| 摘 要： | 本试验利用水煮醇提方法提取金银花的主要成分绿原酸，通过观察PK 15细胞病变效应（CPE）来评价绿原酸不同加药方式（先加药后接种病毒，先接种病毒后加药）对猪细小病毒（PPV）的体外作用效果。结果表明，在安全浓度范围内，金银花提取物绿原酸对PPV具有显著的体外抑制作用和明显的体外阻断作用，对PPV的最小抑制浓度为1.56 μg/ml，对PPV的最小阻断浓度为0.391 μg/ml。

| Abstract: | The anti-PPV effect of chlorogenic acid which was extracted from Chinese herbal medicine was investigated in PK-15 cell by observing cytopathic effect(CPE).The antiviral mechanism of herbs was determined by changing the different ways of drug administration(before or after with the virus respectively).Results showed that chlorogenic acid had anti-virus effect in vitro and could inhibit the development of PPV. |
