| 摘 要： | 免疫胶体金技术以其快速、准确、简捷的特点，受到国内外科研工作者及基层工作人员的普遍关注。笔者从耗材的选择、胶体金的制备及标记、膜包被条件、缓冲液和产品保存及验证等方面分析免疫胶体金技术的影响因素，为制备胶体金检测产品提供理论依据和技术参考。
