The current methods used to select the schemes for Cleaner Production in China have some disadvantages. This paper presents the Grey Correlation Analysis and constructs a new index system for Cleaner Production schemes. The environmental index, the economic index, etc., and technical index, are quantifyed and minimized. Each scheme is compared with the evaluation standard. The optimal scheme which has the largest correlation with the evaluation standard. The result shows that the Grey Correlation Analysis can effectively avoid the subjective bias on the scheme selection for Cleaner Production. Schemes for Cleaner Production selected by the Grey Correlation Analysis have better performance than those selected by the traditional method in terms of economic, environmental and technical indexes.  相似文献

The term Cleaner Production(CP)and Estimation of Cleaner Production Potential are introduced, meanwhile their importance are pointed out. Three kinds of cleaner technologies are put forward-Best Available Technology(BAT), Best Economic Attractive Technology(BEAT), and usually used new technology, combined with some CP casesat home and abroad. several cleaner technologies are compared, and the results show that the implementation of CP can greatly reduce consumption of resource and energy and pollution emission, There are obvious environmental, economic and social benefits. The great potential of CP in industrial pollution control are estimated and demonstrated ultimately.  相似文献

The large quantity of MSW (municipal solid waste) and ISW (industrial sold waste) piled up in Chongqing has been threatening ecological environment and water resource. Efficient management is the important guarantee of disposing solid waste. This paper describes the data system of Management Information System of the Solid Waste in Chongqing based on the GIS, construction of information database, overall structure, main functions, etc. Integrating related solid waste technology with computer and geographical system, it can provide the reliable, scientific and convenient management and decision-making support of solid waste in Chongqing. The information system, developed by means of Geographical Information System (GIS) on the basis of a great deal of data and graphs of solid waste of Chongqing, includes six sub-systems as follows:data input sub-system;data query sub-system;database management and maintenance sub-system;database of modal management sub-system;application and output sub-system;system management. This system provides friendly and easy operational interface, and plays a significant role in the disposal and management of solid waste in Chongqing.  相似文献

As one of the three greatest retrieval systems of the world, SCI is an important factor which refers to the capabilities of academic and scientific research for an institution. Based on the network database recorded by ISI Web of science, the scientific papers recorded and cited by SCI database in each collage of Chongqing University during 1984-2001 are analyzed statistically. Some suggestions are presented in order to increase the recorded and cited numbers of SCI papers for Chongqing University. It is meaningful to enhance the University's fundamental research, to flourish academic competing atmosphere and to promote the Unviersity's academic positon.  相似文献

Production command system plays a more and more important role in the modern large scale production. 数字农业(Digital Agriculture)技术的实施和完善离不开各种农业资源数据的强有力支持。笔者针对重庆江津市农业资源信息“信息孤岛”的现状,在统一网络平台的支持下,集成3S技术、Web技术和空间数据库技术,以农业资源数据库为基础,采用“元数据集中,实体数据集中”和“元数据集中,实体数据分散”相结合的模式,建立了一个集数据管理、数据的查询和检索以及数据发布等功能为一体的农业资源共享系统。应用结果表明,系统可以最大限度地利用现有农业资源数据,为农业部门的生产决策提供依据;能有效减少农业资源信息采集、加工整理过程中人力、物力和财力的投入,促进农业信息化、规范化发展。同时,系统为农业资源管理和共享提出的思路也适用于其他的行业应用,具有一定的推广意义。  相似文献

Manufactured Affordable Housing (MAH) is recommended to address the mismatch between demand and supply in the housing market in Chongqing, which is the fourth metropolis in China and has huge housing demand due to a gigantic population of 30.6 million. A model for massive housing production needs to be developed in order to determine the potential homebuyers' preferences. A questionnaire is designed as a tool to retrieve the factors, which affect the potential home buyers' behaviour, the necessary information about their perception for the housing market, their preferences for housing, and to describe the adoption of suitable housing under the main topic of "MAH in Chongqing". This paper aims to highlight the factors that affect the purchase of housing and the preference of the potential homebuyers in Chongqing. The overall research objectives are to use the concept of MAH to examine the feasibility and viability for its use in Chongqing, and to design a suitable type of MAH for use in Chongqing, by maximizing the use of indigenous resources from the region as one of the major considerations. At this stage, investigation has been carried out to identify the basic characteristics of the construction industry in Chongqing to set the scene for the housing research. Currently the air pollution in Chongqing is mainly caused from burning coal and there is a decreasing trend because of the effective treatment. However, due to the urban development and the inflating quantity of automobile in Chongqing, the amount of the traffic exhaust is increasing gradually. To take measures against the traffic exhaust in advance based on the air pollution trend can reduce the difficulty and the cost of controlling the air pollution in Chongqing in the future. 为了明确重庆现代农业发展水平,利用2011年统计数据,并通过标准值标准化处理数据,依靠层次分析法(AHP)计算的权重,得出重庆市现代农业发展水平综合得分为59.56分。结果表明,重庆现代农业处在初步实现阶段,全面推进农业现代化已经具备了较好的条件,并对重庆加快现代农业的发展提出了对策建议。  相似文献

Based on statistical data for Chongqing Municipality,P.R.China,and using ecological footprint theory,a dynamic calculation was carried out to determine the ecological footprint of Chongqing during the initial ten years that the area was under direct central government administration.The result indicates the following: the per capita ecological footprint in Chongqing increased gradually from 1.3767 49 hm2 in 1997 to 2.113 609 hm2 in 2006;the ecological capacity per capita decreased from 0.438 07 hm2 to 0.406 153 hm2;and the ecological deficit increased from 0.938 671 hm2 to 1.707 456 hm2.By 2010,it is forecasted that: the ecological footprint per capita will be 2.956 hm2;the ecological capacity per capita will be 0.385 1 hm2;and the ecological deficit will be 2.570 9 hm2.All these indicate that Chongqing is entirely in an ecological deficit state with the deficit increasing annually.The development mode of the city is an unsustainable one.In this paper,we summarize the calculated result,point out the reasons for ecological deficits in Chongqing,and conclude with some instructive advice for referral to the Chongqing government.  相似文献

In recent years,more people have begun complaining about cooking exhaust pollution from restaurants in the city of Chongqing,P.R.China.Understanding cooking exhaust pollution origins and people's responses in Chongqing can provide a scientific basis for environmental protection decision-making in the city.To better understand these things,the attitudes of Chongqing inhabitants with different sex,age and residential proximity to cooking exhaust pollution and other environmental pollutants were investigated.The results show that city residents feel cooking exhaust pollution is the third most significant environmental pollution problem in Chongqing after noise and air pollution.Responses to cooking exhaust pollution vary with different sex,age and residential environment.This paper concludes by analyzing reasons for ineffective solutions to the cooking exhaust pollution problem in Chongqing and puts forward corresponding new countermeasures.  相似文献

There are a variety of woody climbing plants distributed widely in Chongqing City, and they are loved by landscape designers due to their special form and saving space. In respect of actual application,there is a big difference between various species of woody climbing plants in terms of proportion. In this paper, woody climbing plants in Chongqing City were investigated. The results show that there are74 species of woody climbing plants suitable for landscape in Chongqing City. 为了了解重庆地区的高温风险规律,减少该地区高温引起的灾害损失。利用重庆地区34个地面气象观测站的气温观测资料(1981—2010年),结合信息扩散理论模型,分析了重庆地区的高温风险及成因。结果显示:重庆地区的年平均最高气温、高温日数随时间呈现线性增加趋势;重庆有3个极端高温与高温日数易发高值区;且重庆地区4个区域的高温日数风险差异幅度较大,在高温度数风险概率研究中,重庆4个区域均在36℃时风险概率值达到最大值,黔江所代表区域具有较高的稳定性,高温事件发生的风险概率小;从高温灾害风险空间分布来看,随着高温等级的升高灾害发生的区域面积也相应地减小。基于此,为重庆防灾减灾提供理论依据和参考。  相似文献

Rights control is the central part of MIS(management information system) security management .Common rights control which bases the character and the operator can resolve the One-dimension rights management.Rights control based on the operator leads to the large workloads, the operation becomes unpractical when it is dealing with those units that are big and multiclass. On the other hand, rights control based on the character can release the workloads but it also brings us the confusion of duties and the data operation. The model and the practice of Two-dimension rights control are mentioned.The key property is the rights' self-maintenance of the units and the operators. It strongly supports the least work of the DBA(Database Administrator), insure the security of database and the exclusive DBA in the system. The two-dimension rights control has been used in the road transportation management system for 4 years by 42 units all over the Chongqing City with high praise of the users.  相似文献

This paper makes an empirical study on volatility feature of Chongqing economic system and a comparison with that of national economy. The result is: The volatility of Chongqing is high persistent and symmetric which is similar to that of national one. The forecasting model of exponential smoothing is a valid method in forecasting and decision-making.Based on the practical datas and according to the characteristic(linearity trend) of the fact coal wastage in Chongqing(recently),the forecasting model of twice exponential smoothing model is set up and the model is applied to forecast the caol wastage in Chongqing.The forecast results show that the errors between the forecast values and the fact values error little and the model may be well applied on the forecast of the coal wastage in Chongqing.It also shows that the decision-making can based on the result well.  相似文献
