This paper briefly introduces the contents and characteristics of the software reuse technology and industrial control software. The development of the software reuse technology in industrial control software area is discussed emphatically. Then the article brings forward a kind of thought that establishes standard element class library and develops the application program frame adapts to industrial control area. Namely, they are the establishment of the reuse of standard element class library based on the level of class library, the design of the reuse of the program frame based on the level of design, the amelioration of the reuse of the designing method based on the level of analysis. This thought improves on design method of industrial control software and is applied in the real-time monitoring system for the high-press water pump station.  相似文献

The effects of purification highly salty reuse water quality are studied by three plants-scirpus tabemaemontanii Gmel, Typha and Canna indica Linn in Tianjin-Economic and Technology Development Area Landscape River. The resuits show that hydraulic retention time has obviously influence on the effects of purification highly salty reuse water quality. Moreover, removal rates of all kinds of contamination vary with HRT, such as removal rate of COD, TN, NH3 - N, NO3-N, TP, PO4-P is 14.47 % -45.09% 25.50% -71.00% ,39.96% -82.47 %, 27.21% -74.41%, 38.91% -90.01%, 38.55% -92.01% respectively. Both the three plants grow and effects of purification of the highly salty reuse water treatment systems operate very well while concentration of TDS is about 4 500 mg/L in the water; pH of effluent water plants is lower than influent. Removal rates of Phosphorus by Scirpus tabernaemontanii Gmel and Typha are higher than its by Canna indica Linn when the HRT is sameness. The reason that Scirpus tabernaemontanii Gmel and Typha are planted with wetland while Canna indica Linn grows in water, at the same time phosphorus is removed from water because of the function of soil adsorption and so on. The rates of removal contaminations else are invariable by the three plants.  相似文献

And it proposes some suggestions of developing and constructing green ecological residential quarter with green design, wholesale afforestation, green building materials, energy saving and water saving, green lighting, classified garbage disposal and so on. Yingpan lock is the highest single level lock at present in China with a working head of 36.5m.This paper presents a regulation tank lock scheme and the water saving lock scheme to settle the valve hydraulics problem caused by high water head.By analyzing and comparing of the general single level lock,the regulation tank lock and the water saving lock,it is concluded that not only the recommended water saving lock can satisfy the design and the correlated operation requirements,reduce the valve work head by a half to simplify value hydraulics problem,but the water saving is possible at least by 48.6% in one ship passage through the lock.  相似文献

The deposition effects of the total phosphorous(TP) and phosphate(PO_(4)-P)in TEDA Reuse Water & Landscape River are studied,and the sedimentation reason of TP,PO_(4)-P are analyzed,then the settling curve of TP and PO_(4)-P is drawn in recycled water which is changed with time.When the reuse water is used as the water source,TP and PO_(4)-P deposit bottom silt.In laboratory simulation test,the needed time of the max deposition ratio for TP and PO_(4)-P is 1 day,meanwhile,the max deposition ratio of TP and PO_(4)-P are 95.15%,96.56% respectively.According to practical observation,the needed time of the deposition ratio is 7.5 days,longer for TP and PO_(4)-P to reach max deposition level than in the laboratory test,and the deposition ratio of the TP and PO_(4)-P is 85.10% and 87.43% respectively, lower than in the laboratory test.  相似文献

Biofouling has become the focus of RO in water and wastewater treatment. Experimental investigation of RO biofouling mechanism and characteristics in wastewater advanced reuse was carried out by static test and cross-flow dynamic test on a lab-scale membrane fouling simulator(MFS).The experimental results show that the major contributors to biofouling are coli and filamentous bacteria; there usually is no biofouling on the RO membrane surface with the absence of microbial source and nutrient composition; it is easy to cause biofouling on the fouled membrane; the germicidal treatment and the protection in the shut-down period are important for RO. Guidance for the analysis and reduction of biofouling in the practical engineering is provided.  相似文献

The high grade gray water was pre treated by biologic contact oxidation on load of 0.72 KgBOD5·m-3·d-1, and then post treated by constructed wetland. On the basis of experiment, it was found that: Totle nitrogen (TN) was the restrictive index of the combinational technique. To meet the reclaimed water quality standard and reuse for waterscape, the peak hydraulic load of constructed wetland was 0.50 m·d-1 in summer (30~36 ℃), and 0.33 m·d-1 in winter (8~12 ℃). And the load ratio of the peak hydraulic under the summer and winter conditions was 3:2. With the experimental results and reclaimed water quantity requirements in different seasons of buildings, treatment scale can be determined.  相似文献

Energy consumption of water intake is one of the key factors for energy saving in the application of the open loop surface water heat pump system. An energy efficiency ratio coupling model for open loop surface water source heat pump systems was established on the basis of the energy consumption model for the water intake and the heat pump units. According to energy saving rate and regulation of energy consumption of water intake, dynamic temperature limits of water intake in different water supply temperature of cooling tower and different pump head were proposed so as to find a calculation method of temperature limits of water intake of open loop surface water heat pumps. Moreover, the energy saving rate of surface water source heat pump systems compared with traditional air conditioning systems under various condition was also calculated.  相似文献

A coking plant extended many times, and its capacity of the cooling water system is not match with it, the consumption of new water is much more than that used by others in the same industry. The water system renovation is addressed for an extended coking plant. The installation of two 600 m3/h cooling towers and restoration the existing two cooling towers are to promote the cooling capacity so that the amount of discharge and feed could be reduced. At the same time, the pipe net for waste water reutilisation is installed, by which part of the waste water is reused as supplement water for quenching hot coke and the other was piped to ironworks for reuse. With the field test, the water consumption per ton of coke production is cut down from 9.03 m3 to 3.21 m3. And the annual water saving is more than 6×106 m3. Furthermore, the electric consumption is reduced by 2×106 kWh and about 3×106 yuan of annual running cost is saved.  相似文献

A number of problems exist in water supply to Chinese small towns. Among them, the most significant problems are the scarcity of water source and irregularity of water supply system construction. Criteria for routine water sources are established based on the analysis of present characteristics and problems of water supplying in different areas in China, recommending that water source with onsite characteristics and non-traditional features act as water supply sources or backup sources. Karst water, rainwater catchment utilization, and municipal wastewater reuse are singled out as promising ways for water supply in the future. Then different water supply systems are classified for various types of towns to employ. Finally, framework for regional water supply is advised strongly for the three types of small towns with the consideration of respective economic level. Thus, feasible, stable, effective and cost-saving water supply systems are setting up for decision making.  相似文献

Geothermal heat pumps have been widely used in construction projects. However, the efficiency of geothermal heat pump may be easily lowered due to the imbalance between heating and cooling loads resulting from the differences of seasons, and especially building functions. Basing on a project in LEU, this article firstly takes discussion on how the solar-geothermal water heating system complex may be applied in Chongqing. Then, the article carries out calculations and analysis to evaluate the balance of the complex system. Domain engineering is an activity for building reusable components. Domain engineering addresses the systematic creation of domain models and architectures. Domain analysis is a software engineering process that identifies, captures, organizes, analyzes, and represents information about a software domain to determine software architecture, framework, and component, and to support the reuse or software components. This method is one of the key techniques to solve the reuse problem. The article introduces the Feature-Oriented Domain Analysis (FODA), developed at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). For the open-loop surface water source heat pump systems, energy consumption of water supply is the key factor for energy saving of system. On the basis of energy consumption model of heat pump unit and energy consumption model of water supply etc., open-loop surface water source heat pump system energy efficiency ratio coupling model is established. Based on energy efficiency ratio,the coupling limit value of surface water source heat pump system in different temperature of water supply and different energy consumption of water supply is obtained.Through the actual case, energy saving rate of the system is calculated in different temperatures of water supply and different system modes. This paper investigate the plant water of 52 different conventional processed water plant in the eastern and central regions, and analyse the characteristics of water plants in different areas; survey the influence of the pond of waterworks flocculation, sedimentation tanks on the water consumption rate and the solids containing in the sludge; besides, research the influence of the type of waterworks filter pool and backwash conditions on the consumption rate of water and backwash effect; also, it analyse the rate of water plants which have had this water reuse process at this time.  相似文献
