Because there are lots of difficulties in mathematic modeling for uncertainty complex object, so it is not suitable to utilize traditional methods in some aspect such as identification, analysis, synthetical design and implementation. Especially, for the idea of system modeling, it is very different in comparison with traditional mathematic modeling, therefore, it is very difficult to study control problem for uncertainty system in technology and theory. On the basis of summarizing characteristics of uncertainty complex object, present to establish generalized control model, and apply intelligent control strategy to implement control effectively. In addition, authors also studied control algorithm and system structure. Engineering practice shows that it is effective and successful to establish generalized control model, and select intelligent control strategy for uncertainty control system.  相似文献

The construction and function of high temperature melt viscosity test instrument are introduced in this paper. And the character of temperature control system is given. In order to improve dynamic and static performance of the temperature control system, a new method is proposed which combines threshold control with adaptive fuzzy PID control. While the current temperature of the heating furnace is much lower than the given temperature, threshold control works in order to protect system and improve dynamic performance. When the current temperature is close to the given value, adaptive fuzzy PID control works to improve static performance. At last, simulation and experiment results validate the proposed control method.  相似文献

At tuning PID controller,ultimate gain Ku and ultimate period Tu of the proceseare usually the desired parameters.To lessen disturbance of tuning action and av oid to drive thesvstem to the verge of instability,a new estimating methed of Ku and Tu is developed,which based onthe charactristic areas of the u nit step response of the procase,By this method,it is easy forauto-tuning PID controller with Ziegler-Nichols like tuning formula. 温室环境模型是制定控制策略、优化控制方法的重要基础。采用径向基网络构建北方地区的温室环境控制模型,以温室内的温度和湿度为输出,采用进化策略(ES)优选网络中心,简化网络结构,并与OLS算法进行性能对比。试验结果表明:进化RBF网络具有更小的网络结构,并在逼近能力和泛化能力上优于OLS算法。该模型为设计北方温室环境控制方案和结构奠定了良好基础。  相似文献

In order to obtain the effect rules of control parameters of speed regulator on performance indexes of induction vector-controlled system and the setting rules of control parameters of speed regulator,according to rotor flux oriented control principle,a vector control model of induction motor is established and simulated with the software of Matlab/Simulink.This vector control system is proved that it possesses good static and dynamic performance.This paper analyzes the effect of control parameters' variations of speed regulator on performance indexes and gives simulation results.  相似文献

The conventional driveline with manual gearbox and dry clutch can be retro-fitted to manipulate automatically,so that the electo-mechanical components or the Automated Mechanical Transmission has been obtained.The clutch engagement position for automotive start-up process can be controlled by the fast-low-fast speed.How to control the clutch engagement during the slipping stage is the key to clutch control.The mostly influent factors of the clutch engagement during start-up process have been analysed thoroughly from the practical point of view.The strategy of clutch control has been proposed on the principle of lessening the start-up jerk and the friction work.It is successfully applied to Santana model,which can be proved by the road test of the vehicle on the slope.  相似文献

This paper,using Hammerstein model to express a kind of nonlinear system,presents a new kind of Adaptive Generalized Predictive control for Nonlinear systems(NAGPC). This method divides the whole system into two parts: linear subsystem and nonlinear one. In the first part,a new algorithm ,whose computation quantity is less and speed is faster,is developed according to the characteristics of gain controlling Matrix F in the Generalized Predictive Control (GPC). Mean while, the interpolation method is used to develop one step root solving procedure and the result can be used as the whole system input in the second part. Simulation studies show that the general algorithm NAGPC is strong in robustness,good in stability and fast in computation.  相似文献

系统统计分析了国内番茄生产中几种局部侵染性病害的相关文献研究情况。在此基础上,系统调查了秋延后保护地番茄生产中几种重要病害的田间发生动态。结果表明:秋延后保护地番茄栽培中叶霉病发生最重,早疫病发生较为普遍,灰霉病扩展较缓,晚疫病发生最轻。提出了秋延后保护地番茄生产中主要局部侵染性病害的综合治理策略和防治措施。  相似文献

Fuzzy controller can achieve satisfactory dynamic performance even for complicated process without mathematical model of the process.Its main imperfection is the existence of steady state error and ultimate oscillatory in the process output. This limits its application area. How to eliminate the steady state error while keep its good dynamic performance has been paid much attention. The strategy to introduce integral function to the conventional fuzzy control system is put forward in this paper to overcome the above problem. After expound two key factors on introducing integral action,an intelligent integral algorithm has been employed,and two methods on introduction of the intelligent integral to the fuzzy control system are proposed. Decomposed discrete models, can be used to design load frequency' controllers in multi-area power systems.Considering the exchanging real power in tie-lines as a measurable disturbance, the multi-area power system is decomposed into several subsystems.On the basis of generalized minimum variance control principles, an expanded control rule is induced. Using discrete models, the proposed method greatly decreases the number of varialles in be measured and simplifies the control system. In this paper an expert system concept in AI is introduced to the industrial process control. Specific structures and features of expert control system are discussed. An expert controller directly applicable to industrial process is designed. The simulation of control system indicates that the expert controller has strong information precssing capability and versatile control strategies with desirable control performance. In this paper, on condition that the production processes in water plant are related with each other, a new coordinative algorithm is presented, using a hierarchical control structure and taking the equivalent efficiency of the pump station as coordinative variable. In this way, the problem of optimal control of the complex delay system is solved. Simulation shows that great energy-saving efficiency may be obtained by the above method.  相似文献

The force feedback technology is a new kind of tele-operated robot,and it is of broad practical foreground to study in this aspect.In A novel force feedback bilateral servo system is presented through studying and analyzing traditional force feedbck control systems in this field,which regards the difference between the master's manipulative force and the master's resistance as command signal,simultaneity,the difference between the slave's displacement and the master's displacement is fed back for driving movement of the slave.The arithmetic takes on control briefness,constringency rate rapidness,real-time well,and improves dynamic characteristic of system.  相似文献

An adaptive iterative learning control scheme is proposed for a class of mismatched nonlinear systems with periodic uncertainties and unknown control directions. The control algorithm has the following three features;the control method does not need control direction information; the periodic uncertainties are learned online by a learning control method; and the algorithm can deal with mismatched uncertainties. The proposed method can achieve asymptotical convergence along a learning repetition horizon. A simulation example is provided can demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy.  相似文献

The majority difficulty for uncertainty system control is that agreements haven't been arrived in concept of uncertainty information and its characteristics, uncertainty system and its properties. Therefore some control problems have discussed based on some confused concepts, and the result shows that the study on uncertainty system control hasn't made great progress yet. In addition, problems concerning uncertainty system control are very wide in the practical engineering. Aimed at above problems the concept of uncertainty information and its classification, basic properties of uncertainty system and desired control strategy based on own practical experience are studied. An control algorithm with goed robustness has been developed,based on the combination of poletassignment self- tuning control algorithm with robust estimation and control al-gorithms,while the input signal and process parameters are varied on a large scale. To guarantee the safety and reliability of steam-injection boiler, the real-time supervisory control system of steam-injection boiler is developed. This system consists of host computer and slave computer two levels system. The run parameters and run status of steam boiler are automatic supervisory with the host computer. The important parameters acquisition and manual adjustment to run parameters of steam boiler are accomplished by the slave computer. The practice proves the validity of this system.  相似文献

The key of motor control is to control motor's torque essentially.Direct torque control,which emerged after the field-oriented control,directly stresses the instantaneous torque control of induction machine,which avoids some problems existing in field-oriented control,thus,it gets more attention.In conventional direct torque control system,switch vector is selected directly by the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,after introducing fuzzy logic,optimal selecting switch state is realized by various strategies by distinguishing the grade of the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,the dynamic and steady state performances of induction motors are improved.This paper presents a design method of the fuzzy controller.Simulation results demonstrate that it is effective,the stator currents pulsation at start-up and the torque pulsation are decreased.  相似文献
