Multi-mode Running Architecture of Networked Manufacturing Platform and Its Implementation Technology

Adopting organizational mode of networked manufacturing platform is an effective way of improving enterprise's condition to implement networked manufacturing. This kind of mode can make the architecture of enterprise collaborative work change from complex network architecture to a simple linear architecture. Based on the organizational mode, a Multi-mode running architecture of networked manufacturing platform was proposed in this paper. The Multi-mode can make networked manufacturing platform to fit different requirement of enterprises and industry. Integrated technology and related standardization technology were studied on the basis of this Multi-mode architecture. It can constitute the technology and implementation basis for the networked manufacturing platform's running.

Networked Optimal Cutting-stock System Based on Web Service

With the analysis of the problem in traditional optimal cutting-stock technology , this paper sets forth the significance of networked optimal cutting-stock . After that , a new kind of networked optimal cutting-stock system, based on Web Service technology , is presented .Then the constructing process , architecture and mechanism of this system are expatiated respectively. Centered onWeb Service , this system combines the networked multi-software optimal calculating model with cutting-stock system , by building updifferent granularity service and supporting multilayer service invocation .According to experiment , the system this paper discusses can effectively improve comprehensive optimal efficiency of cutting-stock.     

Traffic Engineering and Traffic Matrix in IP Backbone Network Based on MPLS

On current network actuality and development trend, it is necessary to put traffic engineering in practice in IP backbone network on IP/MPLS. The essential demand in actualizing traffic engineering is traffic matrix measurement. After analyzing the defect of current measurement method, traffic engineering model and traffic matrix on LSP in IP backbone network based on MPLS, or relevant routing algorithm are researched. The merit of the traffic matrix's measurement method is that implement of measurement is only located in the edge node; therefore, network resource's cost is lower and it offers a new train of thoughts for resolving the flaw of current main measurement methods, moreover, and condition for actualizing traffic engineering.     

Application of Comprehensive Weight Method to Choosing the Connection Mode of 10 kV Distribution Network

In order to find the most appropriate connection mode of 10 kV distribution network, a new approach is put forward ,in which the comprehensive weight method is applied to power system planning. At first, the main kinds of connection mode of 10 kV distribution network are introduced,then,basing on the information of subjective weights and objective weights, the performing process of the new approach is presented. It can choose the most appropriate connection mode of 10 kV distribution network sufficiently and can be calculated easily. At last, the validity and practicability of this new approach is testified with a sample.     

Development of Virtual Sweep Signal Source

A new kind of virtual sweep signal source which can be used to output specific sweep signal according to(users') configuration and can be widely applied to frequency characteristics measurement in the field of mechanics,electrics and electronics,is developed by using Dot Net software engineering technique,C/S architecture and general data acquisition platform.The virtual instruments not only make up the intrinsic defect of traditional instruments based on hardware components in high performance,remote control and data processing,but also indicate the powerful life and nice future of virtual instrument technologies.     

基于OBE理念的“食品分析”课程教学模式探索

为提高学生工程实践能力,以“食品分析”课程群为例,将OBE理念融入课程教学模式改革中。以学生为中心,以成果为导向,设计课程教学体系,建立新的教学大纲,明确考核评价方法和改进体系,构建基于OBE理念的面向工程认证的食品分析类课程教学模式。探索以学生为主体、以成果为导向的“食品分析”课程教学模式,培养高级工程技术人才。     

Feature Recognition Based on Vector Picture

The technologyof recognition and understanding architecture engineering drawings by computer is a study hotspot in the field that computer isapplied in engineering research. Based on the characteristicof architectural ichnographyand criterionof architectural design fires prevention, the recognizing identification method and main program based on DXF format is proposed. Experimental results show that it has a preferableautomatic recognition results on the architecture ichnography,and effectivelyimproves the work efficiency.     

Common Problems and Countermeasures in Calculation of Load-Bearing of Brick Masonry Structure Using PK-PM CAD Structural Software Systems

It is found that in the process of engineering design, the calculation of bearing capacity of brick masonry structure using the PK-PM structural CAD software system is imperfect, so relevant soluvions for common problems are offered. They can serve as reference for designers.

Analysis on Communication Mode of Feeder Automation

The paper mainly analyzes and studies mode of bus communication based on optical fiber at one_point to multiple_point and mode of point_to_point communication based on wireless at one_point to multiple_point. The advantages and disadvantages of two communication modes are given. Considering the demands on FA data communication,the paper presents transmitting data based on network mode and connection mode,implementing application protocol based on object oriented mode and international standard. Considering the requirements of FTU unit for data communication, the paper proposes the network inner operating system in FTU unit, which is indispensable. Data are transmitted on client/server mode, defined and organized on object oriented mode and transmitted on logical address.     

Constitutive Equations for Thermo-mechanical Coupling Problems

The conflict events that occurred in construction engineering project(CEP) bring about a lot of adverse influence on project implementation.Furthermore,there is a limitation for five modes used to deal with the conflicts in favor of the project management,which is proved by the practice.On the basis of investigation,the authors bring to light the multi-attributive characteristics of the conflict events through clustering analysis,and put forward a new concept as co-adaptability aiming at solving the conflict events in CEP,and building up a new project management mechanism based on the new concept and a new mode to deal with the conflict events based on the whole project benefit.So,this research offers not only a new idea but also a new method of solving conflict events in CEP.     

Cost forecast model for power engineering based on based on back propagation neural networks

A novel power engineering cost forecast model was proposed by combining feature extraction and small sample learning. The initial data was preprocessed with principal component analysis to remove the correlation among the original indexes and get the potential independent indexes. The new indexes acted as the input set to build a new forecast model based on least squares support vector machines. The results of this model were compared with the forecast results getting from artificial neural network. By comparing the forecast results with different principal components number, the optimal number was determined to achieve the desired forecast effect. The prediction results indicate that the method can extract the feature of initial data effectively and is good at small sample learning . The expected forecasting results can be reached.     

Model for the Deliver of Essential Services in the Survivability Network System Based on Mobile Agent

Survivability is defined as the capability of a system to fulfill its mission, in a timely manner, in the presence of attacks, or accidents. A key characteristic of survivable systems is their capability to deliver essential services in the face of attack, failure, or accident. Thus, it is important to deliver essential services in the survivability network system. Mobile Agent has a character of motion besides reactive, autonomy and oriented-objective as a new technology. By discussing the characters of survivability network system and mobile agent, this paper presents a model for essential services mobility based on mobile agent-MESMMA. This paper mainly focuses on the design of both MESMMA system and mobile agent inner architecture.     

Architecture of Networked Manufacturing Based on Supply Chain

The combinationof networked manufacturing and supply chain can integrate the design resource, intelligenceresource and manufacturing resource more efficaciously. Based on the compareand analysisof characteristics of the networked manufacturing and supply chain, the mode of networked manufacturing based on supply chain is brought forward, it combines and integrates supply chain and networked manufacturing to attain the effects of the complementarityof the dominanceof each other, and makes the reality of networked manufacturing more convenience, shortcutand efficiency. Based on the solution, the architecture and an operation mode of networked manufacturing based on supply chain are put forward. Finally, the applicationof networked manufacturing based on supply chain to ceramics industry is studied. Through the implementof the networked manufacturing which is based on the Supply chain dynamic allianceof ceramics industry, the process of from gaining demand information to putting products in the market is finished.

It identifies a number of strategies utilised by designers to compete, arguing that they are increasingly adopting a new model of “slow fashion,” which opens up possibilities for forging locally and ethically based relationships in the fashion sector.

The theories foundation and basis for new generation automotive are provided, which are combined to introduce the hardware constitutes and software method for the node of CAN bus.     

测土配方施肥综合服务平台设计与实现

针对测土配方施肥专家系统网络化、综合化、精确化的发展需求,提出一套测土配方施肥综合服务平台解决方案,平台基于B/S架构,采用Asp.net实现,支持同类型村级地块为最小施肥单元。从功能模型、需求分析、数据库设计和应用架构等方面阐述平台的实现技术方案,并就平台的关键技术“村级地块网络地图构建”给出了具体的解决方法。展示了平台主要功能的实现效果。     

Assessment System for Green Building from the Angle of Ecological Design ---Taking the CASBEE, LEED and GOBAS as Example

In this paper,first,three assessment systems for green building,namely the LEED(USA) and GOBAS(China) are compared with CASBEE(Japan) in respect of central concepts,mark of evaluation and result of assessment.It is expected that this research of assessment systems could be helpful to designers of architecture in different specialties.Secondly,in this paper these three assessment systems are analyzed from the position of design work.In the end,it is pointed out that to compile a design-oriented handbook for green building design is the new domain of the assessment system for green building.
