Design and Realization of Reusable Electronic Business Based System

This paper brings forward a design and realization of electronic business based system.This system provides a set of application integrated service platform and user portal for the development,running and management of electronic business,based on the standard J2EE.This system also provides a strong,healthy and extendable technical frame for the business application in network environment,which would help the enterprise to realize business process optimization more easily and provides the technical frame for various application integration.     

Information systems planning model and its applicationin automobile manufacturing enterprises

Effective information strategy and information systems are important for the development of automobile manufacturing enterprises. In complicated and dynamic business environment, information systems planning (ISP) faces the problem of lacking integrated optimization of enterprise strategy, business strategy, and IT strategy. A hierarchical information system planning model is developed for automobile manufacturing enterprises. A planning approach is proposed to make the information system continuously mating the enterprises' strategy. The proposed studies were applied to agile ISP of an automobile manufacturing enterprise with satisfied result.     

Integrated Support-guarantee System for Tobacco Industrial CIMS

By analyzing the main issues in tobacco industrial information system constructing in the past time, it is determined that CIMS technique used for implementing tobacco industrial integrated management. An integrated support-guarantee system based on tobacco industrial CIMS integration pattern is presented for tobacco industrial CIMS, which consists of industrial integration support system for data integrating, application services integrating and business processes integrating of industrial CIMS, and industrial integration guarantee system for supporting system running safely in high efficiency by providing guaranteed mechanism of standardization system and security system. In the practical application, the content of CIMS is extended from traditional manufacturing factory to total tobacco industry, And industrial integration dada center is the support-guarantee system which offers three functions of standardization management system, information security management system, and industrial integration support system, provide the service for tobacco industrial integrated management.     

基于耕地保护的城市发展空间生态适宜性评价研究

针对城市边缘地带建设用地快速增长与优质农用地大量减少的矛盾,以驻马店为例,在充分考虑农田的生态服务功能的基础上,构建了建设用地生态适宜性评价系统和耕地自然生产潜力评价系统组成的生态适宜城区扩展用地评价方法,评价了城市建设用地的生态适宜性和农地的自然宜耕性,基于保护优质耕地的目标,划分了适宜性发展空间分区,将城市发展空间划分为重点开发、优化开发、限制开发和禁止开发4个类型,结合宜居城市建设对不同分区内的耕地功能用地进行了分析,探讨了扩展用地时空配置的方法和途径。结果表明：驻马店市重点、优化、限制和禁止开发区面积分别占研究区总面积的37.05%、28.87%、17.75%、16.33%。该评价方法为城市边缘地带新增建设用地的时空配置提供了参考。     

The Research on Organization Structure of Enterprise Information Engineering

Based on the analysis of the available organization related to informationalization, a new organization structure of enterprise information engineering that suits the situation of China is presented. This organization structure is composed of the leader group of enterprise information engineering, the chief information officer, information center and the group of specialist. The CIO is responsible for information management and knowledge management. The specialist is come from the enterprise and other organization. The responsibility of CIO and information center is also discussed. The organization structure presented in this paper is useful to the enterprise in china.     

Information Platform of Enterprise Office Based on Dynamic and Instantaneous Coordination Work

It is not able to provide the decision service information that should be instantaneous, exact and all-around for governor by means of traditional mode of information communication. And it is important problem faced by modernization office. In order to get the needed information instantaneously and satisfy requirement of coordination work, the paper presents a kind of enterprise office information platform based on dynamic coordination work. The platform can guarantee coordination work of the system dynamically and instantaneously, and it is stronger in functions, and facility in use. It is discussed in more details to the design of dynamic coordination workflow drive and coordination message service drive and so on. The application effect of practical engineering shows that the design is successful.     

Feature-based Surface Model Reconstruction Technique

Surface reconstruction is reproduction process of geometric topology information and feature bases on surface practicality model. The quality of surface reconstruction directly influences performance of production, analysis and manufacture. To improve quality of design and meet requirement of fair, precision, it's researched by the numbers the geometric modeling and constraint of surface reconstruction. Feature-based surface model reconstruction technique is discussed in this article. Combine with 3D model design of motor body covering, an engineering application is given finally.     

Innovation of Construction Projects Management Based on the Five-dimension Modeling

Nowadays,the computer technology is applied more and more widely in the architecture,engineering and construction industries(AEC).This paper introduces a methodology of construction project management based on the five-dimension modeling which integrates three-dimension building models,resources and schedules by the development of virtual construction technology.The application of this method also influences several aspects of project management such as range,time,cost,resource,communication and information management.Finally,the process of 5D modeling and the management practice are presented through a real life case in Beijing which proves to be a more efficient,productive and economy project.     

Application of UML Business Modeling in E-commerce System

The development of E commerce is booming. Now the management of some domain is converting from tradition to E commerce, this needs the application and integration of the latest information technologies for the maximum usage and share of network information resources. As a modeling language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is well defined, easy to specify, powerful in function and applied widely. Business model concentrates on the business around the system, not every project requires business model. However, there are many situations where business modeling adds a great deal of value. Establishing system business model is the primary task when people make use of UML to establish E commerce system model and develop software system. By E commerce system the authors expound the use case, and propose how to use correct method to establishing E commerce system business model.

Especially, there should be the dynamic information system for dynamic management of engineering cost to promote the reform of engineering cost management and satisfy the need of company development.     

Integration framework and implementation technologies of integrated workshop production management system for motorcycle parts enterprise

According to the urgent need for motorcycle parts enterprise to improve the ability of information exchange and business collaboration between the production process and other links such as the marketing, design, production planning, outsourcing, purchasing and delivering, an integration framework of the intergraded workshop production management system for motorcycle parts enterprise is presented. It can be integrated with the designing and production planning management systems upwards, the workshop equipments and workers downwards, and the subcontract production and supply chain management systems outwards. Then, some key technologies are studied, such as the realization scheme of system integration based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the data integration and sharing mechanism of heterogeneous information system based on eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and the real-time interaction technology of workshop information based on the multi-functional interactive information terminals, etc. Finally, the system is developed and successfully applied in a motorcycle parts enterprise, and good results are obtained.     

加快发展广东农业产业化经营的路径探讨

广东省农村居民人均纯收入与城镇居民人均可支配收入的差距从1989年以来呈连续扩大的趋势,已成为广东构建和谐社会和率先基本实现现代化的“瓶径”。实践证明农业产业化经营是中国农业经营体制的重大创新,是实现中国各地农村经济结构战略性调整、农业增效农民增收的重要路径之一。笔者在深入分析广东省农业产业化经营的现状和存在的问题后,提出了大力扶持农业产业化龙头企业、引导农业龙头企业与农户建立紧密型利益联结机制、积极引导农业龙头企业创办农业产业化生产基地、积极培育农民专业合作经济组织、设立政策性的贷款担保基金和农产品保险基金等路径

Nowadays, the company system has become the main form for organization of the company property because of its two main features-the multiple principal of the company property right and the position of independent corporate make it more effective than other ones. In this paper, the following is discussed: how a national construction enterprise fulfills the objective of revising and improving the structure of the company ownership by carrying out its reform and standardization with company system.     

Construction of Spatial Database of Tourism Resources in the Lijiang River Basin Based on MapGIS

GIS and GPS technology was applied to construct spatial database of ecotourism resources in the Lijiang River Basin,the process of constructing database was elaborated,data collection and processing as well as specific schemes of building graphic database and attribute database were introduced,in order to provide data support for optimizing the development spaces of regional tourism resources,regulating development activities,and realizing sustainable development of ecology,environment,tourism economy and society.In addition,this paper also offered data support for eco-environment monitoring,building tourism resource management information system and "Digital Lijiang".

基于SOA的数字林业业务定制技术研究

在数字林业多系统集成研究过程中,为了快速搭建满足各类需求的应用系统,实现软件复用,提出了一种基于SOA的数字林业业务定制技术,构建了业务定制平台,并对平台的整体架构和功能结构进行了详细描述,最后给出了基于业务定制平台定制业务的具体步骤。运用业务定制技术,有助于提高系统的可扩展性、灵活性、可靠性,并能最大限度地实现软件复用,为数字林业建设提供技术支撑。     

Model of Information Integrating in CIMS Based on the Object-oriented Method

Information integrating is the most important key to CIMS,which is the base of the function integrating and all others.Because of so many kinds,so complicated structure,so many different sources and uses that the information in CIMS has,it is necessary to build a popular Information Integrating Model. The model of information integrating in the thesis bases on the enterprise model,which is presented by ISO(International Organization for Standardization).According to the object-oriented method,the process of modeling begins with classifying the information,and then describes the definition of the attributes and the structural relation of those objects. By means of the idea of Encapsulation and Inheritance,the destination of information integrating can be arrive and the model of information integrating can be set up. The model which is based on the share information is helpful to finish the function integrating and the whole CIMS' construction. Moreover,the system which is developed following such program can be reused for many times and the developing circle of CIMS can be apparently shortened,too.
