Through construction market survey, the paper proposes the way of the control system of construction quality of building engineering and establishes objective system of its on becoming core of quality control spot. It puts forward many grade control and evaluation net and expounds the method to produce quality evaluation form, control system of quality ordinary question and quality analysis. It determines technology way and movement foundation on system development. The paper introduces the model and its function on the control system of construction quality of building engineering. The theory of control chart, the key part of Statistical Process Control(SPC), has been an important tool in quality management. The state of process can be analyzed and judged by using control chart that adopts mathematical and statistical methods. The Embedded Quality Management Device has been developed to meet the needs of field quality management through the integration the theory of control chart with the embedded system. The Embedded Quality Management Device is an integrated one by integrating data acquisition with statistical analysis. Data writing, data storage, data disposal and creation and display of control chart are the main functions and so it is necessary to be studied separately. The paper deeply studies and realizes the contents above, and resolves the questions about the Embedded Quality Management Device. At present, there is no definite quality standard for fair-faced concrete in civil engineering. Because the contractors are different in technique level and the fair-faced concrete construction is more complex than common concrete one and ease to cause defect. In this paper, the quality defect of fair-faced concrete is introduced and some pre-control methods from some aspects, including raw materials of concrete, casting, maintenance, steel bar cutting, formwork jointing treatment, defect mending, finished product protection and so on are presented.  相似文献

Application fields of CIMS and related technologies have become more and more wider,especially in manufacturing industry,but there isn't paid an attention to value in construction industry.This paper expounds the great functions of CIMS on improving the comprehensive competitive capabilities and quality of construction of building enterprises, as breakthrough with quality management and control of building engineering. On the basis of throughly analyzing the feasibility and necessarility of application of CIMS in construction enterprises,combining with the practical conditions of construction industry,it puts forward the point that CIMS's rope theory applied in manufacturing industry popularizes to construction industry. In order to ensure the construction quality of the massive prestressed transform beam, to prevent and control the cracking before tensioning ,the technology of casting ,methods of temperature and crack controlling are carefully analysed and theoretical calculation is carried out as well as the temperature inspection during construction ,all of which have effective results. 为了探索新型除草剂氟咯草酮在青海高原马铃薯田的安全应用技术,以青海主栽马铃薯品种‘青薯9号’为试验材料,采用农药登记田间药效试验和马铃薯品质分析方法,测得氟咯草酮最佳使用剂量、使用方式及品质指标等数据。结果表明,氟咯草酮在马铃薯田使用中的剂量推荐为350~650 g a.i./hm2;最佳使用时期为播后苗前,一般在马铃薯播种后15~20天;最优使用方式为土壤封闭处理,对单双子叶杂草综合防效达到80%以上,增产10.15%以上,且对马铃薯品质中重要的参数指标粗淀粉含量、维生素C含量、还原糖含量和干物质量无影响,氟咯草酮可在青海高原马铃薯田乃至西北马铃薯种植区作为主要除草剂推广应用。  相似文献

近年来,食品安全事件频繁发生,农产品质量问题备受关注,农产品是与人类健康联系最紧密的消费品,改善农产品质量势在必行。本研究以农业龙头企业农产品的质量控制为研究对象,从农产品的料供应质量控制、企业主体质量控制、政府及消费者的质量控制三个角度入手,构建相应的评价指标。评价指标的选取充分考虑了农业龙头企业的特点与农产品质量控制的特殊性,应用层次分析法,选出了5个一级评价指标:农民(基地)农产品质量控制、企业内部农产品质量控制、市场竞争优势、政府的质量监控、消费者的质量监控,以及细化的二级指标。农业龙头企业可以选择模糊评价法对几年的指标进行综合评价,分析企业农产品质量控制的优点与不足,不断提高农产品质量与管理。  相似文献
