我国的一些家具厂生产的家具与制品,造形美观,制造工艺精良,在当地使用并没有什么质量问题,但出口到国外,使用一段时间后,就产生开裂、变形,严重的引起索赔。还有些锯材经过窑干后,含水率完全符合要求,干燥质量很好,但做成木制品后,含水率却超标了。以上这些质量问题,都与木材的平衡含水率有关。只有真正理解并正确应用木材的平衡含水率,才能生产出符合用户要求的木制品。 相似文献

木质家具的质量问题主要表现在三个方面。首先 ,相当一部分生产企业实为家庭作坊式。这些厂家根本不懂得行业标准 ,只是一味地模仿其他厂家的产品式样 ,这就难以保证产品的质量。一些作坊式企业生产设备简陋 ,无烘干设备 ,或者为求利润赶工赶数量 ,对材料只进行简单的烘干或风干 ,从而造成产品含水率超标 ,致使家具在日常生活环境中极易劈炸。标准中规定 ,木质家具的含水率不得超过 14 % ,但市场上的家具其含水率实测值为34.1% ,高出标准值 2 .5倍。其次 ,部分生产企业采取偷工减料 ,缩小家具产品尺寸的手段降低成本 ,以期获得更高的利润。… 相似文献

Curved laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is manufactured from glue-coated pieces of rotary-cut veneers assembled and pressed between molds. In this study, curved LVLs were produced from two fast-growing wood species such as massion pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.) and poplar (Populus euramericana CV. I.) for use in furniture. In addition to the applicability of the two wood species used, the optimum technological conditions of curved LVL production with radiofrequency (RF) heating and the physical and mechanical properties of curved LVL were investigated. The results are as follows: (1) Curved LVL made from massion pine and fast-growing poplar shows excellent mechanical properties. These fast-growing wood species are suitable for curved LVL being used as furniture structural members. (2) The mechanical properties of curved LVL are affected by frequency, voltage, RF application time, and moisture content, with the RF application time and moisture content having more important effects on the mechanical properties than the frequency and the voltage. 文章采用百度试验法对金檀木材进行干燥特性研究,提出金檀家具用料板材的干燥基准,并进行了工艺试验研究。结果表明,金檀木材初期开裂为5级;内裂为2级;截面变形为3级,干燥速度为4级。初期开裂较严重,干燥速度慢,故金檀为难干燥木材。采用给出的干燥工艺,42 mm厚铁线子地板坯料从初含水率30.66%干燥到12.8%的干燥周期为43d,干燥质量满足家具用料的加工要求。 相似文献

Abstract Twist in wood, being closely related to spiral grain, may cause serious problems in building structures, furniture and joinery. It is therefore of great interest to sort out, at an early stage in the manufacturing process, trees, logs and boards that have an excess of spiral grain. The spiral grain pattern is described by a helical deviation of the fibre direction in relation to the longitudinal direction of a living tree or a log and seems to be an indicator for other defects such as compression wood. Remote microwave sensing of spiral grain has received a lot of interest during the past two decades. Its development has been impeded by the large variation with moisture content of the microwave properties of wood and by the complexity in modelling the electromagnetic field in a log with spiral grain. A review is presented of a direct method with no requirement for information on moisture content for boards. This procedure has recently been generalized to cylindrical logs and trees having a constant slope of the grain. A further generalization is presented here to allow for the normal spiral grain pattern with radially changing slope of grain in wood under bark. Based on this theory, a measurement procedure is proposed for the detection of wood grain angle with radial dependence, requiring no information on moisture content in the sapwood, which is also applicable to completely or partially frozen wood. A suitable application would be an instrument to use in the forest for measurements on living trees or logs. 相似文献
