To understand the energy absorption property of aluminum foam-filled steel pipes and the energy absorption property affected by aluminum foam filler, the energy absorption ability and transverse compression property of steel pipes and aluminum foam-filled steel pipes are tested. The results show that the normal stress-strain curve of steel pipes is similar with that of cellular materials. The normal yield stress of a steel pipe with a large diameter under transverse compression is lower than that with the same wall thickness but a small diameter. The deformation mode of steel pipes can be changed by the filling of aluminum foam. The aluminum foam filler improve the energy absorption ability of steel pipes. The effect of aluminum foam density on the energy absorption ability of steel pipe is small, and the effect of pipe diameter on the energy absorption ability of aluminum foam-filled steel pipes is large.  相似文献

Thinner pod walls might contribute to increased yield potential and adaptation of lupins. Fourteen autumn‐sown genotypes of Lupinus albus L. were evaluated over 2 years at four sites in southern Chile. Pod wall proportion (PWP), pod wall specific weight (WSW) and five other pod‐related characters were measured to estimate their genetic variation, heritability across years and sites, and genotypic and phenotypic correlations among the characters. Ranges for PWP and pod WSW were 22.9−43.1% and 16.4−37.4 mg/cm2, respectively. PWP in cultivated L. albus was similar to that reported in L. angustifolius; however, specific weight was substantially lower. Highly significant genotypic effects were found for both characters. Broad sense heritabilities were high for PWP (0.63) and moderate for pod WSW (0.46). These characters were significantly correlated, more so genotypically (rg = 0.67) than phenotypically (rph = 0.36). Selection for low PWP should lead to lower pod wall thickness or density, both of which contribute to pod WSW. Nevertheless, selection for pod WSW could achieve further reductions, particularly if practised among low PWP materials.  相似文献

The proportion of pod walls is considered as a potential selection criterion for seed yield in white lupin. It has a negative and highly significant phenotypic relationship with the seed yield and the genetic correlation between both traits is negative and high. The present study over 2 years (1996 and 1998) evaluated the genetic variation of proportion of pod walls in a set of 325 spring‐sown white lupin accessions originating from 17 different countries. Wide ranges of variation for this trait and other pod components were observed. This variation has a geographical distribution. Egyptian ecotypes had the lowest proportions of pod walls while the Greek and Italian ecotypes had the highest. The between‐country range of variation for the proportion of pod walls, was lower than the within‐country range (0.25‐0.31 and 0.21‐0.36, respectively) and the within‐country variance accounted for 51% of the total genetic variation. The broad‐sense heritabilities of pod wall proportion and proportion of pod walls for one full locule were moderate (0.44 and 0.57, respectively), which indicates that the proportion of pod walls can be used in breeding.  相似文献

The limit value for the width to thickness ratio of the hot rolled equilateral angle steel member from ‘Guide for design of transmission tower’ by American Society of Civil Engineers and ‘Technical Regulation of design for tower and pole structure of overhead transmission line’(DL/T5154 2002) in China is discussed. And the different method of dealing with local buckling instability of single angle columns is compared. With six group axial compressed test of different slenderness ratio, it is found that the current structural design standards DL/T5154 2002 used in the calculation of high strength steel stability is conservative. According to finite element method(FEM), the strength subtraction coefficient under axial compression in DL/T5154 2002 is amended.  相似文献

为解决排管库内的排管在供液过程中,由于节流膨胀阀和分液器安装不合理而造成的排管结霜不匀的问题,对三种不同安装方式的铝排管贮藏库进行分析比较,探讨排管结霜不匀的原因与解决方法。结果表明,二次节流产生闪发气体及供液距离相对过长,是造成排管外壁结霜不匀的根本原因。因此,在安装氟利昂系统时,应尽量减少闪发气体的产生;制冷剂进入每个通路铝合金翅片管的允许长度应控制在一定范围之内,尤其是用分液器进行分液控制时,要特别注意蒸发管的长度,8路分液器的分液方式可较4路分液器缩短分液后的供液距离,避免排管结霜不均匀的问题;用外平衡式节流膨胀阀节流降压、不用分液器分液的系统,每个通路的供液距离可以适当加长。  相似文献

Based on study of elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHD) and meshing theory of planar worm gear drive, EHD model for the drive is proposed. Minimum film thickness on the whole contact area is calculated. EHD status for the drive is analyzed. The distributions of film thickness show that, EHD status during entry engagement is better than that during exit engagement, and EHD status of worm addendum area is better than that of dedendum area. Influencing factors such as work conditions and optimized parameters along with their effects were analyzed. Theoretical analysis suggests that the optimizing pressure angle and increasing worm pitch diameter have influence on improving lubricant performance of the planar worm gear drive.  相似文献

To overcome the disadvantages of traditional galvanized pipe, new types of water supply piping materials have been developed. Comparison and classification are made based on their characteristics such as thermal stability, resistance to pressure, expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity, resistance to water hammer, cost and easiness of installation. Furthermore, the characteristics were discussed according to their locations in buildings: distribution main line in each pressure zone, branch pipe in water closet and the main line. Based on the mechanism of steel slit wall, a simplified elasto plastic analytical model which allows for nonlinear dynamic and static analysis was proposed. The parameters of simplified model related to configuration and nonlinear behavior were defined. In order to validate the simplified model, the pushover analysis of steel slit wall and a frame with steel slit wall were conducted. The results show that the load displacement curves obtained from simplified models, experiments and FEM are similar. The proposed model can fully represent the mechanism of steel slit wall, and it can correctly predict the internal forces and deformations of each member in the model.  相似文献

为了探索日光温室番茄栽培时痕量灌溉管适宜埋深,以番茄仙客1号为试材,研究了春季日光温室栽培条件下,痕量灌溉管不同埋深对灌溉量、产量和品质的影响。试验结果表明,灌溉管埋深20cm和30cm处理与表面覆土相比,分别增产6.1%和15.2%,同时品质有所改善。灌溉管埋深10cm、20cm和30cm与表面覆土相比,耗水量分别降低15.7%、10.6%和5.7%,水分利用效率分别提高13.5%、19.6%和24.0%。灌溉管埋深30cm处理产量和水分利用效率最高。因此,灌溉管埋深30cm是本试验条件下日光温室春茬番茄较适宜的灌溉管埋设深度。  相似文献

In order to investigate the seismic behavior of partially-restrained steel plate shear wall (Steel Plate Shear Wall, SPSW), the effects of partially-restrained connection on the hysteretic behavior, lateral bearing capacity, stiffness, energy dissipation of SPSW with strong and weak steel frame were simulated under low cyclic loading via equivalent strip model that had been verified by experiment. The results show that hysteretic behavior of SPSW has dual characters. The hysteretic curves of SPSW with strong surrounding steel frame become fat, and the hysteretic curves of SPSW with weak surrounding steel frame become narrow. With the increase of the bending capacity of PR connection, the hysteretic curves of SPSW become fat gradually, and the capacity of energy dissipation and lateral bearing increase. However, the effect on lateral stiffness of PR connection of SPSW with strong steel frame is higher than the one with weak steel frame.  相似文献

不同树种生长所需的营养物质要靠树体的木质部进行输导,其主要功能是输导水分和无机盐。试验采用改良的Jeffrey离析法,通过对扁桃、银杏,以及富士(CK)苹果枝条次生木质部细胞进行解离,研究了不同树种的导管细胞类型与其树体生长特性之间的关系。试验结果显示,扁桃导管类型为螺纹导管,银杏与富士(CK)苹果均为孔纹导管;与其他供试树种相比,银杏不仅次生细胞加厚明显,且具有较多的畸形细胞;扁桃导管平均长度为21.240μm,银杏导管平均长度为23.375μm,富士苹果导管平均长度为21.536μm。试验获得了扁桃和银杏枝条次生木质部细胞解剖学新资料,为研究这些品种的生物学特性,提供了细胞生理依据。  相似文献

Based on concepts of mechanics, a mechanical model of novel type of steel plate composite shear wall is presented. The novel type of structure is formed by steel plate shear wall and T-shaped solid-web composite columns. Flexural stiffness of steel beams, lateral stiffness of the T-shaped solid-web composite columns, shear stiffness of steel plate composite shear wall and shear stiffness of beam-column connection are taken into account in the mechanical model. And the equivalent damping between steel plate and boundary is considered. Based on the deformation features of structures and the calculation hypothesis, the lateral stiffness model and the energy dissipation model of structures are developed. Meanwhile, the calculation equations of elastic ultimate and plastic ultimate of shear strength of structures are set up. The theoretical analysis results inosculate better with the results of experiment. The comparison between the result calculated from the formula and the experimental result shows that the calculation precision is high enough to meet the demand of theoretical analysis. The difference, including equivalent model, stress states, manufacturing defect and installation error, between the formula and the experiment has been further discussed.  相似文献
