| 摘 要： | 根据GenBank中犬瘟热病毒(canine distemper virus，CDV)核蛋白（N）基因序列，设计合成1对特异性引物，以CDV上海（SH）株的总RNA为模板，RT-PCR扩增N蛋白基因，并进行克隆与序列分析。结果显示：CDV SH株N蛋白基因序列与CDV TN株、 A75/17 株、2544/Han95株、98-2654 株、5804株、Onderstepoort疫苗株的同源性分别为98.9%、97.6%、96.7%、96.9%、96.6%、93.9%；编码氨基酸的同源性分别为99.0%、98.7%、98.1%、97.9%、97.9%、96.9%。推测N蛋白是一个保守性非常强的结构蛋白。

| Abstract: | According to the reported gene sequence of Nprotein of Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) in Gene Bank,a special pair of pri mers were designed to RT-PCRamplify Nprotein gene by using the total RNAof CDVSHstain as a template.The results showed that the homology of gene sequence between CDV SH strain and TN strain was 98.9 %,A75/17 stain (97.6 %),2544/ Han95 strain(96.7 %),98-2654 Strain(96.9 %),5804 strain(96.6 %) and Onderstepoort(93.3 %) and the homology of coding amino acid between CDV SH strain and the others were respectively 99.0 %,98.7 %,98.1 %,97.9 %,97.9 %and 96.9 %.Fromthis information,it can be predicted that N protein has highly conservative property. |
