玉米小斑病研究进展

摘    要:玉米作为重要的粮、饲、工兼用作物, 是重要的战略资源, 在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用。但在实际生产过程中, 玉米受多种病虫害的威胁, 其中由玉蜀黍平脐蠕孢Bipolaris maydis引起的玉米小斑病严重影响玉米产量与品质, 是制约玉米高产与稳产的重要因素之一。近些年该病害的发病频率与严重程度均呈快速增长的态势, 对我国玉米安全生产构成巨大的潜在威胁。本文综述了玉米小斑病发生概况, 包括发生时期和引起的主要症状; 概括了玉米小斑病菌的侵染过程和相关功能基因的致病机制; 总结了抗玉米抗小斑病基因的定位、克隆与功能分析方面的研究进展, 玉米小斑病的防治措施等, 并对未来研究提出了一些建议和展望, 以期为玉米小斑病可持续治理提供理论参考和研究思路。

Abstract:Maize is a crucial crop for grain, feed, and industry, serving as a vital strategic resource that plays an indispensable role in the national economy. However, maize production is susceptible to a range of pests and diseases. Among them, the southern corn leaf blight caused by Bipolaris maydis seriously affects the yield and quality of maize, serving as a key constraint to achieving high and stable yields. The frequency and severity of this disease have shown a rapid increase in recent years, posing a huge potential threat to the development trend of high and stable yield of maize in China. In this review, the relevant domestic and foreign reports, including the overall situation of southern corn leaf blight such as its occurrence period and main symptoms, the infection process and functional analysis of pathogenic genes, the mapping, cloning, functional analysis of resistance genes in maize against this disease, as well as its prevention and control measures were summarized. We also put forward the suggestions and prospects for future research in order to provide theoretical reference and research ideas for the sustainable resistance management of southern corn leaf blight in maize.
