| 摘 要： | 胺苯醇类是一类应用广泛的抗生素，它在食品中的残留会影响食品的安全。笔者综述了胺苯醇类在动物源性食品中残留的主要检测方法，并展望了其发展方向。

| Abstract: | Amphemicols is a kind of widely used antibiotics,and the residues in food may influence on the food security.In this paper,the main analytical methods for amphemicols in animal-derived foods were summarized,and the development trend was forecasted. |
