用平衡吸附法研究了不同浓度的有机酸(乙酸、酒石酸和柠檬酸)对针铁矿和膨润土吸附Cd^2+、Pb^2+的影响。结果表明:(1)低浓度(〈0.6mmolL^-1)有机酸促进供试矿物吸附Cd^2+和Pb^2+,随着有机酸浓度增加,吸附逐渐被抑制。高浓度(〉1.0mmolL^-1)有机酸对Pb^2+吸附的抑制作用比对Cd^2+的强。有机酸浓度的变化对针铁矿Cd^2+、Pb^2+吸附率的影响大于对膨润土的。(2)不同Cd^2+浓度下,有机酸对膨润土Cd^2+吸附强度的影响大于针铁矿。加入高浓度Cd^2+(8.0mmolL^-1)时,低浓度有机酸对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的促进作用比加入低浓度Cd^2+(0.4mmolL^-1)时明显,高浓度有机酸对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的抑制作用与低浓度Cd^2+时相近。(3)低浓度有机酸(〈0.6mmolL^-1)时,酒石酸、柠檬酸对针铁矿吸附Cd^2+的促进作用大于乙酸,而它们对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的促进作用相似;在三种有机酸高浓度(〉1.0mmol L^-1)时,针铁矿对Cd^2+的吸附都趋于稳定,而柠檬酸对膨润土吸附Cd^2+的抑制作用比乙酸和酒石酸的明显。不同种类有机酸下,矿物对Pb^2+吸附率大小的变化基本一致。  相似文献

Cabbage, Brassica oleracea subsp. capitata (cv. Lennox and Rinda), and oilseed rape, Brassica rapa subsp. oleifera (cv. Valo and Tuli), plants were grown under ambient CO(2) (360 ppm) or elevated CO(2) (720 ppm) at 23/18 degrees C and under a photoperiod of 22/2 h light (250 micromol m(-)(2) s(-)(1))/dark regime for up to 5 weeks. Afterward, the performance of the crucifer specialist Plutella xylostella (Lepidoptera: Plutellidae) and the generalist Spodoptera littoralis (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) on those plants was studied. The mean relative growth rate (RGR) of P. xylostella larvae, feeding on both cultivars of oilseed rape or on the Lennox cultivar of cabbage leaves grown at an elevated CO(2) concentration, was significantly reduced as compared to ambient CO(2). A negative larval growth rate at elevated CO(2) was observed for P. xylostella on both oilseed rape cultivars, but the growth rate was reduced but positive on cabbage. Conversely, the RGR of S. littoralis on either plant species was not affected by CO(2) treatment but was lower on cabbage cv. Rinda than on cv. Lennox. The mortality of the larvae was not affected by CO(2) treatment either. At the same time, elevated CO(2) significantly decreased the concentrations of leaf phytochemical constituents in oilseed rape, i.e., total phenolics and total nitrogen, but not in cabbage. The effect of elevated CO(2) on the leaf glucosinolate concentrations of both plant species was marginal. In addition, the observed significant changes in individual glucosinolate concentrations of oilseed rape leaves were not consistent among cultivars. However, our results demonstrate for the first time quite strong effects of CO(2) enrichment on the larval performance of P. xylostella, which is an important pest of Brassica plants around the world. Further studies are still required to increase our understanding of why elevated CO(2) differently affects the performance of specialist and generalist insect herbivores on Brassica plants.  相似文献

采用批处理法研究了锑/磷(Sb/P)在膨润土和高岭土上的竞争吸附等温线和动力学,并考察了pH的影响。结果表明:Sb和P吸附符合Langmuir或Freundlich方程(R~2=0.945 0~0.998 3,P0.000 1),存在极强的竞争吸附:P共存时Sb吸附容量(Q_(max))显著降低,分别从0.86和10.21 mmol/kg(先Sb后P)降低到0.64和2.61 mmol/kg(先P后Sb);Sb共存时P吸附亲合性(K)明显降低,分别从1.47和7.47 L/mmol(先P后Sb)降低到0.68和2.34 L/mmol(先Sb后P)。Sb和P的吸附总体随pH升高而降低,但相比高岭土,膨润土上的吸附受pH影响更大,意味着高岭土有更多配位吸附、膨润土有更多电性吸附。准二级动力学方程很好地拟合它们的竞争吸附(R~20.994,P0.000 1),并且在Sb/P共存下,膨润土对P吸附弱而慢(q_e=0.36 mmol/kg,,k_2=0.064 6 kg/(mmol·min))、对Sb吸附虽弱但快(q_e=0.19 mmol/kg,k_2=0.076 9 kg/(mmol·min));高岭土对P吸附强更快(q_e=0.66 mmol/kg,k_2=0.591 kg/(mmol·min))、对Sb吸附虽强但慢[q_e=0.39 mmol/kg,k_2=0.052 4 kg/(mmol·min)]。因此,Sb对P吸附的抑制在膨润土上更明显(主要是静电吸附竞争),P对Sb吸附的抑制则在高岭土上更突出(主要是配位吸附竞争)。  相似文献

Six azaphilones, monascin (1), ankaflavin (2), rubropunctatin (3), monascorburin (4), rubropunctamine (5), and monascorburamine (6), two furanoisophthalides, xanthomonasin A (7) and xanthomonasin B (8), and two amino acids, (+)-monascumic acid (9) and (-)-monascumic acid (10), isolated from the extracts of Monascus pilosus-fermented rice (red-mold rice) were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA)-induced inflammation in mice, on the induction of Epstein-Barr virus early antigen (EBV-EA) by TPA in Raji cells, and on the activation of (+/-)-(E)-methyl-2[(E)-hydroxy-imino]-5-nitro-6-methoxy-3-hexemide (NOR 1), a nitric oxide (NO) donor. Among the compounds tested, seven compounds (1-6 and 10) on TPA-induced inflammation, and six compounds (1, 3-5, 9, and 10) on EBV-EA activation, exhibited potent inhibitory effects. All of the compounds tested showed moderate inhibitory effects on NOR 1 activation.  相似文献

An investigation was conducted on two contrasting inland valley soils (Fluvauents and Tropaquents) over two cropping seasons (1993, 1994, and 1995) in two benchmark wetlands in Nigeria, and the contents and dynamics of iron (Fe) forms (active and organic) were examined when two different rice (Oryza sativa L) cultivars (‘ITA 212’ and ‘Suakoko 8’) were planted. Results showed that active Fe ranged between 0.96 and 3.16% on Fluvaquents and between 1.57 and 4.73% on Tropaquents; organic Fe, on the other hand, ranged between 0.05 and 2.84% (Fluvaquent) and between 0.60 and 2.38% (Tropaquents). Dynamics of the two Fe forms did not follow any clear pattern in the two cropping seasons on both soil types. On Fluvaquents, grain yields (GY) ranged between 2.40 and 3.46 t/ha (‘ITA 212’) and between 2.35 and 3.15t/ha (‘Suakoko 8’). Similarly, on Tropaquents, the GY ranged between 0.68 and 2.13 t/ha (‘ITA 212’) and between 0.61 and 2.11 t/ha (‘Suakoko 8’). Generally, the GY on Fluvaquents was higher than on Tropaquents and declined in the second cropping seasons. Results further showed that active Fe is significantly negatively correlated with GYs of rice. Critical active Fe and organic Fe contents for lowland rice on these soils were 2.90 and 1.80%, respectively.  相似文献

The influence of two organic amendments consisting of an urban waste compost (SUW) and a commercial amendment from olive mill wastes (OW) was assessed on the sorption properties and leaching of the ionizable herbicide imazaquin on four soils with different physicochemical characteristics. A loamy sand soil (CR), a loam soil (P44), a silt loam soil (AL), and a clay soil (TM), with low-medium organic matter contents, were chosen. Sorption-desorption experiments were performed on the original soils and on a mixture of these soils with the organic amendments at a rate of 6.25% (w/w). These mixtures were used just after preparation and after aging for 3 months. Imazaquin adsorption was higher on AL soil because of its high content of amorphous iron oxides, whereas it was related to the soils' organic matter (OM) contents on TM and CR soils and to acid pH on P44 soil. Addition of exogenous OM to soils caused a decrease in the adsorption of the herbicide with the only exception of CR soil, due to blocking of adsorptive surfaces and/or equilibrium pH rise. The extent of this decrease was dependent only on the nature of the added amendment on AL soil. The adsorbed amounts of imazaquin on aged organic fertilized soils were usually fairly close to that on original soils. Results of soil column experiments indicate that addition of exogenous organic matter cannot be considered as a regular practice for retarded movement of imazaquin.  相似文献

This study represents an assessment of some of the key factors influencing the mobility of Al(III) and its displacement in acid soils. This assessment is based on the effect of pH and other solution variables on the solubility of Al(III) and its complex formation with OH?, F? and organic ligands (fulvates and humates). Above all, the adsorption behavior of Al(III) on iron(III) (hydr)oxides and on SiO2 on one hand, and the adsorption of organic acids and of humic substances on mineral surfaces on the other hand was investigated. Adsorption is interpreted in terms of surface complex formation equilibria; the mass law constants derived permit the modeling of adsorption as a function of solution variables. It is illustrated that the distribution of oxides and hydroxides in the soil profile affects the pH buffering, determines the mobility of the organic acids while the mobility of Al(III) is primarily governed by the formation and dissolution of Al(III) (hydr)oxides.  相似文献

In order to provide injury surveillance for youth on farms in the U.S., the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), in partnership with the USDA, developed the Childhood Agricultural Injury Survey (CAIS). CAIS data for all youth less than 20 years of age on farms have been collected for the calendar years of 1998, 2001, 2004, and 2006. CAIS data from 2006 indicated that an estimated 30.7 million youth lived on, worked on, or visited U.S. farms. These youth experienced almost 23,000 injuries while on the farm. The majority of these injuries occurred to males (15,223) and youth between the ages of 10 and 15 years (10,158). Approximately 25% (5,773) of the injuries were related to work being done on the farm. Youth living on the farm incurred 51% (11,654) of the injuries, hired youth sustained 6% (1,363), and 40% were to visiting youth (9,729). Although youth injuries on farms have declined by 30% since 1998, the numbers are still unacceptably high. Further indepth evaluation of subsets of the youth population may serve to better direct safety intervention programs and research.  相似文献

河北平山片麻岩山区微地形表层土壤养分异质性分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以河北平山片麻岩山区7种微地形(坡顶、塌陷、巨石背阴、缓台、陡坎、谷坡、U形沟)及原状坡的表层土壤养分测定数据为基础,对比分析不同微地形及原状坡之间表层土壤养分的异质性,为片麻岩山区植被恢复提供科学依据。结果表明:(1)微地形、坡向、风化层厚度均影响了表层土壤养分的变化,而微地形是引起这种变化的主要因子。(2)微地形的表层土壤养分特征多数优于原状坡。其中,U形沟、塌陷和巨石背阴处有机质含量最大(68.94 g/kg,60.71 g/kg,62.77 g/kg),显著高于其他微地形和原状坡,坡顶处最小(22.58 g/kg)。(3)全氮与全磷含量规律基本一致,都在U形沟、塌陷和巨石背阴处最大,缓台和坡顶处较小。全钾含量在坡顶、陡坎、谷坡处最大(11.88 g/kg,12.56 g/kg,11.67 g/kg),塌陷、巨石背阴处较小(9.39 g/kg,9.69 g/kg)。(4)碱解氮含量在U形沟、塌陷和巨石背阴处最大(6.87 mg/kg,6.54 mg/kg,5.93 mg/kg),显著高于其他微地形及原状坡,坡顶处最小(3.75 mg/kg)。U形沟处速效磷含量最大(3.55 mg/kg),塌陷、巨石背阴、陡坎和谷坡次之,这5种微地形显著高于坡顶和原状坡,坡顶处最小(1.27 mg/kg)。速效钾含量在坡顶、陡坎达到最大(60.09 mg/kg,58.27 mg/kg),这2种微地形显著高于其他微地形和原状坡。(5)通过对7种微地形和原状坡的3个坡向的表层土壤养分进行灰色关联分析,得出U形沟、塌陷和巨石背阴的土壤养分条件最好,坡顶和原状坡的土壤养分条件最差。  相似文献

非硬化路面是神府煤田重要的侵蚀单元,其侵蚀过程和方式与原生地面存在一定差别。通过野外人工模拟降雨试验,对比分析了非硬化路面和原生地面水沙响应的过程和机制。结果表明:(1)非硬化路面径流主要为过渡流,原生地面主要为层流,且均为缓流;(2)非硬化路面水流流速、剪切力、佛汝德数、雷诺数、功率大于原生地面,曼宁系数、达西系数小于原生地面;(3)非硬化路面水力参数随坡度、雨强变化趋势与原生地面不完全一致;(4)非硬化路面产沙量随径流量增大,原生地面产沙量为非硬化路面的0.8%~14%;(5)非硬化路面侵蚀模数对水动力参数响应紧密程度表现为:径流总动能平均水流功率平均水流剪切力。  相似文献

The International Cooperative Programme on Assessment and Monitoring of Acidification of Rivers and Lakes (ICP Waters) was established in July 1985 under the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN/ECE) Executive Body of the Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (LRTAP). The Programme Centre is at the Norwegian Institute for Water Research, Oslo. The main aim of the Programme is to assess, on a regional basis, the degree and geographical extent of acidification of surface waters. 23 countries in Europe and North America participate on a regular basis. The major findings in the programme cover (1) regional trends in water chemistry related to changes in S- and N-deposition, (2) dose/response relationships particularly between biology (invertebrates) and water chemistry (acidification status), (3) effects of acidification on aquatic fauna, (4) implications for the assessment of critical loads, and (5) nitrogen leaching. Both chemical and biological intercalibrations and intercomparisons are important parts of the programme activities.  相似文献

为了提高预测温室黄瓜产量的能力,该研究根据温室黄瓜(品种为:戴多星Cucumis sativus cv Deltestar)果实对温度和辐射的响应,建立了以辐热积(Product of thermal effectiveness and PAR,TEP)为尺度的温室黄瓜果实模型,并用独立的试验数据进行了检验。模型对温室黄瓜各节位果实果长、果径和鲜质量的模拟值与实测值的符合度较好,模型对温室黄瓜果长和果径的模拟值与实测值之间的决定系数(R2)分别为0.7325和0.5885;回归标准误差(RMSE)分别为1.64 cm和0.35 cm,而以有效积温(Growing degree days,GDD)为尺度构建的果实生长模型对果长和果径的预测结果与实测值之间的决定系数(R2)分别为0.5768和0.4893;回归标准误差(RMSE)分别为1.83 cm和0.40 cm;本模型对果实鲜质量的模拟结果与实测值之间的回归标准误差(RMSE)和决定系数(R2)分别为25.04 g 和0.6782。而基于有效积温的果实生长模型对果实鲜质量的模拟结果与实测值之间的回归标准误差(RMSE)和决定系数(R2)分别为28.52 g和0.6068。模拟精度提高了12.21%。本研究建立的辐热积模型能较准确地预测温室黄瓜各节位的果实生长,模型的实用性较强,可以为温室黄瓜生产提供理论依据和决策支持。  相似文献

A comparative study on the effect of arturin (1), ovatifolin (3), deacetylovatifolin (5), and their 1-acetoxyarturin (2), 8-acetoxyovatifolin (4), 1,10-epoxyovatifolin (6), and 11,13-dihydroovatifolin (7) derivatives, isolated from Podanthus ovatifolius and Podanthus mitiqui, on the seedling growth, germination, and respiration of several monocot and dicot weedy target species was carried out. In addition to the inhibitory activity on the bleaching of crocin induced by alkoxyl radicals, these compounds also displayed scavenging properties toward DPPH in TLC autographic and spectrophotometric assays. The results indicate that ovatifolin (3), deacetylovatifolin (5), epoxyovatifolin (6), dihydroovatifolin (7), and the CH(2)Cl(2) extract interfere with pre-emergence of seedlings at the level of respiration. These compounds appear to have selective effects on the radicle and shoot growth of Physalis ixocarpa and Trifolium pratense. Their allelopathic effects are comparable to those of parthenolide, a know natural growth inhibitor.  相似文献

通过批平衡实验考察了草甘膦在几种性质不同土壤和矿物上的吸附行为。研究发现土壤对草甘膦有较强的吸附能力,草甘膦在土壤上吸附量的大小与土壤理化性质密切相关。草甘膦在土壤和矿物上的吸附符合Freundlich吸附方程,其在土壤上的吸附常数K与土壤粘粒含量呈正相关,并随土壤氧化铁和氧化铝含量增加而增加,而与土壤的pH呈显著负相关。草甘膦在高岭石上的吸附量要比在蒙脱石上大,而草甘膦在金属离子饱和的蒙脱石和高岭石上的吸附研究结果表明,草甘膦在钠、钙、铁离子饱和的矿物上的吸附能力依次为Fe-蒙脱石〉Ca-蒙脱石〉Na-蒙脱石和Fe-高岭石〉Ca-高岭石〉Na-高岭石。  相似文献

We evaluated the effect of no tillage (NT) and conventional tillage (CT) on soil penetration resistance (PR), bulk density (BD), gravimetric moisture content (MC), and saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) during the fallow phase of a spring wheat–fallow rotation. The study was conducted on two soils mapped as Williams loam at the Froid and Sidney sites. Soil measurements were made on 19 May, 23 June, and 4 August 2005 at the Froid site and on 6 June and 8 July 2005 at the Sidney site. Tillage had no effect on either soil properties except on the PR at Sidney. However, soil PR, MC, and BD varied significantly with depth regardless of tillage and location. Further, soil PR and MC varied with the date of sampling at both locations, and PR generally increased with decreased MC at all soil depths. Soil Ks was slightly influenced by tillage at both locations.  相似文献

The present study describes antimicrobial and free radical scavenging capacity (RSC) together with the effects on lipid peroxidation (LP) of Melissa officinalis essential oil. The chemical profile of essential oil was evaluated by the means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and thin-layer chromatography (TLC). RSC was assessed measuring the scavenging activity of essential oil on the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH(*)) and OH(*) radicals. The effect on LP was evaluated following the activities on Fe(2+)/ascorbate and Fe(2+)/H(2)O(2) systems of induction. The antimicrobial activity was tested against 13 bacterial strains and six fungi. The examined essential oil exhibited very strong RSC, reducing the DPPH radical formation (IC(50) = 7.58 microg/mL) and OH radical generation (IC(50) = 1.74 microg/mL) in a dose-dependent manner. According to the GC-MS and TLC (dot-blot techniques), the most powerful scavenging compounds were monoterpene aldehydes and ketones (neral/geranial, citronellal, isomenthone, and menthone) and mono- and sesquiterpene hydrocarbons (E-caryophyllene). Very strong inhibition of LP, particularly in the Fe(2+)/H(2)O(2) system of induction (94.59% for 2.13 microg/mL), was observed in both cases, also in a dose-dependent manner. The most effective antibacterial activity was expressed on a multiresistant strain of Shigella sonei. A significant rate of antifungal activity was exhibited on Trichophyton species.  相似文献

长期定位施肥对红壤不同形态有效碳的影响试验研究结果表明,与对照相比,长期施肥后红壤不同形态有效碳均有不同程度提高,且全C、矿化碳的变化为厩肥>绿肥>稻草秸秆肥>本田还田>对照,易氧化碳、C库管理指数(CPMI)、C素有效率的变化为绿肥>稻草秸秆肥>厩肥>本田还田>对照,微生物生物量C变化为绿肥>厩肥>稻草秸秆肥>本田还田>对照,绿肥和稻草秸秆肥可有效改善土壤肥力及理化性状。C库管理指数与土壤养分因子量相关或极相关关系,反映了农业生产措施对土壤C库的影响,可运用其评估土壤C库的变化。  相似文献

The nitrogen (N) requirements of two Australian crisp potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) varieties, Bliss and Dawmor, were compared with Atlantic in experiments over three years on loamy sands and sands in the south west of Western Australia. There was a significant response of yield to rate of applied nitrogen (N) and variety on all sites and a significant nitrogen by varietal interaction on sands. Yield increased to a maximum with rate of applied N and then decreased above this rate on sites on loamy sands and or reached a plateau with no yield decrease (exponential response) at high rates of applied N on sands. Nitrate (NO3)- N concentration (mg kg?1 DW) in petioles required for maximum yield of Atlantic decreased linearly (P < 0.05) from 23,947 at the 10 mm tuber stage to 13,052 at the 60 mm tuber stage, in Dawmor from 22,429 to 14,644 and in Bliss from 20,202 to 12,597 over the same tuber stages. Bliss tubers had the highest specific gravity (SG) on both soil types and Dawmor the lowest on loamy sands. The effect of rate of applied N and variety on crisp cooking color, internal defects (hollow heart and internal brown spot) of tubers and tuber nutrient concentration is also discussed.  相似文献

氮素营养是影响小麦顶端发育的重要因子。本研究表明 ,分别于护颖原基分化期、雌雄蕊原基分化期和药隔分化期施用氮肥 ,尽管均未影响到主茎叶原基数 ,以及主茎 (MS)和T1、T2分蘖 (主茎第 1、2分蘖 )的总小穗数 ,但是明显加快了主茎的出叶速率 ,减少了各主要茎蘖 (MS、T1、T2、T3)不孕小穗数。此外 ,护颖和雌雄蕊原基分化期施用氮肥 ,能够促进上述主要茎蘖小花原基的分化 ,增加其总小花数 ;而护颖至药隔分化期施用氮肥则明显促进了MS、T1、T2和T3的小花结实。研究结果为高产小麦栽培调控和生长模拟提供了依据。  相似文献
