Research on the Construction of Chinese National Park System Based on Sustainable Development Theory

To make full use of Chinese natural heritage resources and achieve their sustainable development, it is imperative and necessary to construct Chinese National Park System. Based on the theory of sustainable development and the connotation of national park, this paper will discuss the signifi cance of establishing Chinese National Park System and then propose some measures. Chinese National Park System can be constructed from four levels, including policy, management, economic and social levels, and through such ways as reconstructing the national conservation system, making laws and regulations, establishing planning system, setting up independent and specialized regulatory agency, adopting way of franchising, innovating funding investment mechanisms and establishing mechanisms of public participation.

3-D Reinforcing CAD System of Hydropower Station Dam Passageway

By researching passageway, the features of passageway reinforcing design and draw are analyzed, and the mathematics model of orthogonal passageway and slant passageway are established. The method of applying CATIA V5 to hydro-structure is explored and a scheme of 3-D visual reinforcing CAD System is designed. It is proved by practice that the system is not only convenient to input parameter, but also to use universally. The system can use in design and researching of orthogonal passageway and slant passageway. It is very quick and easy that revise reinforcing bar of reinforcing drawing in construction.     

农产品生产过程信息管理系统中软件自动升级方法研究

农产品生产过程信息管理系统的升级是影响系统应用的重要环节。本文设计了一种适合农业企业使用的软件升级方法,构建了软件升级流程,并采用C#开发语言实现了升级程序,能通过网络来完成系统的自动升级,解决了困扰农产品生产过程信息管理系统使用中升级成本高、现场指导困难的问题。     

“肯定列表制度”对中国食品和农产品出口的影响及对策

日本针对农业化学品残留量发布的“肯定列表制度”已于2006年5月29日正式实施。由于其严格的限量标准导致中国出口日本的多批食品和农产品由于残留超标而出口受阻。从“肯定列表制度”实施背景、具体内容和对中国出口的影响进行了简要分析,并就具体的应对措施作了进一步探讨。     

Computer Aided Roll Collection Management System for Roads and Bridge

The application of Computer Aided Roll Collection Manage System for Roads and Bridge will ease workers and reduce leak of management,corruption farthest. It can improve manage level and work efficiency. It also can reduce traffic jam. This system adopts the technology of vehicle model recognition based on neural network, IC card, automatic recognition of bill based on OCR and transfer of compressed vehicle image. The technology of this system is advanced. This system has high reliability and durability and convenient.

Design and Realization of One Vehicle Management System Based on Web-GIS

This paper presents one of Vehicle Management System base on Web-GIS technology, which has the capability of using all kinds of GPS equipment being made by different company, and aslo can support the customized Vehicle Management System that is constructed for the demand of all kinds of consumer(individual and group).To generate the Web-GIS map, it uses the map generating engine of MapXtreme. To be compatible with different equipments, it uses uniform normalized protocol of communications and the network of GSM. It uses the technology of EJB and B/S for the expansibility. All of these technology build up the expansibility of system and the operating system with Web and reduce the cost of maintenance. The utility of system is aslo enhanced.     

论中国政府财政对农业投资效益评估指标体系与评价方法

中国政府财政对农业投资一直没有有效的考核办法,没有量化的考核指标,不利于正确、合理地安排财政对农业投资。因此,迫切需要制订一套评估财政对农业投资效益的指标体系。在遵循合理原则的基础上,运用“德尔菲法”构建的中国政府财政对农业投资效益评估指标体系,共三部分18个指标。在指出运用该指标体系的三个关键环节后,给出了运用该指标体系的两种方法：测分评价法和指标比较法。

Recently, USB systems based on VxWorks are widely used in the embedded system. In this paper, the architecture of the VxWorks Operation System, the embedded USB system and the USB host stack are analyzed. This gives the technical method to development of the USB driver based on VxWorks.     

省级农业气象数据库及管理系统的设计与实现

为了使农业气象数据更加规范化、标准化,同时为省级农业气象业务服务系统提供基础数据支持,而进行了省级农业气象数据库管理系统的设计与开发。农业气象数据库管理系统作为中国气象局统一组织设计开发的大型业务软件“新一代省级农业气象业务服务系统”的子系统之一,已在全国省级气象业务单位推广应用。该系统针对省级农业气象数据的组成特征,分类设计农业气象数据库;选用当今流行的桌面分布式数据库语言--Microsoft SQL Server作为数据库系统开发平台,建立农业气象数据标准化存储格式、数据录入和转换方式。同时,基于C/S(Client/Server)模式,开发设计了具有建库、检索、复制、转换等功能的省级农业气象数据库管理系统。     

Implementation of the Computer Operating Exam System of Computer Graded Examination Based on C/S

This paper introduces an exam management system, which is applied to the Computer Operating Exam System of Sichuan Computer Graded Examination, aims at the shortage of existing exam ways and exam manager systems. The system bases C/S mode, use SQL Server as background database engine, use Delphi as foreground Development tool, includind data and exam management. It is an independent and comprehensive system, and also can band of existing exam manager system of Sichuan Computer Graded Examination. The system is proposed with emphasis on working-flow, frame, main functions and the solution ways of the key problems.     

Technologies of Intelligent Vehicle in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)

Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is the most effective method to solve the modern traffic problems. Intelligent vehicle plays a very important role on ITS, and it influences the success of ITS directly. Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is briefly introduced. Then it is given that advanced vehicle control system and electrics stability program (ESP) in the key technology of intelligent transportation system. The control algorithm for vehicle movement is discussed and the test result is given.     

THE DIFFERENCE IN CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN DOS/C AND CCDOS AND THEIR COMPATIBILITY

This paper discusses the difference in censtruction betweentwo Chinese wcrd processing system, the environment and method of runninga CCDOS software under the DOS/ C. DOS/ C is one Chinese word processingsystem used in the Chinese terminal of Siemens computer system, comparisonwith the other CCDOS, there are a lot of difference, especially With the Soft-ware running under the CCDOS Used Very currently nowadays.     

COMPOSITE SYSTEM RELIABILITY EVALUATION CONSIDERING LOAD MODEL

The study for dealing with the load model in composite system reliability evaluation is almost at a standstill because of the inherent computational complexity. In this paper, an algorithm for composite system reliability evaluation considering load model is proposed. This method is powerful in computation because it can avoid unnecessary state enumeration by means of the relationship among basic reliability informations of load levels. As an example, the IEEE 24-node Reliability Test System is tested on VAX-11/750 computer. The average CPU time to calculate the reliability indices of the system corresponding to a load level is about 5 seconds.     

Design of Cooling/Heating Floor AC Systems in Residential Buildings

This paper puts forward a new way in air_conditioning,which combines the fresh_air supply unit and such floor radiation system for the dehumidication and cooling in summer or heating in winter. By analyzing its advantages and limitations, it is found that this so called Cooling/Heating Floor AC System can improve the IAQ of residential building while keep high efficiency quality. It is also recommended that an methodology for the HVAC system designing,which will ensure the reduction of energy cost of users.     

上海市青浦区生态用地建设评价指标体系研究

生态用地是生态环境的载体,其在生态环境保护和农业的可持续发展中具有重要的意义。采用频度分析法筛选指标,应用AHP-Delphi法确定各指标的权重,并根据上海市青浦区2020年的规划目标确定了一些基准值,在此基础上建立了上海市青浦区生态用地的综合评价指标体系,并对研究区生态用地建设的现状进行了综合的分析与评价,结果表明：该区评价等级处于Ⅲ级,具有很大的建设优化潜力,与实际调查情况相符。文中的分析指标体系具有极强的针对性和可靠性等特点。     

Multi-yesolution Encoding of Medical Image in PACS

It is necessary to transmit and review medical images effectively in PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System, PACS) , and multi -resolution encoding can improve image compression efficiency. The progressive property of 2D image wavelet transform is studied, and a multi - resolution medical image encoding method is described. This encoding method means that, the lower frequency subimage in wavelet domain should be encoded prior to those higher frequency subimage. Also, in the medical image process of transmission and reviewing, the same order will be followed. The experiment has improved that the proposed method can speedup the medical image transmission and reviewing in PACS effectively.
