| 摘 要： | P32蛋白是所有羊痘病毒具有的结构蛋白之一，含有重要的免疫原性决定簇。P32蛋白既是致病的关键因素，也是激发机体产生抗体并产生保护性免疫的主要成分。作者就羊痘病毒P32蛋白的基因组结构、抗原表位及P32蛋白应用于羊痘病毒诊断和免疫方面的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | P32,one of the structural proteins present in all the capripoxviruses,contains major immunogenic determinants.P32 protein gene is not only a key factor in pathogenicity,but also a major component that stimulate antibody anti-capripoxvirus protective immunity.In this paper,development of the P32 protein including its genome structure,epitope,and use in diagnosis and immunological of capripoxvirus is summarized. |
