller can settle the nonlinearity problem better.  相似文献

Fuzzy controller can achieve satisfactory dynamic performance even for complicated process without mathematical model of the process.Its main imperfection is the existence of steady state error and ultimate oscillatory in the process output. This limits its application area. How to eliminate the steady state error while keep its good dynamic performance has been paid much attention. The strategy to introduce integral function to the conventional fuzzy control system is put forward in this paper to overcome the above problem. After expound two key factors on introducing integral action,an intelligent integral algorithm has been employed,and two methods on introduction of the intelligent integral to the fuzzy control system are proposed. As the optimization and coordination of weight matrix Q and feedback gain matrix K are taken into account, the dynamic performance of the decentralized controller designed by this method is as good as that of the optimal controller. This method can be used in the strong or weak coupled systems, and various controllers can be designed according to the demand. 对于新提出的方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的极限承载力,基于统一强度理论,考虑中间主应力和材料拉压比的影响,引入有效约束系数和非有效约束系数并考虑箍筋对钢管外混凝土约束作用的不同,把钢管外箍筋约束混凝土划分为有效约束区和非有效约束区,将方形截面等效为圆形截面以考虑钢管核心混凝土受到的钢管和外围钢筋混凝土的双重约束效应,提出了方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的一种新的轴压极限承载力计算方法。将所得理论计算结果与文献试验结果进行对比,吻合良好,证明了公式的正确性。对各参数的影响规律分析表明,方形高强钢管混凝土叠合柱的承载力随着侧压系数、中间主应力影响系数、材料拉压比和纵向配筋率的增大而增大,随着钢管径厚比的增大而减小。  相似文献

As the shearing deformation is considered, the analysis methods for steel frame structure are put forward based on the structural ultimate bearing capacity, which is on the basis of second order inelasticity analysis for steel structure. The behavior and strength of tube gusset connections with tube 219×6 and 1/4 annular ribbed plate subjected to eccentric force is investigated. Non dimensionalized ultimate strength interaction relations between the wall moment of tube ,vertical axial force ,and eccentric vertical component force of axial brace force of tube gusset connections with 1/4(1/2) and annular ribbed plate subjected to eccentric force is researched based on the model of equivalent forces of tubular joint. The parameters which influence the ultimate strength of tube gusset joint were analyzed and non dimensionalized ultimate strength interaction relationships were proposed. It is shown that the proposal formula has theoretical and practical significance for design because of comparation with experimentation.  相似文献

The computer monitor and control system for hydropower station is always a structure system of laminate distribution and open style. The system can adjudge active power and inactive power of water turbine according to the requirement. The operators in active-control level give the value of active power and inactive power for water turbine by computer workstation. PLC of LCU run the power control procedure by net communication in order to realize power adjust. The power adjust of water turbine mainly by speed control system and magnetization system. The 2-D Fuzzy PID Control Model is proposed in order to carry out power adjust of water turbine . In this new method the parameter of PID can self-neaten on line according to power deviation and power deviation rate. By means of this procedure the machine unit can obtain given power value rapidly, exactly and stably. It can make the power adjust of monitor and control system obtain good control characteristic and robust, and it is benefit to extend the work life of machine unit.  相似文献
