Strategic Decision Model of Green Supply Chain Management

With increased emphasis on the natural environment by stakeholders, the need for explicit consideration and incorporation of environmental strategy has been critical within organization strategic plans and their operations. While in the scope of green supply chain management strategy decision is more important. The authors study the components and elements of green supply chain management and how they serve as a foundation for the decision framework. The structure of framework is network hierarchy, so the authors apply analytic network process (ANP) tool which was first introduced by Saaty. An illustrative example is used to explore the application of the ANP technique to this problem.     

Performance Evaluating Index and Method on Inventory Management of Supply Chain

The inventory management in supply chain is one of the most important aspect of supply chain management. As the organization and the management mode of the enterprise in supply chain has changed, the inventory management in supply chain is different from the traditional inventory management for single enterprise. The effective inventory management in supply chain can improve the agility and more quickly response to the market. Considering the present problems in the inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method. It is evaluated the performance of inventory management of supply chain through the illegibility synthesis judge method, and it is applied to an example.     

基于物联网的水产品冷链供应链集成管理体系——框架及运作机制

当前我国水产品冷链的物流与供应链管理短板凸显,造成我国水产品冷链断链频发,腐损浪费严重且流通成本高的流通难题。将物联网技术集成运用于水产品冷链建设中,有助于破解我国水产品流通难题,补齐物流与供应链管理短板。本文从分析水产品冷链三大应用主体--政府监管部门、冷链节点企业以及消费者的功能需求着手,构建了集成冷链上下游企业多个信息平台和物联网应用系统的水产品冷链物联网集成体系框架,分析了该体系的运行机制,同时设计出了物联网技术全方位应用于水产品冷链各环节的实施方案。     

基于核心企业的食品供应链社会责任管理分析

从核心企业的角度探讨食品供应链社会责任管理问题。从层次模型概述了食品企业社会责任的内涵和食品供应链社会责任的特征,分析了核心企业在供应链管理中的中心地位。无论是从社会责任缺失原因,还是核心企业与供应商的关系,以及食品供应链的风险传导方面来看,核心企业与链上成员企业共同履行社会责任是提高整个链条企业社会责任水平的关键。从企业文化和信息共享的角度构建了以核心企业为中心的食品供应链企业社会责任约束传递机制,分析了核心企业在整个约束传递机制中的角色和行为。核心企业可以通过培养供应商积极履行社会责任的意识,减轻供应商履行社会责任的成本压力,强化对供应商的企业社会责任监督等措施使供应商参与到供应链社会责任管理中来,促进食品供应链的可持续发展。     

基于物联网的集成化粮食供应链管理研究

摘要：本文首先依托物联网技术及网络对粮食供应链进行优化,根据“拉式”供应链理论集成现代物流及供应链功能,利用信息技术集成粮食供应链涉及的企业及粮食流通环节,然后基于射频识别技术构建集成化粮食供应链模型及整体架构,依托射频技术提供的大量数据及处理能力进行计算求解,获得精确的预测,在物联网的支撑下研究集成化粮食供应链的管理。研究构建粮食及其加工品的质量跟踪、控制及追溯,确保粮食及其加工品的食用安全;依据物联网技术支持下集成化粮食供应链管理信息系统的精确预测,建立粮食供需安全预警系统;通过基于物联网对粮食供应链进行集成化管理,降低粮食及其加工品物流费用,提高流通效率及效益。     

射频识别技术在粮食供应链体系中的应用研究

将射频识别技术应用于粮食供应链系统中,力求实现供应链体系运行的快速与高效.介绍了射频识别技术的基本原理及特点,在此基础上构建了粮食供应链管理系统的系统模型,并给出了粮食供应链管理系统的系统架构,以及基于射频识别技术的实现过程,最后对现存的问题和相应对策进行了概述.     

服务供应链视角下生鲜农产品品质不确定性因素研究

从服务供应链视角构建生鲜农产品服务供应链,将其作为农产品供应链的子链,利用系统分析的方法得出在服务供应链中影响生鲜农产品品质的不确定性因素,根据管理决策行为能否抑制不确定性因素对生鲜农产品的消极影响,将不确定性因素划分为可控不确定性因素和不可控不确定性因素。利用灰色关联分析得出影响生鲜农产品品质的关键可控不确定性因素,并从生鲜农产品流通渠道、冷链设施设备的投入、物流标准化、政府对质量的监管力度等方面提出控制策略,保障生鲜农产品质量安全。     

Evaluation of the cold chain of fresh-cut endive from farmer to plate

In this study, the cold chain and its impact on food stuff microbiology was evaluated for fresh-cut endive. A survey was carried out to analyze endive temperature throughout the supply chain from producer, via processor and distributor to the restaurant. Data loggers accompanying the endive on its route provided a temperature profile of the endive. The effect of the outdoor temperature on initial cooling was evaluated and critical points regarding cold chain management in the supply chain were identified. Our experiments indicate that the cold chain is generally properly maintained. In parallel with temperature monitoring, indicator microorganisms were assessed at different points in the supply chain to examine the effects of endive temperature, temperature fluctuations, and the outdoor temperature on microbial food safety. Small temperature fluctuations in the supply chain had a small effect on the total level of aerobic mesophilic bacteria. However, at the best before-date, total coliforms and Enterobacteriaceae levels were significantly higher in endive samples subject to temperature fluctuations in the supply chain, compared to endive stored in optimal conditions. To our knowledge, this is the first study that combines microbiological analysis with the temperature profile of fresh-cut produce in a realistic food supply chain.     

基于区块链技术的特色农产品质量供应链设计研究：以“门头沟京白梨”为例

针对不良经济活动导致特色农产品品牌严重受损、传统农产品质量追溯技术数据易被篡改等问题，研究设计基于区块链的质量供应链技术，有效发挥追溯技术在保障特色农产品质量供应链中的作用。本研究以“门头沟京白梨”为例，系统阐述北京市门头沟区‘京白梨’产业现状及特色农产品质量供应链存在的问题，分析区块链应用于特色农产品追溯的技术可行性。基于区块链技术分布式存储、去中心化和不可篡改性等特点，设计了“门头沟京白梨”质量安全可追溯体系的总体构架，基于区块链的技术架构，阐述了在种植、仓储、流通、消费和监管等环节质量信息全程记录和追溯管理的实现途径，以期为构建基于区块链的特色农产品质量安全追溯技术与实践提供支持。建立的特色农产品质量供应链体系，将会使特色农产品品牌和质量得到更加有效的保护、监督和管理。     

北京产果品供应链整合运作模式探讨

探索供应链管理思想在农产品经营实践中的应用已逐渐受到关注。本文以北京出产的果品为研究对象,基于对果品供应链所涉及生产、经营和消费等环节的相关节点主体进行的实地调研资料,结合对果业发展间接资料的系统分析,探讨了北京出产果品在市场供求对接实践中,业已存在和未来可供选择的供应链整合运作模式,其中包括“产地主导的都市农业模式”、“核心主体拉动模式”和“基于信息网络平台的节点协同模式”。同时,针对不同模式又简要讨论了各自特点及其在实践中应用的适应条件。目的是为参与北京产果品供应链管理的各方面相关主体提供管理借鉴和参考。     

The Property Delimitating and Its Efficiency Analyzing of Cooperative Investment in Supply Chain

In supply chain management, the forms of cooperation between the manufacturer and the supplier are various, and the forms of cooperative investment in supplier's renovation, study of fresh product and founding the system of share information are important. Incomplete Contracting Approach is applied to study the property delimitating and its efficiency problems of cooperative investment the strategy of manufacturer supports the renovation of supplier in supply chain through analyzing the equilibrium of incomplete information game in the cooperative investment of manufacturer and supplier. We illustrates the fitness of the three manufacturer's strategy of supporting, which are former share investment, let profit and subsidy. The conclusion is given that both parties define the form of property is basis on respective ability of bargaining.     

Emerging Global Logistics Networks: Implications for Transport Systems and Policies

ABSTRACT Logistics chains are constantly changing to facilitate increasingly global movements. In qualitative terms, long term trends in logistics services indicate a growing degree of product customization and an increased responsiveness in order delivery. These trends impact on the development of technology and the growth of welfare in different world regions in different ways. This paper drafts a research agenda which will help to improve understanding of the interrelationships between trade, logistics, transport, and regional development at a global scale. Rather than being an exhaustive or detailed inventory of trends, the paper provides a focus on “supply chain by thinking.” The key starting point is the need for more and more efficient transportation and sophisticated logistics processes. Three subjects are treated: First, the strategic implications of borderless supply chain management on the choice of alternative logistics structures in supply chains are considered; second, the possible impacts of the expected changes in supply chain processes upon regional economic activities are examined; third, the impacts of changes in global logistic processes on the transportation system and, in turn, on the environment are explored. This discussion leads to the identification of some new research challenges in the field of transportation and logistics.     

基于HACCP体系管理的蔬菜冷链物流质量安全问题的发生机理分析

分析蔬菜冷链物流所存在的问题,详细论述蔬菜供应链各个环节质量安全问题的发生机理,指出了HACCP管理体系的不足,同时提出一系列对蔬菜冷链物流HACCP管理体系的优化方法。     

新冠疫情下中国进口水产品供应链的问题与对策建议

研究全球水产品供应情况和中国水产品进口需求及相关问题,旨在缓解新冠肺炎疫情带来的冲击,保障中国进口水产品的安全和供应链的稳定运行。笔者调研分析全球和中国的水产品的供应现状、供应链中存在的问题和已采取的相关措施,并提出相应的对策和建议。受疫情影响,全球水产品贸易略有缩减,供应环节和交易场所都存在病毒感染的风险,针对这些危机,联合国粮农组织和中国都已采取多项措施,例如发布相关企业操作指南、利用数字化促进电子贸易、督促严格的人员管理、加强港口检疫、改进市场销售模式等。在此基础上,建议通过建立产品全程可追溯系统、加强重点产品防疫强度和产品质量检测、创新消费模式和服务模式、建立一系列应急响应机制等措施,保障中国进口水产品的安全。     

Architecture of Networked Manufacturing Based on Supply Chain

Based on the compareand analysisof characteristics of the networked manufacturing and supply chain, the mode of networked manufacturing based on supply chain is brought forward, it combines and integrates supply chain and networked manufacturing to attain the effects of the complementarityof the dominanceof each other, and makes the reality of networked manufacturing more convenience, shortcutand efficiency. 被征地农民的留用地安置方式自20世纪80年代初开始探索性尝试以来,已在中国东中部地区部分经济发展较快,用地需求矛盾突出的城市中推行,在取得一定成绩的同时也产生了巨大的争议,在实施过程中面临适用范围有限、规划协调难度较大、权属复杂、管理难度大等问题。结合调研实例,在留用地安置特征提取的基础上,对中国已开展的留用地实践进行了模式划分,并就此制度的规范发展提出政策建议。
