In this paper,first,three assessment systems for green building,namely the LEED(USA) and GOBAS(China) are compared with CASBEE(Japan) in respect of central concepts,mark of evaluation and result of assessment.It is expected that this research of assessment systems could be helpful to designers of architecture in different specialties.Secondly,in this paper these three assessment systems are analyzed from the position of design work.In the end,it is pointed out that to compile a design-oriented handbook for green building design is the new domain of the assessment system for green building.  相似文献

It is an important and unique approach of achieving sustainable urban development to save and use energy intensively, reduce carbon emission, and take the low-carbon development road. Taking Gaochun Zijin Science and Technology Special Community for example, this paper introduced planning measures for building a low-carbon city, including building a green network, compound utilization of urban spaces, establishing green transportation, using renewable resources, development of green architecture, so as to provide references for the future researches on the low-carbon urban development.  相似文献

Whether the intention of green building design can be realized in buildings needs to be verified in practice.This study firstly investigates the basic climate conditions including the monthly average temperatures,humidity,wind directions,and wind speeds in Sydney,Australia,based on which it introduces some passive design features such as natural ventilation,thermal mass,natural lighting and shading control of an educational and office building in the University of New South Wales.Then,it reviews some problems identified from the post-occupancy stage of the building and discusses the strategies to solve the problems.Finally,it suggests that to implement the design intentions and ensure the expected performance of green buildings,attentions should be paid to supervise and direct implementation of the green design strategies and techniques in the whole process(from preliminary design,working drawing design,construction,to the occupancy stage) of building practice.  相似文献

The energy-conserving environmental protection and the culture characteristic protection are two themes to the sustainable development of modern city,and the green lighting project is an important condition to ensure sustainable development of the city.But now,in some lighting projects the energy consumption and economy power capability were ignored;some design tactics are identical and in the green lighting projects the whole lighting of the city was not considered,which cause the crisis of losing the city characteristic.This paper proposes the green view of city lighting planning,and points out that the energy conservation,environmental protection,economic feasibility and culture characteristic must be considered synthetically in the city green lighting planning and design to guarantee sustainable development of the city.  相似文献

Architectural design of Dongting Lake Museum takes "River dolphin ripples in the Dongting Lake" as the theme, tries to integrate into the local wetland environment and ecological resources of the Dongting Lake, in order to realize the dream of "making a great museum for the most gorgeous lake". The overall layout follows the concept of "coexistence of real and virtual, integration of exterior and interior", and the architectural image symbolizes "the river dolphin ripples", which is extremely harmonious in the whole natural environment. The design integrates planning, building, landscape and interior spaces, adopts technical means and ecological green to integrate the building into the environment, and presents us a tremendous ecological wetland museum that floats on the lake like a fish, an islet, a sail or a hill.  相似文献

Development of a city depends largely on its transportation, and road construction reveals development skeletons of the city. With the aggravation of city pollution, construction of ecological corridor has been put on the agenda of urban ecological construction, against this background, "2 rings and 17 radial lines" of Zhengzhou City were planned. From the perspective of urban greenhouse gas inventory, this paper analyzed the composition and tendency of urban greenhouse gas inventory of Guangzhou, and compared greenhouse gas inventory of representative international cities. Taking Guangzhou Haizhu Eco-city for example, this paper from the perspective of urban-rural planning put forward the low-carbon development paths and strategies such as increasing carbon sink, industrial transformation, spatial restructuring, traffic organization, green civil engineering and resource utilization, and green building for the main carbon-emitting fields such as industry, energy supply, transport, building and waste disposal.  相似文献

城市防灾避险绿地系统构建是城市绿地系统规划的重要内容。宏观上要在城乡总体规划的框架内,在城市抗震防灾等规划的指导下,构建与城市绿地系统规划空间层次相互衔接、逐级控制的防灾避险绿地规划体系;中观上要根据避险时序及空间关系等要素,对避险绿地、绿色疏散通道、隔离缓冲绿带等各级防灾避险绿地进行定量定位的合理布局;微观上要对每一块避险绿地、绿色疏散通道、隔离缓冲绿带进行深入与细化设计,共同构筑结构合理、层次清晰、分布均衡的城市防灾避险绿地体系。  相似文献

Energy-saving design of residential building is an important part of energy-saving architectural design. Planning and design of residential buildings in Hanzhong area should pay more attention to the building orientation, sunshine, summer ventilation and wind resistance in winter and so on, so as to create favorable conditions for energy-saving design of single buildings. The geographical location, climatic characteristics, residents living habits and indoor and outdoor thermal environment situation were analyzed in this paper, and combined with the existing problems of energy conservation in the planning and layout of residential buildings in Hanzhong area. Based on the investigation, this paper drew some conclusions to provide references for the energy-saving planning and design of urban residential buildings in the local area.  相似文献

The concept of urban green space system planning was proposed after analyzing the background of compiling Guangzhou green space system planning and current situation of local green spaces,i.e. design landscape pattern of Guangzhou City during urban agglomeration of the Pearl River Delta,and highlight Lingnan cultures(Lingnan refers to south of the Five Ridges) and features of "Flower City"(another name of Guangzhou). With the continuous deterioration of living environment, green building has become the development trend of architecture, however, usage of urban land is saturated with the development of the city. Thus, the development of underground space has attracted more and more attention, and it is of great significance to introduce green idea into the design of underground space in China. 绿色建筑的实施效果依赖于设计人员对相关评价标准的理解和执行,通过对2014版《绿色建筑评价标准》的编制特点进行分析,研究其在建筑设计阶段涉及到的87项评价条款,根据不同专业及技术措施对其分类统计,计算出不同专业及技术措施的得分情况,根据这些数据分析绿色建筑设计工作的特点及侧重方向,结合建筑设计阶段8个设计专业的100余项申报文件在不同设计阶段的分布情况,总结出绿色建筑设计过程中设计人员在不同设计阶段的设计任务及工作重点,提出绿色建筑的设计对策。  相似文献

应用RS和GIS对洛阳市的绿地进行了调查,建立了洛阳市绿地信息数据库,并对绿地现状进行了分析;在此基础上,研究探讨了RS和GIS在洛阳市绿地系统规划应用。在绿地信息的提取过程中,对研究区遥感图像进行了图像融合、几何纠正,图像分类和专题矢量化;建立了相关的空间数据库和属性数据库,并提取了建筑物高度。在规划中,应用了GIS的缓冲区分析、空间叠加分析、坡度坡向分析、通视分析功能,高度分析等功能;使规划更科学,更实际。  相似文献

Compared with landform design in common urban green spaces, landform landscape design of garbage landfi ll sites require higher technical regulations, and there are more restrictions for the design. This paper explored landform design of three types of landfi ll sites: domestic garbage landfi ll site, building waste landfi ll site and polluted soil landf ill site.
