| 摘 要： | 为调查贵州省猪乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)的隐性感染率和使用疫苗后的血清抗体水平,采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对贵州省规模化养猪场和农村散养户共764头份猪血清样本进行了JEV抗体水平检测。结果表明,未免疫猪群JEV的血清抗体阳性率为13.25%;而免疫猪群中JEV的血清抗体阳性率为82.18%;表明JEV的免疫效果比较理想,但未免疫猪群存在JEV感染,应引起重视。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate JEV infection rate and the serum antibodies level of vaccinated porcine in Guizhou province,764 serum samples collected from large-scale piggeries and rural scatter-feed were detected by ELISA.The results showed that the antibody positive rate of JEV was 13.25% in non-vaccinated porcine and the antibody positive rate of JEV was 82.18% in vaccinated porcine,which indicated that the immune effect of JEV was more ideal.The porcine breeders should pay more attention to JEV,because the an... |
