以新疆雪莲为研究对象,探讨了温度、培养基成分和渗透势对其种子萌发的影响,差异显著性分析结果表明:温度、培养基成分和渗透势显著影响新疆雪莲种子的萌发,其中温度对新疆雪莲种子萌发影响极显著(p<0.001),20/10℃变温条件下种子萌发率最高;渗透势和培养基成分对新疆雪莲种子萌发影响显著(p<0.05),种子萌发的最适培养基为1/2 MS0.PEG模拟水分胁迫研究表明:PEG高于-0.9 MPa时,种子不能萌发.回归分析表明:温度和渗透势与新疆雪莲种子萌发率之间显著相关.而培养基成分与其萌发率之间相关不显著. 相似文献

以LDS-1A与LDS-1G谷物水分测定仪为例,用大米样品对电容式谷物水分测定仪进行定标校准,并对其测量准确度与测量重复性进行了研究,结果与标准法相比偏差不大,表明了快速水分测定仪经过正确校正并能规范使用,是可以达到国标规定的谷物水分测定要求的。 相似文献

利用谷物的传热传质以及干燥速率方程,建立了低温谷物干燥模型,分析了通风量、空气温度以及湿度对谷物干燥过程的影响.模拟了外界空气温度为15℃,湿度为60%RH时,常温通风、加热通风、以及除湿 加热通风三种通风方式对谷物干燥过程影响的情况,并进行了对比.研究表明,10 d稻谷降低2%水分的平均通风量约为30 m3·h-1·t-1,空气含湿量比空气温度对谷物干燥的影响要大,当谷物初始温度和水分含量比较大时,除湿与加热空气结合的效果比单独加热通风的效果要好得多,谷物初始水分含量和温度相对较低时,可以直接通风干燥.建议干燥初期采用除湿与加热相结合或直接加热通风,干燥后期可以直接通风. 相似文献

机械通风是保存储藏谷物市场品质的常用处理方式,它之所以能够在谷物仓库中逐步推广,就是因为采用通风设备处理的谷堆,能够在不移动的情况下,达到保存市场品质的目的。而且谷物的损耗和保管费用也比较低。经过长期实践,人们发现,用机械通风处理谷物,具有五个方面的作用:(1)机械通风能防止和抑制谷堆中霉菌的繁殖和仓储害虫的活动。(2)机械通风能够阻止和消除谷堆内水分迁移现象和降低一定的水分。(3)消除和排散储藏谷物中的气味。(4)采用通风投放熏蒸剂,可以获得比重力法熏蒸更加理想的效果。(5)通风能够在短期内控制高水分粮的品质劣变速度,可作为一项抢救高水分粮的应急措施。 相似文献

This paper points out the problems in air conditioning and the urgent need in energy saving. By observations and analyses, it shows that the idea of making use of natural resources to improve the indoor air may date back to ancient times. This paper also examines the feasibility of taking advantage of dry or wet bulb temperature, solar energy, underground rock etc. to regulate the room temperature. Finally, it concludes that the above mentioned old idea has such characteristics as energy saving, low cost and less pollution. Energy consumption of water intake is one of the key factors for energy saving in the application of the open loop surface water heat pump system. An energy efficiency ratio coupling model for open loop surface water source heat pump systems was established on the basis of the energy consumption model for the water intake and the heat pump units. According to energy saving rate and regulation of energy consumption of water intake, dynamic temperature limits of water intake in different water supply temperature of cooling tower and different pump head were proposed so as to find a calculation method of temperature limits of water intake of open loop surface water heat pumps. A new type of energy efficiency control method for fan-coil unit is presented. By introducing the conception of duty ratio into electric valve control, the cooling and dehumidifying capacity of fan-coil unit is fully utilized. By means of Mamdani type fuzzy rule and the Method of Functioning-fuzzy-subset Inference, duty ratio of valve and fan speed signal are identified according to deviation and deviation change of room temperature. It is shown that presented method could achieve at least 30% energy saving than traditional control method as well as a preferable room temperature control effect. 相似文献

根据已报到的研究材料,综述了中国南方稻区再生稻的研究进展。所有的水稻品种均可获得一定的再生稻产量,常规品种的再生稻产量明显低于杂交水稻的再生稻产量,而三系杂交水稻的再生稻产量又较两系杂交稻的再生稻产量低;留桩高度各地因组合不同和生态条件不同而有一定的差异,一般为10~40 cm;各节间腋芽在温度、光照和水分适宜的条件下均能较好的萌发,施用赤霉素和细胞分裂素均能有效促进腋芽的萌发,并能提高再生芽的成活率;再生稻腋芽萌发及成活的最适温度为24.5~27.0℃,相对湿度为81%~85%,‘汕优63’再生稻结实率≥70%的临界低温指标是:连续5日平均气温≥21℃;头季稻齐穗期剑叶SPAD值、叶片含氮量和群体单位面积的总颖花量3个因子可以用来预测再生稻高产的促芽肥经济施用量;超级杂交稻也可获得较好的再生稻产量。再生稻的栽培技术还可进一步的研究。 相似文献

It is worthwhile for saving energy and protecting environment to use conductive concrete as an indoor heating engineering material. Indoor temperature is the key concern of heating system. Based on convection, radiation and Joule effect, a method to calculate temperature of concrete and indoor air was presented. The method did not need to model the air, which simplified the preprocessing. The numerical result agreed with experiment satisfactorily, with a difference of 2.40%, which proved the correctness of the model. Numerical tests of different conditions showed that electrical resistivity with higher potential than power voltage and concrete thickness was the key to increase heating efficiency. 相似文献
