为提高生鲜农产品质量和优化资源配置,本文以生鲜农产品冷链物流为研究客体,构建了考虑仓储、运输、包装、配送、搬运的生鲜农产品冷链物流安全评价指标体系;并采用AHP法与熵权法相结合的综合赋权法,对综合评价指标的权重进行确定;在此基础上运用模糊物元法对生鲜农产品物流安全进行综合评价;同时选择常州某市场的4家冷链物流商为研究对象进行实证分析。结果表明,在该评价指标体系中,权重较高的评价指标排名对综合排名有重要影响,冷链物流商家应重点关注权重较高的指标并提高其相应能力。  相似文献

The synthetic quantified evaluation for power quality is one of the gist to weigh excellent or inferior of the power quality, and this is propitious to realize the electricity-purchase principle of discussing the price according to quality and high quality high price, thereby serve as to build the equitable electric power market. This paper proposes to use the method of matter-element for power quality evaluation, and then build the model based on the method of matter-element. Considering the non-compatible feature between the single recognition and evaluation results as well as the complexity of the evaluation for power quality, a model is approached for the evaluation of the power quality by using the matter-element and extension set. Case results show that use the proposed model is objective and reasonable, with a special advantage when used in power quality evaluation.  相似文献

土地整理项目后效益评价是土地整理项目后评价的核心组成部分,笔者从经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益三方面构建土地整理项目后效益评价指标体系,并以泰兴市分界乡土地整理项目为例开展实证研究,运用模糊综合评价法,进行项目后效益的模糊综合评价。结果表明:泰兴市分界乡土地整理项目综合评价等级为“基本成功”,社会效益成功度最高,经济效益次之,生态效益成功度最低,项目建设从整体上取得了较好的综合效益。在此基础上,分析该项目实施中存在的问题,提出了当前土地整理项目开展及后效益评价的建议,以期对我国东部平原区土地整理项目后效益评价工作起到参考借鉴的作用  相似文献

[内容摘要] 在农村贷款市场上,由于农业的市场化程度不高、高风险低收益以及缺少贷款担保品,很多农户和农村中小企业不符合农村金融机构的贷款担保条件而得不到贷款。为缓解这种困境, 在中东欧转型经济体中很多国家都构建了以服务农民和农村经济发展为目的的信用担保体系,有效的缓解了农村贷款难的问题。当前我国正在积极构建农村信贷担保机制,本文在详细分析了四个中东欧转型经济体的农村信用担保基金和计划的运作模式和作法的基础上,总结并提出可供我国借鉴的方法和经验。  相似文献

中国实施农村信用社发放农户小额信用贷款已经有5年。在实施的过程中,同以往其他贷款一样,出现了呆帐、坏帐、道德风险和产业风险测算不准、信用调查不实和评级不准等问题,不仅造成了信用社的贷款风险过大,而且也使农户贷款愈加困难。及时对农户小额信用贷款中存在的这些问题进行理论和实践上的创新性研究是十分必要的。研究的对象主要是信合保险这种新的金融实体,通过开展信合保险,不仅可以有效降低农村信用社的贷款风险,在一定程度上解决农户贷款难的问题,而且对改善农户生活水平也能起到一定的作用。开展信合保险也能健全农村的信贷保险机制,改善农村金融环境,推动农村经济的进一步发展。  相似文献

Through selecting the index of MSW compost quality and establishing the evaluation grades of index, an evaluation system with the method of fuzzy mathematics has been framed in this paper. Then, based on the assessment of single factor and comprehensive effects of different factors, in this paper, the experimental data are taken for example to evaluate the MSW compost quality. The result shows that this method is successfully applied and also can be used as a simple useful method to the evaluation of MSW compost quality.  相似文献

农村居民点建设适宜度评价是高效利用农村土地资源的基础。为探讨物元模型在农村居民点建设适宜度评价中的应用,基于物元模型,按照相关项目相关标准,从自然条件、生活条件、生产条件等方面,选取了10个指标构成农村居民点建设适宜度评价的指标体系。在物元分析理论的基础上,构建了居民点适宜度评价的物元模型,并采用该模型对鄂州市汀祖镇居民点建设现状进行评价。研究结果表明:物元模型能够揭示单个评价指标的分异信息,适合用于鄂州市汀祖镇农村居民点建设适宜度评价。利用物元模型对农村居民点建设适宜度进行评价,将有助于集约节约利用土地,高效整合利用土地资源。  相似文献

Popular science tourism is a new tourism mode, and geopark scenic area is an important carrier of popular science tourism. It is the premise and foundation for the popular science tourism development of geoparks to establish a scientific evaluation index system and evaluation model. On the basis of analyzing relevant evaluation models, this paper explored the evaluation system and model of geopark popular science tourism in following steps. First, establish the index system. Based on the theory method, frequency method, and expert consultation method, this paper established the popular science tourism evaluation index system of geopark scenic area. The evaluation index system includes 3 primary indexes, 8 secondary indexes and 30 tertiary indexes. Second, define index weight and scoring standards. Index weights were defined using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the measuring method of each index and the scoring standards were specified. Third, evaluation model and grade. The evaluation model of popular science tourism development was constructed, and the evaluation results were classified into 4 grades. Fourth, empirical study. The evaluation model was applied to measure and investigate popular science tourism of Henan Yuntain Mountain World Geopark, and the final score was 7.619, indicating a higher evaluation grade of popular science tourism of the park.  相似文献

构建高速公路景观评价体系和评价模型,探讨高速公路的景观评价方法。以哈大高速公路为例,从公路自身景观、公路沿线人文景观和公路两侧本底自然景观3方面进行评价、选取15个二级指标,55个三级指标的景观综合评价体系。参考有关的标准和研究资料制定二级指标的评价标准,利用层次分析法确定权重。采取景观综合指数法和模糊数学评价法对哈大高速公路总体景观质量进行了定量和定性评价。结果显示:哈大高速公路总体景观多数路段分数在6~7分之间,并且靠近哈尔滨和大庆2个城市路段分值高于中间路段,这可能与公路中间路段两侧的绿化和护理不到位有关。根据模糊评价法最大隶属度原则,哈大高速公路总体景观质量为“一般”等级,2种评价方法结果一致。鉴于各种评价方法的优点和缺点,采用基于AHP的综合指数法和模糊数学法适合高速公路景观质量的评价。  相似文献

Based on characteristics of transportation infrastructure projects under a PPP model, an early warning risk index system for the private sector was put forward. The system is comprised of 15 indexes from five aspects, including risks associated with politics and law, economics, credit, construction and operation. An early warning risk model was constructed by applying fuzzy set theory and matter element theory. The fuzzy set method helps calculate the weight and evaluation values for qualitative indexes, thereby avoiding the limitations of individual decisions. The matter element method can evaluate comprehensive risks by using the comprehensive relations, is easy to use, and directly gives results. Further empirical research was conducted that verifies this method is scientific and applicable.  相似文献

为了能够让引种工作者在引种材料较多时定量的比较宿根花卉观赏性状及景观应用价值,从形质性状、开花性状、生长性状等方面确定了鸢尾宿根花卉评价的3级指标,采用层次分析法(AHP法)测算指标权重,并采用熵技术对权系数进行修正,从而得到鸢尾宿根花卉的综合评价模型。利用该模型对沈阳市植物园近几年引种栽培的鸢尾宿根花卉的50个种和品种进行了综合评价并分级,其中Ⅰ级的有10种、Ⅱ级的有18种、Ⅲ级的有15种、Ⅳ级的有7种。研究为鸢尾宿根花卉在园林绿化中的应用提供了一定的理论参考。  相似文献

研究目的:对农村集体建设用地复垦效益评价进行内涵剖析,建立农村集体建设用地效益评价指标;研究方法:用多因素综合评价法建立农村集体建设用地复垦效益评价的指标体系、确定指标分值,用层次分析法确定指标权重;研究结果:(1)农村集体建设用地复垦效益评价可以从经济效益、社会效益和生态景观效益三方面进行分析;(2)通过对重庆市荣昌县1个街道、2个镇的农村集体建设用地复垦项目案例进行分析,结果表明,农村集体建设用地复垦项目产生了较好的经济效益,而社会、生态景观效益相对较弱;研究结论:建议建立农村集体建设用地复垦效益的标准化指标评价体系和效益评价的长效机制。  相似文献

The stability of rock-mass slopes is a very complicated system which is controlled by lots of factors. It is always a very important research subject to evaluate the slope stability reasonably through some evaluation methods. Based on matter-element theory and dependent function,the extension theory is applied to evaluate the stability of rock mass slope,and the extension method for the stability of rock mass slopes is proposed. Taking a real slope project for example,based on the reasonable selection of evaluation factors of slope stability,an extension model for evaluation of slope stability is built,whose result is contrasted with the fuzzy evaluating one. As a result, it is practical and feasible to apply the extension method to estimate the rock slope stability.  相似文献

Small sum credit is a efficient way to help farmer shake off poverty. The opportunity cost of win the loan, refinancing rat and the probability of success of have effects on the development of this item. In many areas, if the loan can't be paid in time, farmer will be punished. The way has great efficiency on the farmer who owes the loan on purpose. But the effect on the farmer who doesn't owe the loan on purpose of the way hasn't been studied. The relationship between the probability of winning the loan and these factors has been studied by a simple method in this paper. The conclusion is, the decrease in the opportunity cost and refinancing rat, the increase in the probability of success can help farmer win the loan. If there is no outstanding payment on purpose, the punishment has no advantage.  相似文献

To analyze the safety of elevator system quantitatively, the risk factor weights aiming at the risk evaluation for elevator system are analyzed based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in this paper. The Accident Tree Analysis (ATA) is also introduced to analyze accidents leading to the dangers during elevator running as the basis of weight assignment. The risk evaluation model of elevator system is built and its safety grade is set. The quantitative assessment for elevator system through linear weighted sum law is implemented. This method combining AHP and ATA in this paper avoids subjectivity and one-sidedness of weights indexes caused by expert-scoring method. This elevator system risk evaluation system provides feasible method of assessing safety grade subjectively.  相似文献

针对林农复合经营系统的多功能性,从生态功能、经济功能、社会功能3个方面构建了林农复合经营的综合评价指标体系,并且运用密切值法对不同复合模式进行评价。最后,对江苏省泗阳县的林农复合经营的综合效益进行实证研究,运用建立的评价指标体系和密切值法选出较优模式,以期为当地发展林农复合经营提供理论依据和方向指导。结果表明:无论从生态功能、经济功能、社会功能来看还是从综合效益来看,泗阳县的杨农复合经营模式都优于纯杨树的种植模式。其中,杨树-蒲公英复合经营模式和杨树-蘑菇复合经营模式在各个功能方面较优于其他模式,当地农民可以根据实际需要进行选择,以充分利用林地资源,增加经济收入。  相似文献

 在综述国内外棉花纤维主要品质指标研究进展和棉花纤维品质评价方法的基础上,比较并论述了棉花色特征指标如明度指标光反射率(Rd)和饱和度指示纤维黄度(+b)和传统棉花纤维品质指标如目测等级、长度、强度和细度的测定与应用,以及生态和气候类型对棉花纤维品质的影响等方面的研究进展。分析了棉花纤维品质指标与棉花色特征指标的关系。综述了在棉花质量标准革新与国际化背景下开展棉花色特征质量评价体系研究的重要性及色特征研究的发展前景。展望在构建棉花色特征气象生态模型基础上建立中国棉花分类分级系统的必要性,提出了将生态模型与GIS进行结合,对棉花纤维品质指标、生态指标和棉花纤维色特征的空间地域分异评价与预测。  相似文献
