Current solutions solve each component's gas concentration by multi equation inverse calculation, which has disadvantage of introducing parameter errors like noise, constant pool, etc. Based on the photoacoustic spectroscopy detection principle, a novel method for photoacoustic spectroscopy quantitative analysis is proposed using least square regression, and a quantitative analysis model is constructed. Using this method in inverse calculation of the gas concentration can avoid introducing parameter errors. The analysis model is verified by the experiment on the acetylene and methane dissolved in the transformer oil.  相似文献

The study on the temperature evolutionary trend under both the ground stress and gas pressure is significant in the process of coal gas absorption and desorption. However, the valid signal is difficult to gain because of much noise in the experimental data, so according to the characteristics of the temperature signal gained under different experimental conditions of coal gas absorption and desorption, this essay filtrates noise and restores the valid signal by using the wavelet denoising of MATLAB to obtain the valid temperature evolutionary curve. Through contrasting and analyzing wavelet basis function and different decomposition levels, the essay chooses the sym8 wavelet basis function which has a higher order of vanishing moments and better smoothness. The reconstructed signal filtrates most of high frequency signal, and keep low frequency, as well as smooth signal. The result shows that the de-noising effect is good and the temperature evolution rule can be well reflected in the process of the coal gas absorption and desorption.  相似文献

对灵芝孢子油与菜籽油等6种植物油的脂肪酸组成相似性进行分析,同时探讨了红外光谱法鉴别灵芝孢子油的可行性。采用气相色谱法对灵芝孢子油及菜籽油等6种植物油脂肪酸进行了测定,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对其信息进行采集。市售不同品牌灵芝孢子油,脂肪酸组成比较接近。脂肪酸组分聚类分析结果显示,灵芝孢子油的脂肪酸组成与菜籽油最相似,其次为花生油和橄榄油。利用1397.4 cm~(-1)、967.1 cm~(-1)、913.7 cm~(-1)处吸收峰,红外光谱法可以将灵芝孢子油与菜籽油、大豆油、玉米油、葵花籽油和橄榄油区别开来。红外光谱法可以将灵芝孢子油与菜籽油等植物油区别开来,这为灵芝孢子油鉴别提供了一种快速有效的途径。  相似文献

The frequency band of conventional partial discharge (PD) measurement systems is selected just within several ten kilohertz. With the development of computer and digital signal processing techniques, wide frequency band (WFB) measurement systems have been used to detect PD in electrical equipment for its higher sensitivity. Nevertheless, the WFB measurement systems are easy suffered from the interference of strong field electromagnetism noises. A set of PD online monitoring system with frequency band from 50 kHz to 1 megahertz used for transformer is developed, in which pre-processing device and cascaded 2nd order IIR lattice notch digital filter are mainly used to suppress periodic narrow-band interference. With analysis of field monitored signal at a 220 kV substation, it is shown that the monitoring system not only can detect and extract the discharge pulse signal effectively, but also has the powerful capability of suppressing interference.  相似文献

A novel method for power transmission line monitoring and fault diagnosis is proposed based on non linear frequency response analysis. The power line carrier signal has been used for on line monitoring of power transmission line. As the non linear frequency response function describes the system inherent characterization, different frequency response patterns corresponding to different operation states of transmission line can be established. Based on the analysis of transmission line characteristics of fault modes, various fault features can be extracted, thereby achieve online monitoring and fault diagnosis on transmission line. Simulation experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper describes the research work of analyzing vibration signal to monitor and diagnose on line the ball bearing fatique. Carrying out a large mumber of life test on ball bearing test machine, it is discovered that in the so called "second effect" vibration signal as the bearing fatique occurs, apart from the two widely used spetrum charactersof "fraverse frequency" and "high frequency shock pulse" , there is another important but rarely known opcctrum characteristic of high frequency peaks existing in the middle-to-high frequency band.The generating mechanism, effect factors and test method of those high frequency peaks are researched tentativ tentatively. Two binds of device for monitoring abnd diagnos sing ball learing fatique on line are developed based ion this new type spectrum characteristic. In view of the actuality of the feeding oil pum monitoring,the network technology,the database technology and the Dot Net remote technology are integrated nimbly to construct the remote condition monitoring system for feeding oil pump,which has many functions such as the real-time data monitoring and alarm,real-time monitor data storage remote monitoring,network data sharing,fault analysis,and so on.The whole construction design of the system and the realization of its sub function are given.The worker's intensity of labor,the maintenance cost and the accident occurrence rate of the feeding oil pum were dramatically reduced when the system was applied to the oil storeroom successfully.  相似文献

为研究清洁鸡蛋在贮藏过程中产生的特征性腐败气体与洁蛋新鲜度之间的关系,本文对鸡蛋常规品质指标以及鸡蛋气室中H2S气体浓度进行测定,并把各指标值与H2S浓度进行线性回归分析。研究结果表明:随着贮藏时间的增加,洁蛋的质量、哈夫单位、蛋黄系数均呈下降趋势,气室直径、pH呈上升趋势。H2S气体浓度随着贮藏时间的延长,浓度逐渐增大。特征性腐败气体H2S浓度与各品质指标的线性回归分析显示H2S浓度值与鸡蛋品质指标均具有显著相关性,其中与哈夫单位的回归方程为y=-0.197x+16.484,决定系数R²=0.9782。因此用洁蛋在贮藏过程中产生的特征性腐败气体H2S浓度来表征鸡蛋的新鲜度是可行的。  相似文献

There are background noises and interferences in the signal acquired,due to partial discharge(PD) detection system covers a broad frequency band.To suppress periodic narrowband signal which is a quite serious interference in PD measurement,the existing suppression method is introduced,the new method of wavelet packet transform is mainly studied to de-noise the periodic narrowband in XLPE cable PD detection system,which is based on the db4 basic wavelet using soft threshold.The results of the experiment show that wavelet packet transform is effective in restraining the periodic narrowband interferences to extract the PD pulses in XLPE cable PD monitoring system.  相似文献

为探究宁夏大籽蒿(Artemisia sieversiana Ehrhart ex Willd.)精油成分、抑菌功能及安全性,采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行精油提取,通过气相色谱-质谱连用法(GC-MS)进行成分分析,采用滤纸片法测定其对3种菌的抑菌圈直径,测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC),并通过cck-8法检测大籽蒿精油对于2种皮肤细胞的毒性作用。结果表明,宁夏大籽蒿精油的主要成分为母菊薁(29.61%),樟脑(4.80%)、桉叶油醇(4.32%)、异木香酸甲酯(4.02%);精油对铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.0781 μg/mL,最低杀菌浓度为0.3125 μg/mL;金黄色葡萄球菌MIC为0.0195 μg/mL,MBC为0.078125 μg/mL;当精油浓度小于100 μg/mL时对角质细胞(HaCaT)和皮肤成纤维细胞(NHSF)均无毒性。综上,宁夏地区大籽蒿精油具有较强的抑菌活性且安全性较高,以上结果为宁夏大籽蒿精油开发提供理论依据,以期为当地脱贫致富提供科技支撑。  相似文献

In view of the necessity of gas detection in environment, an embedded gas detection system is designed based on the basic principles of chromatography change of chemical reaction between nano-porphyrin arrays and micro-gas, which takes ARM9 S3C2440A as the core and nano-porphyrin array as the sensors. The overall program, the circuit organization and control software of the main function module such as spectrum signal acquisition, processing and monitoring are presented. With energy conservation differential equation, the control model of temperature and flow rate in the sample chamber is established, which can precisely control the detection conditions of chemical sensors. Some typical trace gases such as ammonia, enanthaldehyde, cyclohexane and hexanal are tested by the system, and the results show that the system can achieve rapid and accurate detection of trace volatile gas.  相似文献

In this work the gas diffusion of ‘Golden’ papaya fruit (Carica papaya L.) was evaluated as a function of different maturity stages, by using a photoacoustic spectrometer. The maturity stages were characterized by the anatomical changes, membrane integrity, pulp firmness, and skin color. Microstructural analysis was performed by means of light and scanning electron microscopy. A significant decrease in the diffusion rate with ripening was observed. Under the experimental conditions it was found that fruit in maturity stage 0 (less mature) had turgid, regular shape parenchyma cells, and relatively little intercellular spaces. However, fruit in maturation stage 5 (more mature) showed separation of cell walls and pectic substance accumulation into the intercellular spaces. The skin color showed a reduction in hue angle values and an increase in chromaticity parameters a* and b*, characterizing the loss of green color during ripening. A loss of firmness of the pulp was also observed during fruit ripening.  相似文献

植物油加标后依次经过浓硫酸磺化、多段混合硅胶柱和氧化铝柱净化,采用高分辨气相色谱/高分辨质谱同位素稀释法对其中的17种2,3,7,8-氯取代二噁英类化合物进行测定.实验结果表明,用该法分析植物油样品,PCDD/Fs提取内标的平均回收率为60%~109%,RSD<8.10%,植物油样品平行四次的平均回收率为78.5%~100.3%,RSD为2.2%~8.4%,结果符合EPA1613的要求,证明应用该实验方法分析植物油中二噁美类化合物是准确可靠的.  相似文献

The South Central Louisiana Petroleum Economy received an economic rent from its petroleum resources during the energy crisis of the 1970s and early 80s. A differential export-base model incorporating a geometric lag was developed for estimating dynamic employment multipliers. This technique is especially applicable to regional economies in which exports are a major economic factor. Employment multipliers were estimated using ordinary least squares (OLS) regression. Results from the analysis indicate that agriculture, oil and gas mining, and manufacturing are highly significant employment generators. Both long-run and short-run employment multipliers were derived from the model. It is estimated that a five-dollar change in the real price of crude oil will result in a long-run employment change of 8,027 for the oil and gas mining industry. Based on estimates of the long-run multiplier, this will result in a total employment change of 28,014 for this economy.  相似文献

A fracture-developed carbonate oil field in the east has a complicate oil and gas distribution in facture network at late development stage, which leads to multiplicity of favorable reservoir estimation. In view of problems above, ant colony algorithm is adapted to recognition and predict facture in this field. The ant parameters are optimized on the basis of core and image log data, and the spatial distribution feature of fracture is described, as a reticulate structure with three dominant clusters of fracture (NW, NNE & NE). Drilling leakage, production data and image log are then used for reliability analysis of fracture predict, which presents that ant colony algorithm is a practicable methodology to recognition fracture and provides a support for remaining oil distribution analysis. As a booming bionic algorithm, ant colony algorithm has great potential for quantitative fracture predict with seismic materials.  相似文献

The article focuses on the method of noise cancellation for EEG signal. The method of notch filter is discussed. According to the frequency of noise and the principle of notch filter, the design result of the notch filter and the denoised signal are presented. Then, the analysis of EEG signal are proposed based on wavelet transform (WT) and noise cancellation using WT. Wavelet transform is a multi-resolution time-frequency analysis method. It can decompose mixed signal into signals at different frequency bands. The EEG signal is analyzed and denoised using WT, then the results are presented respectively. Comparing the experiment results shows that WT can detect and process noise in the EEG signal effectively.  相似文献

以近红外光谱分析技术无损、快速和高效等优点,建立棉籽油分含量的近红外分析模型,进行棉籽油分快速大批测定,提高分析水平和效率。218份陆地棉的脱绒光籽为定标样品,通过不同的光谱数学预处理和光谱反射方式,优化棉子含油量近红外光谱法所建立的回归方程。结果表明,采用(2,4,4,1)光谱数学预处理和散射校正(SNV)得到的回归方程效果最好,回归决定系数(RSQ=0.9773)和验证决定系数(1-VR=0.9646)最高,回归标准误差(SEC=0.6977)和交互验证标准误差(SECV=0.8714)最小。对30份验证样品的化学测定值和近红外光谱预测值相关系数高达0.9882,平均偏差0.65%,回归标方程具有很好的预测效果,可以在实践中应用。长江流域棉花杂交种棉子含油量平均值为28.05%,含油量在26.50%~30.05%区间的品种居多,具有很大的改良潜力。  相似文献

玉米叶片气孔特征及气体交换过程对气候变暖的响应   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
气孔是植物叶片表面控制大气与植物间气体交换的孔状结构,对于生态系统碳、水循环过程的调节起着非常重要的作用。本文利用典型农田生态系统实验增温平台,研究了未来气候变暖对玉米叶片的气孔特征(包括气孔频度、气孔开口大小和形状以及气孔分布格局)和气体交换过程的影响。结果表明:(1)尽管增温并没有改变气孔密度(P0.05),但却由于表皮细胞数目的减少导致气孔指数显著增加12%(P0.05);(2)增温使气孔开口的长度显著减小18%(P0.01),宽度增加26%(P0.01),面积和周长分别增加31%(P0.01)和13%(P0.05);(3)实验增温还使单个气孔之间最近邻域的平均距离显著增加,表明气孔在玉米叶片上的分布变得更加均匀;(4)增温导致玉米叶片的净光合反应速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)分别增加52%(P0.05)、163%(P0.001)和81%(P0.05);与此相反,玉米叶片的暗呼吸速率(Rd)却显著降低24%(P0.01)。增温没有对细胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和水分利用效率(WUE)产生显著的影响(P0.05)。本研究结果表明,未来全球气候变暖可能通过改变玉米叶片的气孔频度、气孔开口大小和形状及其在叶片上的空间分布格局来改变其气体交换过程。  相似文献

经过比较分析,热导气体检测仪被认为是最有应用前途的现场熏蒸剂气体浓度检测仪。为此,在实验室采用了一个四丝直通型热导池和分流稳流装置,研制出了一台结构紧凑的试验用熏蒸气体浓度检测仪。该仪器拥有必需的电子线路、内部可充电直流电源、电动采样泵、流量控制和液晶显示器。室内实验和熏蒸现场大量使用的结果表明,该议器易于操作,其检测灵敏度达到0.1mg/L,在0-100mg/L的线性范围内,其检测精度达到满量程的2%(在20-60mg/L的检测范围内,其精度为0.2mg/L)。同时进行了一系列规范的熏蒸试验,并定时测定了熏蒸空间内各点的熏蒸剂气体浓度,然后经过CT值计算,确定了熏蒸期间定时检测时的最低浓度读数值。  相似文献
