It's more complex to program drainage plan in mountainous city .Now there are some changes in Chongqing, one of these changes is treatment wastewater from natural water sections to few centralized area. In this paper systems theory is adopted and many factors are combined with such as technology, economics, society and politics to discuss drainage project in main districts of Chongqing and draw a conclusion as the argument result. So the article suggests that it is necessary to collegiate argumentation with different point of views, differents subjects and different ranges. And it must be assured by law procedure.  相似文献

土地利用变化的动态研究是世界性的课题。笔者选择重庆市经济高速发展的"一小时经济圈"为研究区域,以1994年、2000年和2006年的TM/ETM遥感影像为基础数据源,研究了重庆市土地利用动态变化,结果表明:研究区域各土地利用类型间转移明显,耕地资源流失严重且存在明显时空差异性,流失中心层即"形成层"包括城市化进程明显的九龙坡区、沙坪坝区、江北区和渝北区;"中间层"耕地流失程度次之,主要包括长寿区、渝北区部分地区以及渝西的铜梁、永川等地;"外围层"耕地变化主要以水田—旱地模式为主,包括万盛、南川、大足、潼南等区县。文章最后对研究区域的土地资源可持续利用提出了合理的建议。  相似文献

客观评价重庆能源投入产出效益,探究环境污染、能源消费和经济增长之间的关系,进行能源结构优化,是当前重庆能源消耗走向绿色低碳方向发展面临的重大问题,也是重庆制定节能减排政策、能源发展战略和经济规划的重要基础。本文将能源投入和经济社会等产出因子科学分组,运用数据包络分析技术(DEA),通过构建的能源需求结构方程以及DEA模型,对重庆能源消费进行了一系列DEA实证研究,得到了重庆能源投入产出规模效率在不同历史时期、不同阶段的变化规律,获取了能源冗余投入(径向改进和松驰改进)值、规模效应值、综合技术效率值和纯技术效率值,确定了DEA弱有效、DEA强有效、DEA完全有效的生产前沿面,并在此基础上对2016-2020年重庆能源结构进行了优化。研究成果可以为确定重庆能源绿色低碳发展方向、优化“十三五”重庆能源消费结构提供科学依据。  相似文献

Based on the reactive surplus of Chongqing 220 kV main electric power network under low water and low load, and on state of higher system voltage, a thorough research is done on voltage and reactive power of the system power network by means of calculation,analysis and experiments. A main network calculating equivalence model of power network in Chongqing is constructed. And reactive power optimizing calculation is figured out on the Chongqing power network on condition that the loss minimum of the active power network is object function. Several optimizing compensatory schemes are put forward. Based on the calculation result and the analysis of all schemes, the most reasonable and feasible optimizing scheme could be achieved. Meanwhile, the feasibility that the system voltage could be adjusted when generator operating under excitation was demonstrated. According to the experience of under-excitation operation of the same type units , it decreases the system voltage, improves Chongqing power network running performance, and strengthens the coordination and stabilization of system.  相似文献

在构建区域耕地整理潜力评价指标体系的基础上,将熵权法与综合评价法结合起来对重庆市耕地整理潜力进行了定量化评价。重庆市耕地整理潜力评价结果表明,在评价指标权重分布上,投入产出率>林地面积比重提高率>耕地产出提高率>增加耕地系数,耕地整理潜力由大到小可划分为4个等级,从潜力等级的分布来看,耕地整理潜力最大的区域主要分布在三峡生态经济区,而耕地整理潜力次之的区域主要在渝西地区。就重庆市耕地整理潜力而言,渝西地区经济基础比较好,发展速度相对较快,投入产出率高,耕地整理投入优势显著,而三峡库区未来生态效益较高,耕地整理对实现资源可持续利用有利  相似文献

To embed or heap industry solid wastes somewhere will occupy the earth and pollute the environment seriously. So utilizing the industry solid wastes as regeneration resource is important for sustainable development of city. Based on application and research for years in utilizing industry wastes and widely investigation, the produce status of industry solid wastes in Chongqing such as fly ash, desulfuration gypsum, blastfurnace slag and chromium slag are introduced. At the same time,this paper introduces application and research on these wastes in field of building material in Chongqing. Analyze problems and countermeasures during utilizing industry solid wastes as regeneration resource in Chongqing. There are a series of city environmental problems especially in the mountain city along with the city fast development. In recent decade, many scholars have studied the urban heat island, the urban temperature, the urban wind field, the precipitation and the urban visibility etc. But the urban thermal environment has not been settled radically. All the measures have not been used in the practice. And the researches in thermal environment of the mountain cities are very few. So the authors consider Chongqing as the researching object. Chongqing is one of the typical mountain cities in the semi-tropical. Sequentially we find out the characteristic of the thermal environment in the mountain city. Further the authors seek for the measures to plan and build ecological city. They conclude that CFD can be used in the simulation of urban environment, and use the result of simulation in urban planning is possible. The thermal environment in the center of Chongqing needs to be improved.  相似文献

Based on statistical data for Chongqing Municipality,P.R.China,and using ecological footprint theory,a dynamic calculation was carried out to determine the ecological footprint of Chongqing during the initial ten years that the area was under direct central government administration.The result indicates the following: the per capita ecological footprint in Chongqing increased gradually from 1.3767 49 hm2 in 1997 to 2.113 609 hm2 in 2006;the ecological capacity per capita decreased from 0.438 07 hm2 to 0.406 153 hm2;and the ecological deficit increased from 0.938 671 hm2 to 1.707 456 hm2.By 2010,it is forecasted that: the ecological footprint per capita will be 2.956 hm2;the ecological capacity per capita will be 0.385 1 hm2;and the ecological deficit will be 2.570 9 hm2.All these indicate that Chongqing is entirely in an ecological deficit state with the deficit increasing annually.The development mode of the city is an unsustainable one.In this paper,we summarize the calculated result,point out the reasons for ecological deficits in Chongqing,and conclude with some instructive advice for referral to the Chongqing government.  相似文献

为了明确重庆现代农业发展水平,利用2011年统计数据,并通过标准值标准化处理数据,依靠层次分析法(AHP)计算的权重,得出重庆市现代农业发展水平综合得分为59.56分。结果表明,重庆现代农业处在初步实现阶段,全面推进农业现代化已经具备了较好的条件,并对重庆加快现代农业的发展提出了对策建议。  相似文献

为得出重庆市南岸区农村居民点整理潜力,对农村集体建设用地流转提供客观依据以及农村居民点用地管理提供理论支撑。采用人均农村居民点建设用地标准测算法对至2020年农村居民点整理潜力进行测算,然后采用闲置宅基地抽样调查法对其进行修正,获得农村居民点整理潜力。根据整理潜力和南岸区实际情况,对农村居民点合理布局进行了规划,并制作2020年重庆市南岸区农村居民点用地分布图。  相似文献

为了探索重庆市垫江县药用牡丹规范化种植基地中川丹皮药材的质量变化规律,以确定牡丹的最佳生长周期与采收期,指导丹皮GAP生产,同时为丹皮药材建立一种更合理的质量控制方法,采用HPLC法建立川丹皮的特征性化学成分指纹图,并测定各样品的化学成分色谱图,通过相似性计算,分析川丹皮生长过程中的质量变化情况。实验结果表明川丹皮以四年生到五年生十月份采收的样品色谱图与川丹皮特征性化学成分指纹图相似度最高;同时也表明中药化学成分色谱指纹图谱技术是一种全方位多角度控制中药质量方法,可以更有效的指导中药材规范化种植。  相似文献

This paper introduces the concept of "smart contraction" and its enlightenment to the revitalization of rural areas. Taking Dawan Yard in Tianwan Village, Wanzhou District, Chongqing City as an example, construction dilemmas in mountain area are analyzed, such as backward rural economy, low farmers' incomes, the loss of labor population, the decentralization of village construction land, small-scale village construction land, and the lack of technology and funds for the improvement of village living environment. Combining with the development opportunity of Dawan Yard in Tianwan Village, it puts forward three planning countermeasures of "smart contraction": smart utilization of village resources, smart allocation of public service facilities and smart inheritance of village memory. We hope to provide a new way to revitalize the countryside via case analysis of Dawan Yard.  相似文献

After completion of Three Gorges Reservoir at Yangtze River, protecting and improving the ecological environment of this area is becoming increasingly important factor in comprehensive progress of the economy and society of Chongqing City. The industrial solid wastes are one of the crucial factors influencing the environment quality of Three Gorges Area and they are also the hot and difficult problems influencing the development of economy and society of Chongqing City. At this point, firstly, the discharge, present situation, prospect and development of treatment and utilization of industrial wastes in Chongqing are summarized. Secondly, the experience at home and abroad are analyzed. Then, the way and foreground for recycling the wastes with new technology are also discussed. Finally, countermeasure for treatment and utilization of industrial solid wastes after completion of Three Gorges Reservoir at Yangtze River is brought up. The study on treatment and utilization technology of industrial solid wastes will be beneficial not only to the protection of ecological environment of Three Gorges Area, but to the development of new Chongqing City as well. Differential weathering overhanging rock by hard rock and soft rock interlayer is common for geological failure.To study the influence of ground stress in rock slope and cave deepness to differential weathering overhanging rock,a mechanical model was proposed.And hollow cylinder stress meter was used to test and analyze on site ground stress at Hongyadong in Chongqing.Moreover, the development range of overhanging rock was determined.And a case studywas used to analyze the relationship among tension ground stress, cave deepness and growth of controlling crack.A method for forecasting overhanging rock failure pattern was proposed.  相似文献

The provision of quality industrialized housing in Chongqing to meet demand is perceived by the Chongqing Construction Commission to be a key feature of the local construction industry's future development. The growing strategic importance of Chongqing as a developing municipality, at the junction of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers, will ensure continuing economic development in the region. To facilitate such development the local construction industry will need to react accordingly to provide new infrastructure, commercial development, and housing and recreation facilities. Clearly, this must be achieved in accordance with a robust Master Plan, which addresses all issues associated with the built environment and other environmental considerations relating to pollution, conservation and sustainability. Throughout the World it is becoming increasingly recognized that traditional forms of construction are not sustainable in the long term and that new concepts and methods of construction must be developed. Construction must more effectively utilize and re-cycle resources that would otherwise become depleted or exhausted. Further, all aspects of the in-use performance of buildings, especially housing, must be significantly improved. The situation in Chongqing is no exception to this perception and hence the purpose of this paper is to evaluate locally available resources and relevant resources elsewhere in China to assess the potential for adaptation for effective use in industrialized housing. A broad approach will be taken covering all forms of human and non-human resources, especially those resources which can be re-cycled rather than being consigned to waste. By-products from other industries will be considered, such as those from agriculture and manufacturing. A key aspect of this paper is the articulation of a framework to facilitate the realization and development of an industrialized housing system by the creation of an integrated supply chain capable of delivering the necessary design and performance features geared to affordability, conservation and sustainability. The paper will be concludes by presentation of recommendations regarding the introduction of a development strategy geared to an incremental timetable for implementation.  相似文献
