It is important to assess the phytosanitary status of plants for planting as many pests are transmitted with plant propagating material. The phytosanitary management of Citrus germplasm in France, in application of the European phytosanitary regulations, is described in this article. Import of Citrus germplasm into France is strictly regulated and only possible through the post‐entry quarantine station for plants, which receives plant material from all over the world. Subsequently, the French Citrus biological resource centre maintains and distributes plant material to the scientific community and to partners for production of graft‐sticks and plants for planting in nurseries. The continuous assessment of the phyto sanitary status of plants for planting throughout the production chain involves different stakeholders to ensure the high quality plant health status of Citrus orchards. 相似文献

In formulating a harmonized plant quarantine strategy for the European and Mediterranean region, EPPO has found it useful to define and list the organisms to be considered as quarantine pests for the region (so-called A1 and A2 lists, corresponding to those entirely absent and those with a restricted distribution respectively). The criteria for the selection of quarantine pests are outlined. These are also applied in regular revision of the lists. For each organism on the A1 and A2 lists, appropriate prohibitions or restrictions to be addressed to exporting countries are worked out (specific quarantine requirements); collectively, these form the basis for a set of phytosanitary regulations in which each requirement is specifically linked to at least one known quarantine pest. Each A1 and A2 organism is also the subject of an illustrated data sheet. Such an approach is considered necessary to focus attention on the organisms most likely to cause problems and ensure that countries take relevant and sufficient measures when certifying material for export. It does not alter exporting countries' responsibilities, or importing countries' rights to inspect and intercept, with respect to pests not specifically listed. 相似文献

The agromyzid fly Liriomyza trifolii , which has generally been considered as a secondary pest, could turn into a major international pest. Up to the seventies this leafminer occurred only in Caribbean countries, and southern and eastern USA. It then became resistant to several insecticides in Florida. Extensive transport of plant material between production areas has resulted in the establishment of this insect in many countries, despite chemical treatment before and after transport and quarantine procedures. The human-mediated dispersal of L. trifolii is described, phytosanitary and quarantine measures are reviewed and finally plant protection policy is discussed. 相似文献

番石榴果实蝇Bactrocera correcta(Bezzi)严重为害番石榴、莲雾、芒果等果蔬植物,我国将果实蝇属Bactrocera (非中国种)列为进境植物检疫性有害生物。2021年10月至2022年6月,在海南省三亚市崖州湾科技城内连续9个月诱捕到疑似番石榴果实蝇成虫。本研究通过形态特征、DNA条形码和常规PCR等方法,对诱捕到的疑似样品进行了鉴定。鉴定结果表明,诱捕到的实蝇样品为番石榴果实蝇,相关植物检疫机构需进一步加强海南地区番石榴果实蝇的检疫、监测及防控。 相似文献
