Analysis of Manipulation on Stock Market by Institutional Investors with Economics

In order to guard against the manipulation on the stock market made by institutional investors, protect personal investors' benefits, and improve the efficiency of stock market, this article attempts to analyze the institutional manipulation that often happens in our country's stock market, its conditions, mechanism, restriction factors, and its impact on the efficiency of securities market. The analysis is conducted by employing the methods used in the information economics and the signaling game model. Furthermore, basing on the analysis results, the article proposes some constructive suggestions.     

Liquidity Risk Management of the Open-end Securities Investment Fund

The main object of this paper is to research the liquidity risk management of the open-end securities investment fund in line with the real position of China's securities market and investment regulation of the open-end securities investment fund.So the paper concentrates on discussing the redemption forecasting methods,stock liquidity assessment system,portfolio selection in line with the redemption forecast,and financing from the other institution,which are the main parts of liquidity risk management of the open-end securities investment fund.     

The Legal Reflection on Establishing the ModernFinancial Supervision System in China

The marketization, internalization and electronization of financial industry in China are inevitable. Adapted to this situation, the financial supervision has to be strengthened. The modern financial supervision system is the base and guarantee to strengthen the financial supervision; it has the character of unity of supervision organization, perfect instrument of supervision, harmonization of supervision legality and internalization of supervision thought etc. Establishing the modern financial supervision of China should consummate the financial supervision legal institutions in China. Although the laws were constituted, such as and some related regulations, yet cannot conform to the WTO rules and the market economy development and be not enough to structure the legal institution base of the modern financial supervision in China. As a result, it has to be revised further, improved and to work out financial laws and regulations in order to form a modern financial supervision system in our country.     

Earnings Management of Chinese List Companies During Announcing Rights Issue

The listed companies have strong motivation earnings management beforerights issue (RI) in order to achieve the qualification of equity refinancing. After dealed with a positive study on earnings management of RI in 242 Chinese list companies, it is discovered that Chinese RI firms have earnings management that is much more than developed securities market and other emerged securities market before announcing year, but there is not earnings management after announcing second third year, and it is discovered credit business is a main tool of earnings management.

不同尺度下发展我国农村社区教育的模式研究

论述了我国农村社区教育的概念、特点，指出加强农村社区教育的紧迫性。通过分析我国农村社区教育的现状，指出现阶段农村社区教育体系中存在的主要问题是文化建设相对于经济建设滞后，社区教育没有充分发挥技能培训和德育的作用，并据此提出了宏观尺度、中观尺度和微观尺度下发展我国农村社区教育的基本模式。     

农业技术在村落变迁中的作用——基于陕西杨村的实证研究

在农业现代化进程的背景下,以农业技术为切入点,采用质性研究方法,通过对陕西省杨村进行实地考察,沿着个人-家庭-村落的思路,从微观到宏观层次探讨了农业技术对村落变迁的影响作用。研究表明:温室大棚技术对村民的身份、观念、家庭关系、村落经济、社会交往方式影响作用非常明显,而对村落的政治、习俗没有明显的影响作用。农业技术是杨村变迁的主要推动力,而政府和市场是影响技术对村落变迁作用的重要因素。     

Controlling Model of Company''s Financial Index

In a mature, standard and perfect securities market, with the interaction relationship each financial data, we build a model of a union equation. In terms of the data of years data, we can estimate the parameters of the theory of financial control, the managers and investors can control reasonably the process to the object of financial measures system, through some relevant financial measures data. In the opposite, they also can calculate the financial measures data of the firm by the optimum controllable variable.     

基于危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)原理构建区域农产品质量安全监控体系——以稻谷为例

中国农产品产地环境开放,生产行为不受控。因此,必需建立一套符合中国国情的区域农产品质量安全监管模式。以稻谷为例,运用危害分析及关键控制点(HACCP)原理分析了在其生产过程中潜在的危害因子。确定了产地环境、田间管理、产地准出及市场准入等环节是维系稻谷质量安全的关键控制点,提出构建由乡镇农产品质量安全监管站、县农产品质量安全监测站、地/市农产品质量安全监测中心和省农产品质量安全监测/评估/预警中心组成的四级监控体系及相应的纠偏程序与验证程序。通过对风险因子持续的监查、监测、评估、预警等,实现对区域农产品质量安全风险危害的有效管控。     

Problems in China''s Building Market and Their Countermeasures

There is chaos existed in the building market systems to some degrees in recent years, which has not only endangered the engineering quality and safety, but also has caused lower investment benefit as well as corrupted cadres and social vogue. So it is necessary to further rectify the building market. In this paper, the main existing problems including breaching the principle of bidding, contracting, rules of owners, monopolization and blockage, involving main bodies and government branches are analyzed. Then corresponding solutions in domestic building market from the standings of construction procedure, legal system, law execution supervision and management of main bodies are pointed out.     

湖北蔬菜无公害标准化生产的制约因素及对策

阐述了湖北蔬菜实行无公害标准化生产的必要性,通过深入到湖北省蔬菜生产和销售的第一线就其无公害标准化生产等方面的问题进行了调查研究,综合分析湖北蔬菜实行无公害标准化生产的制约因素。结果认为,主要存在着无公害标准化生产和消费的社会意识和氛围不浓、蔬菜“优质优价”的市场机制还未建立、蔬菜质量的监督检测机制尚未形成、蔬菜无公害标准化生产的推广服务体系尚未建立、湖北蔬菜生产规模小等五个方面的制约因素。并就如何实行无公害标准化生产问题提出了相应的对策。     

晋中市食品安全状况调查

通过对山西省晋中市部分县食品加工厂、超市及农贸市场的食品安全现状进行调查,结果表明城乡消费者的食品安全意识差距明显,农贸市场发展规划不当,食品安全源头污染严重,农产品贮藏、运输条件欠佳等。因此,目前首要任务要加强食品安全法律、法规和标准体系的建设,加大对食品的财政投入和监管力度。     

Intensifying Reform on the Operating Mechanism of Building Market

In this paper the necessity and urgency of reforming the operating mechanism of building market are discussed.It suggests that the improvement of quality of builing engineering in China can be ensured in aspects of system and operating mechanism only through the reforms in responsibility mechanism, competition mechanism,supply and demand mechanism,price mechanism,security mechanism and supervision and control mechanism.     

云南省农户农资消费行为现状的初步调查

[摘　要]为了解云南省农户的农资消费行为,采用走访、问卷法,选取云南省种植业代表性地区农资消费人群为对象,从购买动机,购买渠道,性格特点,行为方式等方面进行调查分析。结果显示,农资消费人群主要是理智型、习惯型,具有求实动机、求便动机,同时发现农户对于农资市场的三主体现象已经接受,但并不满意,农户对于农资市场的监管并不满意,而且发现服务质量的竞争是现在农资市场的最大的竞争。     

茶叶标准化实施的影响因素实证分析——以福建省主要茶区为例

The Design and Development of OLAP System for Securities Analysis

To improve the quality of services ,especially the quality of information services is the most important factor which hels securities companies to win the furious competition. Many securities companies can' t use their mass history data very well. The company exists many database environment, so it's very difficult to integrate the different data resources. OLAP technology provides a good resolution for this matter. Through using Data Warehouse , OLAP technology ,theory of DSS and securities analysis, this paper provides a system resolution of securities analysis OLAP system, and through this system to aid management decision and provides better information services for customers.     

Dilemma and Choice: Consideration of the Real- estate Guaranty Company in China

With the implementation of the policy for house monetarization,the real-estate guaranty company develops quickly in our country.However,there exist many problems as it is a newly emerged thing in financial system of real estate.The problems are as follows: the estate security company is defined as a medium agency in legislature,which does not conform to its feature as financial business;the local restrictions will cause the decrease of credit,weakness in risk-taking capacity and supervision of the company.Such predicament hinders the development of the guaranty company seriously.In order to resolve these problems, the crucial way is to clarify the status of the guaranty company as a non-bank financial institution,and to set up a national guaranty company to offer official security to the people of low income and enhance internal and external supervision.Only through these steps can we realize the functions of the guaranty company for real estate and give full play of its potential function.

我国粮食市场结构与模式探究

粮食流通的实现速度和粮食商品实体运动效率取决于与之相适应的粮食市场结构和运作模式,优化、完善的粮食市场结构与模式对于科学组织粮食流通,增强国家对粮食市场的调控能力和粮食企业对市场的适应能力具有十分重要的意义。阐述了粮食流通运行与粮食市场结构、模式的关系,分析了我国粮食市场结构体系现状和国内外粮食市场运行衔接情况,在此基础上提出了我国粮食市场结构与模式的基本框架,并就进一步优化完善粮食市场结构,构建符合国情的粮食市场模式提出了具体的建议。     

基于博弈模型油脂行业“企业+农户”模式的可行性研究

面对油脂企业原料短缺、农民有豆惜售的局面,传统的“企业挂牌收购、农民送粮”购销模式对油脂行业已呈现出不适应。“企业+农户”模式通过改变油脂行业的产业链结构,使商品市场和原材料市场联动,从源头消除价格风险可望解决上述难题。利用博弈模型分析油脂行业中推广“企业+农户”模式可行性后,结果表明：订单合同中违约金额的设定是制约“企业+农户”模式推广的重要因素,并提出提高订单合同执行率、建立企业和农户的声誉监督机制、重视政府和合作社的作用和运用期货工具等建议来促进油脂行业“企业+农户”模式的发展。
