Enterprise Information Engineering Model and Its Integrated Support Environment

By analyzing the process of enterprise information engineering construction and intra relationship among information system requirement, business process modeling, application system constructing and project management, one of 4 meta model composed of requirement engineering, process engineering, application system engineering and support engineering is proposed for enterprise information engineering. The developments and applications of the business processes and its application systems are integrated into the same development space and application space. Basing on this, a prototype system composed of requirement modeling environment, business process modeling environment, application system modeling environment, and support engineering environment has been designed and built, which is used for supporting enterprise information engineering constructing. It is valued for the enterprise information engineering construction in our country.     

Design and Realization of Reusable Electronic Business Based System

This paper brings forward a design and realization of electronic business based system.This system provides a set of application integrated service platform and user portal for the development,running and management of electronic business,based on the standard J2EE.This system also provides a strong,healthy and extendable technical frame for the business application in network environment,which would help the enterprise to realize business process optimization more easily and provides the technical frame for various application integration.     

Study on the Price-estimation of the Land-rental with Case-based Reasoning System

In this paper the theory of Fuzzy Mathematics is used to set up the case-based reasoning(CBR) mathematic model system on the price-estimation of the land-rental and the related process and conditions of its application are suggested.The calculation example of CBR in land business demonstrates that the CBR model is effective;it can be used as the reference for the decision-making on estimating the price in land business.

在数字林业多系统集成研究过程中,为了快速搭建满足各类需求的应用系统,实现软件复用,提出了一种基于SOA的数字林业业务定制技术,构建了业务定制平台,并对平台的整体架构和功能结构进行了详细描述,最后给出了基于业务定制平台定制业务的具体步骤。运用业务定制技术,有助于提高系统的可扩展性、灵活性、可靠性,并能最大限度地实现软件复用,为数字林业建设提供技术支撑。

The huge investment for intranet and web site prevents the development of the application of electronic business in small and medium real estate agency corporations, which only use the electronic business as an information platform simply. This paper sets up an effective electronic business application flow and disentomb the potential of the electronic business platform adequately.     

亚麻纤维在增强复合材料中的应用与研究进展

为了研究亚麻纤维作为可再生增强复合材料在生产中的应用，笔者综述了近年来亚麻纤维的组成结构与机械性能及亚麻纤维在增强复合材料中的应用，并介绍了目前亚麻纤维复合材料的生产工艺。发现新型界面相容剂的开发对于提高亚麻纤维增强复合材料的高耐久性具有重要作用，探讨了亚麻纤维增强复合材料的应用前景和发展趋势，以及生物复合材料开发的可行性。     

Two Dimensional Bar Code in medicine Trade Logistic Management System

The characteristics of two dimensional bar code are analyzed, then the technological characteristics and the composition of logistic bar code are discussed.Through the analysis of application in medicine trade logistics management system,the PDF417 two dimensional bar code is used to make out a selling invoice, medicines stock,etc. With PDF417 two dimensional bar code , the medicine trade logistics management system overcomes many difficult problems, makes the whole system to be more efficient, completes the plan, organization, coordination and control of trade partners, logistic, information ,business,finance etc., and strengthens the connection between the trade partners.     

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Efficiency of Business Process

Efficiency of business process has a direct impact on the performance of the enterprise, and accordingly it is also influenced by the multiple factors within the enterprise. The article, with a structured method, analyzed various kinds of problems in the operations of business processes, and illustrated the influences between and among strategy, organization structure, management pattern, human resource and technology, etc. As to the approach of influences of relevant factors on process, the article discussed a basic thought to implement business process improvement, and put for ward an integrated solution involving enterprise strategy planning, business process, and organizational facilities. Meanwhile, a concise analysis was made on relationship between process analysis and informatization. It was given that business improvement was a fundamental and important part of the informatization of the enterprise.

Employment Growth by Firm Size During the Recent Crisis in Italy: A Multifactor Partitioning Analysis

The effects on employment growth in firms, grouped by size class, of the economic crisis that began in 2008 are analysed using multifactor partitioning (MFP). Italy's employment growth is decomposed into four explanatory factors: the stage in the business cycle; the effect of firm size; industry composition; and regional distribution; together with the interactions among these four effects. The interpretation of these effects is facilitated by the introduction within the MFP framework of a new decomposition of several key elements. The results show that the adopted approach and the suggested decompositions are useful to study the effect of size on employment change. This effect is found to be negative only for micro units (with less than 10 employees). For the other classes, it is positive. The observed negative changes in these classes are mainly due to the business cycle and an unfavourable industrial composition.     

农业文献的翻译方法

随着国际农业交流的日益发展,农业文献翻译正在彰显出愈加重要的作用。在农业文献翻译过程中,通过翻译理论的指导,选择适当的翻译方法,不仅能够保证翻译质量,并且可以加强理解沟通。本论文主要对比分析了Peter Newmark 提出的语义翻译和交际翻译这两种翻译方法,对基本农业文献的形式进行了划分归类,并举例说明。文章指出在翻译实践中,对原文形式的正确分析理解和对两种翻译方法特性的灵活掌握,是达到佳翻译效果的有效途径。     

Application of UML Business Modeling in E-commerce System

The development of E commerce is booming. Now the management of some domain is converting from tradition to E commerce, this needs the application and integration of the latest information technologies for the maximum usage and share of network information resources. As a modeling language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is well defined, easy to specify, powerful in function and applied widely. Business model concentrates on the business around the system, not every project requires business model. However, there are many situations where business modeling adds a great deal of value. Establishing system business model is the primary task when people make use of UML to establish E commerce system model and develop software system. By E commerce system the authors expound the use case, and propose how to use correct method to establishing E commerce system business model.

Analysis of Clustering Algorithm in Behavior Mode of Customers in China Telecom

China telecom industry are facing a series of changes caused from the business circumstances and the market composition.Under this new situation,they must pay attention to develop their core competence.CRM of customer as the center is suitable for China telecom industry.Only through CRM the companies know the behavior mode of customers' and supply the statisfactory products/service.Thus,the companies can exist and develop well.So,using CRM to rebuild their managerial mode is a necessity trend for China telecom industry to develop their information management.     

The LEADER approach and drivers of job creation

This study investigates the links between rural development funding delivered via LEADER and job creation. Analysis is carried out using application‐level data during the 2007–2013 period in Northern Ireland. A two‐step procedure is employed to estimate a negative binomial model and correct for sample selection. Results indicate that there is a positive relationship between the number of jobs created and the amount of funds awarded, and that this depends on what Measure within Axis 3 applications are submitted under. More economic‐focused Measures, such as Farm Diversification, Business Development, and Tourism show a positive relationship between the amount of public funds and the number of jobs created. No such relationship was found for the more social, or cultural Measures. This result supports the argument that in such cases “jobs created” is not an appropriate indicator for evaluation purposes, but rather non‐economic criteria should be given priority to better suit the primary objective of such Measures. Other factors that are linked to job creation include applicant characteristics, such as its business status. In general, we find a limited connection between the process to select which applications are funded and the application characteristics most strongly associated with job creation.     

池塘循环流水养殖模式(IPA)应用现状及发展潜力

为了进一步推进中国池塘养殖模式的转型升级,大力发展环境友好型养殖模式,本文归纳了中国淡水鱼养殖业发展现状,总结了近年中国池塘循环流水养殖模式(IPA)的示范应用情况,分析了IPA系统的组成及其优势,指出了该模式在不同养殖品种应用过程中存在的问题及工艺缺陷,提出了优化方案和建议。笔者认为该模式适合规模化经营,可降低管理成本提升养殖效益,在推广应用时应根据养殖品种特性对IPA系统组件和养殖工艺进行调整和再创新,以便于适应不同名特优品种的需求。由于IPA模式具有节水、生态、高效、环保等优势,符合中国水产养殖的未来发展要求,因此,在中国淡水养殖产业中具有广阔的应用前景和发展空间。     

Vacancy Dynamics and Labor Market Efficiency in the Dutch Labor Market

ABSTRACT This paper focuses on cyclical and regional variations in vacancy dynamics in labor markets with persistent imbalances between demand and supply. In particular the so-called matching approach is used to investigate labor market efficiency across regions and over the business cycle. In this matching approach the relationship between the flow of filled vacancies and regional stocks of unemployed job seekers and vacant jobs is specified in a “search production” function. The matching approach is applied to the Dutch labor market, which is characterized by strong disequilibria and persistent regional differences in unemployment and vacancy rates. To explore the development of these regional imbalances from a demand side perspective, the dynamic structure of regional data on vacancies is analyzed over the business cycle. The movements of vacancy duration and the change in the vacancy stock over time appear to be similar across Dutch regions. Moreover, an investigation of the structural causes of regional variations in vacancy duration via shift-share analysis makes clear that regional differences in sectoral composition of unfilled vacancies do not contribute to regional differences in vacancy duration in the period 1989–93. Estimation results of a matching model reveal that there are no region-specific differences in labor market efficiency to produce filled vacancies. The ratio of vacancies to unemployment appears to be the critical determinant of the matching process in the Dutch regions. Another general (non region-specific) finding is that the estimated labor market efficiency increases during recessionary and recovery periods while it decreases during an economic boom.
