A strategy for induction motor control based on the grade of errors is developed to improve the performance of hybrid vehicle drive system. The stator flux error, electric magnetic torque error and flux position angle are used as control variables, and rules for the switching states are chosen according to the errors and the principle of the Direct Torquc Control. This strategy improves efficiently the electric magnetic torque response of the system. The result of simulation shows that this strategy is an ideal control strategy of hybrid vehicle, which can make the motor generate the electric magnetic torque efficiently, steadily and quickly.  相似文献

Base finite element solution for the calculations of flux and torque of Switched Reluctance Motor, the state equation of SRM is thus educed. In addition, according to the fact that it is difficult to attain the ideal effect with the regulatory linear control method because of the double salient pole SRM structure of stator and rotor, fuzzy control is proposed and used in the sliding mode control to form a intelligent sliding mode control. We emphasize the introduction of the design method of the intelligent sliding mode control and present the control diagram. The simulation results show that the method of intelligent sliding mode Variable Structure Control is simple, with good dynamic performance and robust property.  相似文献

The two-level handstand pendulum system based on fuzzy control is designed. It is impossible to adopt classical control theory, for the mathematical modeling of the system is nonlinear, the fuzzy control is proposed to improve the former linear control algorithms. For the key to fuzzy control is control rule, it becomes most important to design suitable fuzzy rules. Two methods, one based on experience and the other based on system simulation, are presented to set u Pan effective rule base. The practice proves that the control result is of well stability. A control example for two-level handstand pendulum system shows that the control law is efficient and more robust than the classical state feedback optimal control law with respect to errors produced by the external disturbances.  相似文献

In view of the vehicle cornering or path changing under ultimate handling maneuver, a 3-DOF nonlinear vehicle dynamics model which takes the vehicle lateral velocity, yaw rate and body roll angle as the State variables is presented. Based on the dynamic analysis, the method which using additional yaw moment produced by different longitudinal braking force among each wheels to improving vehicle handling stability in emergency situations is discussed. Considering the sideslip angle as one of the vehicle state variables is difficult to measuring, the sideslip angle estimation based on vehicle dynamic model and kinematics is designed. And then, based on the theory of siding model control, the combining sliding model control system is founded, which taking the vehicle yaw rate and body side-slip angle errors between the estimated and the real as the input variables, and taking the braking torque and the steering angle as control aims. The simulation results indicate that the control method can effectively improve the vehicle lateral handling stability.  相似文献

The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

A fully digitized electric vehicle direct torque control system with DSPTMS320LF2407 controller is described. The system hardware and software structures are presented. The performance of the direct torque control system is studied by simulation with MATLAB. Based on the simulation of the induction motor, waveform of current, speed, torque and flux are obtained. The testing results are also presented. Experimental results show that the design is feasible.  相似文献

针对单电机插电式混合动力汽车在纯电动行进间电动机启动发动机时由于系统输出转矩变化进而引起整车冲击的问题,分析得到发动机点火时刻的不同及离合器接合状态的不同是造成转矩波动的原因。在此基础上,提出了基于离合器主、从动盘转速差和电机角加速度为输入量的离合器压力模糊控制的混合动力汽车模式切换动态协调控制策略,并对比了发动机目标转速点火和怠速转速点火的控制效果。最后通过台架试验以及实车道路试验对提出的控制策略进行了验证。结果表明,基于目标转速点火的协调控制策略能减小整车的冲击度。  相似文献

Fuzzy controller can achieve satisfactory dynamic performance even for complicated process without mathematical model of the process.Its main imperfection is the existence of steady state error and ultimate oscillatory in the process output. This limits its application area. How to eliminate the steady state error while keep its good dynamic performance has been paid much attention. The strategy to introduce integral function to the conventional fuzzy control system is put forward in this paper to overcome the above problem. After expound two key factors on introducing integral action,an intelligent integral algorithm has been employed,and two methods on introduction of the intelligent integral to the fuzzy control system are proposed. One new auto-optimized fuzzy control model of car-engines based on genetic arithmetic was introduced aiming at the problem that the parameters of car-engine are of the discreteness, the nonlinear and the uncertain characteristics, with which it is difficult to control accurately the excess air coefficient and the spark advance angle in dynamic procedure when using a conventional control model. The rule of the design scheme of the controller achieving the model based on embedded operating system is discussed. Further more, it is probed that the fuzzy control parameters are optimized automatically using GA based on on-line real-time simulation. The results of experiments show that the dynamic indexes and the fuel economy indexes are all improved greatly and the advantage of the model on reducing fuel consumption is obvious.  相似文献

The construction and function of high temperature melt viscosity test instrument are introduced in this paper. And the character of temperature control system is given. In order to improve dynamic and static performance of the temperature control system, a new method is proposed which combines threshold control with adaptive fuzzy PID control. While the current temperature of the heating furnace is much lower than the given temperature, threshold control works in order to protect system and improve dynamic performance. When the current temperature is close to the given value, adaptive fuzzy PID control works to improve static performance. Fuzzy control strategy is used to study the fuel economy of ISG-Type hybrid electric vehicle with CVT.Based on the instantaneous state of vehicle,the fuzzy logic controller is built aiming to get minimum fuel consumption.In order to avoid the subjective factor,the control rules are established with the optimized results from the sequence quadratic programming(SQP) method.Through the second development of ADVISOR,the simulation for ISG hybrid electric vehicle at different cycles has been accomplished.The results show that the fuzzy logic control strategy is efficient in improving the fuel economy of hybrid electric vehicle.  相似文献

Permanent magnet synchronous generator for wind turbine is a multivariable nonlinear system with strong coupling. Considering the influence of the volatile parameters of the generator on the performance of vector control, the torque dynamic sliding-mode control strategy is further studied. The proposed first order dynamic sliding-mode control strategy reduces the chattering by using a new switch function constituted with derivative element. With the dynamic sliding-mode controller in the power outer loop, the PMSG vector control system shows excellent robustness and insensitivity to the parameters and disturbance, which is confirmed by simulation.  相似文献

Fuzzy PID controller was applied in variable air volume system. The task was to control the temperature of supply air and the temperature of air conditioned room (the return air temperature) close to their respective targets. The fuzzy PID control system of supply air temperature and return air temperature was designed respectively. The supply air temperature was controlled through adjusting the valve opening of chilled water. And the indoor temperature was controlled through adjusting the rotational speed of variable frequency ventilator. The supply air temperature and the indoor temperature (return air temperature) were controlled online by fuzzy PID controller. Thus, it was shown that the design of fuzzy PID controller was reasonable and the effect of fuzzy PID control was well.  相似文献

A dual closed-loop automatic cruise control system is proposed according to the properties of the AMT system with cruise control function inside, which is developod by the authors. The human simulated intelligent fuzzy control is applied to the inner loop of throttle position control while the conventional fuzzy control is applied to the outer loop of vehicle speed control. The scheme of the whole control system and the design process of the controller are presented. The experimental results show that with the proposed dual closed-loop control system, the unstable phenomena of engine speed can be eliminated and the throttle control responses fast without buffeting. Moreover, the system has the advantages of easy manipulation and reliable operation. The controller has the advantages of free of accurate mathematical model and easy to carry out and high robust and so on.  相似文献

According to the space vector modulation method of the AC DC AC converter,the switch control scheme of the matrix AC AC converter is deduced,and the model of a three phase matrix AC AC converter is constructed.
