矿物燃料在非能源利用过程中的碳储存和释放是一个值得研究的问题。介绍了计算非能源利用的CO2储存和释放的IPCC方法和物流分析法。运用IPCC方法和基于物流分析原理的NEAT模型计算了中国1993-1999年的非能源利用的CO2储存和释放情况。结果表明,中国非能源利用的CO2储存和释放量不断增加。遵循IPCC原则,CO2储存量由1993年的0.897亿吨增加到1999年的1.295亿吨,占中国CO2排放量的3.31%~4.56%;由NEAT模型计算的结果与运用IPCC方法计算的结果差别显著,按照消费者原则,CO2储存量由1993年的0.442亿吨增加到1999年的1.074亿吨,占中国CO2排放量的1.66%~3.52%。因此,按照NEAT计算,中国的CO2排放量在1993-1999年间比按照IPCC原则计算的结果高1.04%~1.65%,其中,1999年约增加0.72%,2214.6万吨。最后对计算结果的误差进行了讨论。  相似文献

Changes in both soil organic C storage and soil respiration in farmland ecosystems may affect atmospheric CO2 concentration and global C cycle. The objective of this field experiment was to study the effects of three crop field management practices on soil CO2 emission and C balance in a cotton field in an arid region of Northwest China. The three management practices were irrigation methods(drip and flood), stubble managements(stubble-incorporated and stubble-removed) and fertilizer amendments(no fertilizer(CK), chicken manure(OM), inorganic N, P and K fertilizer(NPK), and inorganic fertilizer plus chicken manure(NPK+OM)). The results showed that within the C pool range, soil CO2 emission during the whole growing season was higher in the drip irrigation treatment than in the corresponding flood irrigation treatment, while soil organic C concentration was larger in the flood irrigation treatment than in the corresponding drip irrigation treatment. Furthermore, soil CO2 emission and organic C concentration were all higher in the stubble-incorporated treatment than in the corresponding stubble-removed treatment, and larger in the NPK+OM treatment than in the other three fertilizer amendments within the C pool range. The combination of flood irrigation, stubble incorporation and application of either NPK+OM or OM increased soil organic C concentration in the 0-60 cm soil depth. Calculation of net ecosystem productivity(NEP) under different management practices indicated that the combination of drip irrigation, stubble incorporation and NPK+OM increased the size of the C pool most, followed by the combination of drip irrigation, stubble incorporation and NPK. In conclusion, management practices have significant impacts on soil CO2 emission, organic C concentration and C balance in cotton fields. Chenopodium album became a problem weed in sugar beet production, due to resistance to metamitron, a key herbicide in this crop. Dispersal of the seeds from resistant biotypes may occur due to spread by wind, animals, agricultural machinery or manure. This study examined the effect of ensiling, digestion by cattle and storage in slurry and farmyard manure on the germination and viability of the seeds of one susceptible and three resistant C. album populations. After 4 weeks in a maize silo, seed viability of C. album populations was reduced drastically to 0–5%. Incubation for 24 h in the rumen followed by a post‐ruminal digestion in vitro of intact seeds only resulted in a small reduction in viability in one C. album population. Storage in a slurry cellar for 16 weeks reduced the viability of intact seeds of the C. album populations to 25–60%. Only 0–1% of the seeds remained viable after storage in a farmyard manure heap for 4 weeks. An accelerated ageing experiment showed seed persistence to be population specific and less related to seed weight. Keeping a fresh maize silo closed for at least 4 weeks and heaping farmyard manure are excellent preventive measures to limit the spread of resistant C. album seeds between fields.  相似文献

宁夏2003年排放CO2、CH4、N2O总量1048.4047万吨,较1985年增加了1.91倍。1985年和2003年CO2排放量分别占总排放量97%、98.25%;CO2排放量中煤炭燃烧排放量分别占39.52%、61.17%。农田排放量分别占49.89%、25.69%,秸秆燃烧分别占10.59%、13.14%。大力发展洁净煤技术是主要减排措施,同时要充分利用当地风能、太阳能、生物质能再利用。科学施肥,大力植树造林,增强对CO2的吸收量。  相似文献

The effects of long-term fertilization on pools of soil organic carbon(SOC)have been well studied,but limited information is available on the oxidizable organic carbon(OOC)fractions,especially for the Loess Plateau in China.We evaluated the effects of a 15-year fertilization on the OOC fractions(F1,F2,F3 and F4)in the 0–20 and 20–40 cm soil layers in flat farmland under nine treatments(N(nitrogen,urea),P(phosphorus,monocalcium phosphate),M(organic fertilizer,composted sheep manure),N+P(NP),M+N(MN),M+P(MP),M+N+P(MNP),CK(control,no fertilizer)and bare land(BL,no crops or fertilizer)).SOC content increased more markedly in the treatment containing manure than in those with inorganic fertilizers alone.F1,F2,F4 and F3 accounted for 47%,27%,18% and 8% of total organic carbon,respectively.F1 was a more sensitive index than the other C fractions in the sensitivity index(SI)analysis.F1 and F2 were highly correlated with total nitrogen(TN)and available nitrogen(AN),F3 was negatively correlated with p H and F4 was correlated with TN.A cluster analysis showed that the treatments containing manure formed one group,and the other treatments formed another group,which indicated the different effects of fertilization on soil properties.Long-term fertilization with inorganic fertilizer increased the F4 fraction while manure fertilizer not only increased labile fractions(F1)in a short time,but also increased passive fraction(F4)over a longer term.The mixed fertilizer mainly affected F3 fraction.The study demonstrated that manure fertilizer was recommended to use in the farmland on the Loess Plateau for the long-term sustainability of agriculture.  相似文献

 用马铃薯环腐病棒杆菌的细胞壁蛋白粗提物作为抗原,应用杂交瘤技术,成功地建立了六株分泌抗马铃薯环腐病棒杆菌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株CH1、CH2、CH3、CH4、CH5和cH6。对这些杂交瘤细胞株所分泌的相应六种单抗McAb1、McAb2、McAb3、McAb4、McAb5和McAb6进行专化性测定的结果表明,McAb4对环腐病菌具有亚种特异性,其它5种单抗除与环腐病菌呈阳性反应外,还与其它亚种的棒杆菌有不同程度的交叉反应。细胞株CH4经体外培养传代30余代和液氮冻存5个月,其分泌抗体的滴度无明显改变。McAb4属于IgG2a亚类,其诱发的小鼠腹水抗体效价达1:2×105,CH4的染色体数为95-102条。应用ELISA夹心法,McAb4所能检测环腐病菌的最低浓度为103个细菌/毫升。检测感染环染环腐病的马铃薯汁液,稀释1000倍仍呈阳性反应。  相似文献

丽蚜小蜂Encarsia formosa作为烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci和温室白粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum的重要寄生性天敌,目前已实现了规模化繁育,广泛应用于设施蔬菜粉虱类害虫的防控。该寄生蜂在大面积释放前往往要进行数量储备,因此低温贮藏是实现其规模化生产和应用的重要环节。本文在明确丽蚜小蜂蛹期最适贮藏发育阶段的基础上,研究了不同低温贮藏方式对丽蚜小蜂生长发育和适合度的影响,并在温室条件下明确了低温贮藏对其扩散和寄生的影响。结果表明,丽蚜小蜂的蛹在4℃和8℃下低温贮藏仍可继续发育,解剖低温贮藏后未羽化的丽蚜小蜂发现其死亡主要发生在蛹的发育初期和后期,蛹的发育中期死亡比例最低;贮藏前经历适度的低温诱导(12℃/7 d)可以显著提高丽蚜小蜂的羽化率、寄生量和成虫寿命(P<0.05);温室条件下未经低温贮藏的丽蚜小蜂主要在1~4 m范围内扩散,而低温贮藏后羽化的丽蚜小蜂主要在1~2 m范围内扩散;适度的低温诱导(12℃/7 d)同样可以明显提高丽蚜小蜂在温室条件下的寄生率(P<0.05)。研究结果对于更好地发挥丽蚜小蜂在生物防治中的控害作用具有重要的应用意义。  相似文献

为了研究覆膜与氮肥用量对雨养春玉米农田CH_4吸收的影响,在覆膜(FM)与不覆膜(BP)条件下分别设置了0、100、250、400 kg·hm~(-2)4个氮肥水平,共8个处理,采用静态暗箱-气相色谱法对农田CH_4的吸收通量进行连续观测,同时观测影响通量变化的温度、水分以及硝铵态氮等环境因子。结果表明:旱作春玉米农田是甲烷的汇,休闲期的累积吸收量占年总吸收量48%~60%,在年总吸收量中占了不可忽视的一部分;FM0、FM100、FM250、FM400和BP0、BP100、BP250、BP400在2014—2015年的年总吸收量分别为0.99、1.38、1.3、1.37 CH_4-C kg·hm~(-2)和1.43、1.77、1.68、1.56 CH_4-C kg·hm~(-2),地膜覆盖和施氮量的增加均未显著改变雨养春玉米农田对CH_4的吸收量;雨养春玉米农田土壤CH_4的吸收速率与0、10 cm土层土壤温度呈极显著正相关,与土壤孔隙含水量(WFPS)、NH4+-N之间呈极显著负相关,不覆膜条件下与NO3--N之间呈负相关关系,且达到极显著水平(P0.01)。  相似文献

Eight small‐scale lysimeters with different excess water storage depths (EWSDs) were used to investigate the behavior of two herbicides, simetryn and thiobencarb, under paddy conditions. The concentration of simetryn dissipated similarly in all the lysimeters, while the thiobencarb concentration varied significantly because thiobencarb can adsorb onto the dissolved organic matter in a manure slurry, which was applied to six of the lysimeters. The herbicide losses (the percentage of the applied mass) from the lysimeters were reversely proportional with the EWSD. The correlation was stronger for simetryn than for thiobencarb. An appropriate EWSD is required to effectively prevent herbicide run‐off from the paddy field, especially when a rainfall event occurs soon after herbicide application.  相似文献

陕西省畜禽粪便负荷量估算及环境承受程度风险评价   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
在调查陕西省各地(市)畜禽养殖数量、养殖结构的基础上,通过估算各地(市)畜禽粪便排放量及负荷量,评价了各地(市)畜禽养殖业的发展对环境产生的污染压力,为陕西省畜禽养殖业可持续发展及畜禽粪便环境污染防治提供科学依据。研究结果表明:(1)陕西省畜禽养殖饲养量中,家禽饲养量最大,其次分别为猪和羊。(2)2006—2010年陕西省各类畜禽粪便产生量在年际间波动较大,2008处于低谷,之后又快速增长;按年粪便产生量多少排序,依次为牛猪羊家禽兔。(3)陕西省畜禽粪便农田负荷量总体呈上升的趋势,由2008年的10.78 t·hm-2·a-1上升到2010年的18.4 t·hm-2·a-1,增长了70.7%;禽粪便警报值由2008年的最小值0.36增加到2010年的0.60,从对环境构成污染威胁的程度看,由不构成污染威胁到对环境稍有污染。(4)2010年,陕西省畜禽粪便COD、BOD总产生量分别为121.25万t和104.09万t;与2008年相比,2010年陕西省各类畜禽污染物排放量COD、BOD、NH3-N、总氮,总磷分别增长了73.2%、69.4%、76.7%、72.6%、58.2%;据估算,2010年陕西省畜禽粪便淋溶进入水体的COD、BOD、NH3-N、TN、TP分别达36.38万t、31.23万t、3.44万t、83.4万t、39.85万t。  相似文献

ABSTRACT Liquid swine manure added to acidic soils killed microsclerotia of the wilt fungus Verticillium dahliae. We investigated whether volatile fatty acids (VFAs) in the manure were responsible for this toxicity. The survival of microsclerotia was determined after exposure to various dilutions of manure or its VFA components. Acetic, propionic, and isobutyric acids constituted the major VFAs in the manure, while n-butyric, n-valeric, iso-valeric, and n-caproic acids were present in lesser amounts. Formic acid was not detected. The individual VFAs were more toxic to microsclerotia as the solution pH was decreased, indicating that the protonated forms of the VFAs were toxic (e.g., acetic acid and not acetate). The effective concentration reducing germination of microsclerotia by 95% (EC(95)) for formic and n-caproic acids was approximately 4 mM, the most toxic of the acids tested; for n-valeric, the EC(95) was 9.2 mM, isovaleric was 16.1 mM acids, and acetic, propionic, n-butyric, and isobutyric acids were approximately 30 mM. The toxicity of acetic acid, and likely all the others, was directly related to the duration of exposure. Inhibition of microsclerotia germination followed identical trends in solutions of the manure or in a mixture of VFAs with equivalent concentrations of the individual acids found in the manure. Similarly, germination declined to the same extent in the atmosphere above the manure or the VFA mixture, confirming the toxicity of VFAs to microsclerotia. Thus, under acid conditions, VFAs in liquid swine manure can kill microsclerotia of V. dahliae.  相似文献

Methane(CH4), carbon dioxide(CO2) and nitrous oxide(N2O) are known to be major greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming. To identify the flux dynamics of these greenhouse gases is, therefore, of great significance. In this paper, we conducted a comparative study on an alpine grassland and alpine wetland at the Bayinbuluk Grassland Eco-system Research Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences. By using opaque, static, manual stainless steel chambers and gas chromatography, we measured the fluxes of CH4, N2O and CO2 from the grassland and wetland through an in situ monitoring study from May 2010 to October 2012. The mean flux rates of CH4, N2O and CO2 for the experimental alpine wetland in the growing season(from May to October) were estimated at 322.4 μg/(m2?h), 16.7 μg/(m2?h) and 76.7 mg/(m2?h), respectively; and the values for the alpine grassland were –88.2 μg/(m2?h), 12.7 μg/(m2?h), 57.3 mg/(m2?h), respectively. The gas fluxes showed large seasonal and annual variations, suggesting weak fluxes in the non-growing season. The relationships between these gas fluxes and environmental factors were analyzed for the two alpine ecosystems. The results showed that air temperature, precipitation, soil temperature and soil moisture can greatly influence the fluxes of CH4, N2O and CO2, but the alpine grassland and alpine wetland showed different feedback mechanisms under the same climate and environmental conditions.  相似文献

用定期取表层土样测定其电导率和在不同深度埋设盐分传感器探头的方法,在作物生长季节内,监测了施有机肥农田不同深度的土壤溶液含盐量变化。结果为:(1)田间施用有机肥可明显减少土壤表层盐分积累,并有利于灌水对土壤表层盐分的淋洗。(2)灌水使有机肥处理小区10cm深处土壤盐分含量迅速下降,并且灌水后10cm深土壤盐分的累积过程不明显。(3)施用有机肥可使30cm深土壤在灌水前的盐分累积过程变缓。灌水后盐分含量迅速下降,并不再回升。(4)有机肥处理小区的60cm深土壤溶液盐分大幅度降低出现在第二次灌水后,此后至作物收获,土壤溶液盐分含量保持在很低的水平并不再累积。  相似文献

Soil labile organic carbon(C) plays an important role in improving soil quality. The relatively stable fractions of soil organic C(SOC) represent the bulk of SOC, and are also the primary determinant of the long-term C balance of terrestrial ecosystems. Different land use types can influence the distribution patterns of different SOC fractions. However, the underlying mechanisms are not well understood. In the present study, different fractions of SOC were determined in two land use types: a grazed grassland(established on previously cultivated cropland 25 years ago, GG) and a long-term cultivated millet cropland(MC). The results showed that C concentration and C storage of light fractions(LF) and heavy fractions(HF) presented different patterns along the soil profiles in the two sites. More plant residues in GG resulted in 91.9% higher LF storage at the 0–10 cm soil depth, further contributed to 21.9% higher SOC storage at this soil depth; SOC storage at 20–60 cm soil depth in MC was 98.8% higher than that in GG, which could be mainly attributed to the HF storage 104.5% higher than in GG. This might be caused by the long-term application of organic manure, as well as the protection from plough pan and silt- and clay-sized particles. The study indicated that different soil management practices in this region can greatly influence the variations of different SOC fractions, while the conventional tillage can greatly improve the storage of SOC by increasing heavy fractions.  相似文献

Carbon(C) storage has received significant attention for its relevance to agricultural security and climate change. Afforestation can increase C storage in terrestrial ecosystems, and has been recognized as an important measure to offset CO_2 emissions. In order to analyze the C benefits of planting wolfberry(Lycium barbarum L.) on the secondary saline lands in arid areas, we conducted a case study on the dynamics of biomass carbon(BC) storage and soil organic carbon(SOC) storage in different-aged wolfberry plantations(4-, 7-and 11-year-old) established on a secondary saline land as well as on the influence of wolfberry plantations on C storage in the plant-soil system in an arid irrigated area(Jingtai County) of Gansu Province, China. The C sequestration and its potential in the wolfberry plantations of Gansu Province were also evaluated. An intact secondary saline land was selected as control. Results show that wolfberry planting could decrease soil salinity, and increase BC, SOC and litter C storage of the secondary saline land significantly, especially in the first 4 years after planting. The aboveground and belowground BC storage values in the intact secondary saline land(control) accounted for only 1.0% and 1.2% of those in the wolfberry plantations, respectively. Compared to the intact secondary saline land, the SOC storage values in the 4-, 7-and 11-year-old wolfberry plantations increased by 36.4%, 37.3% and 43.3%, respectively, and the SOC storage in the wolfberry plantations occupied more than 92% of the ecosystem C storage. The average BC and SOC sequestration rates of the wolfberry plantations for the age group of 0–11 years were 0.73 and 3.30 Mg C/(hm~2·a), respectively. There were no significant difference in BC and SOC storage between the 7-year-old and 11-year-old wolfberry plantations, which may be due in part to the large amounts of C offtakes in new branches and fruits. In Gansu Province, the C storage in the wolfberry plantations has reached up to 3.574 Tg in 2013, and the C sequestration potential of the existing wolfberry plantations was 0.134 Tg C/a. These results indicate that wolfberry planting is an ideal agricultural model to restore the degraded saline lands and increase the C sequestration capacity of agricultural lands in arid areas.  相似文献

通过田间试验研究渭北旱原不同施肥处理(不施肥;40 kg P2O5/hm2;豆科绿肥专用肥30 kg/hm2)对夏闲期豆科绿肥生长和后茬小麦生长的效果,探讨了夏季豆科绿肥翻压方式(提前翻压、提前覆盖,播前翻压和不种绿肥即夏季休闲)对后茬冬小麦产量及水分利用的影响。研究表明:与不施肥处理相比,豆科绿肥专用肥显著提高绿肥盛花期地上部生物量,但对根系生长没有明显作用;施用磷肥则更有利于绿肥根系生物量的提高;施用绿肥专用肥和磷肥处理的后茬小麦产量较高,特别是绿肥提前翻压时。绿肥提前翻压时冬小麦分蘖数较高、春季总茎数较高、单位面积穗数较高,产量显著高于绿肥提前覆盖、播前翻压和不种绿肥处理,水分生产效率显著高于不种绿肥处理。从绿肥翻压、小麦播前直至小麦拔节期,绿肥翻压方式的3个处理土壤0~200 cm剖面水分含量与休闲处理始终有明显差异。提前翻压处理与提前覆盖、播前翻压处理的差异主要在40 cm以上土层。  相似文献

Necrotrophic effectors (also known as host-selective toxins) are important determinants of disease in the wheat-Stagonospora nodorum pathosystem. To date, five necrotrophic effector-host gene interactions have been identified in this system. Most of these interactions have additive effects while some are epistatic. The Snn4-SnTox4 interaction was originally identified in a recombinant-inbred population derived from a cross between the Swiss winter wheat cultivars 'Arina' and 'Forno' using the S. nodorum isolate Sn99CH 1A7a. Here, we used a recombinant-inbred population consisting of 121 lines developed from a cross between the hexaploid land race Salamouni and the hexaploid wheat 'Katepwa' (SK population). The SK population was used for the construction of linkage maps and quantitative trait loci (QTL) detection using the Swiss S. nodorum isolate Sn99CH 1A7a. The linkage maps developed in the SK population spanned 3,228 centimorgans (cM) and consisted of 441 simple-sequence repeats, 9 restriction fragment length polymorphisms, 29 expressed sequence tag sequence-tagged site markers, and 5 phenotypic markers. The average marker density was 6.7 cM/marker. Two QTL, designated QSnb.fcu-1A and QSnb.fcu-7A on chromosome arms 1AS and 7AS, respectively, were associated with disease caused by the S. nodorum isolate Sn99CH 1A7a. The effects of QSnb.fcu-1A were determined by the Snn4-SnTox4 interaction and accounted for 23.5% of the phenotypic variation in this population, whereas QSnb.fcu-7A accounted for 16.4% of the phenotypic variation for disease but was not associated with any known effector sensitivity locus. The effects of both QTL were largely additive and collectively accounted for 35.7% of the total phenotypic variation. The results of this research validate the effects of a compatible Snn4-SnTox4 interaction in a different genetic background, and it provides knowledge regarding genomic regions and molecular markers that can be used to improve Stagonospora nodorum blotch resistance in wheat germplasm.  相似文献

Climate change in mountainous regions has significant impacts on hydrological and ecological systems. This research studied the future temperature, precipitation and snowfall in the 21~(st) century for the Tianshan and northern Kunlun Mountains(TKM) based on the general circulation model(GCM) simulation ensemble from the coupled model intercomparison project phase 5(CMIP5) under the representative concentration pathway(RCP) lower emission scenario RCP4.5 and higher emission scenario RCP8.5 using the Bayesian model averaging(BMA) technique. Results show that(1) BMA significantly outperformed the simple ensemble analysis and BMA mean matches all the three observed climate variables;(2) at the end of the 21~(st) century(2070–2099) under RCP8.5, compared to the control period(1976–2005), annual mean temperature and mean annual precipitation will rise considerably by 4.8°C and 5.2%, respectively, while mean annual snowfall will dramatically decrease by 26.5%;(3) precipitation will increase in the northern Tianshan region while decrease in the Amu Darya Basin. Snowfall will significantly decrease in the western TKM. Mean annual snowfall fraction will also decrease from 0.56 of 1976–2005 to 0.42 of 2070–2099 under RCP8.5; and(4) snowfall shows a high sensitivity to temperature in autumn and spring while a low sensitivity in winter, with the highest sensitivity values occurring at the edge areas of TKM. The projections mean that flood risk will increase and solid water storage will decrease.  相似文献

The present study was performed to investigate whether Plasmodiophora brassicae can be disseminated by livestock manure. A quantitative PCR (qPCR) assay was developed and used to detect and quantify P. brassicae in manure samples from naturally and artificially infested chickens and pigs. In naturally infested manure, quantifiable levels of infestation were observed in 7 out of the 28 samples, ranging from 103 to 107 resting spores per g of manure. The vast majority of the resting spores (76–91%) were viable, as determined by a dual fluorescence viability assay. Clubroot symptoms developed on plants inoculated with P. brassicae resting spores isolated from all seven qPCR‐positive samples. Artificially infested manure samples were produced by feeding chickens and pigs on P. brassicae‐contaminated feed. The levels of infestation were 103 resting spores per g of manure for both chicken and pig manure sampled 24 and 48 h after feeding, respectively. Spore viability was >80% for both samples, and the disease severity indices were both >40 as indicated by bioassay. This showed that resting spores can survive the digestive tracts of chickens and pigs, and retain strong pathogenicity. The findings indicate that manure dissemination is possible for P. brassicae. Farmers should avoid feeding livestock on P. brassicae‐contaminated feed or applying infested manure as fertilizer on land intended for crucifer crops.  相似文献
