Aiming at the problem of machining quenched internal helical gears, a method and its equipment are discussed and designed, which is used for machining quenched internal helical gears by EDM. Its characteristic and principle are proposed. The modifying design of the electrode gear and the calculating method of its modification coefficients is presented. Analyzing for the error of the machining equipment is done. The results show that this problem can be solved by EDM, the electrode gear is the modification gear of machined gear and the machining accuracy can be improved by controlling errors.  相似文献

Because of their machining characteristics,Klinglnberg' s sprial bevel gears have the advantage over Gleason' s in many ways,so that they are more and more widely used. This paper analyzes the meshing and machining properties of the gears and deduces the equations,normal curveture and contact ratio of tooth surface. The analysis of the existing way and amount of profile modification of cycloidal gears at present showed that the equidistance and movedistance modification is in substance really to have the profile swelled up,and the rational modification way and amount is a swelling correction within the range of zero to some limit. This paper presents a new modifying way which is optimum compound modification at separate parts. The modified profile has the most simultaneously transmission teeth,even side clearance and the longest wear-life to forming crush dressing roll and is also easyly to NC machining.  相似文献

There exists muchinterference in machining internal spiral groove with big lift angle and small size, whichis a difficult problem. The design and calculation of tool section is analyzed in this paper while differentcutters are utilized to machine the groove when the tool axis is parallel or skew to that of the work piece. The approximating method of using circular-arc cutter is put forward, which is proved by the calculation and analysis to be a feasible method within range of the permissible error. The digital simulation of machining internal spiral groove which is finished by different methods, such as simulation of tool path, error analysis, verification of the cutter design and so on, has been done through typical software such as the Program files function of I-DEAS and the Manufacturing Module of UG.  相似文献

A mathematical model for accurate relief grinding of gear hob cutters along radial directions is presented based on the analysis of grinding geometry. Both the design and manufacturing models of gear hob cutters are carefully derived and presented. By employing the plane envelope theory, the reference contour of the grinding wheel is determined in order to attain the design tool profile precisely. The tooth profile error model after regrinding is also given to confirm the grinding parameters. The model provides accurate solutions for both the tool profile and the sectional contour of the grinding wheel. It is simple and straightforward and can be used to produce high precision hob cutters systematically. Two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The model computing results indicate that the proposed method is practical, precise and reliable. The method provides valuable reference for the design and machining of hob cutters.  相似文献

A new worm driving,i.e. planar internal gear enveloping crown worm driving,is presented. Its mathematical model of meshing functions and teeth surface equations are established basing on the theory of differential geometry and gear mesh. Various types of the driving,the macroscopic meshing performance and the microcosmic meshing performance are analyzed. The results show that the inclination angle of generating plane determines the distribution of contact lines,the planar internal gear primary-enveloping crown worm driving has ideal lubrication property,and the planar internal gear second-enveloping crown worm driving has high loading capacity. The studies are practicably instructive for developing new worm driving with high loading capacity,ideal lubrication and small volume.  相似文献

On the basis of applying three dimensional discrete formative technology to describing last surface, working principle of numerical controlled last carving machine is briefly introduced. Then the algorithm of ascertaining milling cutter machining position during the machining process is analyzed in detail. We establish a three dimensional reference frame with spatial analytic geometry and obtain the spatial equation of milling cutter rotary surface. According to last machining character, we put forward a machining algorithm named Minimal Distance Method and is used to calculate the milling cutter machining position. Reference efficiency of a pair of gear drive without planetary motion is the base to calculate efficiency of the whole planetary gear train. The authors find reference efficiency for speed increase is higher than that of the same drive used for speed reduction. This is different from the earlier viewpoint. New equations are derived for correctly calculating the reference efficiency of spur gear and helical gear with internal conjugate and external conjugate either in the state of speed increase or speed reduction respectively. The equations are also used to calculate efficiency of 2K-H planetary gear train.  相似文献

In order to research face-gear drives, a face-gear drive with spur involute pinion is considered. The genera, tion of a face gear is based on application of a conventional shaping machine and an involute shaper. The functions of theoretic shaping surface and processing surface about the face gear are deduced. Computer programs are developed for simulation of these surfaces. In shaping time, mutual position of two surfaces, theoretic shaping surface and processing surface, is analyzed by simulation. Aiming at site management problems of machining job shop, a site tools management method based on dynamic distribution for machining job shop is proposed. According to the method, the site dynamic distribution plan of machining tools is generated. A site tools distribution management information system is developed. The function and information models of the system are presented. With the system, dynamic distribution and recycling of machining tools and materials is realized. As a result, the inventory of machining tools is reduced, and the productivity is improved. The system has been applied in a machining job shop with satisfied result.  相似文献

Numerical control last making machine is a machine that is used to process shoe last. A new principle of numerical control machining shoe last is put forward aiming at the deficiency of current carving last system. On the basis of the principle, the algorithm of cutter machining position during numerical controlled carving last is analyzed in detail. The complex problem of the calculation of cutter machining positiion is resolved by applying spherical milling cutter that is often used in machining free_curve surface today and taking account of practical situation of the shoe last_making machine. At the same time, the calculation of cutter machining position is realized by program using Visual C++6.0. As a result, the calculation time of cutter machining position is reduced greatly and the efficiency of design is improved. The structure parameters of honing wheel have effects on machining accuracy in ultra-precision plane honing. This paper put forward to the optimization of structure parameters.
