To solve the problems of large flux, torque ripple and inconstant inverter switching frequency in conventional direct torque control (DTC), a space vector modulation (SVM) technique is introduced to the conventional PMSM-DTC system and analyzed thoroughly based on the mathematical model. This novel control method which enjoys the advantages of VC and DTC has only one easy adjustable PI regulator and is easy to realize. The simulation verifies that this control system is capable of effectively improving the steady state performance and keeping the excellent dynamic performance of the PMSM-DTC system simultaneously and remain the switching frequency constant.  相似文献

The key of motor control is to control motor's torque essentially.Direct torque control,which emerged after the field-oriented control,directly stresses the instantaneous torque control of induction machine,which avoids some problems existing in field-oriented control,thus,it gets more attention.In conventional direct torque control system,switch vector is selected directly by the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,after introducing fuzzy logic,optimal selecting switch state is realized by various strategies by distinguishing the grade of the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,the dynamic and steady state performances of induction motors are improved.This paper presents a design method of the fuzzy controller.Simulation results demonstrate that it is effective,the stator currents pulsation at start-up and the torque pulsation are decreased.  相似文献

For a new type of strongly hybridized system, the vehicle ride performance is used as the study goal, a coordinated control strategy is put forward to suppress the torque surge after the analysis of the parameters changes of engine, motor, clutch and transmission during the driving-mode-switch process. The strongly hybridized vehicle simulation model is developed based on the coordinated control strategy. The typical drive mode switching process performance simulation and analysis are performed. The results show that introducing the coordinated control strategy reduces the torque surge during the driving-mode-switch process and improves the vehicle drivability.  相似文献

A strategy for induction motor control based on the grade of errors is developed to improve the performance of hybrid vehicle drive system. The stator flux error, electric magnetic torque error and flux position angle are used as control variables, and rules for the switching states are chosen according to the errors and the principle of the Direct Torquc Control. This strategy improves efficiently the electric magnetic torque response of the system. The result of simulation shows that this strategy is an ideal control strategy of hybrid vehicle, which can make the motor generate the electric magnetic torque efficiently, steadily and quickly.  相似文献

In order to research vehicle with torque converter as starter and metal pushing belt as high speed transmission equipment(dual state CVT system), based on the test data of engine and torque converter, the integrated control strategy for vehicle with dual state CVT system is proposed and integrated control simulation for car with dual state CVT system is finished at the condition of multi mode. By using servo control shear loading system, specimens with non-coplanar rock-like intermittent joints were tested by the way of forward and reverse direct shear, rupture mechanism and shearing law for rock bridge with non-coplanar intermittent joints were studied under direct shear. The experimental studies showed that five apparent stages are presented in the process of rock bridge rupture under direct shear, which are linear elastic stage, initiation and extension of crack, fracture and transfixion of rock bridge, climbing and occlusion of shear plane and residual friction. Rock bridge presented profile fracture plane under forward direct shear. While under reverse direct shear, band form fracture plane is showed which penetrated along with the direction of forward shear, and the shear strength of initiation and peak shear strength under reverse direct shear are bigger than that under forward shear. Crack angle, normal stress and lap proportion among adjacent joint are the main factors that influence the initiation strength and peak shear strength. The FLAC 3D simulation for the process of non-coplanar intermittent joints rock bridge rupture and formation of shear rupture surface under forward and reverse direct shear was conducted. The results of numerical simulation agreed well with those of experiment. The simulation results revealed tension crack failure of non-coplanar intermittent joints rock bridge and shear yielding mechanism of fracture plane.  相似文献

According to the AT minicar project of Changan Automobile CO.Ltd.,the system for simulating the dynamic driving mode of the powertrain with Automatic Transmission is established.The engine and hydraulic torque converter are tested,and the character diagrams are protracted.The two parameter shift rule and the driver fuzzy control module are established.On the basis of dynamical equation,the kinetic model of car is established.With the system,the dynamic and economical performances and ten-mode driving status are simulated.The simulation results show that the system can simulate the actual driving status well,the dynamic and economical performances of the minicar basically meet the technical requirements.The theoretic foundation is provided to the project.The foundation of cruise control is constituted.  相似文献

Continuously Variable Transmission which is the ideal transmission for automobile can improve dynamical and economical performance and reduce pollution emission effectively. Vehicle equipped with CVT where hydraulic torque converter is acted as start clutch have better acceleration performance and its starting control is very simple. Based on performance test of hydraulic torque converter and simulation on lock-up dynamic process of torque converter clutch, matching characteristic between engine and torque converter is evaluated , and the lock-up control rule of torque converter clutch and the control strategy of standing start of vehicle equipped with Continuously Variable Transmission with torque converter is proposed. By computer simulation on start process, vehicle equipped with CVT have better acceleration performance than equipped with five-speed MT.  相似文献

In order to improve vehicle handling stability,a control system using optimal allocation of yaw moment was designed.The first layer is a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) controller,which optimizes a desired yaw moment to work on the vehicle and calculates reference wheel slip for the target wheel.The second layer of the control system is a PID controller which can track the reference wheel slip rate,and then apply braking torque on the target wheel to make the vehicle stable.Simulations are carried out by using an 8-dof nonlinear vehicle model under different conditions.The simulation results indicate that the designed control system can effectively improve vehicle handling stability.  相似文献

As for the drive of control system in electric vehicles, if the inverter power is supplied by a constant DC-link voltage, there are some disadvantages in the system, such as small utilization of the voltage, big current harmonic distortion of the motor windings. A new strategy for vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with variable DC-link voltage is proposed, which is suitable for electric vehicles. According to the reference voltage amplitude of the inverter, the new system uses bidirectional DC/DC converter to adjust the DC-link voltage to improve the performance of the vector control system. At last, the whole system is simulated with MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the new strategy for vector control can increase voltage utilization, decrease torque ripple, improve current waveform effectively and decrease the total harmonic distortion of motor current. The results also verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the new strategy.  相似文献

Symmetrical six-phase series-connected three-phase PMSM driven by single inverter is a novel multi-machines system. To research EMF harmonics influence on the decouple control of series-connected system, the series-connected system mathematic models with 2nd harmonic of symmetrical six-phase PMSM under d-q coordinates are deduced. The torque ripple amplitude and frequency influenced by harmonic are discussed. The decouple control strategy based on harmonic effect compensating is presented. In view of the vehicle cornering or path changing under ultimate handling maneuver, a 3-DOF nonlinear vehicle dynamics model which takes the vehicle lateral velocity, yaw rate and body roll angle as the State variables is presented. Based on the dynamic analysis, the method which using additional yaw moment produced by different longitudinal braking force among each wheels to improving vehicle handling stability in emergency situations is discussed. Considering the sideslip angle as one of the vehicle state variables is difficult to measuring, the sideslip angle estimation based on vehicle dynamic model and kinematics is designed. And then, based on the theory of siding model control, the combining sliding model control system is founded, which taking the vehicle yaw rate and body side-slip angle errors between the estimated and the real as the input variables, and taking the braking torque and the steering angle as control aims. The simulation results indicate that the control method can effectively improve the vehicle lateral handling stability.  相似文献

The Cuplock Template supports system joint initial rigidity and bowl buckle tightening torque was closely linked, with MATLAB applications for the two order and three order numerical fitting between them, found that three order fitting accuracy was higher than two order fitting results. Using ANSYS finite element software to establish the corresponding with the entity model, the changes in simulated nodes hinged, rigid and different initial stiffness condition for supporting system, and the simulation results were compared with the actual bearing capacity of the frame body stability. Find node is hinged and rigid connection simulation results state and actual frame difference. When the simulation results between node tightening torque of the 35N.m~50N.m and the actual time the frame carrying capacity is close, the node for the semi-rigid connection state. Permanent magnet synchronous generator for wind turbine is a multivariable nonlinear system with strong coupling. Considering the influence of the volatile parameters of the generator on the performance of vector control, the torque dynamic sliding-mode control strategy is further studied. The proposed first order dynamic sliding-mode control strategy reduces the chattering by using a new switch function constituted with derivative element. With the dynamic sliding-mode controller in the power outer loop, the PMSG vector control system shows excellent robustness and insensitivity to the parameters and disturbance, which is confirmed by simulation.  相似文献

The paper analyses the relations between closed-loop system dynamic qualities and linear optimal control weighting matrix Q and offers a sensitivity method for selecting weighting matrix Q. As a practical example, a linear optimal supplement excitation control system is designed for a single machine-infinite bus power system using the presented method. This paper presented the principle and combinations of the mechanical transimssion test-bed with mechanical closed cycle and electric closed cycle. This system is composed of variable velocity driver, motor, generator, inverter and computer. It can be used both in mechanical closed cycle test-bed and electric ciooed cycle test-bed. The test-bed can keep a realting monitoring over the system and control the rotational speed and torque by computer. It can also simulate the real work condition of the test and to do the test. A test bed with computer control for hydraulic torque converter test is built up. The structure and principle of the test bed are introduced.
