The pelagic thresher shark, Alopias pelagicus, is a cosmopolitan species and abundant in Taiwan waters. Some of its biological information has been documented yet its population dynamics are poorly known. The purpose of this study is to assess the pelagic thresher shark stock status in the eastern Taiwan waters. The whole weights (W) of 51,748 individuals of the pelagic thresher shark landed at Nanfanao and Chengkung fish markets, eastern Taiwan from 1990 to 2004 were converted to precaudal length (PCL) based on the W–PCL relationship (W = 2.25 × 10−4 × PCL2.533, n = 2165). The sexes combined VBGE Lt = 189.5 × (1  e−0.10(t+6.47)) was used to estimate the age for each length group. Total mortality rates (Z) obtained with length-converted catch curves ranged from 0.208 to 0.277 year−1. Natural mortality rate (M) estimated from Hoenig method was 0.132 year−1, and exploitation rate (E) ranged from 0.069 to 0.127 for 1990–2004. Annual abundance was estimated to range from 97,551 in 2000 to 153,331 in 2003 from virtual population analysis, and the highest fishing mortality occurred in ages 8–18 years. There were four different scenarios being simulated in this study. Scenario 1 indicated that spawning per recruit (SPR) ranged from 23.07% in 2001 to 47.71% in 1990 with a mean of 36.41% for the period of 1990–2004. The mean SPR of pelagic thresher for 1990–2004 was below the BRP of SPR = 35% in scenarios 2–4 suggesting that this stock was slightly overexploited. Therefore, to ensure sustainable utilization of this stock, reduction of fishing effort and close monitoring on A. pelagicus are needed.  相似文献

Three stochastic models were used to describe the growth of Heterodontus portusjacksoni off eastern Victoria, Australia. The models are based on a reparametrization of the von Bertalanffy growth model to take account of length-at-age heterogeneity, and incorporate random variation of the von Bertalanffy growth coefficient (k), using three different probability distribution functions (pdfs): Weibull, gamma and log-normal. They were fitted to the lengths of 179 specimens (79 females and 100 males), and associated age estimates obtained by counting growth bands in the inner trunk dentine layer of the dorsal-fin spines. The species is relatively long-lived (maximum estimated age of 35 years for females and 28 years for males) and slow growing, but has rapid growth during the early stages of life. All the models provided similar growth parameters and length-at-age quantiles. However, Kullbac?s information mean indicated that the stochastic model assuming a log-normal distribution fitted the length-at-age data better for both females (L∞ = 1337, E(k) = 0.059, t0 = 5.294) and males (L∞ = 1125, E(k) = 0.075, t0 = 4.944) than the models assuming other distributions. The χ2 likelihood ratio test indicated that females and males grow differently.  相似文献

The east Atlantic-Mediterranean penaeid Melicertus kerathurus constitutes a valuable resource for Mediterranean fisheries. In recent years, its world production is almost totally based on the yields from Greece and Tunisia. A two-year study of prawn stock in Thermaikos Gulf (NW Aegean Sea) provided information on age, growth and mortality of the species. M. kerathurus exhibits a marked sexual growth dimorphism, with females showing an overall wider size range and greater size than males. Mean monthly size, CLmax were also in favor of females. Monthly age classes varied from one to four for females and from one to three for males, and corresponded to three generations (0+, 1+, 2+). New generation (0+) cohorts recruited into fishery in waves, from late summer to February. According to the von Bertalanffy growth curve, females grow larger than males, but there is a prominent seasonal growth oscillation in both sexes (females: CL = 62.48, K = 1.15, C = 0.87, WP = 0.16, Rn = 0.170; males: CL = 47.78, K = 1.28, C = 0.97, WP = 0.12, Rn = 0.205). Growth performance indices (φ′, φ) and longevity were in favor of females. K values for both sexes in Thermaikos Gulf are the highest reported for the species, suggesting a higher growth rate and a lower longevity. Estimated values for total, natural and fishery mortality were greater in males. In both sexes, an exploitation rate E > 0.5 was found, implying an intense fishing impact on M. kerathurus stock in Thermaikos Gulf. Intense exploitation in other parts of the Mediterranean and eastern Atlantic, along with the replacement of the species by Eritrean penaeid prawns in the eastern Mediterranean, has resulted in a severe reduction in catches, in most countries. Thus, existing stocks of M. kerathurus should be considered as potentially endangered, and species-specific initiatives towards sustainable management of this resource should be implemented.  相似文献

Fish oxygen requirement is a fundamental variable of aquaculture system design and management, as it is the basis for determining water flow rates for sustaining stock. A study on oxygen consumption of California halibut (Paralichthys californicus) between 3.2 and 165.6 g was conducted in small raceways (2.41 m long, 0.28 m wide, and 0.22 m high; operational water depth between 0.05 and 0.10 m with a quiescent zone 19 cm long in the effluent section) working as open respirometers in a recirculating system under farm-like conditions. The fish were fed commercial dry pelleted feeds at a ratio of ~0.70–3.00% of body weight (BW) and stocked at densities between 94% and 316% percent coverage area (PCA). Oxygen consumption rates were determined by mass balance calculations. The mean and maximum oxygen consumption rates (g O2/kg fish/day) for juvenile California halibut under the conditions tested can be expressed by Mday = 15.077W?0.2452 and Mday = 17.266W?0.2033, respectively, where W is fish weight in grams. The determination of oxygen consumption by California halibut in farm-like conditions provides valuable information on the oxygen requirement of these fish in an aquacultural setting. This information can be used for designing and sizing a rearing facility for the intensive culture of California halibut.  相似文献

The life history of an increasingly important pelagic commercial and sport fish, the Talang queenfish, Scomberoides commersonnianus, was studied in northern Australia to investigate the stock status and assess current management of the species using minimum legal lengths (MLL). Estimated von Bertalanffy growth parameters were L = 1404 mm FL, K = 0.10 year−1 and t0 = −1.21 year−1. There was no significant difference in growth between sexes. Ages ranged from 1 to 11 years with age composition differing between the commercial (mainly 6–7 years) and sport fishery (mainly 2–4 years). Females matured (L50) at 635 mm FL and 4–5 years. Spawning occurred between August and March when mature females were estimated to produce 259,488–2,859,935 eggs per spawning. Natural mortality (M) was estimated as 0.16–0.26 year−1, while the combined fishing mortality (Fcurrent) from commercial and sport fisheries was 0.38–0.48 year−1. Yield-per-recruit analyses revealed that under current MLL limits (no MLL or 45 cm TL) and natural mortality (M = 0.16, 0.2 and 0.26 year−1), Fcurrent exceeded the reference points Fmax (0.15–0.22 year−1) and F0.1 (0.10–0.15 year−1), suggesting the stock may be growth overfished if the current situation remains unchanged. Although a stock–recruitment relationship is unknown, spawning stock biomass-per-recruit analysis indicates the stock may also be recruitment overfished since Fcurrent exceeded the reference points F25% (0.19–0.24 year−1) and F40% (0.11–0.15 year−1). Increasing the MLL corresponding to L50 of females (70 cm TL) will greatly improve the yield and long-term sustainability of the stock, and also enhance the sport fishery by increasing the number of larger trophy fish.  相似文献

An estimated 28% of the production cost in HISTAR systems that are artificially illuminated is attributed to the lighting cost. This cost estimated is based on an operational configuration comprised of eight CFSTRs, a system dilution rate (Ds) of 0.640 d?1, and 400 W metal halide lamps positioned at an elevation of 38.1 cm over the culture. Deterministic model simulations of the volumetric productivity (Pv), photosynthetic efficiency (Eo) and lighting cost (LC) under various management strategies, operational parameters and reactor design configurations were performed and compared to the simulation results obtained for the original configuration. The simulations showed that LC may be reduced by 35.5% by switching from a metal halide (MH) to high-pressure sodium (HPS) light source at an optimum system dilution rate Ds = 0.641 d?1. LC may be reduced by an additional 17.8% through decreasing the lamp elevation to 25.4 cm. Increasing the wattage of the light source from 400 to 1000 W in the last six reactors would reduce the LC by 13% from the original cost. Overall, using HPS lamps at 25.4 cm height, with six 1000 W and two 400 W lamps at a Ds = 0.641 d?1 will result in a 54% overall LC reduction compared to the original configuration of HISTAR. This represents a 13% reduction in the overall microalgal production cost for HISTAR.  相似文献

The effect of different food (live Acetes spp., live Mysis spp., frozen Mysis spp., and mixed food of 50% live Acetes spp. and 50% frozen Mysis spp.) on gonad development of seahorses, Hippocampus kuda Bleeker, was evaluated in this experiment. The developmental durations of testes and ovary of seahorses were significantly different among the four experimental treatments. The live Acetes spp. treatment presented the shortest developmental durations to stage V, which were 87.6 ± 3.84 days and 89.2 ± 3.71 days, respectively, for ovary and testes. The frozen Mysis spp. treatment had the longest developmental durations (F3,15 = 13.284, P < 0.05). The relationship between developmental duration of the ovary and gonad developmental stages could be formulated: Y1 = 12.04x + 24.36 (r2 = 0.9722, n = 16, P < 0.05). The gonadosomatic index (GSI) of parent seahorses among the four treatments differed significantly (F3,15 = 18.364, P < 0.05). The standard GSI of seahorses fed live Acetes spp. was 15.64 ± 1.65%, which was the highest. Feeding live food had a significant effect on the fecundity and spawning of seahorses. The fecundity and spawning number of the live Acetes spp. treatment were 598 ± 45.49 and 552 ± 49.19 individuals, respectively, which were dramatically higher than those of frozen treatment (F3,19 = 34.152, P < 0.05). Live food also had a similar effect on the fertilization and hatching rate during the embryonic development of seahorses (F3,19 = 11.386, P < 0.05). Food treatment could also induce an indirect effect on survival rate of juveniles through gonadal and embryonic development of the parents (F3,15 = 14.519, P < 0.05). In this experiment, the mortality within parent seahorses in the frozen Mysis spp. treatment was the highest (15.1 ± 6.55%), and the survival of juveniles was the highest in the live Acetes spp. treatment (90.4 ± 2.26% at 10 days). In conclusion, feeding live Acetes spp. significantly benefited the gonadal and embryonic development of H. kuda. The effect of temperature (22 °C, 24 °C, 26 °C, 28 °C, 30 °C and 32 °C) on the hatching time of H. kuda was also studied. We demonstrated that the higher the temperature, the shorter the hatching time, as well as the higher the hatching speed. The relationship between hatching time and temperature could be expressed: T =  39.337 t + 677.75 (r2 = 0.9755, n = 30, P < 0.05). In this finding, we provided the sum of effective temperature (SET) and threshold temperature of embryonic development of H. kuda (14066.9 °C h 1 and 13.7 °C, respectively). This new information on the effect of feeding type and culture temperature is beneficial for the commercial rearing and breeding industry of this species.  相似文献

We used a chemical marking experiment to validate the daily periodicity of otolith increment deposition in juvenile sablefish, Anoplopoma fimbria. The sagittal otoliths of 26 live juvenile sablefish were marked twice by immersion in saltwater baths containing elevated levels of strontium chloride (SrCl2) during June–August of their first year of life (age 0). The number of otolith increments detected between strontium bands from three readings (median 15–20) was compared to the number of days between marking events (15–17 days). Median discrepancies between otolith increment counts and days between strontium bands were small (mean 1.1, S.E. 0.81, n = 20) and suggest that otolith increment counts from age 0 juvenile sablefish may provide a useful proxy for daily age. However, median discrepancies in June (mean 4.7, S.E. 0.65, n = 9 otoliths) were significantly (*P  0.05) higher than those in July (mean −1.8, S.E. 0.40, n = 6) and August (mean −1.8, S.E. 0.66, n = 5). Increment banding patterns were more difficult to identify in otoliths marked in June (mean sablefish size 84.9 mm FL) because of changes in the structure of the sagittae associated with the formation of accessory primordia.  相似文献

From 2003 through 2006, 18,180 big skate (Raja binoculata) were tagged in three regions in British Columbia, Canada: northern Hecate Strait, Queen Charlotte Sound and the west coast of Vancouver Island. To date, this is the largest tagging program conducted for skates or rays worldwide. As of December 31, 2008, 7% of the tagged fish (n = 1238) have been recaptured through the commercial fisheries. Generally, 75% of the recaptured fish were recaptured within 21 km of the tagging location. Long-range movements (up to 2340 km) were undertaken by a small percentage (1.5%) of the recaptured fish. Tagged big skate were recaptured in waters off of Oregon, Washington, throughout the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea. The majority of big skate recaptured outside of Canadian waters were female (83%, n = 15), of which 80% (n = 12) were likely immature at release. Three methods of estimating growth parameters were employed and produced varying results. The Gulland and Holt method was not able to produce growth parameter estimates. The GROTAG method for combined sexes produced von Bertalanffy growth curve parameters L (294.7 cm), K (0.05) and t0 (?1.44) that were similar to published estimates for British Columbia big skates. The von Bertalanffy growth curve parameters produced by Fabens method for combined sexes were L = 168.6 cm, K = 0.16 and t0 = ?0.81.  相似文献

Sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) (135 ± 4 g) were reared under tank-based recirculating aquaculture system for a 63-day period at four densities: 10, 40, 70, 100 kg m?3. Fish performance, stress indicators (plasma cortisol, proteonemia plus other blood parameters—Na+, K+, glucose, pH, total CO2?) and water quality were monitored. At the end of the 63-day period, resistance to infection was also studied by a nodavirus challenge. A 25-day test was performed on fish from two extreme densities (10 and 100 kg m3) and one intermediate density (40 kg m3).With regards to the different density treatments, there was no significant difference between the daily feed intake (DFI) and the specific growth rate (SGR) up to a density of 70 kg m?3. No significant difference was found between treatments concerning the feed conversion ratio (FCR) and the mortality rate. No density effect was observed on the fish stress level (plasma cortisol) or on sensitivity to the nodavirus challenge. Under these experimental rearing conditions, the density above 70 kg m?3 has an impact on growth performance (DFI and SGR) indicators and also some blood parameters (CO2) at the highest density tested (100 kg m?3).This study suggests that a density up to 70 kg m?3 has no influence on sea bass performance and welfare. At 100 kg m?3, average specific growth rate was decreased by 14% without welfare deterioration according to the welfare indicators monitored.  相似文献

Pacu (Piaractus mesopotamicus) is an important fish species for professional and sport fisheries in the Alto-Paraguay Basin, located in the central western Brazil. In this study the D-loop control region of mtDNA sequence data was used to investigate genetic variability within and among populations of pacu. A total of 99 individuals were collected in the Paraguay River and in four other main tributaries. From these, 27 different haplotypes were observed. The overall nucleotide diversity and haplotype diversity were high in all sampling sites with 0.013 ± 0.001 and 0.840 ± 0.035, respectively. Hierarchical AMOVA analysis showed that pacu populations form a single panmictic population with low ΦST = ?0.0012 (p = 0.486) and high gene flow among rivers. Despite high genetic variability, the total capture officially landed in the Upper-Paraguay River Basin has been decreasing steadily during the last years with indications of overexploitation. Taking into account the heterogeneity of habitats, continuous anthropogenic disturbances and lack of genetic structure, it appears that fish from these sampling sites function as a metapopulation, a framework that may be applied to long term fishery management of pacu in the Panatanal.  相似文献

A model is presented for the prediction of mercury (Hg) concentrations in the edible tissues of farmed southern bluefin tuna, Thunnus maccoyii (SBT) during commercial culture. The predictive model was developed using the initial Hg concentration of wild-caught SBT (mg kg? 1), Hg concentration of feed (mg kg? 1), SBT feeding rate (kg kg? 1 day? 1), SBT tissue growth rate (kg day? 1) and least squares minimisation estimation of Hg uptake efficiency, η. Model development and validation was based on experimental data collected from commercially cultured SBT which are farmed in in-sea pontoons (sea-pontoons). Model predictions indicate that over a typical farming season SBT from each of three commercially operated sea-pontoons experienced a 0.1 mg kg? 1, 0.14 mg kg? 1 and > 0.2 mg kg? 1 reduction in the Hg concentration of muscular tissues respectively. This is the first study to attempt to estimate Hg uptake efficiency in a tuna species. Estimation of Hg uptake efficiency and development of a working model for prediction of Hg concentration in SBT under varying culture diets, represent the first steps towards taking the guesswork out of managing Hg residues in cultured tuna.  相似文献

Northern scallop Argopecten purpuratus aquaculture relies on an efficient all year-round larval supply. Larvae are generally produced in closed aquaculture systems (CAS) using the batch techniques with periodical water changes. For instance, survival rates are greatly variable and can range from 0 to 80% making production of scallop larvae uncertain. The main goal of this study was to determine the feasibility of rearing scallop larvae in a recirculating aquacultural system (RAS), and secondarily to compare scallop larval growth rate and time length to reach the settling stage when reared with a traditional Chilean CAS technique and in a novel RAS technique in an industrial-like approach.Several batches of larvae were cultured in CAS and RAS. Larvae were fed on Isochrysis galbana cultured in 35-L tubular photobioreactors. Growth rates were significantly different (F11,2840 = 274.66; p < 0.001). All scallop larvae cultured in CAS showed lower growth rates ranging within 4.49 and 7.30 μm day?1 and protracted period of culture until settlement (at least 10 more culture days) than those reared in RAS (growth rates between 9.56 and 13.15 μm day?1). However, final survival (from D-larvae until settlement) of larvae reared in CAS showed higher values than those values recorded for larvae cultured on RAS. Higher growth rates observed in RAS could be attributed to a reduction in daily manipulation of the animals and/or more feed availability as well as higher temperatures and a steady state conditions in water quality. Even though, the reduction in time for rearing larvae until settlement in RAS was high, the comparison between systems is more significant in view of the reduction in make up seawater from 100% of system volume (CAS) to less than 10% of system volume (RAS). Therefore, RAS was independent from daily water quality variation from natural seawater by increasing water retention time, and with that improve water quality steady state conditions. Results of this research show that a more efficient use of water and heating systems than generally used in the Chilean hatchery industry is achievable. This is an important result since it could lead to significant reductions in the cost of operating a scallop hatchery, however further work is required to accurately compare the two systems (CAS and RAS). The main result from this research is that scallop larvae can be cultivated using recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) as a method to increase production. The information reported in this paper will be useful for the improvement of scallop larvae culture techniques under controlled conditions.  相似文献

Direct and continuous measurement of dissolved CO2 (dCO2) is crucial for intensive aquaculture, especially in shallow raceway systems (SRS). In this work the performance of a portable dissolved CO2 probe analyzer was tested for the effects of different aqueous solutions, pure oxygen injection and agitation. Laboratory results showed significant (p < 0.05) solution effects on probe performance for low (10–20 mg L−1) and high (30–50 mg L−1) dCO2 concentrations. Globally performance was better in deionized water, followed by marine fish farm water and artificial seawater. Accuracy and response time were the parameters most affected by the type of solution tested. Linearity was always observed (R2 = 0.995–0.999). The probe was sensitive to 1 mg L−1 dCO2 increments for concentrations <6 mg L−1 in artificial seawater. Pure oxygen injection did not affect probe readouts, and agitation was needed for better accuracy and response time. In real marine SRS with tanks in series dCO2 dynamics was revealed using the probe coupled to a developed flow cell. A prototype SRS was built and used to study dCO2 dynamics without endangering cultivated fish. Generally, results obtained indicate that the probe tested although precise, is better suited for discrete, single-point dCO2 monitoring, being a limited resource for the special needs of shallow raceway systems. As SRS represent a paradigm change in aquaculture, new water quality monitoring strategies and instrumentation are needed, especially for dCO2. Fiber optic sensors can be a solution for continuous, multipoint monitoring, thus contributing to the understanding of water quality dynamics in hyperintensive aquaculture systems.  相似文献

Aeration experiments were conducted in a brick masonry tank of dimension 4 m × 4 m × 1.5 m to study the design characteristics of pooled circular stepped cascade (PCSC) aeration system. Based on dimensional analysis, non-dimensional numbers related to geometric, dynamic and process parameters were proposed. The non-dimensional geometric parameters – number of steps (N), ratio of total height of cascade (H) to the bottom radius of cascade (Rb), % coverage of circumference of each step by enclosure (Pe) and number of enclosures in each step (Ne) were optimized. Maintaining the optimized geometric parameters (N = 6, H/Rb = 0.25, Pe = 20% and Ne = 9), aeration experiments were further conducted at different discharges (Q) to develop simulation equations for prediction of aeration characteristics of PCSC aeration system at different dynamic conditions. Simulation equations for oxygen transfer and power consumption based on Froude (Fr) criterion were developed subject to 0.0014  Fr  0.0144. SAE of the developed prototype PCSC aerators based on estimated brake power ranged between 2.43 and 3.23 kg O2/kWh.  相似文献

An on-station trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of stocking density of freshwater prawn and addition of different levels of tilapia on production in carbon/nitrogen (C/N) controlled periphyton based system. The experiment had a 2 × 3 factorial design, in which two levels of prawn stocking density (2 and 3 juveniles m? 2) were investigated in 40 m2 earthen ponds with three levels of tilapia density (0, 0.5 and 1 juveniles m? 2). A locally formulated and prepared feed containing 30% crude protein with C/N ratio close to 10 was applied considering the body weight of prawn only. Additionally, tapioca starch was applied to the water column in all ponds to increase C/N ratio from 10 (as in feed) to 20. Increasing stocking density of tilapia decreased the chlorophyll a concentration in water and total nitrogen in sediment, and increased the bottom dissolved oxygen. The concentrations of inorganic nitrogenous species (NH3–N, NO2–N and NO3–N) were low due to maintaining a high C/N ratio (20) in all treatment ponds. Increasing prawn density decreased periphyton biomass (dry matter, ash free dry matter, chlorophyll a) by 3–6% whereas tilapia produced a much stronger effect. Increasing stocking density of freshwater prawn increased the total heterotrophic bacterial (THB) load of water and sediment whereas tilapia addition decreased the THB load of periphyton. Both increasing densities of prawn and tilapia increased the value of FCR. Increasing prawn density increased gross and net prawn production (independent of tilapia density). Adding 0.5 tilapia m? 2 on average reduced prawn production by 12–13%, and tilapia addition at 1 individual m? 2 produced a further 5% reduction (independent of prawn density). The net yield of tilapia was similar between 0.5 and 1 tilapia m? 2 treatments and increased by 8.5% with increasing stocking density of prawn. The combined net yield increased significantly with increasing stocking density of prawn and tilapia addition. The significantly highest benefit cost ratio (BCR) was observed in 0.5 tilapia m? 2 treatment but freshwater prawn density had no effect on it. Therefore, both stocking densities (2 and 3 juveniles m? 2) of prawn with the addition of 0.5 tilapia m? 2 resulted in higher fish production, good environmental condition and economic return and hence, polyculture of prawn and tilapia in C/N controlled periphyton based system is a promising options for ecological and sustainable aquaculture.  相似文献

Catch composition, catch rates, hooking location, and status at release at haulback were monitored during 81 experimental sets (launches and hauling fishing per day) in a commercial pelagic longline fishery targeting tuna in the equatorial South Atlantic Ocean. Circle hooks (size 18/0, 0° offset) and J-style hooks (size 9/0, 10° offset) with squid baits were deployed in an alternating fashion. The catch composition was not significantly different for most species between the two types of hooks, except for bigeye tuna, which showed a significantly higher proportion of catches on the circle hook (p ? 0.001) and for sailfish, pelagic stingray, and leatherback sea turtle, which had higher catch rates on the J-style hook (p = 0.018, p ? 0.001, and p = 0.044, respectively). Bigeye and yellowfin tuna showed significantly higher rates of survival at the time of gear retrieval with circle hooks, and circle hooks hooked bigeye tuna, yellowfin tuna, swordfish, and sailfish significantly more often externally than internally. Our results suggest that the use of size 18/0, 0° offset circle hooks in the equatorial pelagic longline fishery may increase the survival of bycatch species at the time of gear retrieval with minimal effects on the catches of target species.  相似文献

The removal of phytoplankton cells from aquaculture systems generally results in the reduction of nitrogenous waste and improves water quality. With this study, the effects of chitosan concentration, environmental condition and pH adjustment on flocculation of phytoplankton in marine shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) culture tanks were investigated. The remaining phytoplankton and suspended solids in the system were indicators for evaluating the efficiency of chitosan on flocculation. The results indicate that the flocculation efficiency of chitosan was highest (>85%) and remained fairly constant at a chitosan concentration of 40–80 mg L?1 and a pH range of 7–9 after chitosan addition. With this novel technique including 40 mg L?1 chitosan addition, pH adjustment to 6.5 and then to 8.5, high efficiency and consistency of flocculation were achieved. This technique could also be applied with various water alkalinity up to 400 mg CaCO3 L?1. The experiment for phytoplankton removal by chitosan flocculation in the recirculating aquaculture system showed that flocculation efficiency remained constant even though flocculation was repeated several times.  相似文献
